Abstract
Description
FIELD OF DISCLOSUREThe disclosed circuits and methods relate to semiconductor memories. More particularly, the disclosed circuits and methods relate to three-dimensional semiconductor memories sharing word lines.BACKGROUNDStatic random access memory ("SRAM") includes multiple cells arranged in rows and columns to form an array.
