Abstract

Industrial truck with: • a hydraulic pump unit (28) comprising an electric drive motor, • a control unit (32) for controlling the drive motor, • a lifting cylinder (50) for lifting a load carrier, • a control valve (38) through which the lifting cylinder (50) can be supplied with hydraulic fluid, • a connecting line (36) connecting the control valve (38) to a pressure side of the hydraulic pump unit (28), • an actuating element (22) for triggering a lifting operation, and • a pressure accumulator (40) connected to the connecting line (36) so that hydraulic fluid for the lifting operation can be supplied wholly or partially from the pressure accumulator (40), characterized in that: • the control unit (32) is designed to control the drive motor independently of any actuation of the actuating element (22).
