Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a house connection socket and a house connection arrangement with such a house connection socket.A generic house connection socket is part of the prior art by DE 10 2016 121 653 A1.A house connection socket of the type according to the invention is used in particular in connection with or after pipe fittings. Trenchless pipe stringing involves various methods for repairing damaged pipelines. Common is the introduction of partial liners, also called short liners, tubular lining and also tubular lining. In this case, the pipelines are provided with a rehabilitation lining. This consists of a glass fiber tube or felt tube impregnated with reactive resin or a plastic tube impregnated with synthetic resin. The common feature of the methods is that inlets or outlets present in the pipelines, for example house connections, are closed off by the rehabilitation lining. Both in the case of short-liner technology and in the case of inliner technology and in the case of continuous tubing, the openings in the pipelines must be milled out at domestic connections. This is done remotely and robot-assisted. In this context, DE 199 33 977 C2 includes a method for connecting a connection pipe to a main pipe remanned by means of a relinning pipe made of plastic material. After the opening is made in the rehabilitation lining, a reliable and tight connection of the pipeline to a house connection line must be made. The invention is based on the object of providing a house connection socket which enables a reliable connection of a pipeline, in particular a pipeline provided with a rehabilitation lining, to a house connection from the inside of the pipeline and discloses a exclusion arrangement with such a house connection socket. This object is achieved in a female connector according to claim 1.Advantageous embodiments of the house connection socket are the subject matter of the dependent claims 2 to 7.Claim 8 relates to a house connection arrangement comprising a house connection line which is connected to a pipeline via a mounting clamp and a house connection socket according to the invention. The house connection socket according to the invention can be fixed in an opening of a pipeline. The house connection socket has a clamping socket, an expanding body, a link body and a clamping body. The clamping bushing has a first longitudinal section and a second longitudinal section, wherein the spreading body is arranged on the first longitudinal section. The second longitudinal section has a threaded section on which the clamping body can be displaced. The house socket is mounted from the inside of a pipeline after an opening has been produced in the pipeline or an opening closed by a lining has been opened again. The mounting of the house connection socket is preferably carried out by remote control with the aid of a mounting robot. The house connection socket is brought to the corresponding location with the opened house connection or the opening in the pipeline. The first longitudinal section of the clamping bushing is guided with the expansion body from the inside of the pipeline through the opening in the pipeline, namely until the expansion body can be brought into its abutment position on the outside of the pipeline. This is done by springing up. The spreading body is spring-elastic. The clamping then takes place. The spreading body forms an abutment on the outer side of the pipeline for clamping the clamping bushing. For this purpose, the clamping bushing is fixed, in particular secured against rotation. By displacing the clamping body on the threaded section relative in the direction of the spreading body, the clamping bushing is clamped to the pipeline while the slide body is resting on the inner wall of the pipe.In this way, a reliable, tight and stable connection can be established between a pipeline, in particular a rehabilitated pipeline, and a house connection line. The mounting of the house connection socket is possible by remote control by means of a mounting robot. A complicated and cost-intensive digging in order to reach a pipeline with a house connection from the outside can be avoided. In order to fix the clamping bushing in the pipe opening, in particular in order to secure it against rotation during assembly, it advantageously has a tool attachment surface on the second longitudinal section. The tool attachment surface is in particular designed as a polygonal recess or an internal polygonal in the clamping bushing. The clamping bushing is held by a corresponding tool during assembly via the tool attachment surface. The clamping body is displaced on the threaded section and the arrangement is clamped. The clamping process of the house connection socket is advantageously torque-monitored. In this way, a sufficiently high clamping force is ensured and a shear of the spreading body is prevented.According to the invention, the spreading body is a spreading spring. The invention provides that the spreading body has an annular body with outwardly directed abutment fingers. In particular, the abutment fingers are directed radially outwards from the annular body. The spreading body is fixed by joining to the first longitudinal section of the clamping bushing. This can be effected, for example, by a screw connection. A cohesive joint is also possible, for example by welding, soldering or adhesive bonding. Furthermore, it is advantageous to join by embossing or flanging the first length section. In this case, the end edge of the first length section of the clamping bushing is bent over outwards and the clamping body is fixed in position. The first longitudinal section of the clamping bushing has a threaded section with an external thread. The spreading body in the form of a spreading spring is fixed to the first longitudinal section by a threaded ring. This is guided or screwed on the threaded section and presses the clamping spring against a shoulder of the clamping bushing.A central section is provided between the first longitudinal section and the second longitudinal section of the clamping bushing. In the outer periphery of the central portion, a groove with a sealing ring accommodated therein is arranged. This embodiment supports a fluid-tight connection between the pipeline and the house connection line.Depending on the diameter of the pipeline and the opening in the pipeline, the groove in the middle section can have a course adapted to the inner circumference of the opening in the pipeline. The groove can consequently have an arcuate shape following the contour of the inner periphery of the opening. The link body is arranged on the clamping bushing above or in front of the clamping body and is pressed against the inner wall of the tube via the clamping body. The inner wall of the pipe is formed by the inliner or the rehabilitation lining. The slide body has a cylindrical through-opening and a curved tube contact surface. The curvature of the pipe contact surface is adapted to the pipe curvature, so that the pipe contact surface can contact the radius in the region of the lined pipeline.Preferably, a groove with a sealing ring is arranged in the through opening of the link body. Furthermore, a groove with a sealing ring can also be provided in the pipe contact surface of the link body. The invention is described in more detail below with reference to drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a perspective representation of a detail from a rehabilitated pipeline with a house connection; FIG. 2 is a vertical section through the representation of FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the detail A of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 shows an exploded view of the components of a house connection socket according to the invention; FIG. 5 is a view of the female connector partly in section; FIG. 6 shows the house connection socket in a perspective illustration; FIG. 7 shows a detail of a pipeline with a fixed house connection socket, partially in section; FIG. 8 shows a perspective view obliquely from above of a detail of a pipeline with mounted house connection socket, and FIG. 9 shows an alternative embodiment of a house connection socket partially in section.FIGS. 1 and 2 show a detail of a pipeline 1 which is provided with a rehabilitation lining 2 in the form of an inliner. A house connection is produced via a house connection arrangement. The house connection arrangement has a mounting clamp 3 which is secured on the outside of the pipeline 1 by means of clamping elements 5 with the integration of a seal 4. A house connection line 7 is connected to a connecting piece 6 of the mounting bracket 3. In the coupling region between the mounting clamp 3 and the house connection line 7, seals 8 are likewise integrated.Via an opening 9 in the wall of the pipeline 1 and the rehabilitation apparel 2, the connection between the pipeline 1 and the house connection line 7 is established. For this purpose, the rehabilitation apparel 2 is usually milled out in the area of the house connection after the insertion, and the opening 9 in the pipeline 1 is thus produced again. The house connection arrangement includes a house connection socket 10, which can be fixed in the opening 9 of the pipeline 1.The components of the house connection socket 10 are shown in FIG. 4. Further details of the house connection socket 10 and the assembly process are also explained with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.The house connection socket 10 comprises a clamping socket 11, an expansion body 12 in the form of an expansion spring, a link body 13 and a clamping body 14. The first longitudinal section 15 is provided with an external thread 18 in a threaded section 17. The second longitudinal section 16 also has a threaded section 19 with an external thread 20. The clamping body 14 can be displaced on the threaded section 19 of the second longitudinal section 16. The clamping body 14 is realized by a nut with an internal thread, which can be moved on the external thread 20 by a screwing process. The spreading body 12 has an annular body 21 with outwardly directed abutment fingers 22. The spreading body 12 is arranged on the first longitudinal section 15. For this purpose, the spreading body 12 with the annular body 21 is guided over the threaded section 17 of the first longitudinal section 15 and fixed there by means of a threaded ring 23. This is screwed onto the threaded section 17 from the free end of the first longitudinal section 15 until the threaded ring 23 clamps the spreading body 12 to a shoulder 24 of the clamping bushing 11.On the inside, i.e. at the inner end of the second longitudinal section 16 of the clamping bushing 11, a tool attachment surface 25 in the form of a polygonal recess or an internal polygonal is provided. By means of the tool attachment surface 25, the clamping bushing 11 can be secured against rotation during the assembly of the house connection bushing 10.A central section 26 is provided between the first longitudinal section 15 and the second longitudinal section 16 of the clamping bushing 10. The outer diameter of the middle section 16 is matched to the diameter of the opening 9 in the pipeline 1.The link body 13 has a cylindrical through-opening 27. This has a diameter matched to the outer diameter of the central section 16. Furthermore, the slide body 13 has a curved tube contact surface 28. The curvature of the pipe contact surface 28 is adapted to the pipe curvature. For mounting the house connection socket 10, the latter is moved in the pipeline 1 from the inside to the mounting location. The clamping bushing 11 is then guided with the first longitudinal section 15 through the opening 9 in the pipeline 1 until the spreading body 12 with its abutment fingers 22 on the outer side of the pipeline 1 is released. The abutment fingers 22 then spring open. The raised abutment fingers 22 can be seen in FIGS. 5 and 6. The illustration of the pipeline 1 has been omitted in FIGS. 5 and 6 for the sake of clarity. The second longitudinal section 16 of the clamping bushing 11 with the clamping body 14 arranged on the threaded section 19 and the connecting link body 13 incorporated in front between the clamping body 14 and the inner wall 29 of the pipe is located on the inner side of the pipe 1.The clamping bushing 11 is secured against rotation. This is effected by means of a corresponding tool which engages in the tool attachment surface 25. The clamping body 14 is then displaced on the threaded section 19 in the direction of the inner tube wall 29 and the spreading body 12. This is done by screwing, in particular by machine. During the displacement, the slide body 13 is displaced via the clamping body 14 in the direction of the inner pipe wall 29 and the clamping bushing 11 is clamped to the pipe 1 by the spreading body 12 and the integrated slide body 13. In this case, the slide body 13 bears with the pipe contact surface 28 against the inner pipe wall 29 of the pipeline 1.As can be seen in particular in FIG. 3, the house connection socket 10 is mounted on the pipeline 1 by integration of seals 30, 31, 32.It can be seen that in the outer periphery of the central section 26 of the clamping bushing 11 a groove 33 is provided with a sealing ring 30 accommodated therein. The groove 33 in the central section 26 can have a course adapted to the inner circumference of the opening 9 in the pipeline 1. The clamping bushing 11 is sealed off from the inner periphery of the opening 9 of the pipeline 1 by means of the seal 30.Furthermore, seals 31, 32 are integrated in the link body 13. In the through-opening 27, a groove 34 with the seal 31 in the form of a sealing ring is arranged. Furthermore, a groove 35 with the seal 32 in the form of a sealing ring is provided in the pipe contact surface 28.The house connection socket 10 and the house connection arrangement with the house connection socket 10 create a reliable, tight and stable connection between the pipeline 1 and the house connection line 7 connected to the pipeline 1 via the mounting clamp 3. The clamping bushing 11 is clamped via the expansion body 12 and the clamping body 14 while the slide body 13 is integrated in the opening 9 of the pipeline 1. The slide body 13 abuts against the inner pipe wall 29 provided with the rehabilitation lining 2. The house connection socket 10 enables an advantageous mounting for producing the connection to the house connection from the inside of the pipeline 1.The placement of the house socket 10 at the mounting location and all mounting operations can be carried out by means of a mounting robot. This is advantageously fully or partially automated and video monitored.FIG. 9 shows an alternative embodiment of a house connection socket 10. Corresponding components or components are provided with the same reference numerals. In this embodiment of the house connection socket 10 as well, the spreading body 12 is designed in the form of a spreading spring. The spreading body 12 is fixed by joining to the first longitudinal section 15 of the clamping bushing 11. For this purpose, the end edge of the clamping bushing 11 or of the first longitudinal section 15 is formed outwards into a collar-shaped flange 36. By this crimping, the spreading body 12 is fixed in position or connected to the first longitudinal section 15. An annular body 37, for example a U-shaped disk, is incorporated between the flange 36 and the spreading body 12.Reference Number:1 Pipeline 2 Repair lining 3 Mounting clamp 4 Seal 5 Clamping element 6 Stub 7 House connection line 8 Seal 9 Opening 10 House connection socket 11 Clamping socket 12 Expansion body 13 Link body 14 Clamping body 15 Longitudinal section 16 Longitudinal section 17 Threaded section 18 External thread 19 Threaded section 20 External thread 21 Annular body 22 Abutment finger 23 Threaded ring 24 Shoulder 25 Tool attachment surface 26 Central section 27 Through opening 28 Pipe contact surface 29 Pipe inner wall 30 Seal 31 Seal 32 Seal 33 Groove 34 Groove 35 Groove 36 Flange 37 Annular body
