Abstract

This disclosure provides a centrifuge disc for a mineral fiber production device, having a side wall configured as a conical surface. The side wall is provided with a plurality of through-holes arranged in at least two rows in a circumferential direction of the side wall, wherein at most 30 through-holes in two adjacent rows are aligned along the generatrix of the side wall. This disclosure also provides a method for determining the position of a through-hole in the centrifuge disc, in order to reduce or eliminate the alignment of the through-holes.This disclosure can reduce or eliminate misalignment between through-holes of different diameters and adjacent to each other in the generatrix direction in the perforated area of ​​the centrifugal disc, thereby reducing stress concentration in the through-holes and improving the service life of the centrifugal disc.
