Description

The invention relates to a connecting arrangement, a coil arrangement with such a connecting arrangement and an associated method.Coil arrangements typically comprise a coil housing and a wire, which regularly forms a plurality of windings. Electric current can flow through these windings, as a result of which a magnetic field is generated, which can be used in particular for moving an armature. The electrical connection of the wire is typically effected by a connector which can be connected, for example, to an external power source. It is essential here that the wire is connected to the connector in a reliable electrically contacting manner.Document DE 101 23 636 A1 discloses a press welded joint, a method for producing a press welded joint and a press welded device.Document DE 197 31 885 A1 discloses a method for electrically connecting a lacquer-insulated conductive wire to an electrical conductor. The document DE 10 2006 040 652 A1 discloses an electrical contact between a connecting pin and a connecting wire. The document DE 39 11 027 A1 discloses a method for connecting terminal elements to lacquer-insulated wires.Document DE 41 18 166 A1 discloses a welding method for connecting a winding wire of a coil to a connection element and a metal sleeve for use in this method. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a connection arrangement which provides a reliable connection between wire and connector. It is furthermore an object of the invention to provide a coil arrangement with such a connection arrangement. It is also an object of the invention to provide a method of forming a joint. This is achieved according to the invention by a connection arrangement, a coil arrangement and a method according to the respective main claims. Advantageous embodiments can be found, for example, in the respective dependent claims. The contents of the claims are expressly incorporated into the contents of the description by reference. The invention relates to a connection arrangement comprising a connector having at least one connection end portion. Furthermore, it comprises a wire which wraps around the connection end portion in a number of turns.According to the invention, it is provided that the connection arrangement has a sleeve which covers the windings and the connection end section and presses the windings against the connection end section. As a result, the wire is secured to the connecting end portion in a particularly advantageous manner, so that detachment of the wire from the connecting end portion and thus loss of the electrical contact are prevented.Preferably, the wire wraps around the connection end portion in a plurality of turns. The electrical contact can thus be improved.According to one embodiment, the windings and the connecting end section are connected to one another in a materially integral manner. A particularly secure connection can thus be achieved, since for detachment of the wire from the connection end section, the material closure would first have to be overcome. In addition, a particularly good electrical contact can be achieved therewith.Preferably, the windings and the connecting end section are welded, soldered or fused together. This makes it possible to achieve a reliable material bond.According to one embodiment, the windings and the sleeve are connected to one another in a materially integral manner. This makes it possible to prevent the sleeve from slipping or losing in a particularly advantageous manner.Preferably, the windings and the sleeve are welded, soldered or fused together. This makes it possible to achieve a reliable material bond.It should be mentioned that the mentioned connections can also act by material closure in particular in addition to a positive connection and / or a frictional connection.Preferably, the sleeve extends along the connecting end portion. This enables a simple embodiment and in particular a simple production. According to the invention, it is provided that the sleeve has a closed end as seen along the connecting end section. The closed end has a vent opening. The sleeve preferably has an open end, as seen along the connecting end section, through which the connecting end section extends.According to a preferred embodiment, a tapering region is formed at the open end of the sleeve, in which a cross section of the sleeve tapers from the open end.The sleeve is preferably designed rotationally symmetrically. It can have in particular a round cross section. However, other embodiments such as, for example, with a square, rectangular or otherwise polygonal cross section are also possible.According to one embodiment, the diameter of the wire is smaller than the diameter of the connection end portion. This allows easier winding of the wire or more windings in a coil in typical applications. However, the diameter of the wire may be equal to or larger than the diameter of the connection end portion. The invention further relates to a coil arrangement for an electromagnet, which has a coil housing and a coil wire, wherein the coil wire forms a coil within the coil housing, which coil extends along a coil axis. Furthermore, the coil arrangement has a connector with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the connector forms a contact pin.According to the invention, it is provided that the coil wire makes electrical contact with the second end of the connector, namely by means of a connection arrangement according to the invention. Here, the coil wire constitutes the wire of the connection assembly, and the second end of the connector constitutes the connection end portion of the connector. With regard to the connection arrangement, all embodiments and variants described herein can be used.By means of the coil arrangement according to the invention, the advantages described above with reference to the connection arrangement according to the invention can be achieved. The invention further relates to a method for forming a connection, which method comprises the following steps:providing a connector having at least one connecting end portion, providing a wire, winding the wire in a number of turns around the connecting end portion, pushing a sleeve onto the connecting end section, so that it at least partially covers the windings and the connecting end section and presses the windings against the connecting end section.Particularly preferably, in the embodiment of the method according to the invention, a connection arrangement according to the invention and / or a coil arrangement according to the invention is formed, wherein all embodiments and variants described herein can be used in each case. The respective advantages described can thus be achieved. In this context, it is pointed out in particular that all features and properties described with respect to the device, but also procedures, can also be transferred analogously with respect to the formulation of the method according to the invention and can be used in the sense of the invention and are considered as disclosed. The same also applies in the opposite direction, which means that features which are mentioned only with respect to the method and are therefore in accordance with the device can also be taken into account and claimed within the scope of the device claims and likewise form part of the disclosure.Furthermore, the invention also includes the use of a sleeve for the purpose of securing a wire on a connecting end portion. The invention is illustrated schematically in the drawing, in particular in an exemplary embodiment. The following are shown: FIG. 1 a : shows an electromagnet with a coil arrangement in a sectional view, FIG. 1 b : a detail from FIG. 1 a.In the figures, the same or corresponding elements are each denoted by the same reference numerals and will therefore not be described again unless appropriate. The disclosures contained in the entire description can be transferred analogously to identical parts with identical reference numerals or identical component names. The position information selected in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc., also relates to the directly described and illustrated figure and, in the event of a change in position, is to be transferred analogously to the new position. Furthermore, individual features or combinations of features from the different exemplary embodiments shown and described can also represent independent solutions according to the invention or solutions according to the invention per se.FIG. 1 ashows an electromagnet 1 with a coil arrangement 10 according to an embodiment of the invention. The coil arrangement 10 has a coil housing 20, in which a coil 35 is formed. This is formed around a coil axis 37.The coil arrangement 10 further comprises a connector 40, which serves for the electrical connection of the coil 35.The connector 40 is formed of metallic material. It has a first end 41 and a second end 42. The first end 41 is formed on a first leg 46 of the connector 40. The first leg 46 forms a contact pin 43 which can be inserted in particular into an external socket, not shown, for electrical connection. The second end 42 is formed on a second leg 47 of the connector 40.The first leg 46 and the second leg 47 each extend vertically in the illustration of FIG. 1 a. Between the first leg 46 and the second leg 47 a horizontally extending connecting piece 45 is formed, which forms an intermediate part 48. The first leg 46, the second leg 47, and the intermediate portion 48 together form a U-shape.The connector 45 is embedded in and held by a plastic jacket 50. The plastic jacket 50 is connected to the coil housing 20 for this purpose. The connector 40 and the coil 35 are connected to each other by means of a connection arrangement 2 according to an embodiment of the invention. This is marked with a circle in FIG. 1 aand is shown in more detail in FIG. 1 b.The coil 35 is formed by a wire 30, which can also be referred to as a coil wire. This is wound in a plurality of turns 32 around a connecting end portion 44 of the connector 40 which is the second end 42.A sleeve 60 is placed over the windings 32. This extends substantially along the connecting end portion 44 and presses the wire 30 from the outside to the inside. This is achieved in the present case in that, in the state before the assembly, an inner diameter of the sleeve 40 is smaller than an outer diameter of the windings 32, and as a result a respective force-fit connection is achieved both of the wire 30 with the connecting end section 44 and of the sleeve 60 with the wire 30.It should be mentioned that the respective force-fit connection can also be extended by a respective material-fit connection, for example by the wire 30 being welded or soldered to the connection end section 44 and / or by the wire 30 being welded or soldered to the sleeve 60.The sleeve 60 has a closed end 62 on the top side, which means in particular that it at least partially covers the wire 30 and the connecting end section 44. The sleeve 60 has an open end 65 opposite it.A venting opening 63 is formed in the closed end 62, which serves for the escape of air and, if appropriate, of gases which can be formed, for example, during welding or soldering.A taper portion 66 is formed at the open end 65. Therein, a diameter of the sleeve 60 tapers upwardly from the open end 65. This significantly facilitates the fitting of the sleeve 60 over the wire 30.By means of the described connection arrangement 2, a reliable connection between the connector 40 and the wire 30 can be achieved. Detachment of the wire 30 from the connection end portion 44 is thus reliably prevented. A loss of the electrical contact and thus a failure of the electromagnet 1 is thus reliably prevented.Possible features of the proposal are reproduced in structured form below.
