Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a receiving arrangement for connecting a roller blind to a motor vehicle having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1 and to a motor vehicle having such a receiving arrangement.
[0002] Mounting arrangements for connecting roller blinds to motor vehicles are known in various designs from the prior art.
[0003] The known mounting arrangements comprise a housing with a recess and a cover. The cover can be secured to the housing in such a way that the recess is covered. If the recess is to be exposed so that a roller blind can be secured to the motor vehicle, the cover in the known mounting arrangements is usually completely removed from the housing.
[0004] Removing the cover from the housing is often difficult. Furthermore, if the cover is fixed to the vehicle, meaning the cover is not attached to the housing, additional storage space is required.
[0005] DE 10 2017 222 836 B4 discloses a mounting assembly for attaching a roller blind to a motor vehicle. This mounting assembly comprises a housing with a recess and a cover by means of which the recess can be closed. Adjacent to the mounting opening, the housing of the mounting component has two opposing and parallel guide grooves in which guide elements of the cover are slidably guided to slide the cover open and closed.
[0006] Further mounting arrangements for roller blinds are known from US 2003 / 0 116 987 A1 and EP 1 925 500 A1.
[0007] The object of the present invention is to provide a mounting arrangement for attaching a roller cover to a motor vehicle, which can be easily adjusted between a release position in which a roller cover can be mounted and a cover position in which no roller cover is attached to the motor vehicle. Furthermore, the object of the present invention is to provide a motor vehicle with such mounting arrangements.
[0008] This object is achieved according to the invention by the receiving arrangement having the features of patent claim 1 and the motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 9.
[0009] According to the invention, a mounting arrangement for attaching a roller blind to a motor vehicle is proposed, comprising a housing with a recess for accommodating a roller blind and a cover. The cover closes the recess. For this purpose, the cover is pivotably connected to the housing about a pivot axis such that the cover can be pivoted between a release position, which exposes the recess, and a covering position, in which the cover closes the recess, in particular completely.
[0010] The core idea of the invention is therefore to design the cover so that it can pivot about a pivot axis, so that in the release position the cover is pivoted in such a way that the recess of the housing is exposed.
[0011] The receiving arrangement according to the invention can thus be easily adjusted between the release position and the cover position. Furthermore, the cover is mounted in a defined position in the release position.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment, the receiving arrangement according to the invention comprises at least one, in particular two, spring element(s).
[0013] The spring element can be connected to the housing and the cover in such a way that the spring element secures the cover against unintentional pivoting in the release position and / or in the cover position. To move the cover from the release position toward the cover position or from the cover position toward the release position, a force exerted by the spring element on the cover must first be overcome by applying an external force to the cover.
[0014] In an exemplary embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the cover, when pivoting between the release position and the cover position, passes through an intermediate position that differs from the release position and the cover position. In the intermediate position, the spring element is in the dead center position. If the spring element is in the gate position, the cover remains unchanged if it is free from external forces.
[0015] To pivot the lid from the release position to the covering position, for example, a force is required that exceeds the force exerted by the spring element on the lid until the intermediate position, in which the spring element is in the dead center position, is reached. Once the intermediate position is exceeded, the force exerted by the spring element on the lid automatically pivots the lid into the covering position and then secures it in this position.
[0016] Similarly, to pivot the lid from the closed position to the covering position, for example, until the spring element reaches the dead center position, a force is required that exceeds the force exerted by the spring element on the lid. Once the dead center position of the spring element is exceeded, the force exerted by the spring on the lid automatically pivots the lid into the release position and then secures it in this position.
[0017] The cover can therefore be secured in the covering position and / or in the release position by means of the spring element.
[0018] In a preferred embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the cover in the covering position rests against the housing, in particular in a region of the housing delimiting the recess at the bottom, in such a way that pivoting of the cover in a first direction is prevented.
[0019] In an exemplary embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the lid rests against a stop in the release position in such a way that pivoting of the lid in a second direction is prevented.
[0020] The second direction can be opposite to the first direction.
[0021] The stop element is formed, for example, on the housing.
[0022] In a preferred embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the spring element is continuously tensile loaded.
[0023] In an exemplary embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the cover is mounted on the housing via two moment joints.
[0024] In a preferred embodiment of the receiving arrangement according to the invention, the lid comprises a cover element and two pivot arms.
[0025] In a functionally correct installation state of the receiving arrangement on the motor vehicle in the covering position, the pivot arms adjoin the covering element, for example at the end in an upper region or a lower region of the covering element.
[0026] The swivel arms can be attached to the cover element at the sides.
[0027] The pivot arms each comprise a circular opening in which a corresponding pin provided on the housing is arranged, or the pivot arms each comprise a pin which is arranged in a corresponding circular opening formed in the housing.
[0028] Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising two receiving arrangements as described above.
[0029] In a preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle according to the invention, the two receiving arrangements are designed mirror-symmetrically to a longitudinal center plane of the motor vehicle.
[0030] The receiving arrangements are arranged, for example, in a luggage compartment of the motor vehicle, in particular in a front region of the luggage compartment in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle.
[0031] The mounting arrangement can each be arranged on a parapet cladding.
[0032] The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a portion of a motor vehicle according to the invention; Fig. 2 a perspective view of a receiving arrangement of the motor vehicle from Fig. 1 in a covering position, without showing a spring element; Fig. 3 a side view of the receiving arrangement in the covering position; Fig. 4 a perspective view of the receiving arrangement in an intermediate position, without showing the spring element; Fig. 5 a side view of the receiving arrangement in the intermediate position; Fig. 6 a perspective view of the receiving arrangement in a release position, without showing the spring element; and Fig. 7 a side view of the receiving arrangement in the release position.
[0033] In Fig. 1 shows a motor vehicle according to the invention, comprising two receiving assemblies 2. The receiving assemblies 2 are mirror-symmetrical to one another with respect to a longitudinal center plane of the motor vehicle. In the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle, the receiving assemblies 2 are arranged in a front region of a luggage compartment of the motor vehicle, i.e., in an area of the luggage compartment adjacent to a second row of seats. Thus, if a roller cover 24 is mounted in the receiving assemblies 2, the entire luggage compartment can be covered with the roller cover 24 upwards in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle.
[0034] The Fig. Figures 2 to 7 show a first of the receiving arrangements 2 in isolation. Since the receiving arrangements 2 are mirror-symmetrical, the following description is limited to the first receiving arrangement 2, with the explanations applying accordingly to the second receiving arrangement.
[0035] The receiving arrangement 2 comprises a housing 4 and a cover 8. The housing 4 is arranged in a recess of a parapet panel 22. To accommodate the roller cover 24, the housing 4 comprises a recess 6. The recess 6 is bounded by the housing 4 at the bottom in the vertical direction of the vehicle and at its side facing away from the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0036] The cover 8 is between a Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shown cover position via an intermediate position (see Fig. 4 and Fig. 5) into a Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the cover 8 can be pivoted about a pivot axis S. In the covering position, the cover 8 delimits the recess 6 at the top in the vertical direction of the vehicle and at the side facing the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle in the transverse direction of the vehicle. When the cover 8 is in the release position, the recess 6 is open at the top in the vertical direction of the vehicle and at the side facing the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle in the transverse direction of the vehicle, so that the cover roller 24 can be inserted into the recess 6.
[0037] The cover 8 comprises a cover element 14 for covering the recess 6 and two pivot arms 16 for connecting the cover element 14 to the housing 4. The pivot arms 16 border the cover element 14 on the outside in the transverse direction of the vehicle and on the lateral areas of the cover element 14 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. An opening 18 is provided on each of the pivot arms 16. A pin 20 formed on the housing 4 and corresponding to the opening 18 is arranged in the opening 18. The openings 18 and the pins 20 thus pivotally mount the cover 8 on the housing 4.
[0038] As can be seen from the Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and Fig.7, the receiving arrangement 2 further comprises a spring element 10. The spring element 10 is fixed at a first end to the housing 4. At the second end, the spring element 10 engages the cover 8. The spring element 10 is tensioned in the release position and in the covering position such that in order to pivot the cover 8 between the release position and the covering position until the intermediate position is reached, a force is required which exceeds the force exerted by the spring element 10 on the cover 8. The cover 8 is thus secured in position in the release position and in the covering position up to a defined force.
[0039] In the intermediate position of the cover 8, the spring element 10 is in its dead center position. The cover would therefore remain unchanged in this position without the application of an external force.
[0040] In order to pivot the cover 8 from the covering position into the release position, a force must be exerted on the cover 8 that exceeds the force exerted on the cover 8 by the spring element 10 until the intermediate position is exceeded. Once the intermediate position is exceeded, the cover 8 is moved into the release position by the force of the spring element 10. In the release position, the cover 8 rests against a stop 12 of the housing 4, which prevents further pivoting of the cover 8. However, if the force acting on the cover 8 is removed before the intermediate position is reached, the spring element 10 returns the cover to the covering position.
[0041] Similarly, to pivot the cover 8 from the release position into the covering position, a force exceeding the force exerted on the cover 8 by the spring element 10 must be exerted on the cover 8 until the intermediate position is exceeded. After the intermediate position is exceeded, the cover 8 is automatically pivoted into the covering position by the force of the spring element 10. In the covering position, the cover 8 rests against the housing 4, thus preventing further pivoting of the cover 8. If the force acting on the cover 8 is removed before the intermediate position is reached, the spring element 10 returns the cover to the release position.
