Description

[0001] The invention relates to a valve device for opening and closing at least one opening of a turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger through which exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine can flow, according to the preamble of patent claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a turbine for an exhaust gas turbocharger of an internal combustion engine having such a valve device.

[0002] DE 10 2021 117 020 A1 discloses a control device for an exhaust gas guide section of an exhaust gas turbocharger.

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a valve device for opening and closing at least one opening of a turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger through which exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine can flow, as well as a turbine with such a valve device, so that excessive wear of the valve device can be avoided.

[0004] This object is achieved by a valve device having the features of patent claim 1 and by a turbine having the features of patent claim 10. Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims.

[0005] A first aspect of the invention relates to a valve device for opening and closing at least one or precisely one opening of a turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger of the internal combustion engine, through which exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine, in particular a motor vehicle, can flow. The valve device has a valve element, also referred to as a valve body, which is movable, in particular pivotable, in particular relative to a turbine housing of the turbine, between at least one closed position for closing, thus fluidically blocking the opening, and at least one open position for opening, i.e., for releasing the opening. This means that in the closed position, the opening is closed, i.e., fluidically blocked, by means of the valve element. In the open position, also referred to as the release position, the valve element at least partially releases the opening. Thus, in the closed position, no exhaust gas can flow through the opening, which is designed in particular as a flow-through opening, and in the open position, at least a portion of the exhaust gas can flow through the opening. Thus, by means of the valve element and thus the valve device, the opening can be selectively closed, i.e., fluidically blocked, or opened, i.e., released.

[0006] Preferably, the valve element is formed integrally, i.e., from a single piece. This preferably means that the valve element is preferably not composed of several separate and interconnected parts, but rather the valve element is preferably formed integrally, i.e., from a single piece, so that the valve element is preferably formed by a single-piece body, i.e., from a single piece, which is designed as a monoblock.

[0007] The valve device has a lever which is formed separately from the valve element and is also referred to as a lever element. The lever is connected to the valve element, in particular by or in such a way that the valve element is held on the lever. By means of the lever, the valve element can be moved between the closed position and the open position, in particular relative to the turbine housing, in particular by moving, in particular pivoting, the lever relative to the turbine housing. For example, when the turbine is fully manufactured, the lever can be pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the turbine housing. By pivoting the lever about the pivot axis and relative to the turbine housing, the valve element can be moved, in particular pivoted, between the closed position and the open position relative to the turbine housing.

[0008] In order to be able to avoid excessive wear of the valve device, in particular over a long service life of the valve device, it is provided according to the invention that the valve device has at least one support element which is arranged between at least a partial region of the valve element and at least a partial region of the lever element. The partial region of the valve element is also referred to as the first partial region, and the partial region of the lever element is also referred to as the second partial region. The valve element is formed from a first material, which can be a metallic material. The lever element is formed from a second material, which can be a metallic material. The first material and the second material can be the same. In other words, the second material can correspond to the first material and vice versa. Thus, the first sub-region is formed by the first material and the second sub-region by the second material. The support element is formed from a metallic third material that is different from the first material and the second material and preferably has a higher hardness, in particular a higher Brinell hardness and / or Vickers hardness, than the first material and than the second material. The sub-regions can be supported or are supported on one another, in particular exclusively, via the support element. For example, one of the sub-regions can be in direct support contact with the support element, wherein, for example, the other sub-region can be spaced from the support element and can however be brought or moved into, in particular direct, support contact with the support element, or, in particular also, the other sub-region is in direct support contact with the support element.By means of the support element, which is formed from the third material different from the first material and the second material, direct contact between the partial areas can be avoided, so that excessive, direct friction between the partial areas and thus excessive wear of the valve device can be avoided.

[0009] In order to particularly advantageously prevent excessive wear of the valve device, one embodiment of the invention provides for the metallic third material to be a hard metal. Within the scope of the present disclosure, a hard metal is understood to mean a metal matrix composite material in which at least one or more hard materials are present or formed as small particles that are at least partially embedded in a metal matrix and thus held together by the matrix.

[0010] A further embodiment is characterized by the fact that the third metallic material is tungsten carbide, which allows for a particularly high level of wear resistance of the support element itself, i.e., considered on its own. Thus, excessive wear on the valve device can be advantageously avoided. In order to advantageously avoid excessive wear of the valve device, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the lever has a holding area and the valve element has a hollow cross-section, also referred to as the first hollow cross-section, into which the holding area is inserted, whereby the valve element is plugged onto the holding area. When reference is made previously and hereinafter to the hollow cross-section, this means the first hollow cross-section of the valve element, unless otherwise stated. In particular, the holding area is arranged at one end of the lever. Since the valve element is plugged onto the holding area, the valve element is arranged on the holding area.

[0011] In order to achieve a particularly high wear resistance of the valve device, it has proven particularly advantageous if the partial regions and the support element are arranged in the hollow cross section of the valve element.

[0012] In a further, particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the holding region of the lever has a second hollow cross-section. In other words, the lever has the second hollow cross-section in the holding region, wherein in particular the holding region delimits the second hollow cross-section, in particular directly. For example, the second hollow cross-section of the lever is an open hollow cross-section when viewed alone by the lever. For example, the first hollow cross-section of the valve element is an open hollow cross-section when viewed alone by the valve element. The lever can be designed in one piece, i.e. formed from a single piece. The valve element has a pin which is arranged in particular in the first hollow cross-section of the valve element. The pin is, in particular, an elongated element, which thus has a longitudinal extension direction and, for example, is cylindrical on the outer circumference at least in a longitudinal region of the pin and thus has the shape of a particularly right circular cylinder. The pin completely penetrates a through-opening of the holding region, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the pin. The valve element is held by the pin on the holding region and thus on the lever, whereby the lever is connected to the valve element.

[0013] The valve device has a fastening element which is designed separately from the lever, separately from the valve element and separately from the support element and is provided in addition to the support element, by means of which the valve element is held on the lever, whereby the lever is connected to the valve element. The support element is arranged in the second hollow cross-section of the lever and, for example, at least partially in the first hollow cross-section of the valve element. In particular, the pin is held by means of the fastening element and, via the pin, the valve element is held on the holding region and thus on the lever, which is thereby connected to the valve element. Very preferably, the fastening element is disc-shaped and thus, for example, designed as a disc. The aforementioned longitudinal range of the pin is also referred to as the first longitudinal range. The fastening element is arranged on a longitudinal section of the stud, also referred to as a partial section. The partial section can be the first longitudinal section or a second longitudinal section of the stud that differs from the first longitudinal section. Unless otherwise stated, references to the longitudinal section of the stud are understood to refer to the partial section, i.e., the longitudinal section on which the fastening element is arranged.

[0014] In order to realize a particularly advantageous support of the partial areas via the support element and thus to be able to advantageously avoid excessive wear of the valve device even over a long service life of the valve device, it is provided in a further embodiment of the invention that the pin penetrates a second through-opening of the support element, which completely surrounds the pin in the circumferential direction of the pin, which runs around the longitudinal direction of the pin, the axial direction of which coincides with the longitudinal direction of the pin, the radial direction of which runs perpendicular to the axial direction of the pin and thus perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pin. Thus, the second through-opening of the support element is completely circumferential in the circumferential direction of the pin and thus of the support element, which runs around the axial direction of the pin, and is directly delimited by the support element, i.e. by the third material.

[0015] A further embodiment is characterized in that the sub-regions can be supported or are supported against each other in the axial direction of the pin via the support element. This allows for particularly advantageous support of the sub-regions, whereby, in particular, excessive direct contact between the sub-regions can be avoided. This reliably prevents excessive wear of the valve device.

[0016] Finally, it has proven particularly advantageous if the support element has a first support part fastened to the partial region of the valve element, in particular directly and bypassing the lever, and a second support part fastened to the partial region of the lever, in particular directly and preferably bypassing the valve element, and formed separately from the first support part, wherein the support parts can be or are supported directly on one another, in particular in the axial direction of the pin. Very particularly, it is provided that the respective support part is designed as a respective disc. Thus, for example, a first part of the aforementioned second through-opening is formed by one of the support parts and a second part of the aforementioned second through-opening is formed by the other support part.In other words, for example, the respective support part, considered on its own, has a respective opening formed as respective through-openings, completely circumferentially extending around the pin in the circumferential direction and directly delimited by the respective support part. The openings of the support parts overlap each other and thereby form the second through-opening. Thus, the openings of the support parts are the respective parts of the second through-opening. This ensures particularly advantageous support.

[0017] A second aspect of the invention relates to a turbine for an exhaust gas turbocharger of an internal combustion engine, in particular for a motor vehicle. The turbine has a turbine housing through which exhaust gas can flow and which has at least one opening through which the exhaust gas can flow. The turbine also has a valve device designed to close and open the opening according to the first aspect of the invention. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the second aspect of the invention, and vice versa.

[0018] In order to be able to particularly advantageously avoid excessive wear of the valve device, it is provided in an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention that the opening is formed in a partition wall arranged between two channels of the turbine housing through which the exhaust gas can flow, in particular designed as spiral channels, wherein the opening itself penetrates the partition wall completely, for example.

[0019] In the closed position of the valve element, the opening is closed by the valve element, i.e., fluidically blocked, preventing fluidic communication between the channels via the opening. Thus, in the closed position, the channels are not fluidically connected to one another via the opening. In the open position of the valve element, the valve element at least partially releases the opening, meaning that in the open position of the valve element, the channels are fluidically connected to one another via the opening, thus releasing or establishing the fluidic connection.

[0020] The turbine is, for example, a segmented turbine, which has at least two or exactly two segments through which the exhaust gas flows, also referred to as flutes. The segments are at least partially fluidically separated from one another. A first of the segments comprises a first of the channels, and a second of the segments comprises, for example, a second of the channels. Thus, the turbine is designed, for example, in particular as a twin-scroll turbine.

[0021] Furthermore, it is conceivable that the opening is an opening in a bypass channel of the turbine, via whose bypass channel, also referred to as a wastegate channel, a turbine wheel of the turbine can be bypassed by the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass channel. The turbine wheel is arranged, for example, in the turbine housing and can rotate about an axis of rotation relative to the turbine housing. The turbine wheel can be driven by exhaust gas. However, the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass channel bypasses the turbine wheel, so that the turbine wheel cannot be driven or is not driven by the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass channel. Thus, for example, in the closed position of the valve element, the opening and thus the bypass channel are closed by means of the valve element, i.e. fluidically blocked, which prevents the exhaust gas from bypassing the turbine wheel via the bypass channel. When the valve element is in the open position, the openings and thus the bypass channel are at least partially exposed, allowing at least a portion of the exhaust gas to be introduced into the bypass channel and subsequently flow through the bypass channel, thus bypassing the turbine wheel. This makes it particularly effective in preventing excessive wear on the valve assembly. The exhaust gas is the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, which produces the exhaust gas during its fired operation.

[0022] Also disclosed is a motor vehicle, also simply referred to as a vehicle and preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, which has an internal combustion engine by means of which the motor vehicle can be driven. The motor vehicle has an exhaust gas turbocharger having at least one turbine according to the second aspect of the invention. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect and the second aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the motor vehicle, and vice versa.

[0023] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment and from the drawings. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the single figure, can be used not only in the respective specified combination, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0024] The drawing shows in the only Fig. 1 shows a partial schematic sectional view of a valve device for opening and closing at least or exactly one opening of a turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger of the internal combustion engine through which exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine can flow.

[0025] The only Fig. 1 shows a partial schematic sectional view of a valve device 10 for opening and closing at least one opening of a turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger of the internal combustion engine, through which exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle can flow. The internal combustion engine can provide the exhaust gas during fired operation of the internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine has at least one combustion chamber and an intake tract through which air can flow, which is also referred to as the intake tract. In addition, the internal combustion engine, by means of which the motor vehicle is driven, has an exhaust tract in which the turbine is arranged. The exhaust gas turbocharger also has, for example, a compressor, which is arranged in the intake tract. The turbine has a turbine housing through which the exhaust gas can flow, and a turbine wheel which is arranged in the turbine housing and is rotatable about a rotation axis relative to the turbine housing. The compressor is arranged in the intake tract and comprises a compressor housing and a compressor wheel which is arranged on the compressor housing and is rotatable in particular about the rotation axis relative to the compressor housing. By rotating the compressor wheel, air flowing through the intake tract can be compressed by means of the compressor wheel. The compressor wheel can be driven by the turbine wheel, in particular via a shaft. The turbine wheel can be driven by the exhaust gas. The internal combustion engine is preferably a reciprocating piston engine, and therefore a reciprocating piston motor. During fired operation of the internal combustion engine, combustion processes take place in the combustion chamber.During the respective combustion process, a fuel-air mixture, also referred to simply as a mixture, is ignited and thereby combusted, resulting in the exhaust gas. The mixture comprises the air from the intake tract and a preferably liquid fuel. The turbine housing has the aforementioned opening. In particular, the opening is formed in a wall of the turbine housing, whose wall is also referred to as a wall or partition. Preferably, the opening is a through-opening that completely penetrates the wall.

[0026] Out of Fig. 1 that the valve device 10 has a valve element 12 which is movable, in particular pivotable about a pivot axis, relative to the turbine housing between at least one closed position for closing the opening and at least one open position for opening, i.e. releasing the opening. This means that in the closed position, the opening is closed and thus fluidically blocked by the valve element 12, which is also referred to as the valve body, so that the exhaust gas can no longer flow through the opening. In the open position, also referred to as the release position, the valve element 12 at least partially releases the opening so that at least a portion of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust tract can flow through the opening.

[0027] The valve device 10 has a lever 14, which is formed separately from the valve element 12 and is also referred to as a lever element. The lever 14 can be pivoted, for example, about the pivot axis relative to the turbine housing and is thereby movable. By pivoting the lever 14 about the pivot axis and relative to the turbine housing, the valve element 12, which is formed separately from the lever 14 and held on the lever 14, can be pivoted about the pivot axis between the closed position and the open position and can be moved relative to the turbine housing. This means that the valve element 12 is formed separately from the lever 14 and held on the lever 14, whereby the valve element 12 can be pivoted about the pivot axis relative to the turbine housing with the lever 14 and can thus be moved between the open position and the closed position. The lever 14 is thus connected to the valve element 12 and vice versa.

[0028] The lever 14 has a holding area 16, which is arranged in particular at a free end E of the lever 14. The lever 14 ends at the end E. The valve element 12 is held on the holding area 16 and thus on the lever 14. In addition, Fig. 1 that the holding area 16 has a hollow cross-section 18, thus a hollow cross-section, which in this case is an open hollow cross-section when viewed alone with the lever 14. The valve element 12 is plugged onto the holding area 16 and is thereby held on the lever 14. The valve element 12 has a second hollow cross-section 20, which is an open hollow cross-section when viewed alone with the valve element 12. The holding area 16 is at least partially plugged into the hollow cross-section 20 and thus into the valve element 12, whereby the valve element 12 is plugged onto the holding area 16. In the present case, the lever 14 is, for example, designed in one piece, thus being formed from a single piece. Furthermore, it is provided in this case that the valve element 12 is designed in one piece, i.e. being formed from a single piece. It can be seen that the holding area 16 is at least partially arranged in the hollow cross-section 20, whereby the holding area 16 is at least partially arranged in the valve element 12. As a result, the valve element 12 is attached to the holding area 16.

[0029] The valve device 10 also has a fastening element 22 which is formed separately from the lever 14 and separately from the valve element 12 and which, in the case of Fig. 1, the fastening element 22 is disk-shaped and thus designed as a disk or a ring. The fastening element 22 is arranged at least partially, in particular at least predominantly and thus at least more than half and thereby completely, in the hollow cross-section 18 of the holding region 16. For example, the fastening element 22 is arranged at least partially, in particular at least predominantly and thus at least more than half or completely, in the hollow cross-section 20 of the valve element 12.

[0030] Out of Fig. 1 that the valve element 12 has a pin 24, which is arranged in particular in the hollow cross-section 20 of the valve element 12 and which, for example, is cylindrical on the outer circumference at least in a length range L1 of the pin 24 and thus has the shape of a right circular cylinder on the outer circumference in the length range L1. Thus, the pin 24 extends elongately along a longitudinal direction of the pin 24, the axial direction of which coincides with the longitudinal direction of the pin 24. The longitudinal direction of the pin 24, the radial direction of which runs perpendicular to the axial direction of the pin 24 and thus perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pin 24, is in Fig. 1 by a double arrow 26, which thus also illustrates the axial direction of the pin 24. In particular, the longitudinal extension direction of the pin 24 runs along an imaginary straight line, wherein, for example, at least the length region L1 is at least substantially rotationally symmetrical with respect to the straight line, in particular at least on the outer circumference. The pin 24 completely penetrates a through-opening 28 of the holding region 16 and thus of the lever 14, in particular along its longitudinal extension direction and thus in the axial direction of the pin 24. The through-opening 28 completely penetrates the lever 14, in this case in the longitudinal extension direction of the pin 24, thus in the axial direction of the pin 24.The fastening element 22, which is formed separately from the valve element 12 and separately from the lever 14, is arranged on a second longitudinal region L2 of the pin 24, the second longitudinal region L2 of which adjoins the longitudinal region L1 in the axial direction of the pin 24, i.e., in the longitudinal direction of the pin 24, in particular directly and thus immediately. This is to be understood in particular that no other, further longitudinal region of the pin 24 is arranged between the longitudinal regions L1 and L2 in the axial direction of the pin 24. It can be seen that the pin 24 is also cylindrical on the outer circumference, for example, in the longitudinal region L2. In the present case, the longitudinal region L1 has a first outer circumference and thus a first outer diameter, wherein the longitudinal region L2 has a second outer circumference and thus a second outer diameter. The second outer circumference or second outer diameter is smaller than the first outer circumference or the first outer diameter. This forms a collar 30 of the pin 24. The collar 30 forms a first axial end face S1 of the pin 24, wherein the axial end face S1 is flat and extends in a first plane which runs perpendicular to the axial direction of the pin 24. The longitudinal region L2 and thus the pin 24 end in the axial direction of the pin 24 at a free end E2 of the pin 24, which, for example, has a second axial end face S2 at its end E2. The axial end face S1 is set back in the axial direction of the pin 24 relative to the axial end face S2 and is set back towards the longitudinal region L1 or away from the end E2.The fastening element 22 can be supported or is supported in the axial direction of the pin 24, in particular directly, on the collar 30 and thus on the axial end face S1.

[0031] It can be seen that the fastening element 22 has a through-opening 31 in which the length region L2 is received. For example, a first thread is arranged in the through-opening 31, which in the present case is designed, for example, as an internal thread. The first thread is a thread of the fastening element 22. In the length region L2, the pin 24 has, for example, a second thread corresponding to the first thread, which is, for example, an external thread. The first thread and the second thread are screwed directly to one another, so that in the present case, for example, the fastening element 22 is screwed to the length region L2 and thus to the pin 24, in particular directly. In particular, the fastening element 22 is screwed onto the pin 24 via the thread. As a result, the valve element 12 is held on the holding area 16.

[0032] Out of Fig. 1 that the lever 14 has a sleeve 32 arranged in the hollow cross-section 18 of the holding region 16 and thus of the lever 14. The sleeve 32, in particular an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 32, delimits the through-opening 28, in particular directly, wherein the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 32 faces the pin 24, in the radial direction of the pin 24 and thus of the sleeve 32, in particular an outer circumferential surface of the pin 24. The sleeve 32 is at least partially, in particular at least predominantly and thus at least more than half or in this case completely circumferentially, surrounded by a hollow cross-sectional region of the hollow cross-section 18 of the holding region 16 in the circumferential direction of the pin 24 running around the axial direction of the pin 24.

[0033] In order to prevent excessive wear of the valve device 10, the valve device 10 has a support element 34 arranged between a first partial region T1 of the valve element 12 and at least a partial region T2 of the lever 14, in particular the holding region 16, through which the partial regions T1 and T2 can be supported or are supported against one another. The valve element 12 is formed from a material which forms at least the partial region T1 of the valve element 12. The lever 14 is formed from a second material which forms at least the partial region T2 of the lever 14, in particular the holding region 16. The first material and the second material can be the same, i.e., the same material, so that, for example, the second material corresponds to the first material or vice versa. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the first material to be a different material from the second material. In particular, the first material and / or the second material can be a metallic material. The support element 34 is then formed from a metallic third material, which is different from both the first material and the second material. Preferably, the metallic third material is a hard metal, in particular tungsten carbide. A thickness of the support element 34 extending in the axial direction of the pin 24 is designated by d. For example, the thickness d is one millimeter.

[0034] In the Fig.1, the support element 34 has at least, or in this case exactly, two support parts, namely a first support part 36 and a second support part 38. The first support part 36 is arranged between the partial region T2 and the support part 38, in particular in the axial direction of the pin 24, and the support part 38 is arranged between the support part 36 and the partial region T1, in particular in the axial direction of the pin 24. The support parts 36 and 38 are formed separately from one another and can be or are supported directly against one another, in particular in the axial direction of the pin 24. The support parts 36 and 38 are formed from the same third metallic material. A respective thickness of the respective support part 36, 38 running in the axial direction of the pin 24 is in this case half the thickness d and thus, for example, 0.5 millimeters. In the present case, the respective support part 36, 38 is designed as a respective disc, i.e. considered on its own.

[0035] It can be seen that the partial regions T1 and T2 can be supported or are supported against one another in the axial direction of the pin 24 via the support element 34. The support parts 36 and 38 can be supported or are supported directly against one another in the axial direction of the pin 24. Furthermore, the partial regions T1 and T2 and the support element 34 are arranged in the hollow cross section 20 of the valve element 12.

[0036] The pin 24 penetrates, in particular in the axial direction of the pin 24, a second through-opening 40 of the support element 34, wherein the support element 34 completely surrounds the pin 24 in the circumferential direction of the pin 24, which runs around the axial direction of the pin 24. This also means that the through-opening 40 of the support element 34 is completely circumferential in the circumferential direction of the pin 24 and is directly delimited by the support element 34. It can be seen that the through-openings 28 and 40 overlap each other in the axial direction of the pin 24, so that the pin 24 penetrates both the through-opening 40 and the through-opening 28, in particular completely in each case.

[0037] The valve element 12 is held on the lever 14 with limited movement, so that the valve element 12 is held on the lever 14 so that it can move relative to the lever 14. In other words, the valve element 12 can move relative to the lever 14 while the valve element 12 is connected to the lever 14. During such relative movements between the valve element 12 and the lever 14, direct contact between the partial regions T1 and T2 and thus direct friction between the partial regions T1 and T2 is avoided, since the partial regions T1 and T2 are supported or can be supported against one another via the support element 34. In the present case, the support part 36 is fastened to the lever 14, bypassing the valve element 12, and the support part 38 is fastened to the valve element 12, bypassing the lever 14. Thus, the support part 38 can be moved together with the valve element 12 relative to the lever 14 and relative to the support part 36.During such relative movements between the valve element 12 and the lever 14, and thus between the support parts 36 and 38, the support parts 36 and 38, in particular their respective surfaces, rub against one another, in particular directly, whereby direct friction between the partial regions T1 and T2 is avoided. Since the support parts 36 and 38 are formed from the third material, which is preferably tungsten carbide, the third material forms the surfaces of the support parts 36 and 38, so that the surfaces of the support parts 36 and 38 are preferably carbide surfaces. These carbide surfaces are very wear-resistant and very hard, so that excessive wear of the valve device 10 can be avoided. In particular, the third material has a higher hardness, in particular a higher Vickers hardness and / or Brinell hardness, than the first material and the second material. This allows a particularly high wear resistance of the valve device 10 to be achieved.
