Description

[0001] The invention relates to an assembly device for mounting window elements on a motor vehicle component. Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for mounting window elements on a motor vehicle component using an assembly device.

[0002] When assembling motor vehicle components, which can be designed as high-voltage storage modules, for example, disc elements are often used, which are positioned, for example, on the respective drill holes in the high-voltage storage module. Automating the positioning of the disc elements on such motor vehicle components is particularly complex, so the disc elements are often placed on motor vehicle elements manually. In the event that a person assembling the disc elements counts the wrong number of disc elements when manually equipping the motor vehicle component with the disc elements and takes them to the assembly site, it is sometimes necessary to leave the assembly site (e.g. a workbench) several times during manual assembly to fetch additional disc elements or to replace excess discs. In addition to this additional time expenditure, this person is required to have the utmost concentration and attention, since when manually assembling the window elements it is necessary to ensure, at least visually, that all of the drill holes on the motor vehicle component that are to be covered are actually provided with a respective window element.

[0003] DE 89 04 269 U1 discloses a repeating dispenser with a housing for locking washers, which are pressed and thus held in one direction. Using a slider, individual locking washers are removed from the stack transversely to the printing direction and made available via a washer transport tube. They are accelerated in this second direction by means of a spring element (coil spring).

[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide an assembly device and a method of the type mentioned at the outset by means of which the assembly of pane elements can be carried out with particularly little effort.

[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by an assembly device having the features of patent claim 1 and by a method having the features of patent claim 11. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

[0006] A first aspect of the invention relates to an assembly device for mounting disc elements on a motor vehicle component. The assembly device comprises a housing having a housing interior for storing the disc elements. Furthermore, the assembly device comprises an actuating element which is mounted on the housing and which can be displaced into respective, different separating positions by exerting an actuating force on the actuating element. In each of these separating positions, a disc element of the disc elements can be pushed out of the housing interior, at least in part, by means of the actuating element and thus separated. This is advantageous because a plurality of disc elements are thus stored in the housing interior, and in each of the separating positions, one of the disc elements can be pushed out of the housing interior and thus separated. This allows for a particularly controlled removal of the individual disc elements one after the other from the housing interior, making assembly of the disc elements particularly effortless. The actuating element is designed to be displaceable relative to the housing in an axial direction of the assembly device and to be shifted into the various separation positions. This is advantageous because the actuating element can thus be shifted into the various separation positions within the scope of a simple linear movement along the axial direction, allowing the assembly device as a whole to have a particularly simple and therefore fault-resistant design.

[0007] The motor vehicle component can be designed, for example, as a high-voltage storage module, as a frame element or as a body element, to name just a few examples.

[0008] The actuating element can preferably have at least one toothing, by means of which the actuating element can lock into the various separation positions within the housing interior and thus be secured relative to the housing. This enables a particularly defined dosing and separation of the individual disc elements. The actuating element can preferably be designed, for example, as a toothed rack.

[0009] It is particularly advantageous if a respective tooth spacing between adjacent teeth of the toothing of the actuating element corresponds at least substantially to a disc thickness of the individual disc elements. This ensures in a particularly simple manner that when locking in one of the separating positions, only one of the disc elements is pushed out of the housing interior. The term "respective exertion of an actuating force" is to be understood in the context of the invention as meaning in particular an intermittent exertion of the actuating force. In other words, the actuating force can be exerted in order to move the actuating element into a first separating position of the various separating positions and thereby push a first disc element of the disc elements out of the housing interior.Once the movement to the first separation position has occurred, the application of the actuating force can be interrupted. Upon renewed application of the actuating force, the actuating element can be moved to the second separation position of the separation positions following the first separation position in order to push a second disc element of the disc elements out of the housing interior and separate them. In other words, the actuating element can be moved to each of the separation positions by applying the actuating force only once.

[0010] The actuating element can be completely located within the housing interior. In particular, the actuating element can be located within the housing interior in all of its different separation positions. This provides the actuating element with particularly good protection against damage.

[0011] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the mounting device comprises an operating element for transmitting the actuating force to the actuating element, wherein the operating element protrudes at least partially from a housing opening at a first housing end of the housing. This is advantageous because it makes the operating element particularly accessible, so that the actuating force can be exerted on the operating element by an operator with particularly little effort and can be transmitted from the operating element to the actuating element. The operating element can preferably be designed as a bolt, thus enabling particularly simple mounting of the operating element on the housing.

[0012] The operating element can protrude from the housing at the first end of the housing, regardless of the various separation positions, making the operating element easily accessible at any time for applying the actuating force. This allows a particularly controlled movement of the operating element into the various separation positions by an operator of the assembly device at any time.

[0013] The housing opening, together with the operating element, can form a first operating element bearing point. The operating element can be mounted in the housing opening so as to slide in the axial direction of extension and supported on the first housing end of the housing in the radial direction of extension of the mounting device. It is conceivable that the housing opening extends through a housing cover of the housing, on which the operating element can be supported in the radial direction of extension. The operating element can form a sliding bearing with the first housing end of the housing, thus enabling a particularly tilt-free movement of the actuating element by means of the operating element upon exertion of the actuating force.

[0014] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the actuating element has different axial distances in the axial direction of extension from the operating element in the various separation positions. This is advantageous because it allows the actuating element to be displaced along the axial direction of extension when moving into the respective separation positions. This makes it possible to track the actuating element as each of the disc elements is pushed out, whereby the actuating element can remain at least in indirect contact with a last disc element (to be separated) of a disc element stack consisting of disc elements. The last disc element can be separated in a last separation position of the various separation positions.

[0015] In general, the different axial distances in the various separation positions ensure that the actuating element remains in at least indirect contact with a stack of disc elements formed by the disc elements. This prevents the disc element from slipping back into the housing interior during assembly, thus ensuring particularly trouble-free assembly.

[0016] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the mounting device comprises a sleeve element coupled to the operating element, as well as a locking element mounted on the sleeve element, by means of which the actuating force can be transmitted from the operating element to the actuating element in order to separate at least one of the disc elements. This is advantageous because the locking element can lock onto the actuating element in the various separation positions, thereby enabling a releasable coupling between the actuating element and the sleeve element by means of the locking element, and a particularly simple displacement of the actuating element relative to the operating element can be achieved.

[0017] The operating element can be permanently coupled to the sleeve element. The actuating element can be accommodated in a sleeve opening of the sleeve element. Likewise, the locking element can be arranged in the sleeve opening of the sleeve element, so that the locking element enables the actuating element to be locked into the various separation positions on the sleeve element. This allows, for example, the described axial distances to be adjusted particularly precisely.

[0018] The sleeve element can preferably be designed as a feed sleeve. Furthermore, the sleeve element can be slidably supported on the housing, thereby enabling a particularly guided movement of the sleeve element of the operating element coupled to the sleeve element.

[0019] The locking element can be rotatably mounted on the sleeve element at a bearing point. The locking element can lock with the actuating element (for example, with a toothing of the actuating element) at a first locking element end. A reset element of the mounting device can be arranged at an opposite, second locking element end. The reset element can protrude into the vicinity of the mounting device via a through-opening in the housing that extends in the radial extent of the mounting device, so that the reset element is accessible from the outside by the operator. By exerting a restoring force (by the operator) on the reset element, which can be designed as a reset button, the locking element can be pivoted about the bearing point and thus relative to the sleeve element, enabling the locking element to be released from the actuating element. The actuating element can then be manually moved, for example, against the direction of the actuating force into an initial position, for example, to refill additional disc elements and insert them into the housing interior. The locking element can be designed, in particular, as a locking hook.

[0020] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the actuating element comprises a locking region at which the locking element can be locked to the actuating element at various locking positions, with one of the separation positions being assigned to each of the locking positions. This is advantageous because it enables a particularly defined displacement of the actuating element into the various separation positions. The locking element can prevent unwanted movement of the actuating element as soon as the locking element is locked to the actuating element in the respective locking position and is accordingly engaged.

[0021] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the actuating element can be secured in various separation positions by means of a spring-loaded bolt element of the mounting device and can be supported against the housing. This is advantageous because the bolt element can prevent unintentional displacement of the actuating element. The spring-loaded bolt element can be arranged on the housing so that it can move in the radial direction of the mounting device.

[0022] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the assembly device comprises a separating element which is movable by means of the actuating element and which is displaceable relative to a bearing element of the assembly device which is mounted fixedly on the housing and is designed to receive and store the disc elements, in order to separate one disc element of the disc elements in each of the various separating positions. This is advantageous because the separating element is thus displaceable depending on the actuating element, which, for example, enables at least one of the disc elements to be moved relative to the bearing element fixed to the housing, thus enabling the at least one disc element to be pushed out of the housing interior particularly easily.

[0023] By means of the separating element, all disc elements can be displaced relative to the bearing element. This makes it possible to separate the disc elements successively. The disc elements can be lined up in the housing interior, for example, to form an element stack (disk element stack), whereby the element stack can be moved depending on the displacement of the actuating element into the various separating positions, for example, in the axial direction of the assembly device. This is to be understood in particular that the entire element stack can be moved along with the displacement of the actuating element into the individual separating positions.

[0024] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the bearing element comprises a bearing area that can be inserted into a respective disc element opening of the disc elements for storing the disc elements. This is advantageous because the bearing area enables the individual disc elements to be lined up at the respective disc element opening on the bearing area, thereby enabling a particularly space-saving accommodation of the disc elements in the housing interior.

[0025] The bearing area can, for example, be designed as a cylindrical surface. The disc elements can be positively received in the bearing area at their respective disc element openings. The bearing area can also form a sliding fit with the individual disc elements, thus enabling particularly simple and captive mounting of the disc elements on the bearing element.

[0026] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the bearing element comprises a centering area, on which the bearing element can be centered for mounting at least one of the disc elements on a component opening of the vehicle component. This is advantageous because it simultaneously enables particularly rapid and precisely positioned mounting of the disc elements of the vehicle component.

[0027] In a further advantageous development of the invention, the assembly device comprises a separating opening through which the disc elements can be pushed out of the housing interior, as well as a holding element arranged at the separating opening, by means of which the disc element to be separated can be clamped in a removal position. This is advantageous because the holding element makes it particularly easy to prevent the disc element to be separated from falling out of the housing interior in an uncontrolled manner. In the removal position, the disc element to be separated is thus held by the holding element through a clamping force of the holding element. By exerting the actuating force on the actuating element, the disc element to be separated can be released from the holding element while overcoming the clamping force and can thus be separated. After being released from the holding element, the disc element can then be in an assembly position in which the disc element to be separated is separated from the remaining disc elements.

[0028] A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for assembling disc elements on a motor vehicle component by means of an assembly device which comprises a housing with a housing interior for storing the disc elements and an actuating element which is mounted on the housing and which is displaced into respective, different separating positions by exerting an actuating force on the actuating element, in which at least one disc element of the disc elements is pushed out at least partially from the housing interior by means of the actuating element and is thereby separated.

[0029] The features presented in connection with the assembly device according to the invention and their advantages apply accordingly to the method according to the invention and vice versa.

[0030] Further features of the invention emerge from the claims, the figures, and the description of the figures. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combination, but also in other combinations or on their own.

[0031] The invention will now be explained in more detail using a preferred embodiment and with reference to the drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a mounting device; Fig. 2 is a further perspective view of the mounting device with a housing of the mounting device removed; Fig. 3 a sectional view of the mounting device; Fig. 4 shows a further sectional view of the mounting device, wherein a disc element is pushed out of a housing interior of the housing of the mounting device as a result of exerting an actuating force on an actuating element of the mounting device; and Fig. 5 a perspective view of a vehicle component on which several disc elements are mounted.

[0032] In the figures, identical and functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.

[0033] Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 each show different representations of a mounting device 20 for mounting disc elements 33, 34 on a Fig. 5 motor vehicle components 35 shown by way of example. The motor vehicle component 35 can be designed, for example, as a high-voltage storage module or as a component of a high-voltage storage module. The disk elements 33, 34 are annular in the present case and have a respective disk element opening 32. The disk element opening 32 is designed as a through-opening through the respective disk elements 33, 34. By means of the mounting device 20, the individual disk elements 33, 34 can be aligned with particular ease and at least substantially coaxially with the respective component openings 36 of the motor vehicle component 35 and mounted on the motor vehicle component 35.

[0034] The assembly device 20 comprises a housing 12 which has a housing interior 15 for storing the disc elements 33, 34. The housing interior 15 is in Fig. 3 without the disc elements 33, 34 and in Fig. 4 with the disc elements 33, 34 accommodated therein. In the present embodiment, a total of 16 of the disc elements 33, 34 can be stored in the housing interior 15. Fig. 4 shows that the disc elements 33, 34 can be lined up to form a disc element stack (element stack) and accommodated in the housing interior 15.

[0035] The mounting device 20 comprises an operating element 1, which can be designed, for example, as a bolt. The operating element 1 serves to transmit an actuating force F to an actuating element 7 of the mounting device 20, wherein the operating element 1 protrudes at least partially from a housing opening 16 of the housing 12 at a first housing end 13 of the housing 12. The housing opening 16 is provided on a housing cover 25 of the housing 12. In addition to the housing cover 25, the housing 12 comprises further housing elements, namely a first housing part 26, a second housing part 27, and a receiving sleeve 11. The housing parts 26, 27 and the receiving sleeve 11 can, as shown here, be designed as respective hollow cylinders. The receiving sleeve 11 surrounds the disc elements 33, 34 in their stacked arrangement in the housing interior 15.

[0036] The operating element 1 (bolt) is mounted on the housing cover 25 and is displaceable relative to the housing 12 in the axial direction X of the mounting device 20. On the other hand, the operating element 1 is detachably coupled to the actuating element 7, whereby a movement of the operating element 1 as a result of the exertion of the actuating force F can be transmitted to the actuating element 7. The actuating element 7 is thus displaceable relative to the housing 12 in the axial direction X of the mounting device 20 by means of the operating element 1 and can thereby be displaced into various separation positions 22. In the various separation positions 22, a disc element 33 of the disc elements 33, 34 can be pushed out at least partially from the housing interior 15 by means of the actuating element 7 and can thus be separated. As soon as the disc element 33 is pushed out of the housing interior 15, the separated disc element 33 is in an assembly position 31 (see . Fig. 4) in which the separated disc element 33 can be mounted on the motor vehicle component 35.

[0037] In the present embodiment, the operating element 1 is connected to a sleeve element 2 at a sleeve opening 17. The sleeve element 2 is configured as a feed sleeve. Furthermore, the sleeve element 2 is accommodated within the first housing part 26 so that it can be displaced in the axial direction X. As a result, the sleeve element 2 can be displaced with the operating element 1 in the axial direction X when the actuating force F is applied. Fig. 3 shows a rest position of the control element 1 in the unpressed state, where Fig. 4 shows the depressed state of the operating element 1 as a result of the exertion of the actuating force F, in which the actuating element 7 is also in one of the separation positions 22. In this depressed state, a spring element 5, which can also be referred to as a spring, is compressed against a force effect of the actuating force F. As soon as the actuating force F no longer acts on the operating element 1, the spring element 5 can move the sleeve element 2 together with the locking element 4 and the operating element 1 into the Fig. 3, whereby the operating element 1 is again in the rest position. The spring element 5 is supported on the one hand on the sleeve element 2 and on the other hand on a guide element 39. By means of the guide element 39, which is cylindrical in this case, the actuating element 7 is guided during its displacement along the axial extension direction X. In addition, the first housing part 26 and the second housing part 27 are fastened to the guide element 39.

[0038] The mounting device 20 further comprises a locking element 4, which is rotatably mounted within the sleeve element at a pivot bearing point 40 and is designed as a locking hook in this case. By means of the locking element 4, the actuating force F transmitted from the operating element 1 to the sleeve element 2 can be transferred from the sleeve element 2 to the actuating element 7 in order to separate at least one of the disc elements 33, 34.

[0039] The actuating element 7 can be designed, for example, as a rack and accordingly comprise a locking region 18, which can be designed, for example, as a toothed arrangement. At the locking region 18, the locking element 4 can be locked to the actuating element 7 in various locking positions, wherein one of the separation positions 22 can be assigned to each of the locking positions.

[0040] The actuating element 7 can be secured in the various separation positions 22 by means of a spring-loaded bolt element 6, which is designed here as a ball pin, at respective locking openings of the actuating element 7 opposite the locking region 18 and can thus be supported against the housing 12. For this purpose, the spring-loaded bolt element 6 is mounted on the guide element 39 fixed to the housing, wherein the bolt element 6 is movably received in the guide element 39 in a radial extension direction Y of the mounting device 20.

[0041] By applying the actuating force F, the bolt element 6 can be "overpressed." In other words, the actuating force F is large enough to move the actuating element 7 despite the holding force of the bolt element 6.

[0042] The assembly device 20 further comprises a separating element 9, which in this case can be designed as a pressure pin. The separating element 9 has at least three pressure rods 28, which can be arranged in a ring shape and can extend in the axial direction X. The separating element 9 is coupled to the actuating element 7 via an element receptacle 8. The element receptacle 8 can be designed, for example, as a pin receptacle. Due to the coupling via the element receptacle 8, the separating element 9 can be moved by means of the actuating element 7 and together with the actuating element 7. The separating element 9 is displaceable relative to the bearing element 19 of the assembly device 20, which is mounted fixedly on the housing 12 and is designed to receive and store the disk elements 33, 34.As a result, a disc element 33 of the disc elements 33, 34 can be separated in each of the different separation positions 22. The bearing element 19, which is designed here as a pin, comprises a storage area 23 which can be inserted into the respective disc element opening 32 of the disc elements 33, 34 for storing the disc elements 33, 34. As a result, the disc elements 33, 34 can be threaded onto the storage element 19 at their respective disc element openings 32, so to speak, at the storage area 23, and lined up in a stack.

[0043] The element 19 further comprises a centering region 24 on which the bearing element 19 can be centered for mounting at least one of the disc elements 33, 34 on the component opening 36 of the vehicle component 35. The receiving sleeve 11 surrounds the bearing element 19 at least in part.

[0044] The assembly device 20 further comprises a separating opening 29, through which the disc elements 33, 34 can be pushed out of the housing interior 15, as well as a holding element 10 arranged at the separating opening 29, by means of which the disc element 33 to be separated can be clamped in a removal position 30. The separating opening 29 is arranged at a second housing end 14 of the housing 12, opposite the first housing end 13. The holding element 10 can be designed, for example, as a retaining spring.

[0045] The separation of the disc element 33 is described below as an example: Starting from a Fig. In the rest position 21 of the assembly device 20 shown in Figure 3, the actuating force F is exerted on the operating element 1 (bolt) by an operator, for example by finger actuation, and the operating element 1 is thereby pressed down. As a result, the sleeve element 2 (feed sleeve) together with the locking element 4 (locking hook) rotatably mounted on the sleeve element 2 is displaced by, for example, 2.5 mm along the axial extension direction X, i.e., pressed downwards. The locking element 4, which is rotatably mounted on the sleeve element, is in engagement with the actuating element 7 (tooth rack) and is thus locked in place, whereby when the operating element 1 and the sleeve element 2 are moved, the actuating element 7 is also pushed downwards together with the element receptacle 8 (bolt receptacle) and the separating element 9 (pressure bolt). As a result, the individual pressure rods 28 press on the disc stack, whereby all disc elements 33, 34 are also displaced in the axial direction X and thus in the direction of the second housing end 14. As a result, the lowermost disc element 33 in this case is moved from a removal position 30 (in which in . Fig. 4 (the disc element 34 located above the disc element 33) is displaced into the assembly position 31. In doing so, the disc element 33 is pushed out of the retaining element 10 (retaining spring) and thus out of the housing interior 15. This enables the assembly of the disc element 33 on the motor vehicle component 35.

[0046] By engaging the bolt element 6 (ball pin) on the actuating element 7, a retreat of the actuating element 7 is prevented when the operator releases it, i.e. when the actuating force F is stopped. The bolt element 6 thus holds the actuating element 7 in the Fig. 4, in which a gap S is created between the guide element 39 and the element holder 8. By exerting the actuating force F, the actuating element 7 is moved downwards in the axial direction X by a distance corresponding to the gap size S and is held in this separating position 22 by the bolt element 6, even when the application of the actuating force F is discontinued. The gap size S can then at least substantially correspond to a respective disc height of the respective disc elements 33, 34. Accordingly, the separating element 9 can also be moved downwards by the gap size S along the axial direction X and as a result the disc element stack with the disc elements 33, 34 can also be displaced in the axial direction X along the bearing area 23.As a result, the presently lowermost disc element 33 is released from the holding element 10 (retaining spring) and displaced (pressed) downwards in the axial extension direction X out of the housing interior 15 from the removal position 30 into the assembly position 31.

[0047] By releasing (terminating the application of the actuating force F), the sleeve element 2 together with the locking element 4 is moved by means of the spring element 5 against the direction of action of the actuating force F and thus upwards into the Fig. 3. In this case, the locking element 4 is released at a tooth gap of the locking area 18 and then re-locked at a tooth gap arranged above in the axial direction X, so that an axial distance a is established between the actuating element 7 and the operating element 1.

[0048] If the actuating force F is exerted intermittently several times in succession, the locking element 4 engages at correspondingly different, respectively adjacent tooth spaces of the locking area 18 of the actuating element 7, i.e. the locking element 4 snaps into place at the next higher tooth of the locking area 18, as a result of which, in the various separation positions 22, different axial distances a in the axial extension direction X to the operating element 1 arise. In other words, with each actuation of the operating element 1, due to the exertion of the actuating force F, a locking point between the locking element 4 and the locking area 18 moves “upwards on the actuating element 7” against the axial extension direction X, so that the different axial distances a are established. With each further actuation of the operating element 1, the respective lowest disc element 33, 34 is moved into its assembly position 31, i.e. released from the holding element 10, whereby a disc removal (separation) is made possible.

[0049] Once all of the disc elements 33, 34 have been used up and removed from the housing interior 15, the receiving sleeve 11, which can be locked via a bayonet lock 17 with a locking pin 38 arranged on the bearing element 19, can be removed so that the receiving sleeve 11, together with the holding element 10, can be detached from the remaining components of the assembly device 20. By pressing a reset element 3, which in this case is designed as a reset button, the locking element 4 can be manually unlocked from the locking area 18 against a spring force of a locking spring 41, whereby the separating element 9, for example, can be manually pushed upwards together with the actuating element 7 against the axial extension direction X.Now, a new set of disc elements 33, 34 can be pushed onto the bearing area 23, and then the receiving sleeve 11 can be locked together with the holding element 10 by means of the bayonet lock 27 on the locking pin 38. The assembly device is then ready for the separation of the next set of disc elements 33, 34.

[0050] With the aid of the assembly device 20, which in this case is designed as a disc positioning pin, operators can carry out assembly work at a significantly higher speed and in a more convenient manner, during which the disc elements 33, 34, which can be designed, for example, as plastic washers, are mounted on the motor vehicle component 35. The assembly device 20 has, for example, a centering region 24, a projecting nose whose diameter is adapted to the disc element opening 32, so that the positioning of the disc elements 33, 34 to be installed can be enormously simplified. In a process step preceding the positioning (assembly), an edge region of the component opening 36 can be coated with adhesive so that the subsequently positioned fabric disc (disc element 33, 34) can no longer shift.

[0051] After the drilled hole to be filled (component opening 36) has been supplied with adhesive, the operator places the assembly device 20 on the centering area 24 at the component opening 36 and exerts the actuating force F, thus actuating the assembly device 20. The bottommost plastic washer (disk element 33) is then moved from the removal position 30 to the assembly position 31 and is thereby released from the holding element 10. The bottommost disk element 33 is then released for assembly. Each time the actuating force F is exerted, one of the disk elements 33, 34 is pressed out of the housing interior 15, thus preventing the simultaneous ejection of multiple disk elements 33, 34. If all disc elements 33, 34 have been removed from the housing interior 15, the locking element 4 can be unlocked from the locking area 18 by pressing the return element 3, whereby the separating element 9 can be manually moved into the position shown in 。 Fig. 3. This allows a new set of disc elements 33, 34 to be reloaded (slided onto) the storage area 23.

[0052] The housing interior 15 can be filled with the exact required quantity of disc elements 33, 34 before assembly, so that the operator can assemble a particularly large number of disc elements 33, 34 without having to refill them in between. If too many disc elements 33, 34 are refilled and pushed onto the storage area 23, locking the receiving sleeve 11 by means of the bayonet lock 37 can be at least difficult or even completely impossible, so that a particularly simple check can be carried out to determine whether too many disc elements 33, 34 have been refilled.
