[1] Assembly (1) for a couch (3), in particular for a medical couch (4), for adjustable attachment of an extension (38) to the couch (3) - with a manually adjustable arrangement (5) for connecting an extension (38) to the lounger (3), - wherein the arrangement (5) is pivotable about a pivot axis (7) running parallel to the shaft (6) via at least two shafts (6), - wherein the arrangement (5) for the respective shaft (6) has a locking mechanism (8) which is adjustable between a locking position in which the locking mechanism (8) prevents the arrangement (5) from pivoting about the pivot axis (7) belonging to the shaft (6) and an adjustment position in which the locking mechanism (8) allows the arrangement (5) to pivot about the pivot axis (7), characterized by , - that the assembly (1) for the respective shaft (6) has a spring assembly (9) comprising at least one spring (10), - that the spring device (9) in the adjustment position of the locking mechanism (8) belonging to the shaft (6) acts resiliently on the arrangement (5) such that the arrangement (5) in the adjustment position of the associated locking mechanism (8) is fixed against pivoting movements about the pivot axis (7) belonging to the shaft without additional force and when additional force is applied about the pivot axis (7) - that the arrangement (5) has at least one support arm (11) for supporting the attachment (38), which is pivotable about the pivot axis (7) belonging to the shaft (6) via at least one of the at least one shaft (6), - that the arrangement (5) has a first support arm (11, 11a) and a second support arm (11, 11b), - that the first support arm (11, 11a) is connected to a shaft (6) in a rotationally fixed manner, - that the second support arm (11, 11b) is pivotable about a second pivot axis (7, 7b) via the shaft (6), so that the support arms (11) are pivotable relative to each other via the shaft (6), - that the arrangement (5) has a bracket (12) for attaching the attachment (38) to the assembly (1), - that the holder (12) is pivotable about the pivot axis (7) belonging to the shaft (6) via one of the at least one shaft (6). [2] Assembly according to claim 1, characterized by , - that the arrangement (5) has an associated receptacle (16) for at least one of the at least one shaft (6) through which the shaft (6) is guided, wherein the receptacle (16) is bounded along the associated pivot axis (7) by at least one end face (17) extending transversely or inclined to the pivot axis (7), - that the associated spring device (9) acts against at least one of the at least one end face (17). [3] Assembly according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by , that at least one friction element (19), in particular a rubber element (20), is arranged between at least one of the at least one spring assembly (9) and the arrangement (5), such that the spring assembly (9) biases the at least one friction element (20) against the arrangement (5). [4] Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by , that at least one of the at least one spring device (9) acts on the arrangement (5) parallel to the pivot axis (7) of the associated shaft (6). [5] Assembly according to claims 3 and 4, characterized by , that at least one of the at least one spring assembly (9) has a clamping element (22) which is connected to the associated shaft (6) in a rotationally fixed manner and which preloads the at least one spring (10) against the arrangement (5). [6] Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by, that the assembly (1) has a stop (29) for at least one of the at least one spring assembly (9), wherein the spring assembly (9) biases the arrangement (5) against the stop (29). [10] Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by , that at least one of the at least one locking mechanism (8) in the locked position acts on an associated spring assembly (9), so that the spring assembly (9) acts more strongly on the arrangement (5) in the locked position than in the adjustable position. [11] Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized by , that at least one of the at least one locking mechanism (8) has a tension lever (27) adjustable for adjusting the locking mechanism (8). [12] Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized by that the arrangement (5) has at least two shafts (6) and the associated pivot axes (7) of at least two of the shafts (6) run parallel.
