Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for transmitting force from a rotatable element of a food processor to a tool. Furthermore, the invention relates to a food processor with such a device.

[0002] Kitchen appliances (often referred to synonymously as kitchen appliances) are used in a variety of ways in kitchens and households. A kitchen appliance may include a container, which can be a preparation vessel. Such a container can also be called a pot or preparation pan.

[0003] A food processor, such as the Thermomix® brand (versions TM5, TM6, TM31) from Vorwerk or the Monsieur Cuisine brand from Silvercrest, features a food processor base station. The food processor base station has a container holder into which a container can be inserted.

[0004] A rotating element is arranged in the food processor base station, e.g., in the area of the container holder, which can be driven and rotated by a motor or drive. If a container is inserted into the food processor base station, a rotating element arranged in the container can be rotationally fixedly coupled to the rotating element of the food processor base station, thus ensuring torque transmission. The rotating element of the food processor base station can be a shaft. An opening can be formed in the container, particularly in the container base, for coupling the rotating elements.

[0005] The rotating element arranged in the container can be a mixing blade or agitator located near the bottom of the container. Such a mixing blade or agitator can have a stub shaft from which one or more arms (e.g., cutting blades) extend radially outward. A mixing blade can be used to stir and / or chop food. A mixer, on the other hand, is only suitable for stirring / mixing.

[0006] A rotating element can also be present solely as a shaft or shaft stub, i.e. without the arms projecting radially (outwards) from it as described above.

[0007] It is known to couple tools or functional elements such as cutting tools (e.g. via an adapter) to a rotating element so that they rotate when the rotating element rotates.

[0008] A food processor may also include a heating element that heats food or foods contained in the container. The heating element may be located in or on the container.

[0009] Kitchen appliances are generally known. Due to their diverse applications and uses, kitchen appliances are often referred to as multifunctional kitchen appliances. The present invention expressly relates to (but is not limited to) such multifunctional kitchen appliances.

[0010] The power transmission device described in the present invention is particularly suitable for use with kitchen appliances such as those sold under the Thermomix® brand (versions TM5, TM6, TM31) by Vorwerk. Kitchen appliances are also sold under the trade name Monsieur Cuisine by Silvercrest. The present invention is also suitable for these.

[0011] In a food processor as described above, a container can be used which - as described - has a container base. A container wall (e.g. in the form of a container shell) adjoins the container base. The container wall provides a possibly circumferential side wall of the container. The container wall has an inner wall facing the container interior, which delimits the container interior (to the outside). Opposite the container base is a container opening which is delimited by a circumferential container rim. The container rim can be formed by the container wall. The container opening can be covered with a container lid. In this case, it is common for kitchen appliances such as the Thermomix® or Monsieur Cuisine to have a central feed opening (filling opening). Ingredients or spices can be filled into the container via this feed opening while the food processor is in operation.

[0012] As mentioned, tools can be connected to the rotating element via an adapter. However, the space available in the bowl of a food processor is limited. The shape and size of the food processor base station also limits the flexible connection of various tools.

[0013] As prior art, reference is made to DE 10 2021 124 950 A1, which discloses a coupling of a chopper extension set to a rotating element of a food processor. The specific disclosure of DE 10 2021 124 950 A1 also relates to a food processor with a control and drive unit and a mixing bowl, and a shaft end extending into the mixing bowl and drivable by the control and drive unit. The chopper extension set is configured with a rod that can be plugged onto the shaft end, a chopper bowl that can be placed on the mixing bowl, a cutting disc rotatably arranged in the chopper bowl and arranged on the rod, a rotatable ejection disc arranged on the mixing bowl side of the cutting disc and arranged on the rod, an ejection opening arranged next to the ejection disc on an outer wall of the chopper bowl, and a filling opening arranged on the chopper bowl.

[0014] Furthermore, reference is made to US 9 167 938 B2 and EP 0 617 910 A1 as prior art, each of which discloses various kitchen appliances.

[0015] The present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a technical solution with which the variety of additional functional components such as tools that can be coupled to and operated on a rotating element of a kitchen appliance can be increased.

[0016] To achieve this object, a device according to claim 1 and a kitchen appliance according to claim 12 are proposed.

[0017] The invention relates firstly to a device for transmitting force from a rotatable rotation element of a food processor having a food processor base station to a tool which is separate from the food processor base station and arranged externally to the food processor base station, wherein the rotation element is arranged in a vessel which can be inserted into a vessel receptacle of the food processor base station, and wherein the tool is arranged externally to the vessel, comprising - an adapter which can be coupled to the rotating element in a rotationally fixed manner, so that the adapter rotates with the rotating element when it rotates; - a tool adapter, which has an interface for force-transmitting coupling with the tool; - and a transmission device which provides a force-transmitting coupling of the adapter to the tool adapter or with which such a coupling can be provided.

[0018] The device is characterized in that a rotation of the adapter about an adapter axis is transmitted to the tool adapter in such a way that the tool adapter rotates about a tool adapter axis that is separate from the adapter axis and preferably arranged at an angle thereto, or translates along the tool adapter axis.

[0019] A force transmission can include a motion transmission and / or a torque transmission.

[0020] A rotatable rotating element can be a mixing blade or agitator as mentioned above, which can be arranged in the area of the bottom of a container. Such a mixing blade or agitator can have a stub shaft from which one or more arms (e.g., cutting blades) protrude radially outwards. A mixing blade can be used to stir and / or chop foodstuffs. A agitator, on the other hand, is only suitable for stirring / mixing. The rotating element can also be present solely as a shaft or stub shaft, i.e., without the previously described arms protruding radially (outwards) from it.

[0021] The adapter can be coupled directly or indirectly in a rotationally fixed manner to this rotating element (mixing blade, stirring device, shaft stub) arranged in the vessel.

[0022] The container may also have a heating element with which food or foodstuffs in the container can be heated or cooked.

[0023] The adapter can be composed of one or more components. If it is constructed from multiple components, these components can be connected to one another. Preferably, the multiple components are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.

[0024] The adapter can have an adaptation interface for rotationally fixed coupling to the rotating element (particularly when the latter is designed as a mixing knife or agitator with one or more arms projecting radially outward from a shaft stub). The adaptation interface can have one, two, or more contact surfaces that can bear against the arms of the mixing knife or agitator. If a mixing knife is present, the contact surfaces can bear directly against the arms designed in the form of blades, but can also be outside the blade area. The rotationally fixed coupling can be provided by the contact surfaces bearing against the arms of the mixing knife or agitator. The contact surface(s) can be formed on arms designed on the adapter side. In particular, two arms can be provided on the adapter side.

[0025] Additionally or alternatively, the adapter can also have a receiving opening for receiving a shaft or stub shaft of the rotating element. A rotationally fixed coupling can also be provided via this. The receiving opening can be designed as a receiving bushing that can receive a shaft or stub shaft of the rotating element. A positive or non-positive connection / coupling can be present between the receiving opening / receiving bushing and the shaft / stub shaft received therein. The receiving opening can provide the adaptation interface.

[0026] The adaptation interface can be located at a lower end of the adapter.

[0027] The adapter forms a connection between the rotating element and the transmission device and transmits the rotation of the rotating element (as well as torque) to the transmission device. This also results in a force transmission. The transmission device, in turn, transmits a force (this can be embodied in the form of a motion transmission) to the tool adapter.

[0028] The adapter advantageously comprises (or directly provides) an adapter shaft. The adapter shaft can extend centrally toward the vessel lid, particularly with respect to a vessel bottom surface facing the vessel lid.

[0029] The adapter or adapter shaft is preferably made of metal (e.g., stainless steel) or plastic. The aforementioned receiving opening of the adapter can be formed in the adapter shaft. The adapter opening can accommodate a free end of the rotating element (e.g., the aforementioned shaft stub or shaft). The receiving opening can be surrounded by the shaft extending toward the vessel lid and closed toward the vessel lid.

[0030] The tool adapter can also be composed of one or more components. If formed from multiple components, these can be connected to one another. Preferably, the multiple components are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. The tool adapter can have a tool adapter shaft or directly form one. The tool adapter or the tool adapter shaft can be made of plastic or metal (e.g., stainless steel).

[0031] A force-transmitting coupling can, for example, be a mechanical coupling, but also a pneumatic or hydraulic coupling. A force-transmitting coupling can be implemented indirectly (i.e., through multiple components) or directly.

[0032] The interface can be a form-locking interface, with which a form-locking element of the tool can be positively coupled to the interface. The interface can also enable a force-locking or material-locking coupling with the tool. The interface can be designed in the form of a bushing or a projection on the tool adapter side. If the interface is designed in the form of a bushing, a projection on the tool side can be received within it. If the interface is a projection, a bushing can be provided on the tool side. The bushings or projections can have a polygonal (multi-edged) shape contour.

[0033] The tool can be an accessory that performs a rotating or translating (linear) working movement separately or externally to the food processor base station, or separately or externally to a container held in (inserted into) the container holder of the food processor base station. The tool can, for example, be a tool for handling or processing food. The tool can, for example, be a cutting device, a chopping device, a pressing device (e.g. juicer), a grating device, a straining device, a pureeing device, a sieving device, a grinding device, a stirring device, a mixing device, a kneading device, a filling device (e.g. sausage stuffer), a grating device, a rolling device, a meat grinder or a pasta machine. This list is not exhaustive.

[0034] The proposed device thus transmits a force from the rotating element to the tool in question. The force transmission can be a torque transmission, which also generates a torque or a linear force (movement) in the tool.

[0035] It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined with one another in any technically reasonable manner (even across category boundaries, for example the claimed "device" and the claimed "kitchen appliance") and demonstrate further embodiments of the invention. The description further characterizes and specifies the invention in conjunction with the figures. It should also be noted that a conjunction "and / or" used herein between two features that links them together is always to be interpreted such that in a first embodiment of the subject matter according to the invention only the first feature can be present, in a second embodiment only the second feature can be present, and in a third embodiment both the first and second features can be present.

[0036] Further embodiments are specified in the subclaims and in the following description of the features in the subclaims and further features.

[0037] According to an initial design, the device is compatible with the Thermomix® 5, 6 and 31 kitchen appliances as well as the Monsieur Cuisine food processor from Silvercrest.

[0038] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the rotating element can be arranged in a container that can be inserted into a container receptacle of the food processor base station. In this case, the rotating element can be a mixing blade or mixer as described above. However, in this embodiment, it can also be a shaft or a rotatable shaft stub that can rotate in the container. In any case, the rotating element rotates in the container.

[0039] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the tool can be arranged externally to the vessel. This allows the operation of tools that cannot be arranged in the vessel due to their geometry, size, or other reasons.

[0040] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the rotating element can be arranged in the food processor base station. In this case, the adapter (without a container) can be coupled in a rotationally fixed manner directly to the rotating element arranged in the food processor base station, e.g., in the area of the container holder. This allows the transmission of force to a tool even without providing a container in the container holder. The rotating element can be designed as a bushing (e.g., with a polygonal inner contour) into which a lower adapter end of the adapter (e.g., with a polygonal outer contour) can engage. The rotating element can also be designed in the form of a projection (with a polygonal outer contour), which can be received in a receiving opening formed at the lower adapter end. The receiving opening can have a polygonal inner contour.

[0041] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the rotating element can be arranged below a container insertable into a container receptacle of the food processor base station. In this variant, the adapter can be rotationally fixedly coupled to a rotating element arranged outside (and below) the container without providing a rotating element arranged in the container, despite the container being arranged in the container receptacle of the food processor base station. For this purpose, an opening through which the adapter protrudes can be provided in the container base.

[0042] As already mentioned, the invention provides that a rotation of the adapter about an adapter axis is transmitted to the tool adapter in such a way that the tool adapter rotates about a tool adapter axis that is separate from the adapter axis and preferably arranged at an angle thereto, or translates along the tool adapter axis. Translation here refers in particular to a linear movement. It can also refer to a pivoting or wobbling movement or a superimposed movement. The adapter axis and the tool adapter axis are therefore preferably angled to one another, for example at a (right) angle of 90° or approximately 90° (e.g. in an angular range with a deviation of 10° relative to an angle of 90°). Such an arrangement enables the operation of a tool that is separate from the kitchen appliance base station, in particular arranged outside (externally) of the kitchen appliance base station. This also enables – provided a container is held in or inserted into a container holder on the food processor base station – the power transmission to a tool located external to the food processor's container by utilizing the torque emanating from the rotating element (whether this is arranged rotatably within the container or arranged rotatably below the container). This also allows tools to be operated with a food processor that, simply due to their size, shape, or geometry, cannot be arranged in or on the food processor base station or in or on the container.

[0043] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the adapter can be rotationally coupled to the rotating element with a first adapter end and rotatably mounted in a housing with a second adapter end opposite the first adapter end. The housing can be made of plastic. The second adapter end can thus protrude into the housing. As mentioned, the adapter can have an adapter shaft or directly form one. The adapter shaft can also be arranged at least partially in the housing.

[0044] The housing can be insertable into the vessel, which can mean that the housing can be fully inserted into the housing or partially inserted into it. The housing can be partially inserted into the vessel and partially protrude through a filling opening (feed opening) of the vessel lid. The housing can also be placed onto the vessel lid or the vessel, so that the housing can be located completely outside the vessel or at least partially outside the vessel.

[0045] The housing can be designed like a lid, which can be used to cover the container opening. Locking arms of the food processor can then engage over the housing for axial locking. The lid can then be placed on the container instead of the container lid.

[0046] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the housing can be inserted into the vessel in a form-fitting manner. The housing can have form-fitting means that can be connected in a form-fitting manner to corresponding form-fitting means arranged on an inner vessel wall that defines the vessel interior. The form-fitting means arranged on the inner vessel wall can be, for example, ribs or beads. A form-fitting insert can provide a means of securing the housing against rotation relative to the vessel.

[0047] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the housing can be designed to be secured against axial displacement by a lid (vessel lid) placed on the vessel when inserted into the vessel. The housing can be supported on the lid. The lid can extend at least partially beyond the housing. The housing can have a contact surface or contact edge with which the housing rests against the lid or rests against it.

[0048] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the housing can be designed to protrude through a preferably central filling opening of the lid. The central filling opening can also be referred to as a supply opening. The housing can be sealingly adjacent to an edge of the filling opening. It can also be provided that one or more gaps are provided between the housing and an edge of the filling opening. Such a gap can serve to equalize pressure or enable the supply of substances (e.g., liquids).

[0049] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the transmission device can be arranged at least partially within the housing. This prevents the transmission device from being mechanically damaged. Furthermore, it can prevent dirt and moisture from entering the transmission device.

[0050] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the tool adapter can be arranged at least partially in a tool adapter housing, wherein the tool adapter housing can be detachably connected to the housing. It can also be provided that the housing and the tool adapter housing form a common housing, for example, a one-piece housing. A detachably connectable design facilitates cleaning and increases flexibility. The detachable connection can be achieved via a positive connection, a force connection, or by fastening means. A detachable connection can be a plug-in connection, a twist lock, or a bayonet connection.

[0051] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the transmission device may comprise a gear mechanism. The gear mechanism may have one, two, or more transmission elements such as gears, pinions, or the like.

[0052] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the transmission device can be provided with a safety device by which the force-transmitting coupling of the adapter with the tool adapter can be decoupled when a limit criterion is met, preferably a predetermined limit rotational speed of the rotating element and / or a limit torque of the rotating element. The safety device can be arranged in the housing, the tool adapter housing, or partially in the housing and partially in the tool adapter housing. The limit criterion of the limit rotational speed can mean that a rotational speed of the rotating element that is above the limit rotational speed (i.e., a higher one) triggers the safety device, thus ending the force transmission (decoupling the force-transmitting coupling of the adapter with the tool adapter).A torque limit can occur if an object or user blocks or obstructs the movement of the tool, tool adapter, adapter, and / or rotating element. The safety device may include a slip clutch.

[0053] As mentioned, the object underlying the present invention is also achieved with a kitchen appliance. This comprises a) a kitchen appliance base station, b) a container that can be inserted into a container holder of the kitchen machine base station, c) a rotatable rotation element arranged in the vessel, d) a device for transmitting force from the rotatable rotary element to a tool arranged externally to a kitchen machine base station of the kitchen machine, wherein the device for transmitting force is designed according to one of claims 1-11.

[0054] The food processor may be a multifunctional food processor. The food processor may have a motor / drive that may be located on or integrated into the food processor base. A heating element may also be provided in the food processor base or the container.

[0055] According to one embodiment, the food processor can therefore have a container in which the rotating element is arranged to rotate.

[0056] The figures further specify the invention. The features described therein may be embodiments of the power transmission device proposed by the invention or of the kitchen appliance proposed by the invention. Fig. 1 a perspective view of a force transmission device according to the invention; Fig. 2 a sectional view of the device according to Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a force transmission device according to the invention, viewed obliquely from below, showing a housing and tool adapter housing of the device; Fig. 4 is a sectional view of a power transmission device according to the invention, which is inserted into a container of a food processor; Fig. 5 a perspective view of the Fig. 3 shown tool adapter housing; Fig. 6 a front view of a connection point of the Fig. 3 shown housing for connection to the tool adapter housing; Fig. 7 shows a representation of a safety device designed as a slip clutch as a component of a power transmission device according to the invention; Fig. 8 a perspective view of a bowl of a food processor.

[0057] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a power transmission device according to the invention. This device can be rotationally coupled to a rotating element 2 for power transmission via its adapter 4. The rotating element 2 can be arranged in a food processor base station (not shown) of a food processor, but also in a container 1 of such a food processor, wherein the container 1 can be received / inserted in a container receptacle of the food processor base station. However, for illustrative reasons, only the variant of coupling the adapter 4 to a rotating element 2 rotatably arranged in the container 1 is shown. Such a container can be found in a detailed illustration in Fig. 8.

[0058] The figures therefore show a device proposed by the invention for transmitting force from a rotating element 2 rotatable in a container 1 of a food processor to a tool 3 arranged externally to the container 1.

[0059] As generally shown in the figures, the force transmission device comprises an adapter 4, which can be coupled to the rotating element 2 in a rotationally fixed manner, so that the adapter 4 rotates with the rotating element 2 as it rotates. Furthermore, the device comprises a tool adapter 5, which has an interface 6 for force-transmitting coupling to a tool 3 arranged separately from the kitchen appliance base station (or outside it) or externally (outside) a container 1. Furthermore, the device comprises a transmission device 7, which provides a force-transmitting coupling of the adapter 4 to the tool adapter 5 or with which such a coupling can be provided.

[0060] A rotation of the adapter 4 about an adapter axis A is transmitted to the tool adapter 5 such that the tool adapter 5 rotates about a tool adapter axis W that is separate from the adapter axis A and preferably arranged at an angle thereto, or translates along the tool adapter axis W. The adapter 4 can be rotationally coupled to the rotation element 2 with a first adapter end 4a and is rotatably mounted in a housing 8 with a second adapter end 4b opposite the first adapter end 4a. The housing 8 can be inserted into the vessel 1 in a form-fitting manner. The housing 8 also has form-fitting means 9 that can be positively connected to corresponding form-fitting means 10 that are arranged on an inner vessel wall 12 that delimits a vessel interior 11 of the vessel 1. The form-fitting means 10 can be ribs or beads. The housing 8 is designed to be secured against axial displacement by a vessel lid 13 placed on the vessel 1 when inserted into the vessel 1. The housing 8 is designed to protrude through a preferably central filling opening 14 of the vessel lid 13. The transmission device 7 is arranged at least partially in the housing 8. The tool adapter 5 is arranged at least partially in a tool adapter housing 15, wherein the tool adapter housing 15 is detachably connectable to the housing 8. The transmission device 7 comprises a gear. The transmission device 7 has a securing device 16, by means of which the force-transmitting coupling of the adapter 4 to the tool adapter 5 can be decoupled when a limit criterion is met, preferably a predetermined limit rotational speed of the rotating element 2 and / or a limit torque of the rotating element 2.

[0061] Specifically, Fig. 1 depicts a power transmission device according to the invention. This comprises the adapter 4, which has an adapter shaft 41 and an adapter receptacle 42 connected thereto for a free end of the rotating element 2. The adapter receptacle 42 comprises at least one contact surface 43 for radially extending arms of the rotating element 2, such as blades 22 of a mixing knife 21, as in Fig. 4. The arms of the rotating element 2 each extend between two contact surfaces 43 (only one shown here), so that operation in both directions of rotation is possible. Rotation can therefore be counterclockwise or clockwise. Furthermore, the device has Fig. 1, the transmission device 7. This comprises the securing device 16 coupled to the adapter 4 and the gear arranged between the securing device 16 and the tool adapter 5. The tool adapter 5 comprises the interface 6 for coupling the tool adapter 5 to a tool 3 (not shown here).

[0062] In Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the device of Fig. 1, wherein the transmission device 7 is configured such that the rotation of the adapter 4 about the adapter axis A is transferred into a rotation of the tool adapter 5 about the tool adapter axis W. According to the embodiment according to Fig. 2, the adapter axis A and the tool adapter axis W are arranged at a right angle (90°) to each other. The transmission device 7 comprises in the embodiment according to Fig. 2 a slip clutch 30, which is coupled to the second adapter end 4b on the transmission device side. During operation of the power transmission device, a rotation of the adapter 4 is thus transmitted to the slip clutch 30. The slip clutch 30 is rotationally fixedly coupled to a first transmission device shaft 71 such that a torque is transmitted from the slip clutch 30 to the first transmission device shaft 71. The first transmission device shaft 71 is rotationally fixedly connected to a first bevel gear 74. This is engaged with a second bevel gear 75 such that a rotation of the first bevel gear 74 is transmitted to the second bevel gear 75 with a transmission ratio. The first bevel gear 73 has an axis of rotation which corresponds to the adapter axis A or is arranged in alignment with the adapter axis A.The second bevel gear has an axis angled by 90° relative to the adapter axis A, which is arranged parallel to the tool adapter axis W. The second bevel gear 75 is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a second transmission device shaft 72. This also forms a receptacle 51b, such as a polygonal receptacle (see . Fig. 5 and Fig. 6) for receiving a projection 51a, such as a polygon. The projection 51a transmits rotation transmitted thereto to the tool adapter 5 via the first tool adapter gear 76 and the second tool adapter gear 77, which are arranged in engagement with one another. The tool adapter 5 has—as previously explained—an interface 6 for a tool 3.

[0063] In Fig. 3 is the device for power transmission from Fig. 1 with a housing 8. The adapter 4 has the adapter receptacle 42 and the contact surfaces 43 at its first adapter end 4a. With its second adapter end 4b, the adapter 4 is rotatably mounted in the housing 8. In the housing 8, the second adapter end 4b is coupled to the transmission device 7 on the adapter side. On the tool adapter side, the transmission device 7 is coupled to the tool adapter 5. This has the interface 6, with which a tool 3 can be coupled to the tool adapter 5. In addition, the housing 8 has three positive locking means 9 for positive connection with positive locking means 10 of the vessel 1, as in Fig. 8. The form-locking means 9 are designed in the form of recesses or grooves. A tool adapter housing 15 is clearly connected to the housing 8, in particular detachably connectable.

[0064] In Fig. 4 is the device for power transmission from Fig. 3 arranged in a vessel 1. The adapter 4 is coupled on the rotating element side at its first adapter end 4a with the adapter receptacle 42 and the contact surfaces 43 to the rotating element 2, here designed as a mixing knife 21. The contact surfaces 43 rest on the arms (in the form of blades 22) projecting radially away from a center of the mixing knife 21 and are driven into rotation by these arms upon rotation of the mixing knife 21. The rotation of the contact surfaces 43 is transmitted via the adapter receptacle 42 to the adapter shaft 41. The adapter 4 is rotatably mounted with its second adapter end 4b on the transmission device side in the housing 8. The housing 8 is inserted into the vessel 1 in a form-fitting manner. The form-fitting connection between the housing 8 and the vessel 1 takes place via the Fig. 3 shown form-locking means 9 of the housing 8 with the Fig. 8 depicted form-locking means 10 of the vessel 1. In addition, the housing 8 is secured against axial displacement by the vessel lid 13 resting on the vessel 1. The housing 8 projects through the central filling opening of the vessel lid 13. The transmission device 7, which is arranged both in the vessel 1 and outside the vessel 1, is coupled outside the vessel 1 to the tool adapter 5. The tool adapter 5 has the interface 6, with which the tool 3 is coupled to the tool adapter 5. The adapter 4 and the tool adapter 5 are, as in Fig. 3, arranged at right angles to each other.

[0065] Fig. 5 shows a part of the power transmission device from Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, wherein a part of the transmission device 7 and the tool adapter 5 are housed together in the tool adapter housing 15 and are designed to be decoupled from the housing 8. The force transmission between the part of the transmission device 7 arranged in the housing 8 and the part of the transmission device 7 arranged in the tool adapter housing 15 takes place via a projection 51a, which fits into a matching receptacle 51b, as in Fig. 6, the transmission device 7 can be inserted into the housing 8. To secure the tool adapter housing 15 against rotation, it is connected to the housing 8 by a securing element 52a. For this purpose, the securing element 52a is inserted into a recess 52b in the housing 8 that matches the securing element 52a. Fig. 6 is inserted into the housing 8 and secured by a pin 53b, which engages in a blind hole 53a of the securing element 52a. For a correct connection of the tool adapter housing 15 to the housing 8, a lateral elevation 54 is additionally arranged on the securing element 52. Furthermore, the tool adapter housing 15 has a locking wheel 55, by means of which a tool 3 can be locked to the tool adapter housing.

[0066] Fig. 6 depicts a portion of the housing 8 to which the tool adapter housing 15 can be coupled. This portion depicts, in particular, the receptacle 51b, the recess 52b, and the pin 53b, as previously described.

[0067] In Fig. 7, the securing device 16 is depicted in the form of a slip clutch 30. The slip clutch 30 has friction jaws 31, clamps 32 (or brackets), and springs 33. The friction jaws 31 are inserted into recesses provided for this purpose in the second adapter end 4b, whereby the rotation of the adapter 4 is transmitted to the friction jaws 31 in a lower region of the friction jaws 31. In an upper region of the friction jaws 31, these are each partially enclosed by a clamp 32. Clamp 32 and friction jaw 31 are secured in position relative to one another by a spring-and-groove connection 34. The clamps 32 are connected to one another via two springs 33 laterally of the friction jaws 31. The tension generated by the springs 33 presses the friction jaws 31 onto the first transmission device shaft 71 arranged between the friction jaws. When the adapter 4 rotates, the rotation is thus transmitted from the second adapter end 4b to the friction jaws 31, which are in frictional contact with the first transmission device shaft 71. Due to the frictional contact and associated frictional forces (static friction and sliding friction), at least a portion of the torque associated with the rotation is transmitted to the transmission device shaft 71, resulting in its rotation. This force-transmitting coupling of the adapter 4 to the tool adapter 5 via the slip clutch 30 is released when various limiting criteria are met. Thus, a limiting rotational speed of the rotating element 2 causes centrifugal forces to move the friction jaws 31 outward (and away) from the first transmission device shaft 71 in such a way that the frictional contact between the friction jaws 31 and the transmission device shaft 71 is insufficient to transmit an effective torque. In another case, the resistance generated by the tool 3 may reach such a level, for example, due to clogging or manual blocking of the tool, that the torque to be transmitted at the slip clutch exceeds a limit torque. In this case, the limit torque exceeds the static friction set by the spring strength of the springs 33, causing the friction jaws 31 to slide over the first transmission device shaft 71 and transmit a reduced torque.

[0068] Fig. 8 depicts the vessel 1. This vessel has, in particular, the vessel interior 11, which is delimited by the vessel inner wall 12. The vessel inner walls 12 further have the form-locking means 10 in the form of beads, wherein in Fig. 8 only two form-locking means 10 are shown.
