Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a crane base plate with at least one receiving means.
[0002] A mobile crane typically has an undercarriage with a support structure featuring an extendable and / or pivoting outrigger. The outrigger features a vertically movable outrigger cylinder that can be placed on the ground via an outrigger plate. Supporting the mobile crane is beneficial for its stability during crane lifts.
[0003] However, the ground is not always strong enough to absorb the force transmitted by the crane's support plate. This is an essential safety criterion to prevent ground failure (ground failure), which could lead to the crane tipping over.
[0004] To reduce the risk of ground failure, crane base plates are provided to distribute the force dissipated by the crane via the outriggers over a larger area. By providing crane base plates under the crane's outrigger plate, which can be moved vertically toward the ground, the surface pressure on the ground is reduced.
[0005] Depending on the load capacity of the mobile crane, the type of application and the load-bearing capacity of the ground, differently dimensioned base plates are required.
[0006] The aim of the present invention is to create a crane base plate that is as easy to handle as possible and that can be placed at the desired location and picked up again from there in the shortest possible time.
[0007] Furthermore, the crane base plate according to the invention should be able to be lifted using different types of lifting gear, so that the crane base plate according to the invention can be lifted not only using slings, but also, for example, using hooks. Connection with hooks is more secure, as it prevents a sling from slipping. For reasons of flexibility, however, tying it up using slings should also be possible.
[0008] Furthermore, the present invention is intended to simplify the stacking of multiple crane floor plates. Typically, the crane floor plates are delivered stacked on top of each other by an auxiliary vehicle of the mobile crane. It is also important that the individual plates do not slip relative to each other during transport. The invention also addresses this aspect.
[0009] Generic crane base plates are already known from JP S58-174052 A and from KR 10 2020 0 121 991 A. Furthermore, a crane base plate from US 2019 / 0 152 749 A1 should be mentioned.
[0010] The aim of the present invention is to overcome some or all of the disadvantages listed above. This is achieved with a floor panel having all the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are found in the dependent claims.
[0011] According to the invention, the crane base plate, with at least one receiving means for lifting and positioning the crane base plate, comprises a plate-like, preferably cuboid-shaped base structure with an upper side for attaching a crane support and a lower side for laying on a floor, as well as at least one receiving means protruding from the end face circumferentially connecting the upper and lower sides. The crane base plate is characterized in that the receiving means comprises two uprights protruding from the base plate and a locking tube connecting these uprights, so that a receiving space for attaching a hook is formed by the uprights and locking tube.
[0012] Because the beams extending laterally from the crane base plate and the connecting bar tube form a receiving space, it is now possible to connect the crane base plate to a hook of a lifting device. The receiving device is designed to accommodate chain slings with shackles or hooks, as well as round slings. This means that essentially any lifting device available at the crane's site or in the vicinity of the required location can be used.
[0013] Furthermore, according to the invention, it can be provided that the receiving means projects beyond the upper side of the base plate in a height direction of the base plate which is perpendicular to the upper or lower side.
[0014] This raised portion is used when stacking or transporting multiple crane base plates of the same design to align them and prevent them from shifting. For this purpose, the raised portion of the support device, which protrudes upwards from the top of a first crane base plate, interacts with a correspondingly shaped underside of a crane base plate arranged above it, preventing any slippage of the crane base plate arranged above it relative to the crane base plate arranged below it.
[0015] It is preferably provided that the elevation of the receiving means, which projects in height above the base plate, descends from the level of the upper side by means of bevels.
[0016] This is advantageous if you want to place one crane base plate on top of another. To keep the transport dimensions of the stacked crane base plates as compact as possible, they should be stacked with as little offset as possible. If the lower crane base plate has bevels that extend toward the raised portion of the lifting device, these serve to align the upper plate when lowering it. The dead weight of the upper crane base plate causes a transverse movement when lowering it onto the slope of the lower lifting device, which automatically moves the plate to be lowered to a preferred storage location without offsetting it from the crane base plate below.
[0017] According to an optional modification of the invention, it can be provided that the two beams, optionally together with the locking tube, are arranged in a common plane, wherein the common plane is preferably defined by the upper side of the crane base plate.
[0018] This arrangement of the beams and the locking tube is advantageous with regard to lifting the crane base plate, as it then allows for an optimal flow of force when lifting the plate.
[0019] According to an optional modification of the invention, it can be provided that two spaced-apart cams are provided on the side of the locking tube facing away from the bars, wherein preferably each of the cams is arranged in the region of a longitudinal axis of a respective bar crossing the locking tube.
[0020] These cams on the support device, which protrude outwards from the crane base plate, serve to secure the base plate via a lifting device that is guided upwards from a crane base plate arranged below. The lifting device, which can be a rope-like loop or a chain consisting of several links, can thus be inserted into the recess formed by the two cams, preventing the crane base plate from slipping out sideways. For example, a collision between a stack of several crane base plates during unloading or loading can lead to the stack becoming tilted and individual base plates slipping off the stack. The cams prevent slipping because, in such a case, they interact with the lifting device to stabilize the plate as it begins to slip. In the event of a slip, the cams come into contact with the lifting device and prevent it from slipping further.
[0021] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the locking tube connects the two bars to one another in such a way that it extends beyond the sides of the bars facing away from one another in order to form a projection on the outer sides of each of the two bars.
[0022] As already explained in the introduction, the receiving means according to the invention should also be able to interact directly with a hook. This is achieved by the locking tube, which, through its connection to the two bars, forms a receiving space for attaching a hook.
[0023] If you now foresee the overhangs on the opposite sides of the respective beams, it is also possible to attach the crane base plate to a retaining sling. This way, a sling can be guided over the two overhangs to the crane base plate in a loose state, whereas in a tight state, when it rests against the two beams, the sling can no longer overcome the overhangs to the outside.
[0024] This makes the hauling device particularly versatile and versatile. It is suitable for use with both a hook and a sling.
[0025] Furthermore, according to the invention, it can be provided that the cams and the projections are aligned perpendicular to each other. It can also be provided that the longitudinal direction of the cams and the projections lies in a plane defined by the upper side or a plane parallel thereto.
[0026] According to a further optional development of the invention, it can be provided that the section of the locking tube connecting the two bars is designed to be cylindrical in order to be able to interact with a round hook section in a wear-resistant manner, wherein the locking tube with its optional projections extending beyond the bars is preferably designed to be cylindrical.
[0027] According to the invention, it can further be provided that the areas of the bars facing the underside are rounded in order to enable the low-wear attachment of loops to the bars.
[0028] The locking tube, like the stiles, can be solid or hollow.
[0029] Preferably, the support element, the bars, and / or the locking tube are solid, e.g., by using a steel casting process. However, other manufacturing processes or methods are also possible, such as primary forming, forming, joining, or cutting. However, the forging process is the preferred manufacturing method for the support element due to the high forces involved.
[0030] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the base surface of the crane base plate is interrupted by at least one recess in which the receiving means is arranged. Both the top and bottom of the crane base plate correspond to the base surface.
[0031] The advantage of the recess that continues from the top to the bottom is that an elevation of the support device that extends beyond the top side serves as an alignment aid when stacking several identically designed crane base plates.
[0032] According to the invention, the crane base plate preferably has the outer contour of a cuboid. This outer contour may include at least one recess extending from the top side to the bottom side for arranging a receiving means, which is preferably designed such that the receiving means does not exceed the basic rectangular structure defined by the outer sides.
[0033] If the lifting device is positioned behind an imaginary continuation of the side edges, the risk of a collision with an object resulting in damage to the lifting device is reduced. The side edges of the crane base plate thus act as protection for the inwardly positioned lifting device.
[0034] In addition, it can be provided that the at least two recesses for arranging a respective receiving means are arranged opposite one another on the crane base plate, preferably wherein a recess is provided at each of the four corners of a substantially rectangular crane base plate, in each of which a receiving means is arranged.
[0035] In plan view, the recess may have the shape of half a square, which is divided along its diagonals.
[0036] According to a further optional development of the invention, the underside of the crane base plate can be provided with a recess so that, when the base plates are stacked in this recess, a frictional connection is created with a crane base plate arranged below it. The raised portion of the receiving means of the lower base plate fits precisely into the recess of the upper base plate. The optional presence of several such frictional connections prevents stacked base plates from simply sliding against each other.
[0037] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that each receiving means is connected to a corner plate which is in contact with the plate of the upper side adjacent to the corner, the plate of the lower side adjacent to the corner and the two plates of the front side extending to the corner.
[0038] Further features, details, and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of the figures. These show: Fig. 1: a perspective view of a mobile crane with support arms resting on base plates, Fig. 2a: several floor plates stacked on top of each other, which are attached to a lifting device, Fig. 2b: a plan view of a base plate according to the invention with its four receiving means, Fig. 3a: a side view of the recording device, Fig. 3b: a perspective view of the recording device, Fig. 3c: a top view of the recording device, Fig. 4a: a detailed view of a lifting device of the base plate attached to the receiving device, Fig. 4b: a detailed view of a stack of floor slabs with attached lifting equipment, Fig. 4c: a detailed view of an upper base plate of a base plate stack and the guidance of the lifting device along the receiving device, Fig. 4d: a detailed view of a stack of floor slabs with a second type of lifting device attached, and Fig. 5: a view of two crane base plates arranged at a distance from each other when stacked on top of each other.
[0039] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a mobile crane 1, the support arms of which are supported on crane base plates 7 via a support cylinder 4 and a support plate 5.
[0040] By supporting the base plates 7, the risk of soil failure is reduced, as the contact area through which force can be introduced into the soil is increased.
[0041] This allows the mobile crane to operate even on less stable surfaces without the risk of tipping over during a lift. For clarity, the mobile crane is shown in the figure only with its undercarriage 2, while the uppercarriage with the crane boom is not shown.
[0042] Fig. 2a shows several floor panels 7 stacked on top of each other, which are attached to a lifting device 8, in this case a rope loop.
[0043] As already explained above, it is necessary to use floor slabs 7 if the ground on a construction site is not sufficiently stable. Typically, a floor slab 7 must be placed under each crane-side support plate 5 of the mobile crane 1. The four floor slabs 7 must be positioned when setting up the mobile crane 1. It is advantageous if the mobile crane 1 carries out this task independently. Therefore, a transport vehicle brings the heavy floor slabs 7 to the site, delivering the four floor slabs 7 stacked as a package.
[0044] The mobile crane 1 picks up the stack of floor panels 7 with a lifting device 8 on the receiving devices 20, lifts the stack and positions the stack at the desired location of the first floor panel 7. Once the stack is lying on the ground 6, an assistant releases the lifting devices 8 from the receiving devices 20 of the lowest floor panel 7 and connects the lifting devices 8 to the receiving devices 20 of the second lowest floor panel 7. This continues until the last floor panel 7 is at its desired location.
[0045] The stacking of the floor panels 7 for transport away from the construction site takes place in the reverse order. To ensure a clear center of gravity of the floor panel 7 relative to the receiving devices 20, at least two receiving devices 20 are required per floor panel 7. As a rule, however, four receiving devices 20 are provided for the stable movement of the floor panel 7. However, it is clear to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the proposed number of receiving devices 20. Nor is it absolutely necessary to restrict the position of the receiving devices 20 to the corners. It would also be conceivable to provide one receiving device 20 on each side surface or to arrange two receiving devices 20 on each of two opposite side surfaces.
[0046] Since the floor slabs 7 are heavy and heavy loads with large dimensions must be handled on the construction site, the support devices 20 must be protected from damage. Therefore, it is proposed to arrange the support devices 20 essentially recessed within the overall contour 71 of the floor slab 7. This can be done at any point on the floor slab 7, with the position of the four corners of the floor slab 7 on the top or bottom side having proven advantageous.
[0047] The round sling 81 is looped around the support devices 20 of the lowest base plate 7. The base plates 7 above are guided by the round sling 81 on the two beams 21 and are thus also securely guided during the movement of the stack of base plates 7. The top plate redirects the round slings 81 toward the load-handling device on the mobile crane 1.
[0048] In the Fig. In Figure 2b, the extensions of the side surfaces 711, 712 are shown by continued lines 71, so that it can be seen that the respective receiving devices 20 are located within the extensions of the two end surfaces 711, 712. If two components collide on the construction site, the stable side surfaces 711, 712 generally absorb the impact, and the receiving devices 20 are protected.
[0049] Fig. Figure 3a shows a side view of the receiving means 20. It can be seen that, starting from a flat area that is generally flush with the upper side 715 of the crane base plate 7, there is a raised portion 23 that protrudes from the flat area at an incline. Furthermore, it can be seen that, according to an advantageous embodiment of the receiving means 20, the locking tube 22 connecting the two beams 21 lies in a plane that continues from the upper side.
[0050] Fig. Figure 3b shows a perspective view of the receiving means 20, allowing its basic structure to be seen. The two beams 21 protruding from the base plate 7 are connected to each other by a locking tube, creating a receiving space for a hook or the like. On the side of the locking tube 22 facing away from the beams 21, two cams 212 project. When several base plates are stacked, these cams have a fixing effect on the lifting means 8, limiting its movement at least parallel to the longitudinal direction of the locking tube 20.
[0051] The locking tube 22 also extends beyond the outer sides of the two bars 21 facing away from each other and forms so-called projections 222, which prevent the loop from slipping when a loop interacts with the receiving means.
[0052] Fig. 3c shows a top view of the receiving means 20. The base plate of the receiving element 20 can be seen, which is firmly connected to the base plate and is preferably flush with the upper side 715 of the base plate 7.
[0053] The two beams 21 are used to connect the base plate 7 with round slings 81. The round sling 81 is guided around the beams 21 (see Fig. 2a). To reduce wear, the bars 21 can have suitable radii 211. These radii 211 can preferably be provided at most or all transitions on the receiving device 20. The two projections 222 essentially serve to protect the round sling 81 from slipping. On the opposite side, the base plate 24, as a connection to the steel structure of the base plate 7, secures the position of the sling and prevents it from slipping.
[0054] Fig. 4a is a detailed view of a lifting device 8 (also called: lifting device 8) of the base plate 7 attached to the receiving device 20.
[0055] The locking tube 22 is provided for connecting the base plate 7 to the sling chains 82. The receiving hooks 821 or shackles 822 attached to the ends of the sling chains 82 can be suspended from the locking tube 22. The two beams 21 and the locking tube 22 enclose a secure receiving space for this purpose. The beams 21 can penetrate the locking tube 22, thus forming the two elevations or cams 212 and increasing the positioning accuracy of the receiving hook 821.
[0056] As already explained, the elevation 23 protrudes beyond the upper surface 715 of the base plate 7. Although it is therefore no longer protected from damage, it is solid and provided with bevels. The lower side 716 of the base plate 7 has a corresponding recess 7161. When two base plates 7 are stacked, the elevations 23 reach the recesses 7161, and the bevels align the two base plates 7 with each other. When the two base plates 7 lie on top of each other, a sufficient form fit is established, which is secured by the weight of the upper base plate 7.
[0057] Fig. Figure 4b shows a detailed view of a stack of floor panels with a lifting device 8 attached to a floor panel located below. This shows the additional guidance of the upper floor panels 7, as the lifting chain 82 is guided between the cams 212 of the stacked floor panel 7.
[0058] Fig. 4c shows that the cams 212 limit the freedom of movement of the lifting chain 82, so that a certain stabilizing effect of the base plates 7 arranged in the stack is achieved.
[0059] Fig. 4d shows a further view of the receiving device 7 arranged on the base plate 7. The flow of force from the receiving device 20 into the steel structure of the base plate 7 must be taken into account. This is particularly important since the mobile crane 1 moves the base plate 7 in a stacked manner. For this purpose, a specially folded corner plate 717 is provided, which is connected to as many sheet metal parts of the base plate 7 as possible. These would be the sheets of the upper surface 715, the lower side 716 and the sheets of the adjacent sides, in the example the sheets of the side surface 711 and side surface 712. A reinforcing force deflection plate 7171 can also be provided and connected to the receiving device 20 as well as to the corner plate 717 and the lower side 716. This force deflection plate runs diagonally downwards towards the underside to the plane spanned by the upper side.
[0060] Fig.Figure 5 shows two base plates 7 arranged one above the other, each equipped with the receiving means, as they are moved toward each other. The raised portion 23 has a boundary contour that protrudes upwards from the plane defined by the upper side, which corresponds to a contour at the corresponding point on the underside. Thus, when correctly placed on top of each other, a positive fit is achieved, preventing the two plates from slipping. The slopes of the raised portion 23 ensure that the two plates are automatically aligned with each other as they move toward each other.
[0061] The bevels help ensure the correct alignment of the two base plates 7. When the two base plates 7 are placed on top of each other, a sufficient form fit is achieved, which is secured by the weight of the upper base plate 7.
