DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXECUTION FORMS

[0019] Below, with reference to the accompanying drawings, which form part of this description, various specific embodiments of the present invention are described. It is understood that, although terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "inner," and "outer" indicate directions and are used in this disclosure to describe various exemplary structural parts and elements, these terms are used here only for the sake of simplicity and are determined based on the exemplary orientations shown in the accompanying drawings. Since the embodiments disclosed in this disclosure can be arranged in various directions, these directional designations serve only for illustration and are not to be considered as limitations.

[0020] Fig. Figure 1A is a perspective view of a valve 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure when viewed from top to bottom. Fig. 1B is a perspective view of the in Fig. 1A Valve 100 shown when viewed from bottom to top. Fig. 1C is a view of the in Fig. 1A Valve 100 shown from below. Fig. 1D is a stretched view of the in Fig. Valve 100 shown in 1A. As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1A-1D, the valve 100 comprises a housing 102, a stem 116, a valve body 118, a first seal 112, and a second seal 114. The stem 116, the valve body 118, the first seal 112, and the second seal 114 are arranged in the housing 102. The positional relationship between the stem 116, the valve body 118, the first seal 112, and the second seal 114 in the housing 102 is described with reference to Fig. 2 described in more detail.

[0021] The housing 102 comprises a housing body 122, a first tube 141, a second tube 142, and a third tube 143. In particular, the housing body 122 is essentially a hollow cylinder. The housing body 122 defines a housing cavity. The housing cavity extends transversely through the housing body 122. The first tube 141, the second tube 142, and the third tube 143 are arranged outside the housing body 122, and all are hollow tubes. The first tube 141, the second tube 142 and the third tube 143 can be in flow communication with the housing cavity, so that a fluid (such as a coolant) that is contained in the housing cavity can flow out of the housing 102 through the first tube 141, the second tube 142 and the third tube 143 or the fluid (such as the coolant) can flow into the housing 102 through the first tube 141, the second tube 142 and the third tube 143.The first tube 141, the second tube 142 and the third tube 143 can be connected to components to be cooled (not shown) to form different cooling circuits for cooling different components to be cooled.

[0022] Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the in Fig. 1A shown valve 100 along line AA in Fig. 1C to show the specific positional relationship between the stem 116, the valve body 118, the first seal 112 and the second seal 114 in the housing 102. As shown in Fig. The housing 102 further comprises a partition plate 206. The partition plate 206 is arranged in the housing cavity and divides the housing cavity into a left cavity 222 and a right cavity 224. The left cavity 222 is used to accommodate a drive component (not shown). The right cavity 224 is used to accommodate the valve body 118, which controls the flow direction of the coolant.

[0023] An outlet channel 208 is provided in the partition plate 206. The outlet channel 208 extends along the partition plate 206 and penetrates the housing body 122, with a lower connection 212 and an upper connection 214 of the outlet channel being formed on the housing body 122. The partition plate 206 is further provided with a shaft receiving bore that penetrates the partition plate 206 and is used to receive the shaft 116. The shaft receiving bore is in flow communication with the outlet channel 208. As an example, the partition plate 206 is arranged vertically in the housing cavity, the outlet channel 208 penetrates the partition plate 206 vertically, and the shaft receiving bore penetrates the partition plate 206 vertically.

[0024] The housing 102 further comprises a left sealing plate 232 and a right sealing plate 234. The left sealing plate 232 is arranged around the shaft receiving bore and is connected to a left surface (i.e., a left side) of the partition plate 206. The right sealing plate 234 is also arranged around the shaft receiving bore and is connected to a right surface (i.e., a right side) of the partition plate 206.

[0025] The stem 116 of the valve 100 is essentially cylindrical and can rotate about its own axis. The stem 116 can penetrate the stem receiving bore and is arranged transversely in the housing cavity. A left end of the stem 116 enters the left cavity 222 and is then connected to a drive component (not shown) positioned in the left cavity 222. A right end of the stem 116 enters the right cavity 224 and is then connected to the valve body 118, which is positioned in the right cavity 224. When the drive component causes the stem 116 to rotate, the stem 116 can rotate about the axis together with the valve body 118.

[0026] Both the first seal 112 and the second seal 114 of the valve 100 are annular. An outer wall of the first seal 112 rests against the left sealing plate 232, and an inner wall of the first seal 112 rests against the stem 116, so that the first seal 112 can form a seal between the left cavity 222 and the outlet channel 208. An outer wall of the second seal 114 rests against the right sealing plate 234, and an inner wall of the second seal 114 rests against the stem 116, so that the second seal 114 can form a seal between the outlet channel 208 and the right cavity 224.

[0027] The valve body 118 of the valve 100 is hollow, and the valve body 118 is provided with three openings (see Fig. 1D). If at least one of the three openings on the valve body 118 is aligned with the first tube 141 and / or the second tube 142 and / or the third tube 143 on the housing 102, the coolant in the right cavity 224 can flow into or out of the valve 100 through the first tube 141, the second tube 142 and / or the third tube 143, which are aligned with the opening on the valve body 118.

[0028] It is noted that the present disclosure is not intended to restrict the fastening sequence and connection relationship between the shaft 116, the valve body 118, the first seal 112 and the second seal 114, and that any fastening sequence and connection relationship is within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0029] Furthermore, it also includes, with reference to Fig. 1A-1D, the valve 100, and a collection device 104. The collection device 104 is attached to an outer surface of the housing 102. The collection device 104 comprises a lower piece 152, an upper piece 154, and a connecting piece 156. The connecting piece 156 is used to connect the lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154. The lower piece 152 is used to cover the lower outlet port 212 of the outlet 208. The upper piece 154 is used to cover the upper outlet port 214 of the outlet 208.

[0030] In a conventional valve, coolant absorbed in the right cavity can penetrate into the left cavity along the stem, causing the coolant to come into contact with a drive component in the left cavity, leading to a short circuit, corrosion, wear, etc., of the drive component. In contrast, the valve 100 of the present disclosure has an outlet channel 208 in the housing 102, so that when coolant absorbed in the right cavity 224 flows to the left cavity 222 along the stem 116, the coolant can flow out of the housing cavity through the outlet channel 208, thus preventing the coolant from penetrating into the left cavity 222.Furthermore, the collecting device 104 in the valve 100 of the present disclosure can cover the lower port 212 of the outlet channel in order to collect the coolant flowing out of the lower outlet channel port 212 of the outlet channel 208, thus preventing the coolant from coming into contact with other components located outside the valve 100 (such as a component to be cooled).

[0031] Fig. 3A is a perspective view of a housing 102, which is located in Fig. 1A is shown when viewed from bottom to top. Fig. 3B is a perspective view of housing 102, which is located in Fig. 1A is shown when viewed from top to bottom. Fig. 3C is a cross-sectional view of housing 102, which is located in Fig. 1A is shown, along line DD in Fig. Figure 1C shows a structure of the housing 102 that corresponds to the collecting device 104. As shown in Figure 1C. Fig. In 3A-3C, the housing 102 comprises a left limiter 312 and a right limiter 314 for restricting the movement of the connecting piece 156 of the collecting device 104 to the left and to the right. In particular, the left limiter 312 is arranged on the housing body 122 and is positioned such that it projects from an outer surface of the housing body 122. The left limiter 312 extends in a circumferential direction of the housing body 122. The left limiter 312 is arranged in substantially the same circumferential direction of the housing body 122 as the lower connection 212 of the discharge channel and the upper connection 214 of the discharge channel. The right limiter 314 comprises a projecting part 331 and a projecting part 332, which are arranged in the same circumferential direction of the housing body 122. The projecting part 331 and the projecting part 332 also protrude from the outer surface of the housing body 122.The left limiter 312 and the right limiter 314 are separated at a certain distance in a longitudinal direction of the housing body 122 (i.e. an axial direction of the housing body 122) to define a connecting piece receiving part 360 between the left limiter 312 and in the right limiter 314 for receiving the connecting piece 156 in the receiving device 104.

[0032] It is also noted that, although the right limiter 314 in the present disclosure comprises the two projecting parts, it might be clear to a person skilled in the art in the field of the present disclosure that the right limiter 314 can comprise any other number of projecting parts. Furthermore, although the left limiter 312 in the present disclosure is a structure extending in the circumferential direction of the housing body 122 and projecting out of the housing body 122, it might be clear to a person skilled in the art in the present disclosure that the left limiter 312 can also be formed by at least two projecting parts.

[0033] It is also noted that, although the connecting piece receiving part 360 is defined in the present disclosure by the left limiter 312 and the right limiter 314, which project out of the housing body 122, it might be clear to the person skilled in the art in the field of the present disclosure that the connecting piece receiving part 360 could also be formed by recessing inwards from the housing body 122.

[0034] Furthermore, with reference to Fig. 3A and Fig. 3C further comprises the housing 102 and a lower housing mounting part 302, which is used to fit the lower part 152 of the collecting device 104 together, so that the lower part 152 is attached to the housing 102. The lower housing mounting part 302 is arranged on an outer surface of the housing body 122 and projects from the outer surface of the housing body 122. The lower housing mounting part 302 is positioned substantially on a right-hand side of the lower connection 212 of the discharge channel.

[0035] In particular, the lower housing mounting part 302 is wedge-shaped. The wedge-shaped lower housing mounting part 302 comprises a first locking surface 344 perpendicular to the outer surface of the housing body 122 and a first inclined surface 342. The first locking surface 344 is formed essentially by extending outwards in a radial direction along the housing body 122. The first inclined surface 342 is connected to the first locking surface 344, and the first inclined surface 342 is located closer to the connector receiving part 360 than the first locking surface 344. In other words, when the receiving device 104 is attached to the housing 102, the first inclined surface 342 is located closer to the connector 156 than the first locking surface 344. The cross-section of the lower housing mounting part 302 in the radial direction along the housing body 122 is essentially triangular (see Fig. 3C).

[0036] Furthermore, with reference to Fig. 3B and Fig. 3C the housing 102 further comprises an upper housing mounting part 304, which is used to fit the upper part 154 of the collecting device 104 together, so that the upper part 154 is attached to the housing 102. The upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal direction of the housing body 122 (i.e., the axis of the housing body 122). In particular, the upper housing mounting part 304 is located on an outer surface of the housing body 122 and projects from the outer surface of the housing body 122. The upper housing mounting part 304 is positioned substantially on a right-hand side of the upper connection 214 of the discharge channel. The upper housing mounting part 304 is wedge-shaped. The wedge-shaped upper housing mounting part 304 comprises a second locking surface 354 perpendicular to the outer surface of the housing body 122 and a second inclined surface 352.The second locking surface 354 is formed essentially by extending outwards in a radial direction of the housing body 122. The second inclined surface 352 is connected to the second locking surface 354, and the second inclined surface 352 is located closer to the connector receiving part 360 than the second locking surface 354. In other words, when the catch device 104 is attached to the housing 102, the second inclined surface 352 is located closer to the connector 156 than the second locking surface 354. The upper housing mounting part 304 in the radial cross-section of the housing body 122 is essentially triangular (see ). Fig. 3C).

[0037] Although the first locking surface 344 and the second locking surface 354 are not arranged perpendicular to the outer surface of the housing body 122 in the present disclosure, it could be clear to the person skilled in the art that instead of being arranged in the radial direction of the housing body 122, the first locking surface 344 and the second locking surface 354 may be inclined with respect to the radial direction of the housing body 122, as long as they can prevent the collecting device 104, which is fixed in position, from escaping from the housing 102.

[0038] Although in the present disclosure both the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 are wedge-shaped, it could be clear to the person skilled in the art that the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302, which protrude from the housing body 122 due to their shape, fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0039] Fig. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the collecting device 104, which is located in Fig. 1 is shown. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the collecting device 104 comprises a lower piece 152, an upper piece 154, and a connecting piece 156. The connecting piece 156 is essentially an arc-shaped strip. One end of the connecting piece 156 is connected to the lower piece 152, and the other end of the connecting piece 156 is connected to the upper piece 154, so that the lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154 are connected to each other. The lower piece 152 can fit into the lower housing mounting part 302 of the housing 102, the upper piece 154 can fit into the upper housing mounting part 304 of the housing 102, and the connecting piece 156 can be received by the connecting piece receiving part 360, so that the collecting device 104 is attached to the housing 102. As an example, the collecting device 104 of the present disclosure is made in one piece from plastic. As another example, the lower piece 152, the upper piece 154, and the connecting piece 156 in the collecting device 104 of the present disclosure can also be connected to one another by connecting components. The collecting device 104 of the present disclosure is configured such that when an external force is applied to the lower piece 152 and / or the upper piece 154, the collecting device 104 can deform, causing the lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154 to move away from each other. Furthermore, the collecting device 104 is also configured such that when the external force is removed, the deformation caused by the external force disappears and the collecting device 104 returns to its original shape.

[0040] Fig. 5A is a side view of the lower piece 152, which is in Fig. Figure 4 is shown when viewed from the inside out. Fig. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the lower piece 152, which is in Fig. 5A is shown, along line BB in Fig. 5A. As in Fig. As shown in Figures 5A-5B, the lower piece 152 is essentially a block of some thickness. One end 511 of it is connected to one end of the connecting piece 156, and the other end is a free end 512. The lower piece 152 is provided with a fastening part 502. The fastening part 502 is a recess on the lower piece 152. In other words, the fastening part 502 is formed by inwardly recessing an inner surface 501 of the lower piece 152. The fastening part 502 is wedge-shaped. That is, the cross-section of the fastening part 502 in a longitudinal direction of the connecting piece 156 (i.e., the cross-section along line BB of Fig. 5A) is triangular and can coincide with the lower housing mounting part 302. In particular, the mounting part 502 of the lower piece has a locking surface 524 and an inclined surface 522. The locking surface 524 of the lower piece is substantially perpendicular to the inner surface 501 of the lower piece 152. The inclined surface 522 of the lower piece is connected to the locking surface 524 of the lower piece, and the locking surface 524 of the lower piece is closer to the free end 512 than the inclined surface 522 of the lower piece. Thus, the mounting part 502 of the lower piece and the lower housing mounting part 302 of the housing 102 are identical in shape. The fastening part 502 of the lower piece has a shape that matches that of the lower housing fastening part 302, so that the fastening part 502 of the lower piece can accommodate the lower housing fastening part 302.

[0041] The lower section 152 is further provided with a collecting cavity 504. The collecting cavity 504 is a recess positioned in the lower section 152. In other words, the collecting cavity 504 is formed by recessing an inner surface 501 of the lower section 152 inwards. The collecting cavity 504 is configured to collect the coolant that exits from the lower outlet port 212 of the outlet channel 208. When the collecting device 104 is attached to the housing 102, the collecting cavity 504 can be aligned with the lower port 212 of the outlet channel 208 to collect the coolant that has exited from the lower outlet port 212 of the outlet channel 208.

[0042] When the valve 100 is used in an internal combustion engine, the collection cavity 504 can further be configured to collect the coolant exiting from the lower outlet port 212 of the outlet channel 208 within a predetermined period. This is because the temperature in the internal combustion engine is relatively high, and the coolant collected in the collection cavity 504 will at least partially evaporate due to the high ambient temperature.

[0043] Fig. 6A is a side view of the upper piece 154, which is in Fig. Figure 4 is shown when viewed from the inside out. Fig. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the upper piece 154, which is in Fig. 6A is shown, along line CC in Fig. 6A. As in Fig. As shown in Figures 6A-6B, the upper piece 154 is essentially a block of some thickness. One end 611 of it is connected to one end of the connecting piece 156, and the other end is a free end 612. The upper piece 154 is provided with a fastening part 602. The fastening part 602 is a recess positioned in the upper piece 154. In other words, the fastening part 602 is formed by inwardly recessing an inner surface 601 of the upper piece 154. The fastening part 602 is wedge-shaped. That is, the cross-section of the fastening part 602 in a longitudinal direction of the connecting piece 156 (i.e., the cross-section along line CC of Fig. 6A) is triangular and can be identical to the upper housing mounting part 304. In particular, the mounting part 602 of the upper piece has a locking surface 624 of the upper component and an inclined surface 622 of the upper component. The locking surface 624 of the upper component is substantially perpendicular to the inner surface 601 of the upper piece 154. The inclined surface 622 of the upper component is connected to the locking surface 624 of the upper component, and the locking surface 624 of the upper component is located closer to the free end 612 than the inclined surface 622 of the upper component. Thus, the mounting part 602 of the upper piece and the upper housing mounting part 304 of the housing 102 are identical in shape. The mounting part 602 of the upper piece has a shape that is identical to that of the upper housing mounting part 304, so that the mounting part 602 of the upper piece can accommodate the upper housing mounting part 304.

[0044] Furthermore, the upper section 154 is also provided with an additional cavity 604. The additional cavity 604 is similar in design to the collection cavity 504, without repetition here. The upper section 154 is configured such that, when the collection device 104 is attached to the housing 102, the upper section 154 can be aligned with the upper port 214 of the outlet channel, so that the upper section 154 can cover the upper port 214 of the outlet channel to prevent dust, etc., in the air from entering the housing cavity through the outlet channel 208.

[0045] Although the upper piece 154 in the embodiments of the present disclosure is provided with the additional cavity 604, it could be clear to the person skilled in the art that the upper piece 154 may not be provided with the additional cavity 604 and that the inner surface 601 of the upper piece 154 may also cover the connection 214 at the upper end of the outlet channel.

[0046] Fig. Figures 7A-7C are schematic diagrams of a process in which the collecting device 104, which is in Fig. 1A is shown, to which housing 102 is attached. Fig. Figure 7A shows the relative position of the collecting device 104 when it is not attached to the housing 102. Fig. Figure 7B shows the state of the collecting device 104 when it is ready to be attached to the housing 102. Fig. Figure 7C shows the relative position of the collecting device 104 when it is attached to the housing 102. In particular, as shown in Fig. Figure 7A shows that when the collecting device 104 needs to be attached to the housing 102, the collecting device 104 is located near the housing 102 and is attached to it, and the connecting piece 156 of the collecting device 104 is aligned with the connecting piece receiving part 360 on the housing 102. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7B, an operator applies upward and downward external forces F to the upper piece 154 and the lower piece 152 of the catch device 104, causing the catch device 104 (in particular the connecting piece 156) to deform. The lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154 of the deformed catch device 104 move away from each other. More precisely, the distance between the fastening part 502 of the lower piece and the fastening part 602 of the upper piece in the deformed catch device 104 in the longitudinal direction of the catch device 104 (i.e., the length of a curve in the longitudinal direction) is greater than that between the lower housing fastening part 302 and the upper housing fastening part 304 on the housing 102 in the circumferential direction (i.e., the length in the circumferential direction). In this case, the operator can, as shown in Figure 7B, apply upward and downward external forces F to the upper housing fastening part 304 on the housing 102, causing the catch device 104 (in particular the connecting piece 156) to deform. The lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154 of the deformed catch device 104 move away from each other. More precisely, the distance between the fastening part 502 of the lower piece and the fastening part 602 of the upper piece in the deformed catch device 104 in the longitudinal direction (i.e., the length in the circumferential direction) is greater than that between the lower housing fastening part 302 and the upper housing fastening part 304 on the housing 102 in the circumferential direction (i.e., the length in the circumferential direction). Fig. As shown in Figure 7C, connect the fastening part 502 of the lower piece to the lower housing fastening part 302, connect the fastening part 602 of the upper piece to the upper housing fastening part 304, and connect the connecting piece 156 to the connecting piece receiving part 360 on the housing 102, so that the catch device 104 is secured in position on the housing 102. Finally, the operator releases the force applied to the catch device 104, and the catch device 104 can be held attached to the housing 102.

[0047] When the collecting device 104 is attached to the housing 102, the upper part 154 can be supported by the housing 102. The connecting piece 156 can apply an upward force to the lower part 152 to overcome the force of gravity on the lower part 152 and hold the lower part 152 in position. The connecting piece 156 is received in the connecting piece receiving part 360, and its left and right movement is limited by the left limiter 312 and the right limiter 314. Once the collecting device 104 is attached to the housing 102, it does not easily escape from the housing 102 due to external factors such as vibrations.

[0048] Fig. Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of a further process in which the collecting device 104 is attached to the housing 102. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, instead of applying upward and downward forces to the collecting device 104, the operator can push the collecting device 104 towards the housing 102. For example, the collecting device 104 moves in the direction of the Fig.The collecting device 104 is generally arc-shaped, such that when the upper part 154 and the lower part 152 of the collecting device 104 come into contact with the housing 102, the upper part 154 and the lower part 152 come into contact with the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302, respectively. Since the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 have the first inclined surface 342 and the second inclined surface 352, respectively, the first inclined surface 342 and the second inclined surface 352 guide the lower part 152 and the upper part 154, respectively, so that the lower part 152 and the upper part 154 are open to the outside (i.e., the lower part 152 and the upper part 154 are facing away from each other). If the blocking surface 524 of the lower piece and the inclined surface 622 of the upper piece in the lower piece 152 or the upper piece 154 form the first blocking surface 344 orCrossing the second barrier surface 354, the first inclined surface 342 and the second inclined surface 352 no longer exert an outward extensional force on the catch device 104. In this case, the fastening part 502 of the lower piece engages with the lower housing fastening part 302, the fastening part 602 of the upper piece engages with the upper housing fastening part 304, and the connecting piece 156 is received in the connecting piece receiving part 360 on the housing 102. The catch device 104 is thus secured in position on the housing 102. This work process is simple, the fastening process comprises only one step, and the operator can perform the work with one hand, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of fastening the catch device 104 to the housing 102.

[0049] It is noted that, although the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal direction of the housing body 122 (i.e. the axis of the housing body 122) in the present disclosure, the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 may not necessarily be arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal direction of the housing body 122 (i.e. the axis of the housing body 122) as long as the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 are arranged in the same circumferential direction and can cover the upper port of the outlet channel and the lower port of the outlet channel.

[0050] It is also noted that in the present disclosure, the lower housing mounting part 302 and the mounting part 502 of the lower piece are referred to as a lower mounting arrangement, and the upper housing mounting part 304 and the mounting part 602 of the upper piece are referred to as an upper mounting arrangement. The lower piece 152 and the upper piece 154 can be secured in position to the housing body 122 by the lower mounting arrangement, the upper mounting arrangement, and the connecting piece 156.

[0051] Although in the present disclosure both the components in the upper fastening arrangement and the components in the lower fastening arrangement are wedge-shaped, it could be clear to a person skilled in the art that the components in the upper fastening arrangement and in the lower fastening arrangement can have any shape.

[0052] Although in the present disclosure the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 project from the housing body 122 and both the mounting part 502 of the lower part and the mounting part 602 of the upper part are recessed, it could be clear to a person skilled in the art that both the upper housing mounting part 304 and the lower housing mounting part 302 can also be recessed and the mounting part 502 of the lower part and the mounting part 602 of the upper part can project from the housing body 122, as long as the lower housing mounting part 302 and the mounting part 502 of the lower part can coincide with each other in the lower mounting arrangement and the upper housing mounting part 304 and the mounting part 602 of the upper part can coincide with each other in the upper mounting arrangement.

[0053] The coolant escaping from a valve 100 provided in the present disclosure can be collected by a collecting device 104 and does not drip out of the valve 100. Furthermore, the collecting device 104 provided in the present disclosure can be manufactured by molding, is simple and easy to produce, and can save production time. The collecting device 104 can be attached to the housing 102 by the device itself and its structure without requiring additional fastening components (such as nuts and bolts), thereby reducing the number of fastening components and saving costs.

[0054] Although only some features of the present invention have been presented and described here, a person skilled in the art may make various improvements and modifications. Therefore, it is understood that the pending claims are intended to cover all of the aforementioned improvements and modifications that fall within the essential concept and scope of protection of the present invention.
