Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a bearing arrangement. The bearing arrangement comprises a first component and a second component, between which an elastomer bearing is arranged in the assembled state, wherein the first component is connected to the elastomer bearing and is radially displaceable along a central axis relative to the second component axially and transversely to the central axis, wherein the elastomer bearing is fixedly connected to the second component in a force-fitting manner, such that the first component is arranged movably relative to the second component, wherein the elastomer bearing has, on its side directed towards the second component in the assembled state, a stop disk which is arranged between the second component and the elastomer bearing in the assembled state and is fixed in the elastomer bearing in a rotationally fixed manner. The invention also relates to a method for arranging an elastomer bearing in such a bearing arrangement. The document DE 10 2015 012 869 A1 relates to a fastening device for fastening a plastic component to a load-bearing component and to an associated method. The fastening device comprises a plastic component which is fastened to the supporting component by a screw connection, and a rubber-metal buffer which is arranged as an elastic trailer between the supporting component and the plastic component. It is provided that at least one metal tip, which is arranged between the rubber-metal buffer and the plastic component, protrudes from a metal disk in the direction of the plastic component and engages at least partially in a surface of the plastic component in the state of the plastic component being screwed to the supporting component. The document DE 102019 202 119 A1 describes an elastomer bearing, which can be designed, for example, as a rubber metal bearing. By means of this elastomer bearing, for example, an auxiliary frame can be supported against a vehicle structure, which in summary is usually referred to in technical language as a body. The elastomer bearing can be pressed onto the auxiliary frame, for example, or fixed to it in some other way. Furthermore, a wheel-guiding link can be supported via a corresponding elastomer bearing, for example, against the auxiliary frame or directly against the vehicle body. A stop disk of the elastomer bearing belonging to the fastening device is arranged at an axial end section thereof and, in one installation variant, serves as a travel limiter for the vertical relative movement of the auxiliary frame with respect to the vehicle body. In a known manner, the elastomer bearing is fastened by means of a fastening means, with the stop disk arranged between the elastomer bearing and the vehicle body. The fastening means is, for example, a screw bolt which, for screwing the elastomer bearing to the vehicle body together, engages with its screw shank in a threaded bushing which is provided in the vehicle body at the corresponding position. The prior art further includes the publications JP 2014-111 446 A, U.S. Pat. No. 6,802,498 B2, DE 36 19 850 A1, DE 10 2020 205 454 A1, DE 10 2004 060 485 A1, DE 197 02 627 C1, GB 107 352 A and DE 199 48 868 A1.When fastening the elastomer bearing for fastening the auxiliary frame to a vehicle body, the problem occurs during the assembly of the auxiliary frame and the vehicle body within the elastomer bearing that rotation of the elastic element of the elastomer bearing can occur. More specifically, during the screwing on the vehicle structure of the elastomer bearing connected to the auxiliary frame, a rotation of the inner bearing core of the elastomer bearing relative to the outer bearing ring of the elastomer bearing, which is connected to the auxiliary frame, can occur. The elastic element is located between the inner bearing core of the elastomer bearing and the outer bearing ring of the elastomer bearing. The object of the invention is to provide a fastening solution within a bearing arrangement in which the desired positions of the components (bearing ring relative to bearing core) of the elastomer bearing relative to one another provided after assembly are not changed by the assembly process, as explained above. The object is achieved by a bearing arrangement having the features mentioned in claim 1. The dependent claims describe preferred embodiments of the bearing arrangement according to claim 1. claim 8 relates to a method for arranging an elastomer bearing in such a bearing arrangement. The invention is explained below with reference to the associated figures. A bearing bush 3A is arranged in a fixed position on the auxiliary frame. In the bearing bush 3A, in the assembled state, the elastomer bearing 2 is arranged, which is constructed from the main components with the reference numerals 2A, 2B and 2C, which are explained in more detail below. The upper side of the elastomer bearing 2 visible in FIG. 1 has, in an assembled state of a bearing arrangement, a stop disk 16, 16' on the vehicle body side, which is not shown in FIG. 1.Reference numeral 16 designates the stop disc according to a first embodiment and reference numeral 16' designates the stop disc according to a second embodiment which is not according to the invention.Furthermore, a stop disk 1 is arranged and illustrated on the opposite side of the elastomer bearing 2, but this is not the subject matter of this invention. The elastomer bearing 2 is connected to the auxiliary frame, as is illustrated in FIG. 1, wherein in the selected exemplary embodiment a press connection is carried out between a bearing ring 2A (compare previously FIG. 3B ) of the elastomer bearing 2, which will be discussed in more detail in connection with the description of FIG. 3B.FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a contact surface 4B on a second component 4, which in the selected exemplary embodiment is a vehicle body. The elastomer bearing 2 shown in FIG. 1 is fastened, in particular screwed, in a force-fitting manner to this contact surface 4B of the vehicle body. In the assembled state, the contact surface 4B lies above the elastomer bearing 2 with reference to FIG. 1, wherein the respectively entered central axis Z in the axial longitudinal direction of the elastomer bearing 2 runs in alignment through the through-opening 4A of the vehicle body 2 shown in FIG. 2 and the through-opening 2C- 1 of a bearing core 2C shown in FIG. 3B (compare previously FIG. 3B ).FIG. 3A shows an external perspective view of the elastomer bearing 2, and in this figure, the vehicle-body-side stop disk 16 known from the prior art is arranged, which is not shown in FIG. 1.In addition, FIG. 3A shows the bearing ring 2A, wherein the bearing ring 2A, as mentioned, is firmly connected to the auxiliary frame. Below the bearing ring 2A shown in FIG. 3A, the lower stop disk 1 is visible.FIG. 3B shows a half section through the elastomer bearing 2 according to FIG. 3A through the central central axis Z of the elastomer bearing 2. In the assembled state, the bearing core 2C is fixedly braced with the vehicle body by a screw connection (not shown), wherein the stop disks 16, 1 form the upper and lower delimitation of the bearing core 2C.The screw bolt, not shown, which is necessary for producing the force-fit connection has a screw bolt head which bears against the stop disk 1 in the usual manner, while the screw bolt shank provided with an external thread is guided through the through-opening 2C-1 and engages with its end, for example, into a threaded bushing, not shown in more detail, arranged in the vehicle body and provided with an internal thread, so that the elastomer bearing 2 can be screwed to the vehicle body in a force-fit manner in the axial direction.Between the bearing ring 2A and the bearing core 2C, an elastic element 2B is formed, which permits an axial movement of the bearing ring 2A relative to the bearing core 2C during use of the bearing arrangement. The axial freedom of movement is limited by the inner surfaces of the stop disks 1 and 16.The elastic element 2B also permits radial movements (transversely to the central axis Z) of the bearing ring 2A with respect to the bearing core 2C during use of the bearing arrangement. When fastening the elastomer bearing 2, that is to say when bracing the elastomer bearing 2 on the vehicle body 4, the bearing core 2C can be rotated with respect to the bearing ring 2A in an undesirable manner if the friction between the lower stop disk 1 and the screw bolt head is significantly greater than the friction between the stop disk 16 on the vehicle-body side and the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4, as is illustrated by the arrow shown in FIG. 3B.To further describe the invention, a first contact surface 16E (top side) and a second contact surface 16F (bottom side) of the stop washer 16 are defined.Within the further description, it is made clear that a rotation of the bearing core 2C with respect to the bearing ring 2A during assembly and also later in the state of use is substantially ruled out.It is disclosed in a still more clear manner that the bearing ring 2A and the stop disk 16 according to FIGS. 3A and 4B and FIGS. 4A, 4C are various components in various design variants with regard to the geometric and structural configuration. The bearing ring in FIGS. 4A, 4C has a honeycomb structure in contrast to the bearing ring in FIGS. 3A and 4B. These different design variants do not, however, have an effect on the solution according to the invention.Solution according to the invention:FIG. 4A shows, with the bearing ring 2A omitted, a perspective view of the elastic element 2B of the elastomer bearing 2 according to the invention with the stop disk 16 on the vehicle body side and the further stop disk 1, which are arranged as a travel limitation of the bearing ring 2A of the elastomer bearing 2 with respect to the bearing core 2C of the elastomer bearing 2.The vehicle-body-side stop disk 16 does not differ from the prior art.Fixing elements 16B engaging into the bearing core 2C produce an arrangement of the stop disk 16 that is secure against rotation with respect to the bearing core 2C.According to the present invention, an intermediate disk 20 shown in FIG. 4B is positioned on the first contact surface 16E (upper surface) of the stopper disk 16 as shown in FIG. 4C.It will be appreciated that Figs. 4A to 4C will be viewed together as described below. The intermediate disk 20 serves to prevent the radial movement of the components 2A, 2C of the elastomer bearing 2 to be screwed or screwed in accordance with the selected screwing direction.FIG. 4B shows a perspective view of the intermediate disk 20 according to the invention, and FIG. 4C shows a perspective view of the elastomer bearing 2 according to the invention according to FIG. 4A with the intermediate disk 20 according to FIG. 4B in its mounting arrangement prepared for assembly. It is clear that the intermediate pane 20 is arranged on the stop pane 16, between the stop pane 16 and the vehicle body 4, which intermediate pane has a first contact surface 20E (underside) and a second contact surface 20F (upper side), wherein the first contact surface 20E (underside) points to the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop pane 16 and the second contact surface 20F (upper side) points to the contact surface 4B of the second component 4. According to the invention, it is provided that at least the second contact surface 20F (upper side) of the intermediate disk 20 directed toward the contact surface 4B of the second component 4 has at least one material elevation 20C, which establishes a frictional and positive connection to the contact surface 4B of the second component 4 in the force-fit assembled state, as will be explained below. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first contact surface 20E likewise has at least one material projection 20D which, in the force-fit assembled state, produces a frictional and form-fit connection, more precisely first a frictional and subsequently a frictional and form-fit connection, to the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16, as will be explained in more detail below. In the assembled state, the first contact surface 20E (underside) of the intermediate disk 20 lies on the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16, such that the second contact surface 20F (upper side) of the intermediate disk 20 is arranged above the first contact surface 16E of the stop disk 16, as seen in the axial direction, as a function of the material thickness, such that a step 1620 is formed between the stop disk 16 and the intermediate disk 20, which step is formed in the region of the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16, as a function of the smaller radius of the circular intermediate disk 20 selected with respect to the stop disk 16.In other words, after the establishment of the force-fit connection between subframe and vehicle body via the elastomer bearing 2, a surface pairing is established between the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body and the second contact surface 20F (upper side) of the intermediate pane 20 and a further surface pairing is established between the first contact surface 20E (lower side) of the intermediate pane 20 and the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop pane 16.These surface pairings advantageously prevent a rotational movement (rotation) of the subframe connected to the bearing ring 2A with respect to the vehicle body connected to the bearing core 2C from occurring, in particular during the mounting of the bearing arrangement and also during use of the bearing arrangement. It is understood that a frictional engagement acts against rotation independently of the provision of material protrusions 20C, 20D, but the arrangement of at least one material protrusion 20C, 20D on the first and / or the second contact surface 20E, 20F results in an increase in the coefficient of friction within one or the previously described surface pairings.FIGS. 4A to 4C illustrate that the intermediate disk 20 has clamping elements 20B projecting into the through-opening 2C- 1, which, however, do not represent a rotation-preventing means per se, since they do not latch on the inner wall of the bearing core 2C within the through-opening 2C- 1.In the embodiment shown, the at least one material protrusion 20C, 20D or the plurality of material protrusions 20C, 20D are formed protruding on at least one, preferably on both contact surfaces 20E, 20F of the intermediate pane 20.They are arranged at a predeterminable radial distance from the center point of a through-opening 20A, which is defined by a center axis Z of the intermediate disk 20.In a preferred embodiment, the respective material elevation 20C, 20D of the intermediate disk 20 is a punch burr, which is preferably produced during a forming process of the intermediate disk 20.When the burr is formed by piercing the washer 20 from one side and / or the other side of the washer 20, the burr is not formed at the edge of the trough-like depressions disposed on the opposed contact surfaces 20E, 20F, but is located at the edge of the through holes formed by the punching. In this respect, in the latter case, a so-called inter-orifice plate is formed, which is shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C.The at least one material projection 20C and / or 20D contacts / contacts, starting from a non-force-fit assembled state of the bearing arrangement, during the course of the production of the force-fit assembled state of the bearing arrangement within the aforementioned surface pairings 4B, 20F and / or 20E, 16E.In particular, first of all, in the one described surface pairing, the contact of the contact surface 4B of the second component 4 and the first contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16 is produced, after which, by increasing the axial tightening force between the material elevation 20C and the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body and contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16, a frictional engagement is produced, which, after a further increase of the axial tightening force, merges into a positive engagement, in which the material elevation / s 20C dig into the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body and the contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16, so that the contact surface 20F of the intermediate disk 20 finally abuts the contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 20 and the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body and is arranged there in a rotationally secure manner by means of the positive fit, whereby the elastomer bearing 2 is secured in the non-positive assembled state of the bearing arrangement during the assembly of the bearing arrangement and in the use state against rotation about the central axis Z relative to the second component 4. This effect is produced analogously by means of the at least one material projection 20D in the other surface pairing between the contact surface 16E (upper side) of the stop disk 16 and the contact surface 20E of the intermediate disk 20.Second embodiment (not belonging to the invention):The solution with the "integrated" intermediate pane 20 according to the first embodiment of the invention advantageously results, as explained, in the correction of the described problem and in the solution of the object. However, it is disadvantageous that the individual material costs are increased by the additional component. In addition, the intermediate pane 20 must be placed in the final assembly shortly before being screwed together by the worker. This additional step in assembly causes further minor costs.According to the second embodiment, not according to the invention, the function of the intermediate disk 20 is integrated into the conventional stop disk 16 of the elastomer bearing 2 and is integrated into the already existing forming process of this stop disk 16.The punch burr thus thrown up, analogously to the preceding explanations, brings about the anti-rotation means by its frictional and positive engagement on or within the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4. The integration into the production process of the stop disk leads to a reduction in the material costs and to a reduction in the effort in assembly compared to the first embodiment according to the invention. To distinguish the conventional stop disk 16 from the stop disk according to the invention provided as a function with an integrated anti-rotation device, the reference sign 16' is used for the "functionally integrated stop disk" according to the invention.FIG. 5A again shows a perspective illustration of the elastic element 2B of the elastomer bearing 2, omitting the bearing ring 2A in a second embodiment, having a stop disk 16' on the vehicle body side in its mounting arrangement prepared for assembly and the further stop disk 1, which is arranged as a travel limitation of the bearing ring 2A of the elastomer bearing 2 with respect to a bearing ring 2A of the elastomer bearing 2.FIG. 5B shows the stop disk 16' in a perspective individual illustration.FIG. 5C illustrates in a schematic illustration how the stop disk 16' bears against the vehicle body 4 before a completed force-fit assembled state. It will be appreciated that Figures 5A-5C are again viewed together. It is stated in advance that the functionally integrated stop disk 16' has, as before, the fixing elements 16B (compare FIG. 5B ) engaging into the bearing core 2C. They produce an arrangement of the stop disk 16 that is rotationally secure with respect to the bearing core 2C as soon as the functionally integrated stop disk 16' (compare FIG. 5A ) is seated on the bearing core 2C. In this respect, in this second embodiment, a rotation prevention between the bearing core 2C and the functionally integrated stop disc 16' is not required.According to FIG. 5B, it becomes clear that the functionally integrated stop disk 16' also has a first contact surface 16E (upper side) and a second contact surface 16F (lower side) of the stop disk 16.In order to produce the anti-rotation device with respect to the vehicle body 4, the at least one material projection, which in this second embodiment is provided with the reference numeral 16C, is required in the assembled state only on the side directed toward the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4.As is clear in FIG. 5B, a plurality of material elevations 16C are preferably provided in order to bring about a corresponding increase in the coefficient of friction.FIG. 5C shows in the sectional schematic illustration that in this second embodiment the surface pairing of the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4 with the contact surface 16E (upper side) of the functionally integrated stop disk 16' brings about the effects according to the invention of the first embodiment. The material projection 16C illustrated in FIG. 5C is again designed as a stamped burr, which projects beyond the contact surface 16E (upper side) before the completed force-fit connection between the vehicle body 4 and the bearing core 2C of the elastomer bearing 2.The material elevation 16C is in turn preferably designed as a stamped burr, wherein the stamped burr can be designed at the edge of a trough-like depression or at the edge of a through-opening, as illustrated in FIG. 5C.By means of the screw connection already described in connection with the first embodiment according to the invention, the force-fit connection is also produced according to the second embodiment (without intermediate disk 20).In other words, before the axial tightening force of the screw connection acts, the material projection 16C abuts the contact surface 4B with its side directed toward the vehicle body 4. A frictional engagement is already produced. The more local material elevations 16C are arranged, the frictional engagement between contact surface 4B and contact surface 16E (upper side) increases. If, as explained above, the axial tightening force is subsequently increased, the frictional engagement is first increased and subsequently the connection between the vehicle structure 4 and the elastomer bearing 2 changes over via the functionally integrated stop disk 16' into a frictional and positive engagement. The punch burr digs into the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4 until the contact surface 16E (upper side) finally abuts on the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4. The digging-in of the punch burr advantageously results in the secure interlocking anti-rotation means, since the punch burr engages in the contact surface 4B of the vehicle body 4 in an interlocking manner.List of reference characters1 Stop disk 2 Elastomer bearing 2A Bearing ring (auxiliary frame side) 2B Elastic element 2C Bearing core (vehicle body side) 2C-1 Through opening 3 First component 3A Bearing bush 4 Second component 4A Through opening 4B Contact surface 16 Vehicle body side stop disk (prior art) 16' Vehicle body side stop disk (second embodiment) 16A Through opening 16B Fixing element / e 16C Material protrusion 16E First contact surface 16F Second contact surface 20 Intermediate disk (first embodiment) 20A Through opening 20B Clamping element / e 20C Material protrusion 20D Material protrusion 20E First contact surface 20F Second contact surface 1620 Step Z Central axis
