The use of the design product: bacteria measuring instrument for measuring the growth condition in the process of bacteria culture, the handle part is used to pull the cover part out of the measuring instrument main part by the holding part, set the culture dish as another container which has cultured bacteria in the inside of the measuring instrument main part, then return the cover part to the measuring instrument main part, there is a slot part between the cover part of the handle part and the measuring instrument main part, there is a very small gap between the slot part and the cover part, so that the air can flow into the inside of the measuring instrument main part to keep the culture of bacteria at the best temperature. 3.
