Battery pack dismounting and mounting tool

Abstract

The application discloses a battery pack dismounting and mounting tool, which comprises a base, a connecting frame, a driving shaft, a gear set and a crank handle. A screw rod is rotatably arranged on the base, and support beams are arranged on the base at the two sides of the screw rod, and the support beams are used for supporting the battery pack. The connecting frame is slidably arranged on the base, and the connecting frame is provided with a nut seat which is threadedly connected to the screw rod, and the connecting frame is used for being connected to or contacted with the battery pack. The driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the base and is perpendicular to the screw rod. The gear set comprises at least two gears which are in engagement with each other, an input end gear of the gear set is connected to the driving shaft, and an output end gear of the gear set is connected to the screw rod. The crank handle is connected to the driving shaft. The battery pack dismounting and mounting tool provided by the application drives the battery pack to move through screw rod thread transmission, greatly reduces the difficulty of transferring the battery pack, saves time and effort, and improves the installation efficiency of the battery pack.
