Description

The present invention is an electrically conductive adhesive compound, preferably in the form of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, as a break-in protection. At present there is a more and more need to be protected from interruptions in homes and other structures. For this reason, there are a number of devices which serve to better protect unsecured windows and balustrade, patio or house doors which can be opened by intruders without great noise and with little time and with simple leverage tools against intrusion. These include, in particular, technical safety measures such as, for example, the mechanical securing of windows and doors in a variety of forms by means of sophisticated structures and the interlocking of different components which are intended to make attempts at breakage more difficult. There are a number of references in the patent literature to such systems. Thus, DE 20201703552 U1 describes an arrangement for securing windows and doors that are to be opened inward against interruptions, having a securing rail arranged on the outside, which rail has recesses on the rear side for receiving an adhesive, by means of which the profiled rail is non-detachably connected to a door leaf or a window frame in such a way that, for example, the gap between the door leaf and the door frame or the window frame and the window frame is thereby covered and secured against interruptions.DE 20110428 U1 claims a window in which the bearing surface of the glass retaining strip on the casement frame is enlarged by oblique positioning of the corresponding adhesive surfaces relative to the horizontal or perpendicular, as a result of which a stronger, break-in-inhibiting bond is provided. In addition, systems are known with which the destruction of glass panes is to be prevented, for example, by applying anti-intrusion safety foils. The use of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when introducing a glass pane into a window system (into a window fold) is known, for example, from DE 102016003008 A1, but it is novel to equip this pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with electrical conductivity and thereby additionally impart an anti-intrusion alarm function to it. In principle, however, the electrically conductive finish is not limited to an adhesive tape, but is also possible in connection with liquid bonds. Uses according to the invention other than the bonding of a glass pane into a window system are likewise conceivable.DE 29821561 U1 discloses a frame profile system with a framed glass pane, wherein the glass pane is fastened to a leg of the frame profile using the adhesion effect of a PU tape.DE 20201703437 U1 discloses a flexible adhesive film or adhesive tape alarm securing wire with which doors or containers can be secured by applying the adhesive film or the adhesive tape in such a way that it tears when the door or container is opened and thus triggers an alarm.DE 60203113 T2 discloses electrically conductive adhesive compositions containing a semicrystalline thermoplastic polymer and an organophilic clay.DE 9204636 U1 discloses a light metal frame profile which, by virtue of being hooked, makes it impossible for the door which is provided with this profile to be levered out.The invention relates to an adhesive bonding process using an adhesive tape provided with double-sided adhesive, either in the form of a transfer tape, i.e. without carrier material or else with a carrier material, in which an electrically conductive material, preferably an electrically conductive wire, is applied either between carrier material and an adhesive layer, in an adhesive layer or on an adhesive layer and is connected to a power source. If the power circuit produced in this way is interrupted, functional feedback would take place; in the case of an attempted break-in, these could be optical and / or acoustic signals as a result of motion sensors, vibration detectors or interruption contacts connected to the power circuit. The function of the conducting wire could, however, also be performed by an electrically conductive adhesive. If the wire is applied to the exposed adhesive surface of the adhesive tape immediately before the bonding, it can simultaneously also assume the function of a spacer and thus an adjustment aid: the substrate to be bonded is initially held at a certain distance from the adhesive surface with the wire and can thus be easily displaced or aligned. The weight of the substrate and / or a certain pressing force then presses the wire into the adhesive, so that in the ideal case, the two joining partners are bonded over their entire surface. The conductive wire can, however, also be incorporated already during the production process of the adhesive tape, either by placing it on the carrier material before it is coated with an adhesive layer or else by incorporating the conductive wire into this layer when an adhesive layer is produced. Advantages of a wire already present in the finished adhesive tape would be that, on the one hand, it would make easier handling before application of the tape possible - the wire would no longer have to be applied to the exposed adhesive surface - and, on the other hand, it could counteract a possible overstretching of an adhesive tape during unrolling.Any impacts within the bond would have to be combined with suitable measures in order to ensure an uninterrupted current circulation. An example here would be the bonding of a glass pane into a frame: At the right-angle corners of the frame, the current conduction would normally be interrupted during the bonding and use of an electrically conductive wire. In order to prevent this, current-conducting stamped parts, for example those made of copper, are applied at these locations, the stamped part then acts as a connecting part and consists of a sensor or assumes a sensory function.Instead of an electrically conductive wire with an alarm function, a thermally conductive wire could also be used in such an adhesive system. It would then, for example, take on the function of redetachting the adhesive bond if necessary by addition of heat and thus contribute to better recycleability of the materials used.By way of example and in principle, the use of an electrically conductive wire in an adhesive tape system for bonding glass panes into a frame is described with reference to the attached figures:The numerals used designate: 1 glass pane 2 adhesive layer 1 3 adhesive tape carrier 4 adhesive layer 2 5 frame profile / carrier construction 6 lead wire 7 stamped part for contact connectionFIG. 1 describes in cross section an electrically conductive wire ( 6 lying partially in the adhesive tape carrier ( 3) and partially in the adhesive layer 1 ( 2) located thereon, with a stamped part for contact connection ( 7) located above this wire in the adhesive layer 1 ( 2). FIG. 2 shows the same situation as FIG. 1, but now in plan view: the lead wire ( 6) located in the adhesive layer 1 ( 2) is connected at the corner connection at which it is interrupted by means of a stamped part for contact connection ( 7).
