Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for operating such a parking lock actuating device. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle with such a parking lock actuating device.
[0002] From US 2021 / 0 197 771 A1, a parking lock system for a vehicle transmission is known, in which a rack can be actuated via a pinion gear of an actuator.
[0003] JP 2008-128 445 A describes a parking lock device for an automatic transmission. The parking lock device has a pinion gear designed to engage a rack.
[0004] JP 2019-60 419 A describes a parking lock mechanism which has a gear with an axis of rotation directed orthogonally to a parking rod and engages in an engagement portion arranged on the parking rod.
[0005] DE 20 2018 101 834 U1 discloses a parking lock actuation unit having an actuating body in which an adjusting member is mounted that can be moved translationally in the direction of its longitudinal axis by means of a drive unit.
[0006] The object of the present invention is to provide a parking lock actuating device for a motor vehicle, a method for operating such a parking lock actuating device and a motor vehicle, so that a particularly advantageous actuation of a locking element of a parking lock can be realized.
[0007] This object is achieved by a parking lock actuation device having the features of patent claim 1, by a method having the features of patent claim 9, and by a motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 10. Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims.
[0008] A first aspect of the invention relates to a parking lock actuating device, also referred to as a parking lock unit or parking lock actuator, for actuating a locking element of a parking lock for a motor vehicle. This means that the motor vehicle, preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, and also simply referred to as a vehicle, has the parking lock and the parking lock actuating device in its fully manufactured state. The locking element is movable, for example, between at least one blocking position, also referred to as the parking position, and at least one release position, in particular relative to a housing of the parking lock. In particular, the locking element can be pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the housing between the parking position (blocking position) and the release position. For example, the locking element can be designed as a pawl that can be pivoted about the pivot axis relative to the housing between the park position (blocking position) and the release position. The park position is also referred to as the P position, and the release position is also referred to as the non-park position or nP position.
[0009] The motor vehicle has vehicle wheels, also simply referred to as wheels. The vehicle wheels are ground contact elements by means of which the motor vehicle can be or is supported downwards on a ground in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle. If, for example, the motor vehicle is driven along the ground, the ground contact elements roll, in particular directly, on the ground. The motor vehicle, whose interior, also referred to as the passenger compartment or passenger cell, is delimited by a structure of the motor vehicle, for example designed as a self-supporting body, has, for example, a drive unit, by means of which, for example, at least or exactly two of the vehicle wheels can be driven, whereby the motor vehicle as a whole can be driven. For example, the respective vehicle wheel is connected in a torque-transmitting manner to a respective shaft, which is rotatable, for example, from a shaft rotation axis relative to the body and relative to the aforementioned housing. The parking lock comprises, for example, a parking lock gear connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the shaft. In the parking position, for example, the locking element interacts, in particular in a form-fitting manner, with the parking lock gear, whereby the shaft and thus the vehicle wheel connected to the shaft in a torque-transmitting manner are secured against rotation relative to the body. This secures the motor vehicle against unwanted rolling away, for example when the motor vehicle is parked on or near a slope. In the release position, the parking lock, i.e. the locking element, releases the shaft and thus the vehicle wheel connected to the shaft in a torque-transmitting manner for rotation relative to the body, so that, for example, the motor vehicle can be driven along the said ground or along the said gradient.
[0010] The parking lock actuating device, also simply referred to as an actuating device or actuating unit, comprises an actuating element which is movable, in particular along a first actuating direction and / or translationally, between at least one engagement position for engaging the locking element and thus the parking lock and at least one disengagement position for disengaging the locking element or the parking lock. In particular, the first actuating direction is a straight line, or the first actuating direction preferably runs along a straight line, wherein the aforementioned straight line is also referred to as the first straight line. The engagement position is a first position of the actuating element or is also referred to as the first position of the actuating element, and the disengagement position is a second position of the actuating element or is also referred to as the second position of the actuating element. The engagement of the locking element is understood to mean, in particular, a movement of the locking element, in particular from the release position, into the blocking position (parking position). The disengagement of the locking element is understood to mean, in particular, a movement of the locking element, in particular from the blocking position, into the release position. Thus, for example, in order to move the locking element, in particular from the release position, into the blocking position and thus engage the locking element and thus the parking lock as a whole, the actuating element is moved, for example, from the disengaged position into the engaged position. For example, in order to move the locking element, in particular from the blocking position, into the release position or to permit movement of the locking element, in particular from the blocking position, into the release position and thus to disengage the locking element and the parking lock, the actuating element, in particular from the inserted position, is moved into the disengaged position. Very particularly, the actuating element is designed as an actuating rod, also simply referred to as a rod, which is movable, in particular displaceable and thus translationally movable, for example, along the first actuating direction between the inserted position and the disengaged position, in particular relative to the housing.
[0011] In order to be able to actuate, i.e. engage and disengage, the locking element and thus the parking lock particularly advantageously, that is to say in particular in a particularly cost-, weight-, and space-efficient manner, the invention provides that the actuating element has a first toothing and at least two recesses spaced apart from one another, for example along the actuating direction (first actuating direction). For example, the respective recess is designed as a respective groove. Preferably, the first toothing is a first external toothing. If the actuating element is designed, for example, as the aforementioned rod, the rod is preferably designed as a toothed rack because it has the first toothing.
[0012] The parking lock actuation device further comprises a shaft element, which is rotatable about a rotational axis, in particular relative to the housing. Preferably, the first shaft element is a first shaft, in particular a solid shaft, also referred to as a solid shaft. For example, the rotational axis runs obliquely or perpendicularly to the first actuation direction. This particularly means that the first actuation direction runs perpendicular to a first actuation direction plane, wherein the rotational axis runs perpendicular to a rotational axis plane, and wherein the first actuation direction plane and the rotational axis plane run obliquely or perpendicularly to one another.
[0013] The parking lock actuating device also comprises a gearwheel which is rotatable, in particular limitedly, about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element. The feature that the gearwheel is preferably rotatable to a limited extent about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element means that the gearwheel is preferably rotatable about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element by less than 360 degrees. In particular, for example, the gearwheel is rotatable about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element by less than 357 degrees, in particular by less than 355 degrees, and / or the gearwheel is rotatable, for example, about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element by a maximum of 355 degrees, in particular by a maximum of 350 degrees. The gearwheel has a second toothing corresponding to the first toothing, which is preferably designed as a second external toothing. In particular, it is conceivable that the gears mesh with each other, i.e., are in engagement with each other. For example, the gear is a second shaft, in particular a hollow shaft. It is conceivable that the second shaft is arranged at least along a longitudinal section of the first shaft.
[0014] The parking lock actuating device comprises a blocking element which is movable between a blocking position and a release position. For example, the blocking element can be moved, in particular translationally, between the blocking position and the release position along a second actuating direction running obliquely or perpendicularly to the first actuating direction and / or obliquely or perpendicularly to the rotation axis. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the blocking element, which is also referred to as a locking element, to be designed as a blocking lever, also referred to as a locking lever or detent lever, which is pivotable, for example, about a blocking element pivot axis, in particular relative to the housing, between the blocking position and the release position. In particular, the blocking element can be movable relative to the housing between the release position and the blocking position.
[0015] The blocking element pivot axis runs, for example, obliquely or perpendicularly to the axis of rotation. This means in particular that the blocking element pivot axis runs perpendicular to a blocking element plane which runs obliquely or perpendicularly to the plane of the axis of rotation. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the blocking element pivot axis runs obliquely or preferably parallel to the first actuation direction plane. In other words, it is conceivable that the blocking element pivot axis runs obliquely or parallel to the first actuation direction. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the second actuation direction runs obliquely or perpendicularly to the first actuation direction. In other words, it is conceivable that the second actuation direction runs perpendicular to a second actuation direction plane, wherein, for example, the second actuation direction plane runs obliquely or perpendicularly to the first actuation direction plane.
[0016] In the locked position, the blocking element engages in a first of the recesses in the extended position of the actuating element, whereby the blocking element secures the actuating element in the extended position, in particular in a form-fitting manner, and thus secures or supports it against movement from the extended position, in particular in a form-fitting manner. In other words, when the blocking element is in the locked position and when the actuating element is in the extended position, the blocking element engages in the first recess of the actuating element, whereby the blocking element secures the actuating element in the extended position, in particular in a form-fitting manner, in particular against movement from the extended position, in particular into the inserted position. In the locked position, the blocking element engages in the second recess of the actuating element in the inserted position of the actuating element, whereby the blocking element secures the actuating element, in particular in a form-fitting manner, in the inserted position and thus protects it, in particular, against movement from the inserted position, in particular into the extended position. In other words, when the blocking element is in the locked position and when the actuating element is in the inserted position, the blocking element engages, in particular in a form-fitting manner, in the second recess, whereby the blocking element secures the actuating element in the inserted position, in particular in a form-fitting manner, and secures or protects it, in particular in a form-fitting manner, against movement from the inserted position, in particular into the extended position.Overall, it can be seen that when the blocking element engages in the respective recess, the blocking element interacts, in particular in a form-fitting manner, with the actuating element, whereby the actuating element is secured, i.e. held, in the respective position, in particular in a form-fitting manner.
[0017] In the release position, the blocking element releases the actuating element for movement, so that, for example, when the blocking element is in the release position, the actuating element, which is initially in the extended position, can be moved into the inserted position. For example, if the actuating element is initially in the inserted position and the blocking element is in the release position, the actuating element can then be moved, for example, from the inserted position to the extended position. In the release position, the blocking element is arranged, in particular completely, outside the recesses.
[0018] The parking lock actuation device has a first driving device, via which the blocking element can be driven by the shaft element when the shaft element rotates in a direction of rotation about the axis of rotation, and can thus be moved from the locked position to the release position. The aforementioned direction of rotation about the axis of rotation is also referred to as the first direction of rotation, and the aforementioned rotation of the shaft element that causes the blocking element to move from the locked position to the release position is also referred to as the first rotation.
[0019] Also provided is a second driving device, which in particular limits the rotatability of the gear relative to the shaft element, via which the gear can be driven by the shaft element during the first rotation of the shaft element in the first direction of rotation, in particular after the blocking element has been moved from the locked position into the released position via the first driving device by means of the shaft element during or by the first rotation, and is thereby rotatable about the axis of rotation in the first direction of rotation, whereby the actuating element, in particular after the blocking element has been moved from the locked position into the released position via the first driving device by means of the shaft element during or by the first rotation, can be moved via the toothings from one of the positions, in particular from the inserted position, into the other position, in particular the released position.especially while the blocking element is in the release position.
[0020] The parking lock actuation device comprises, for example, a motor, particularly designed as a stepper motor, which is embodied, for example, as an electric motor. The shaft element can be driven by the motor and thus rotated about the axis of rotation, particularly in the first direction of rotation. The invention makes it possible to use the same motor for moving both the actuating element and the blocking element, so that a single, common motor in the form of the aforementioned motor is sufficient and can be used to move both the actuating element and the blocking element as required. As a result, the blocking element and thus the parking lock can be inserted and designed particularly as required, as well as in a particularly space-saving, weight-saving, and cost-effective manner. The invention is particularly advantageous for electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles that, for example, have a high-voltage battery in addition to a low-voltage battery, so that two batteries are provided, which can create advantageous redundancy, particularly with regard to engaging and disengaging the parking lock. The motor can, for example, be supplied with electrical energy either from the high-voltage battery or from the low-voltage battery to operate the motor. This creates particularly advantageous redundancy, ensuring particularly safe operation.
[0021] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the second driving device is designed such that the second driving device allows a relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the shaft element and the gear during the first rotation of the shaft element, which rotation takes place in the first direction of rotation and causes a movement of the blocking element from the blocking position into the release position via the first driving device, while preferably a rotation of the gear about the axis of rotation in the first direction of rotation is omitted.Furthermore, the second driving device is designed such that, upon a second rotation of the shaft element following the first rotation and occurring in the first direction of rotation, i.e., upon further rotation of the shaft element in the first direction of rotation, the shaft element drives the gearwheel via the second driving device and thereby rotates it in the first direction of rotation, whereby the gearwheel moves, in particular displaces, the actuating element from one position to the other position via the toothing. This enables a simple and space-efficient movement of the actuating element from one position to the other position.
[0022] In order to keep the number of parts and thus the costs, weight, and installation space requirements of the parking lock actuation device to a particularly low level, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the first driver device is designed or configured in such a way that, after the actuation element has moved into the other position, the first driver device allows the blocking element to move from the release position to the locking position. This ensures simple and cost-effective movement of the actuation element.
[0023] A further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the second driving device is designed or configured such that, during a third rotation of the shaft element in a second direction of rotation running around the axis of rotation and opposite to the first direction of rotation and following the second rotation, the second driving device permits a relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the shaft element and the gearwheel, in particular while a rotation of the gearwheel about the axis of rotation in the second direction of rotation is prevented. This enables a particularly advantageous movement sequence to be realized, so that both the actuating element and the blocking element can be moved as needed and in a simple, time-efficient, cost-effective, and lightweight manner.
[0024] In a further, particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second driving device is designed or constructed in such a way that, during a fourth rotation of the shaft element in the first direction of rotation, following the third rotation and causing a movement of the blocking element from the locked position to the release position via the first driving device, the second driving device permits a relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the shaft element and the gearwheel, in particular while a rotation of the gearwheel about the axis of rotation in the direction of rotation is prevented. As a result, both the blocking element and the actuating element can be moved in a particularly simple, space-saving, weight-saving, and cost-effective manner, so that a particularly space-saving, weight-saving, and cost-effective actuation of the parking lock can be achieved in a needs-based manner.
[0025] In order to be able to advantageously entrain the blocking element via the first entrainment device by the shaft element, in particular in a particularly space-saving, weight-saving and cost-effective manner, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the first entrainment device has a stop provided on the blocking element and movable with the blocking element, as well as a entrainment element which is held on the shaft element so as to be translationally movable along a direction of movement running obliquely or perpendicular to the axis of rotation relative to the shaft element and is rotatable with the shaft element about the axis of rotation. In this case, for example, a spring element is provided, designed in particular as a mechanical spring and thus as a solid body, via which spring element, for example, the entrainment element can be or is supported on the shaft element in a spring-loaded manner. Thus, for example, the driving element is designed as a pressure piece, via which the blocking element can be driven and thus driven by the shaft element in a particularly advantageous and required manner.
[0026] In order to be able to realize a particularly advantageous movement of the actuating element in a particularly space-saving, weight-saving, and cost-effective manner, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the parking lock actuating device has a spring device, which is preferably designed as a mechanical spring device and thus as a solid body. The spring device is tensioned at least in the other position of the actuating element, whereby the spring device provides a spring force at least in the other position of the actuating element, by means of which the actuating element can be moved from the other position to the one position as a result of a movement of the blocking element from the locked position to the release position.
[0027] Finally, it has proven particularly advantageous if the second drive device has a first stop that can rotate with the gear and a second stop that can rotate with the shaft element. On the one hand, this allows the limited rotatability of the gear relative to the shaft element to be realized in a particularly simple, space-saving, and weight-saving manner. On the other hand, this ensures particularly advantageous drive of the gear by the shaft element.
[0028] A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for operating a parking lock actuation device according to the first aspect of the invention. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the second aspect of the invention, and vice versa.
[0029] A third aspect of the invention relates to a motor vehicle, also simply referred to as a vehicle and preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, which has a parking lock that has a parking lock actuation device according to the first aspect of the invention. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect and the second aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the third aspect of the invention, and vice versa.
[0030] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment and from the drawings. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combinations, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0031] The drawing shows: Fig. 1 shows a partial schematic perspective view of a parking lock for a motor vehicle; Fig. 2 a schematic side view of a parking lock actuating device of the parking lock; Fig. 3 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 4 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 5 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 6 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 7 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 8 shows a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; Fig. 9 a further schematic side view of the parking lock actuation device; and Fig. 10 is a schematic perspective view of a blocking element and a shaft element of the parking lock actuating device.
[0032] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.
[0033] Fig. 1 shows a partial schematic perspective view of a parking lock 10 for a motor vehicle, also referred to simply as a vehicle, and preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, which can be secured against unwanted rolling away by means of the parking lock 10, in particular when the motor vehicle is parked on or at a slope. The parking lock 10, also referred to as a parking lock device, has a Fig. 1 partially visible parking lock gear 12, which is connected, for example, in a rotationally fixed manner to a shaft of the motor vehicle. Furthermore, the parking lock 10 comprises a locking element 14, which is pivotable about a pivot axis, in particular relative to a housing of the parking lock 10, between a Fig. 1 and a release position not shown. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the locking element 14 is designed as a pawl. The parking lock 10 also comprises a parking lock actuating device 16, which is also referred to as a parking lock actuator or parking lock actuator or parking lock actuating unit. Moving, in particular pivoting, the locking element 14 from the release position into the blocking position is also referred to as engaging the parking lock 10. If the parking lock 10 is engaged, the parking lock 10 secures the motor vehicle against unwanted rolling away. Moving the locking element 14 from the blocking position into the release position is also referred to as disengaging the parking lock 10. If the parking lock 10 is disengaged, the parking lock 10 allows the motor vehicle to travel, for example, along a floor.By means of the parking lock actuation device 16, the locking element 14 and thus the parking lock 10 can be engaged and disengaged, i.e., selectively engaged or disengaged, as required and in a particularly cost-, weight- and space-efficient manner.
[0034] The parking lock actuation device 16 is particularly well made Fig. 2 to 10. The parking lock actuating device 16 comprises an actuating element 18 which, in particular along a first, preferably straight, actuating direction 20, can be translated between at least one engagement position E for engaging the locking element 14 and thus the parking lock 10 and at least one disengagement position A ( Fig. 5 to 8) for disengaging the locking element 14 and thus the parking lock 10. The actuating element 18 is an actuating rod, which is also simply referred to as a rod. The parking lock actuating device 16 comprises a further actuating element 22, which in the present case is designed as a locking cone. The actuating element 22 is conical, i.e. conical, at least in a length range L on the outer circumference. In particular, the actuating element 22 is movable, in particular displaceable, along the first actuating direction 20 relative to the actuating element 18. In particular, the actuating element 22 can be moved, in particular displaced, along the first actuating direction 20 relative to the housing between a second insertion position, which is in Fig. 2, and a second deployment position shown in Fig. 5, can be moved translationally. By moving the actuating element 22 from the second extended position to the second inserted position, the locking element 14 can be inserted, thus moving from the release position to the blocking position. By moving the actuating element 22 from the second inserted position to the second extended position, the locking element 14 can be extended, thus moving from the blocking position to the release position, or such a movement of the locking element 14 from the blocking position to the release position can be permitted.
[0035] Out of Fig. 1 shows that the parking lock gear 12 has a locking toothing 25 as external toothing, wherein the locking toothing 25 has a plurality of teeth and a plurality of tooth gaps. The teeth and the tooth gaps are arranged alternately one after the other in the circumferential direction of the parking lock gear 12. If, for example, the locking element 14 is initially in the release position, so that the locking element 14 is disengaged, and the actuating elements 18 and 22 are initially in the disengaged positions, and then, for example, the actuating element 18 is moved from the first disengaged position A to the first engaged position E, the actuating element 18 drives the actuating element 22, which is initially in the second disengaged position, such that the actuating element 22 is moved from the second disengaged position to the second engaged position, whereby the locking element 14 is moved from the release position to the blocking position.provided that the parking lock gear 12 is in such a rotational position relative to the locking element 14 that the locking element 14 can be moved into one of the tooth gaps. It can thus be seen that the actuating element 22 can be moved from the second disengaged position to the second engaged position by moving the actuating element 18 from the first disengaged position A to the first engaged position E, whereby the locking element 14 can be engaged. However, if the parking lock gear 12 is in such a rotational position, also referred to as a tooth-on-tooth position, that the locking element 14 cannot be moved into one of the tooth gaps, but is overlapping with one of the teeth and is thus in support contact with one of the teeth, or is moved in support contact with one of the teeth but cannot be moved into one of the tooth gaps,Thus, although the actuating element 18 can be moved from the extended position A into the inserted position E along the actuating direction 20, the locking element 14 cannot be moved from the release position into the blocking position due to the tooth-on-tooth position, but remains in the release position, and therefore the actuating element 22 cannot be moved from the second extended position into the second inserted position. Therefore, despite the movement of the actuating element 18 from the extended position A into the inserted position E, the actuating element 22 remains in the second extended position. A spring 24 designed as a mechanical spring is provided, via which the actuating element 22 can be supported or is supported on the actuating element 18 along the actuating direction 20. If the actuating element 18 is moved from the extended position A into the inserted position E while the actuating element 22 remains in the second extended position,The spring 24 is then tensioned, in particular compressed, whereby the spring 24 provides a spring force. If, for example, the parking lock gear 12 is then rotated slightly relative to the housing such that a tooth gap of the parking lock gear 12 adjacent to one tooth overlaps with the locking element 14, so that the locking element 14 can be moved into the tooth gap adjacent to one tooth, the spring 24 can be at least partially relaxed, so that by means of the spring force provided by the spring 24, the actuating element 22 is moved translationally from the second extended position into the second inserted position along the actuating direction 20 and in particular relative to the actuating element 18, whereby the locking element 14 is inserted. It can be seen, that the actuating element 18 was previously moved, i.e., displaced, along the actuating direction 20 relative to the actuating element 22 from the first extended position A into the first inserted position E. The actuating elements 18 and 22 are thus coupled to one another in such a way that the actuating element 22 is movable, in particular translationally, from the second extended position into the second inserted position along the actuating direction 20, such that the actuating element 18 is movable, or is moved, along the actuating direction 20, in particular translationally, from the first extended position A into the first inserted position E.
[0036] In addition, the actuating elements 18 and 22 are coupled to one another in such a way that by moving the actuating element 18 from the first insertion position E into the first deployment position A, the further actuating element 22 can be moved, in particular translationally, from the second insertion position to the second deployment position along the actuating direction 20. In other words, if the actuating element 18 is moved, in particular translationally, from the first insertion position E into the first deployment position A along the actuating direction 20, the further actuating element 22 is thereby moved along the actuating direction 20, in particular translationally, from the second insertion position to the second deployment position, in particular relative to the housing.
[0037] During the movement of the actuating element 22 from the second extended position into the second inserted position, for example, the conical length region L can slide along a corresponding wall W of the blocking element 14, wherein in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the wall W directly delimits, in particular completely encircling, a recess 26 of the blocking element 14, which is designed as a through-opening and is also referred to as a window.Because the length range L is conical with respect to the actuating direction 20, by means of the conical length range L and because the conical length range L slides on the wall W when the actuating element 22 is moved, in particular translationally, from the second extended position into the second inserted position along the actuating direction 20, the movement, in particular translational, of the actuating element 22 along the actuating direction 20 and relative to the blocking element 14 from the second extended position into the second inserted position is converted into a pivoting movement of the blocking element 14 about the pivot axis such that the blocking element 14 is pivoted, in particular relative to the housing and about the pivot axis, from the release position into the blocking position, in particular when there is no tooth-on-tooth position.
[0038] In order to be able to engage and disengage the parking lock 10 as needed in a particularly cost-effective, space-saving, and weight-efficient manner, the actuating element 18 has a first toothing 28, so that in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the actuating element 18 is designed as a toothed rack. In addition, the actuating element 18 has two recesses 30 and 32, which are spaced apart from one another along the actuating direction 20. The recesses 30 and 32 are designed, for example, as grooves, in particular as radial grooves, in the actuating element 18. The parking lock actuating device 16 also has a shaft element 34, which in this case is designed as a solid shaft. The shaft element 34 is rotatable about an axis of rotation D, which in this case runs perpendicular to the actuating direction 20, in particular relative to the housing. For this purpose, the parking lock actuation device 16 comprises, for example, a motor 36, particularly designed as an electric motor, which is very preferably designed as a stepper motor. By means of the motor 36, the shaft element 34 can be driven and thereby rotated about the rotational axis D, particularly relative to the housing, both in a direction extending about the rotational axis D and in a direction opposite to the rotational axis D. Fig. 2 by an arrow 37, as well as in a direction of rotation around the axis of rotation D, in Fig. 2 by an arrow 38, which is opposite to the first direction of rotation (arrow 37). Fig. 2 shows a first shaft rotation position of the shaft element 34.
[0039] The parking lock actuation device 16 also comprises a gear 40 which is rotatable to a limited extent about the rotational axis D relative to the shaft element 34 and which can be designed, for example, as a hollow shaft. The gear 40 has a toothing 42 corresponding to the first toothing 28 and designed as a second external toothing, which in this case engages with the toothing 28. A blocking element 44, which is also referred to as a locking element, is also provided. In conjunction with Fig. 10 it can be seen that the blocking element 44 is a lever, also referred to as a blocking lever or locking lever or locking lever, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis SA, in particular relative to the said housing, between a Fig. 2 shown locking position SS and one shown for example in Fig. 8 is pivotable into the release position FS shown. In the present case, the pivot axis SA, also referred to as the axis of rotation, runs parallel to the actuating direction 20. When the actuating element 18 is in the first insertion position E and when the blocking element 44 is in the locking position SS, the blocking element 44 engages in the recess 30, whereby the blocking element 44 interacts positively with the actuating element 18 and thus secures the actuating element 18 in the insertion position E, and thus secures it against movement from the insertion position E into the extension position A.Then, when the actuating element 18 is in the first extended position A and then when the blocking element 44 is in the locked position SS, the blocking element 44 engages in the recess 32, whereby the blocking element 44 interacts positively with the actuating element 18 and secures the actuating element 18 in the first extended position A, in particular against a movement from the extended position A into the inserted position E.
[0040] The parking lock actuating device 16 has a spring device 46, which is designed as a spring 48 or has at least one spring 48. The spring 48 is a mechanical spring element and thus designed as a solid body. The spring 48 can be supported or is supported on the housing at least indirectly, in particular directly, along the actuating direction 20, for example, and the spring 48 can be supported or is supported on the actuating element 18 at least indirectly, in particular directly, in an actuating direction 20.If the actuating element 18 is moved from the inserted position E into the deployed position A along the actuating direction 20, in particular relative to the housing, in particular displaced and thus moved translationally, the spring 48 or the spring device 46 is tensioned, so that the spring 48 or the spring device 46 provides a spring force, at least in the deployed position A, which acts at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the actuating element 18 along the actuating direction 20. If the blocking element 44, which is in the locked position SS, engages in the recess 32 in the deployed position A of the actuating element 18, the actuating element 18 is held in the deployed position A by means of the blocking element 44 in a form-fitting manner against the spring force of the spring device 46 or the spring 48 and is thus protected from movement from the deployed position A into the inserted position E.If, for example, the blocking element 44 is then moved from the locked position SS into the released position FS, the spring device 46 or the spring 48 can at least partially relax, so that by means of the spring force of the spring 48 or the spring device 46, the actuating element 18 is moved, in particular displaced and thus moved translationally, from the extended position A into the inserted position E along the actuating direction 20 and in particular relative to the housing. In the extended position A of the actuating element 18 and in the locked position SS of the blocking element 44, the actuating element 18 is secured in the extended position A, in particular against movement from the extended position A into the inserted position E. The inserted position E is also referred to as the first position, and the extended position A is also referred to as the second position. In order to move the actuating element 18 selectively from the first position to the second position or from the second position to the first position, the blocking element 44, which is initially located in the locking position SS, is moved, in particular beforehand, from the locking position SS to the release position FS. It can thus be seen that the blocking element 44 in the release position FS releases, and thus permits, a movement of the actuating element 18 from one of the positions to the other position.
[0041] The parking lock actuation device 16 comprises a first driver device 50, also referred to as the first driver device. Upon a first rotation of the shaft element in the first direction of rotation about the rotation axis D, the blocking element 44, which is initially in the locking position SS, can be driven by the shaft element 34 via the first driver device 50 and can thus be moved, in particular pivoted, from the locking position SS into the release position FS.In order to move, in particular to pivot, the blocking element 44, which is initially in the blocking position SS, from the blocking position SS into the release position FS, in particular relative to the housing, the shaft element 34 is driven by the motor 36 in such a way that the shaft element 34 is rotated about the axis of rotation D and relative to the housing in the first direction of rotation (arrow 37), thus carrying out or performing the aforementioned first rotation in the first direction of rotation relative to the housing.
[0042] The parking lock actuating device 16 also comprises a second driving device 52 which limits the rotatability of the gear 40 relative to the shaft element 34 and is also referred to as a second driving device.During the first rotation of the shaft element 34 in the first direction of rotation, in particular after the blocking element 44 has been moved from the locked position SS into the released position FS via the first drive device 50 by means of the shaft element 34 by the first rotation, the gear 40 can be driven by the shaft element 34 via the second drive device 52 and can therefore be rotated about the axis of rotation D in the first direction of rotation (arrow 37), whereby the actuating element 18, in particular after the blocking element 44 has been moved from the locked position SS into the released position FS via the first drive device 50 by means of the shaft element 34 by the first rotation, can be moved, in particular translationally, from one of the positions to the other position along the actuating direction 20 and in particular relative to the housing via the toothings 28 and 42.In the embodiment shown, one position is the insertion position E, so that the other position is the deployment position A.
[0043] A sensor element 53 is also provided, by means of which, for example, the positions of the actuating element 18 can be detected, in particular magnetically. Thus, the sensor element 53 serves for position detection, i.e., for detecting the respective positions of the actuating element 18. For this purpose, the sensor element 53 is or includes, for example, a magnet.
[0044] A second spring device 54 is assigned to the blocking element 44. The spring device 54 is or comprises, for example, at least one spring 56, which is preferably designed as a mechanical spring element and thus as a solid body. By moving the blocking element 44 from the locked position SS into the release position FS, the spring 56 or the spring device 54 is tensioned, so that the spring device 54 or the spring 56, at least in the release position FS, provides a spring force that acts at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the blocking element 44. For example, the spring device 54 or the spring 66 can be or is supported on the one hand, in particular at one end, at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the housing and on the other hand, in particular at the other end, at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the blocking element 44.In the respective position of the actuating element 18, the blocking element 44 overlaps with a respective one of the recesses 30 and 32, so that, for example, the initially tensioned spring 56 or the initially tensioned spring device 54 can at least partially relax. Subsequently, by means of the spring force of the spring 56 or the spring device 54, the blocking element 44, which is initially in the release position FS, can be moved from the release position FS into the blocking position SS and, in the process, into the respective recess 30, 32.In intermediate positions of the actuating element 18 which are different from the positions, the blocking element 44 is, for example, in at least partial overlap with an outer circumferential surface 57 of the actuating element 18 which adjoins the recesses 30 and 32, so that the blocking element 44 which is initially in the release position FS cannot be moved into one of the recesses 30, 32 by means of the spring force of the spring 56 or the spring device 54.
[0045] Out of Fig. 2 that the actuating element 18 is initially in the engagement position E, wherein, for example, the parking lock 10 is engaged. In this case, for example, the actuating element 22 is also in the second engagement position. The shaft element 34 is in the first shaft rotational position, and the gear 40 is in a first gear rotational position. In order to now disengage the parking lock 10, and thus to move the actuating elements 18 and 22 from the engagement positions into the disengagement positions along the actuating direction 20, in particular relative to the housing, in particular to move them translationally, starting from the first shaft rotational position of the shaft element 34, the shaft element 34 is driven by the motor 36 in such a way that the shaft element 34, starting from the first shaft rotational position, is rotated in the first direction of rotation about the rotational axis D, in particular relative to the housing, for example in a Fig. 3, the second shaft rotational position of the shaft element 34. This means that the aforementioned first rotation of the shaft element 34 about the rotational axis D in the first direction of rotation is carried out, in particular relative to the housing. Through the first rotation and during the first rotation, the blocking element 44, which is initially in the locking position SS, is carried along by the shaft element 34 via the driving device 50 and is thereby driven in such a way that the blocking element 44 is moved from the locking position SS into the release position FS. Starting from the second shaft rotational position ( Fig. 3) the shaft element 34 is further driven by means of the motor 36 in such a way that the shaft element 34, starting from the second shaft rotational position, executes a second rotation following the first rotation about the rotational axis D and in the first direction of rotation and relative to the housing, in which the shaft element 34 moves from the second shaft rotational position into a Fig. 4. The aforementioned first rotation thus causes the shaft element 34 to move from the first shaft rotation position to the second shaft rotation position ( Fig. 3) is rotated, and the aforementioned second rotation results in the shaft element 34 being moved from the second shaft rotation position ( Fig. 3) into the third shaft rotation position ( Fig. 4). The first rotation from the first shaft rotation position ( Fig. 2) into the second shaft rotation position ( Fig. 3) takes place around the axis of rotation D in the first direction of rotation and in particular relative to the housing, and the second rotation of the shaft element 34 following the first rotation from the second shaft rotation position ( Fig. 3) into the third shaft rotation position ( Fig. 4) takes place around the rotational axis D in the first direction of rotation, in particular relative to the housing. It can be seen that the second driving device 52 is designed such that the second driving device 52 allows a relative rotation around the rotational axis D between the shaft element 34 and the gear 40 during the first rotational direction of the shaft element 34, which movement takes place via the first driving device 50 and causes the blocking element 44 to move from the locking position SS into the release position FS, while a rotation of the gear 40 around the rotational axis D, in particular relative to the housing, is prevented. In other words, the gear 40 is located both in the first shaft rotational position ( Fig. 2) as well as in the second shaft rotation position ( Fig. 3) in the first gear rotation position, so that the gear 40 is not rotated with the first rotation or with the second rotation of the shaft element 34 about the rotation axis D relative to the housing, but the gear 40 remains in the first gear rotation position. From a synopsis of Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, however, it can be seen that the second driving device 52 is designed such that during the second rotation of the shaft element 34 following the first rotation and taking place in the first direction of rotation, the shaft element 34 drives the gear 40 via the second driving device 52 and thereby rotates in the first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation D and in particular relative to the housing, specifically from the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shown, first gear rotation position into a Fig. 4. In other words, during the second rotation of the shaft element 34, the second shaft element 34 drives the gear 40 via the second drive device 52, such that during the second rotation of the shaft element 34, the gear 40 is (likewise) rotated in the first direction of rotation about the rotation axis D relative to the housing, so that the gear 40 is rotated from the first gear rotation position into the second gear rotation position. During this rotation of the gear 40 from the first gear rotation position into the second gear rotation position, the gear 40 drives the actuating element 18 via the toothings 28 and 42, such that the actuating element 18 is initially moved a short distance from the insertion position E toward the removal position A. Fig. 5 it can be seen that the shaft element 34 and thereby the gear 40 via the driving device 52 are rotated further about the axis of rotation D in the first direction of rotation, in particular relative to the housing, such that the actuating element 18 finally comes into its disengaged position A. Fig. 5 shows a fourth shaft rotation position of the shaft element 34 and a third gear rotation position of the gear 40, wherein the shaft element 34 is rotated from the third shaft rotation position ( Fig. 4) into the fourth shaft rotation position ( Fig. 5) and the gear 40 from the second gear rotation position ( Fig. 4) into the third gear position ( Fig. 5) can be rotated by rotating the shaft element 34 further about the rotational axis D in the first rotational direction relative to the housing, starting from the third shaft rotational position and starting from the second gear rotational position, whereby the gear 40 is rotated further about the rotational axis D in the first rotational direction relative to the housing via the second driving device 52, starting from the third shaft rotational position and starting from the second gear rotational position. In the disengaged position A of the actuating element 18, the shaft element 34 is thus in the fourth shaft rotational position, and the gear 40 is in the third gear rotational position. In addition, the blocking element 44 overlaps with the recess 32, so that in the extended position A the spring 56 or the spring device 54 is at least partially released and as a result the blocking element 44 moves from the release position FS into the blocking position SS and can thereby move into the recess 32. In . Fig. 4 or when the shaft element 34 assumes the third shaft rotational position and the gear 40 assumes the second gear rotational position, the actuating element 18 assumes an intermediate position ZS. For example, when the actuating element 18 moves from the intermediate position ZS into the disengagement position A, the blocking element 44, which is in the release position FS, slides along the outer circumferential surface 57 of the actuating element 18, wherein the outer circumferential surface 57 prevents the blocking element 44 from reaching the blocking position SS. Then, and in particular only when the actuating element 18 is in the disengagement position A and thus the blocking element 44 overlaps with the recess 32, can the spring device 54 at least partially relax and thereby move the blocking element 44 into the recess 32 and thus from the release position FS into the blocking position SS.When the actuating element 18 moves from the insertion position E to the delivery position A, the actuating element 22 is moved along with the actuating element 18, whereby the actuating element 22 is moved from the second insertion position to the second delivery position. Thus, in . Fig. 5, the actuating elements 18 and 22 are in the disengaged positions, and the blocking element 44 is in the locking position SS, with the blocking element 44 engaging in the recess 32. The parking lock 10 is thus disengaged.
[0046] In order to (re)engage the parking lock 10, for example, starting from the fourth shaft rotational position, the shaft element 34 is driven by the motor 36 in such a way that the shaft element 34 is rotated from the fourth shaft rotational position about the rotational axis D, in particular relative to the housing, in the second rotational direction, so that, for example, the shaft element 34 is rotated from the fourth shaft rotational position back into or in the direction of the first shaft rotational position. In this case, for example, the shaft element 34 is first rotated from the fourth shaft rotational position about the rotational axis D and relative to the housing in the second rotational direction, such that the shaft element 34 is rotated in a Fig. 6 shown fifth shaft rotation position and in particular thereupon and thereby in particular by further rotating the shaft element 34 in the second direction into a Fig. 7, in particular relative to the gear 40 and thus while, for example, the gear 40 remains in the third gear rotation position. The fifth shaft rotation position, which in Fig. 6, could be, for example, the third shaft rotation position or a further rotation position of the shaft element 34 that is different from the first, second, third and fourth shaft rotation positions. Fig. The sixth shaft rotation position shown in Figure 7 could be the first shaft rotation position or a rotation position of the shaft element 34 that is different from the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth shaft rotation positions. Overall, it can be seen that following the second rotation of the shaft element 34, which was rotated into the fourth shaft rotation position by or during the second rotation, a third rotation of the shaft element 34 is effected by driving the shaft element 34 by means of the motor 36 and thereby rotating it in the second direction of rotation about the rotation axis D relative to the housing. Due to the third rotation of the shaft element 34 following the second rotation, the shaft element 34 is rotated from the fourth shaft rotation position via the fifth shaft rotation position into the sixth shaft rotation position, which in Fig. 7. It can be seen that the first driving device 50 is designed such that, after the actuating element 18 has moved into the release position A, the first driving device 50 allows a movement of the blocking element 44 from the release position FS into the blocking position SS. It can also be seen that the second driving device 52 is designed such that, during the third rotation of the shaft element 34 in the second direction of rotation, which runs about the axis of rotation D and is opposite to the first direction of rotation and follows the second rotation, the second driving device 52 allows a relative rotation about the axis of rotation D between the shaft element 34 and the gear 40, while a rotation about the axis of rotation D of the gear 40 relative to the housing is prevented. This means that the gear 40 remains in the third gear rotation position during the third rotation of the shaft element 34.After the third rotation of the shaft element 34, that is, after the shaft element 34 has moved into the sixth shaft rotation position (. Fig. 7), a fourth rotation of the shaft element 34 is effected, wherein the fourth rotation of the shaft element 34 takes place (again) in the first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation D and in particular relative to the housing. The fourth rotation is effected in such a way that the shaft element 34 is driven by the motor 36 in such a way that the shaft element 34 is rotated about the axis of rotation D in the first direction of rotation, in particular relative to the housing. During the fourth rotation, the shaft element 34 is firstly rotated from the sixth shaft rotation position into a Fig. 8. The seventh shaft rotational position is, for example, the second shaft rotational position or a rotational position of the shaft element 34 that is different from the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth shaft rotational positions. By or during the rotation of the shaft element 34 from the sixth rotational position to the seventh shaft rotational position, the blocking element 44 is moved from the locking position SS to the release position FS. As a result, the spring device 46 or the spring 48 can at least partially relax and thereby move, in particular displace, the actuating element 18 from the extended position A to the inserted position E along the actuating direction 20 and in particular relative to the housing.During this movement, in particular displacement, of the actuating element 18 from the release position A into the insertion position E, the gear 40 is driven by the actuating element 18 via the toothings 28 and 42 and is thereby rotated relative to the housing and relative to the shaft element 34 about the rotational axis D in the second rotational direction, such that the gear 40 is moved from the third gear rotational position (. Fig. 8) is turned (again) to the first gear position, which is Fig. 9. In addition, as a result of the movement of the actuating element 18 into the insertion position E, the blocking element 44 overlaps with the recess 30, whereby the spring device 54 or the spring 56 is at least partially relaxed and consequently the blocking element 44 can move from the release position FS into the blocking position SS and thereby into the recess 30, which is permitted by the driving device 50. In addition, the driving device 52 permits the rotation of the gear 40 about the axis of rotation D and in the second direction of rotation as well as relative to the housing and relative to the shaft element 34, resulting from the movement of the actuating element 18 from the release position A into the insertion position E.In other words, the second driving device 52 is designed such that the second driving device 52 allows a relative rotation about the rotation axis D between the shaft element 34 and the gear 40 during the fourth rotation of the shaft element 34, which rotation takes place in the first direction of rotation, follows the third rotation and causes the blocking element 44 to move from the locking position SS into the release position FS via the first driving device 50, while a rotation of the gear 40 about the rotation axis D relative to the housing is omitted, so that the shaft element 34 can be rotated from the fifth shaft rotation position via the sixth shaft rotation position and the seventh shaft rotation position, while the gear 40 remains in the third gear rotation position.Thereafter, as described, the gear 40 is driven via the toothings 28 and 42 by the actuating element 18, which moves from the release position A into the insertion position E, and is thereby rotated about the rotation axis D and relative to the housing and relative to the shaft element 34 in the second direction such that the gear 40 is rotated from the third gear rotation position into the first gear rotation position.
[0047] Fig. 10 shows a schematic perspective view of both the shaft element 34 and the blocking element 44. From the figures it can be seen that the first driving device 50 has a stop 58 provided on the blocking element 44. In the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 10, the stop 58 is formed by a wall W2 of the blocking element 44, wherein the wall W2 directly defines, for example, a recess 60 of the blocking element 44, which is formed as a through-opening in the present case, in particular completely circumferentially. The driving device 50 also comprises a driving element 62, which, for example, in the embodiment shown in Fig. 10 is designed as a pin. Particularly well Fig. 2 to 9, it can be seen that the driving element 62 is held on the shaft element 34 so as to be translationally movable relative to the shaft element 34 along a direction of movement perpendicular to the axis of rotation D and illustrated by a double arrow 64, and is rotatable with the shaft element 34 about the axis of rotation D, in particular relative to the housing. The driving element 62 is designed as a pressure piece. The shaft element 34 can be supported or is supported on the shaft element 34 along the direction of movement (double arrow 64) via a spring 66, which in this case is designed as a mechanical spring element. As long as, and in particular only as long as, the driving element 62 is in support contact with the stop 58, the driving element 62 exerts a force on the blocking element 44 when the shaft element 34 and, with it, the driving element 62 are rotated in the first direction of rotation. The blocking element 44 can be moved from the locked position SS to the released position FS by means of the force. This force is also referred to as the release force. When the shaft element 34 and the driving element 62 rotate in the first direction of rotation, the driving element 62 slides on the blocking element 44 and in particular on the stop 58, wherein the shaft element 34 and with it the driving element 62 are moved, in particular rotated, in the first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation D relative to the housing and in particular relative to the blocking element 44 until the driving element 62 can no longer exert the release force on the blocking element 44 that causes the blocking element 44 to move into the release position FS. For this purpose, for example, the driving element 62 is rotated in the first direction of rotation until the driving element 62 no longer interacts with the stop 58. In particular, the driving element 62 is rotated in the first direction of rotation until the driving element 62 no longer engages in the recess 60.This leads, for example, to the spring 66 being tensioned, so that the spring 66 provides a spring force that acts along the direction of movement (double arrow 64) and in doing so acts at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the driving element 62. If, after the driving element 62 has been moved out of the recess 60 and thus in such a way that the driving element 62 no longer interacts with the stop 58, the shaft element 34 and with it the driving element 62 are rotated in the second direction of rotation, the shaft element 34 and with it the driving element 62 can be moved in the second direction until the spring 66 is (again) at least partially relaxed and as a result the driving element 62 can move into the recess 60, thus interacting and / or overlapping with the stop 58.If the shaft element 34 and, with it, the driving element 62 are then rotated (again) in the first direction of rotation, the driving element 62 can again interact with the stop 58 such that the driving element 62 can (again) exert the release force on the stop 58. As a result, the blocking element 44 can be moved (again) from the locked position SS to the release position FS. Overall, it can be seen that by rotating the shaft element 34 back and forth about the rotation axis D, and with it the driving element 62, the blocking element 44 can be moved from the locked position SS to the release position FS as required.By rotating the driving element 62 in such a way that the driving element 62 no longer interacts with the stop 58 and / or no longer overlaps or covers the stop 58, so that the driving element 62 can no longer exert the release force on the stop 58, an at least partial relaxation of the spring device 54 or the spring 56 is permitted, whereby the blocking element 44 can be moved from the release position FS into the blocking position SS. This can also cause or permit a movement of the blocking element 44 from the release position FS into the blocking position SS as required.
[0048] The second driving device 52 comprises a first stop 68 which can be rotated with the gear 40 and a second stop 70 which can be rotated with the shaft element 34. From the position shown, for example, in Fig. 3 and the first gearwheel rotation position, the stops 68 and 70 come into at least indirect, in particular direct, support contact with one another, in particular when viewed in the circumferential direction extending around the rotation axis D, so that by rotating the shaft element 34 in the first rotation direction, the shaft element 34 entrains the gearwheel 40 via the stops 68 and 70 and also rotates it in the first rotation direction. For example, it is sufficient to rotate the shaft element 34 back and forth about the rotation axis D, in particular relative to the housing, by a maximum of 15 degrees in order to thereby effect the previously described, demand-based movement of the blocking element 44 from the locked position SS to the release position FS and to permit the opposite movement of the blocking element 44 from the release position FS to the locked position SS. Furthermore, it is conceivable that, for example, the shaft element 34, starting from the first shaft rotation position ( Fig. 2) is rotated in the first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation by at most or exactly 15 degrees, while rotation of the gear 40 about the axis of rotation D relative to the housing is omitted, whereby, for example, the shaft element 34 is moved from the first shaft rotation position ( Fig. 2) into the second shaft rotation position ( Fig.3). After the shaft element 34 has been rotated by these 15 degrees, upon further rotation of the shaft element 34 in the first direction of rotation, the shaft element 34 engages the gear 40 via the second drive device 52, so that upon or as a result of the further rotation of the shaft element 34 in the first direction of rotation, the gear 40 is rotated in the first direction with the shaft element 34 about the axis of rotation D and, in particular, relative to the housing. As a result, the actuating element 18 is driven by the gear 40 via the toothings 28 and 42 and is thereby moved from the extended position A into the inserted position E, in particular, moved translationally and thus displaced.
