Abstract

The invention, "QRistall," is a system for creating and managing QR codes for physical objects. QRRistall provides a platform where users can generate custom QR codes and affix them to physical objects. These QR codes contain detailed product information such as warranty information, user manuals, and product application videos. The unique QR codes serve as a link between the physical objects and an online database. Users can scan the QR codes for instant access to relevant information. Private users can create QR codes for their own products and store information such as purchase date, warranty status, and repair history. Manufacturers use QR codes to provide customers with warranty terms, troubleshooting instructions, and user guides.Businesses and service providers can create QR codes for their devices to provide information such as occupational safety inspections and work instructions. Retailers and vendors also have access to the QR codes to efficiently support customers and manage device histories. QRistall improves information delivery, promotes efficient device management, and offers comprehensive customer support. This system revolutionizes the interaction between physical objects and their users and has the potential to change how product information is provided and used.

Description

Background:The present invention relates to an innovative system for creating and managing QR codes for physical objects. In the digitized world today, fast access to comprehensive product information is equally of decisive importance for consumers and manufacturers. Previous methods for providing such information are often inefficient and awkward. QRistall provides a solution to solve this problem.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONQRistal consists of a web-based platform that allows users to log in and generate QR codes for their physical products. The platform provides a user-friendly interface on which users can input the necessary information to be embedded in the QR code. This information may include product descriptions, technical specifications, guarantee conditions, instructions, videos, and more.Private Users: Private users can register in the portal and create QR codes with the desired information. These QR codes can be attached to their own physical objects in order to store and retrieve, for example, the purchase date, the guarantee status, the guarantee registration, the price, the contact data and further relevant data. Moreover, the QR code allows for the tracking of repairs, replacement parts and accessories over the life of the device. Each QR code is unique and serves as a link between the physical object and a comprehensive online database that stores all relevant information.Manufacturers: Manufacturers have the possibility of creating QR codes for their products in the portal and of applying them to the products. Customers can scan these QR codes to obtain information on guarantees, recovery, instructions in the form of videos or PDFs, accessories and other information. For manufacturers, the QR code also allows the management of repair and replacement part histories to provide better support for customers.Companies and Service Providers: Companies and Service Providers can create QR codes for the devices in their company and attach them to the devices. Upon scanning these QR codes, users obtain all relevant information about the devices, including the last Guard Work Test, the guarantee status, the work instructions, the manuals, and more. These codes also allow companies and service providers to efficiently manage device history and better support the customer.

Claims

A system for creating and managing QR codes for physical objects, comprising a web-based platform on which users are registered and can generate user-defined QR codes for mounting them on physical objects, wherein the QR codes contain detailed product information such as model numbers, serial numbers, guarantee information, operating instructions and videos for product application, and wherein the QR codes serve as a connection between the physical objects and an online database to facilitate access to and provision of this information. The system of claim 1, which allows private users to create QR codes for their own physical objects to store and retrieve information such as purchase date, guarantee status, guarantee login, price, repair history, contact data, spares and accessories over the life of the object. The system of claim 1, which enables manufacturers to create QR codes for their products to provide detailed information to customers, including guarantee conditions, recovery instructions, instructions in the form of videos or PDFs, and information about accessories and spare parts, and to assist in the management of repairs and spare parts. The system of claim 1, providing companies and service providers with the ability to create and manage QR codes for the devices in their inventory, to provide the customer with access to information such as privacy checks, guarantee status, work instructions, manuals, and more, and to allow efficient management of device history. The system of claim 1, which allows dealers and vendors access QR codes to effectively support customers and provide comprehensive device information, including history of repairs, replacement parts, and accessory purchases to provide efficient customer care.
