Abstract

1. Name of the product in this design: Graphical User Interface for Monitoring Pure Water Supply System in Coal Mines for Electronic Equipment. 2. Application of the graphical user interface: Used for monitoring the pure water supply system in underground coal mines. Pure water treatment includes influent water treatment system and secondary reverse osmosis treatment, and return water treatment includes water quality monitoring treatment and monitoring water treatment. The water treatment system includes monitoring of water pressure before and after wedge filtration, tank filtration, and security filtration, as well as three-stage backwash start-up control. The secondary reverse osmosis treatment includes RO pump, RO filter, circulation pump, RO backwash ball valve, and return water control ball valve. The return water quality monitoring station includes monitoring of the main water tank level, monitoring of the return water tank level, and control of the return water pump. The water treatment monitoring includes monitoring of water pressure before and after wedge filtration, tank filtration, and security filtration. The water in the main water tank is pumped to the working face by a pure water pump to meet the needs of the pure water support. The return water from the working face is returned to the return water tank through the return water filter station.
