Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for dispensing a string-shaped merchandise, which device comprises a holding frame with a means for receiving a reel with the merchandise, wherein the receiving means comprises at least two rotatable rollers which are provided for bearing against the reel.Such devices are known from the prior art, in particular from tree markets in which goods such as ropes, chains or belts are offered for self-cutting. The receiving means usually comprises a rod which is passed through an opening of the reel which runs coaxially with the axis of rotation, wherein both ends of the rod bear against a holding frame into which the reel is introduced. The disadvantage of the devices known from the prior art is the complicated replacement of a reel. If several reels are attached to a goods display wall next to one another and / or one above the other, upper reels must be removed in part in order to remove a lower reel which is to be replaced and inserted again after the replacement.A device for dispensing metal tapes without a rear wall is known from CH 681 618 A. A holding frame with two receiving planes for metal strips has two rollers per plane, against which a plurality of metal strip reels bear.A cabinet having a plurality of levels, into which a plurality of reels for dispensing roll goods are introduced per level, is known from DE 10 2014 103 100 B3.A roll stand for rolls of strip or film material is known from DE 3418048 A1. A device for dispensing metal strips is known from DE 10 2011 017 431 A1.A further dispensing device is known from US 2007 / 0145062 A1.The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device of the type mentioned at the beginning which is particularly rigid.According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the holding frame has a means for attaching the device to a goods presentation frame or to a goods presentation wall and the means forms a rear wall of the holding frame. The reel with the merchandise can be simply placed in the holding frame on the rotatable rollers, so that simple unwinding is possible. Mounting the reel on a rod passing through it is no longer necessary. If a reel is to be used for unwinding a particularly heavy material, for example a steel chain, the device can have a plurality of rotatable rollers in order to better distribute a load.Expediently, at least one of the rotatable rollers is provided on a lateral surface with a coating, in particular a powder coating or / or a coating increasing a coefficient of friction. A particularly high wear resistance can advantageously be achieved. A coating increasing the coefficient of friction advantageously reduces the slip between the reel and the at least one coated roll against which the reel bears. In one embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers have the same or different diameters. In a further embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers are arranged at a distance from one another, wherein the distance between adjacent rollers is in particular equal to the radius of the reel. As a result, an axis of rotation of the reel and the at least two axes of rotation of the rotatable rollers form corner points of an equilateral triangle. As a result, the reel is held in the device in a particularly stable manner. The rotatable rollers are expediently arranged in a horizontal plane or vertically offset with respect to one another. In the case of an offset arrangement, a plurality of rollers can be arranged on a circular path, for example, in such a way that each of the rollers bears against the reel. As a result, a total load is better distributed over all rollers, so that reels can also be used for dispensing heavy sales goods such as chains. In one embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers are provided for increasing a rigidity of the holding frame. Advantageously, no further or particularly stably designed stiffening elements are required. For this purpose, for example, a round stiffening element formed from a metal could be provided for each of the rollers, which stiffening element is arranged within the holding frame and is connected thereto in particular in a form-fitting, materially bonded and / or force-fitting manner and which stiffening element is surrounded by the roller in such a way that it is rotatably connected to the stiffening element. In a further embodiment of the invention, the receiving means has a holding means by which the rotatable rollers are held in the holding frame and which preferably comprises a pivotable holding element. The holding means can comprise, for example, a U-shaped holding element, between the legs of which a holding element is connected from an end face of a holding element. The roller is arranged to engage a base leg. It is understood that for holding each roller, two mutually opposite holding elements arranged in the holding frame must be provided, each of which receives a pin projecting from each end face of the roller. If the holding means is designed to be pivotable or at least partially pivotable, it can be moved from an open position, in which a roller can be arranged in the holding means, into a closing position, in which the roller is rotatably mounted in the holding means. Advantageously, the roller is prevented from springing out when the device is used. It is also conceivable for the holding means to have a holding section or a holding leg which can be moved from an open into a closing position by a plastic deformation. Such a deformation can be brought about, for example, by a hammer impact. In one embodiment of the invention, the holding frame is at least partially powder-coated, in particular on outer sides. Advantageously, individual regions or the entire holding frame can be provided with a wear-resistant coating. Expediently, the holding frame has on an outer side a means for attachment to a holding frame or to a goods presentation wall, wherein the means preferably comprises a U-shaped rail. Advantageously, the device can be part of a dispensing system which has a plurality of devices according to the invention arranged side by side or one above the other, which can be variably attached to the holding frame or the goods presentation wall. Due to the U-shaped rail, the device can be suspended in a receptacle of the frame or the presentation wall, whereby advantageously simple attachment is possible. In one embodiment of the invention, the means comprises a U-shaped rail. Advantageously, a particularly rigid holding frame can be formed, since the U-shaped rail acts as a further stiffening element and at the same time forms the rear wall of the holding frame. In a further embodiment of the invention, the holding frame has side wall parts which are preferably formed from flat steel sheets and which are preferably connected to one another, in particular welded to one another, by at least two reinforcing elements. As a result, a particularly rigid and fixed holding frame can be formed, which can also carry heavy sales goods and / or heavy reels.Expediently, the holding frame has a pivotable front flap. The sales goods need not be introduced into the device from above, but can be inserted through the opened flap. This is advantageous in particular when a further device is mounted above it and insertion from above is not possible or is only possible with difficulty. In a further embodiment of the invention, the front flap has a section which is in particular of bow-shaped design and is provided for opening and closing the front flap ( 8, 8 b). Advantageously, a handle is provided on which a user of the device according to the invention can easily open the flap. Furthermore, the sales goods to be cut to length can be guided over the section, in particular the bow, so that the latter acts as guide means and simplified dispensing is possible. In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one of the rollers is rotatable by a preferably electric drive means. Advantageously, dispensing of the sales goods is simplified. A manual turning of a reel with the merchandise is not required. It is conceivable, for example, that the drive means for dispensing the merchandise must be actuated manually or that the drive means assists a manual dispensing of the merchandise in the manner of an auxiliary drive.Expediently, the holding frame and the receiving means form a single assembly. Advantageously, a particularly stable and one-piece device is formed, in which in particular tilting of a reel with goods to be dispensed is avoided. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and the appended drawings relating to the exemplary embodiments. The following are shown: FIG. 1 a shows a schematic representation of an apparatus according to the invention in a partially cut plan view, FIG. 1 bshows a schematic representation of an apparatus according to the invention in a side view, FIGS. 2 a, b show details of a device according to the invention, FIGS. 3 a, b show a further detail of a device according to the invention.A device (1) shown schematically in FIG. 1a in a partially cut plan view comprises a holding frame (2) formed from steel, which has two flat side wall parts (3, 4) arranged parallel to one another, which are connected to one another by metal struts (5, 6). Ends of the metal struts (5, 6) are welded to mutually facing sides of the side wall parts (3, 4). A front flap (8) is pivotably attached to a front end (7) of the device (1) shown in FIG. 1.Furthermore, two rollers (9, 10) of the same diameter extend from the one side wall part (3) to the opposite side wall part (4) and are arranged in a horizontal plane and have a pin-shaped projection (12) on their end faces (11), which is mounted in a U-shaped retaining element (13) arranged on an inner side of the side wall parts (3, 4) in such a way that the rollers (9, 10) are rotatable in the circumferential direction. Although it is conceivable for the metal struts ( 5, 6) and the rollers ( 9, 10) to be arranged in a horizontal plane, in this exemplary embodiment they are arranged vertically offset with respect to one another (see FIG. 1 b ).A reel (14) shown in broken lines in FIG. 1 has a cylindrical coil body (15), on the end faces (16, 17) of which a side plate (18, 19) is attached in each case. The coil body is configured to receive a strand-shaped merchandise (20), for example a wire, a cable or a chain, and delimits with the side pulleys (18, 19) a merchandise receiving space (21) for the merchandise (20). Outer sides (22, 23) of the side plates (18, 19) bear against the rotatable rollers (9, 10). As a result, the reel (14) is rotatably mounted in the device (1) and the merchandise (20) can be unwound. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the reel (14) is located in the holding frame (2) of the device in a unwinding position, in which the sales goods (20) can be dispensed.A U-shaped fastening rail (25), which is formed from steel and is welded to the side wall parts (3, 4) at their end faces (26), is attached to a rear end (24) of the device (1) and is provided for fastening the device to a goods display wall or a goods display frame, not shown in FIGS. 1 aand b, for example in a construction market. In addition, the fastening rail ( 25) forms a rear wall of the holding frame ( 2). Further details such as a bow (27) which forms a lower part of the front flap (8) can be seen in a side view shown in FIG. 1 b. The bow (27) can be used as a handle to open and close the front flap (8). In addition, the sales goods to be unwound can be guided over the bracket so that they can be removed more easily by a user of the device. It is also conceivable for a plurality of devices ( 1) with goods ( 20) that are different from one another or are the same to be fastened to a single goods presentation wall next to one another or one above the other. All surfaces of the holding frame (2) are powder-coated.Reference is now made to FIGS. 2 aand b, in which identical or identically acting parts are denoted by the same reference numeral as in FIG. 1 and the respective reference numeral is respectively appended with the letter a.A detail of a device (1a) according to the invention, schematically shown in a side view in Fig. 2a, shows an inner side (28) of a side wall part (4a) to which a substantially U-shaped retaining element (13a) is welded, which receives a pin-shaped projection (12a) of a roller (9a), shown in dashed lines, which is rotatably connected thereto. An upper portion (29) of a leg (30) of the holding element (13a) is bent in the direction of a leg (31) opposite the latter, so that the roller (9a) cannot spring out upwards from the holding element (13a). This bending was effected by a plastic deformation of the upper portion (29).Furthermore, the roller has a coating (32) which increases a coefficient of friction. This can be, for example, a coating comprising rubber. As a result, the slip during unwinding of a product from a reel can be reduced, so that the unwinding requires less force exertion. In addition, more rapid unwinding is possible. If the pin-shaped projection ( 12 a) were connected to the roller ( 9 a) in a rotationally fixed manner, the leg ( 30) would have to be bent in such a way that the projection ( 12 a) has sufficient play in the holding element ( 13 a). This would still allow rotation of the roller ( 9 a) inserted into the device ( 1 a).A side view, shown in FIG. 2 b, of a detail of a device ( 1 a) according to the invention differs from that shown in FIG. 2 ain that an upper section ( 33) of a leg ( 30) of the holding element ( 13 a) is pivotably connected to the latter by a torsion spring ( 34). By a restoring force of the spring ( 34), the section ( 33) can be moved from an open position, in which a pin ( 12 a) of the roller ( 9 a) can be inserted into the holding element ( 13 a), into a closing position, in which the roller ( 9 a) cannot jump out of the holding element ( 13 a). As a result, a roll ( 9 a) of the device can be replaced in a simple manner.Reference is now made to FIG. 3, in which identical or identically acting parts are denoted by the same reference numeral as in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the respective reference numeral is respectively appended with the letter b.A front flap (8b) shown in detail in a partially cut side view in FIG. 3 is connected to side parts (3b) of a holding frame of the device (1b) by projecting from inner sides (28b) two pins (35, 38), of which a first pin (35) is guided in a first slot (36) of a front flap connecting portion (37) and a second pin (38) is guided in a further slot (39) which is provided with a cutout (40).In FIG. 3 a, the front flap ( 8 b) is shown in a closed position, in which both pins ( 35, 38) abut against upper ends ( 41, 42) of the elongated holes ( 36, 39).To open the flap, it is moved by lifting it into a position shown in Fig. 3b, in which the pin (38) is level with the recess (40). By pivoting the front flap (8b) away from the pin (38) in the direction of the arrow (43), the latter is moved into an open position in which it is pivoted out of its closed position by at least 90 degrees and in particular up to 200 degrees. As a result, a reel, not shown in FIG. 3, can be removed forward through the opened flap and exchanged for another reel. This is advantageous in particular when a plurality of devices ( 1 b) are mounted one above the other on a goods presentation frame and removal upwards is not possible or is possible only with difficulty.
