Description

The invention relates to a high-voltage device, in particular for a motor vehicle, in particular for an electrically driven motor vehicle.Motor vehicles with an electric drive are generally known. In this case, there are such motor vehicles with a battery-electric drive or with a hybrid drive with a battery-electric drive and with, for example, an internal combustion engine. The battery-electric drive has a high-voltage battery and at least one electric drive machine which is supplied by the high-voltage battery. In this case, at least one inverter or inverter is typically assigned to the respective provided electric drive machine.Such motor vehicles are subject to the regulations for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), according to which corresponding limit values must be observed during the travel of the motor vehicle and also during charging. In order to be able to meet these limit values, filters are to be used of components which can be used as filter coils in a relatively cost-intensive manner or which can be used as Cy capacitances in a relatively cost-effective manner. However, the Cy capacitances are limited by the charging standard SAE J1772 for protecting the user during DC charging. In drives which are disconnected from the high-voltage on-board power supply during charging, the Cy capacitances are not active, which is why they do not have to be taken into account in the Gy budget.Such motor vehicles with an electric drive also have the need for a heating function, which is effected by installing a separate cooling medium heater, which heats a cooling medium in order to be able to transport heat to units or the vehicle interior. However, such a cooling medium heater as a further component is costly and requires additional installation space and assembly effort. It is the object of the present invention to provide a high-voltage device in which, despite taking into account general requirements, a cost-effective configuration with nevertheless good heating function is made possible. It is also the object to provide a method for operating a high-voltage device, by means of which a heating function is made possible. The object is achieved with the features of claim 1.An exemplary embodiment according to the invention relates to a high-voltage device having a rechargeable battery and having a charging connection which can be connected to a charging network in a switchable manner via a first charging contactor and via a second charging contactor, wherein a number of electrical drives and secondary consumers are provided, wherein the secondary consumers and at least one drive can be connected to the battery and to the charging connection in a switchable manner via a first main contactor and a second main contactor, wherein at least one second drive can be connected to the battery and to the charging connection in a switchable manner via a third main contactor and a fourth main contactor. This allows a heating function to be also made possible when charging the battery. In one exemplary embodiment, it is expedient if a first inverter is assigned to the first drive and / or to the secondary consumers. This allows independent supply of the auxiliary consumers and / or the first drive. It is also expedient if the first inverter can be switched on and off via the first main contactor and / or the second main contactor. As a result, the first inverter can be switched on or off depending on the operating state and requirement, in order to be connected to the battery and / or to the charging network. In a further exemplary embodiment, it is also advantageous if a second inverter and / or a third inverter is assigned to the second drive and / or a third drive. This allows independent supply of power to the second drive and / or the third drive. In a motor vehicle, for example, one drive for the front axle and one drive for the rear axle of a motor vehicle can be provided for driving, or alternatively, two drives can also be provided for the rear axle, wherein one drive can optionally additionally be provided for the front axle.It is also advantageous if the second inverter and / or the third inverter can be connected and disconnected via the third main contactor and / or the fourth main contactor. The second inverter and / or the third inverter can thus be used, for example, for the rear axle of a motor vehicle. It is also particularly advantageous if the secondary consumers and the first drive are connected in parallel and / or if the second drive and the third drive are connected in parallel. This allows a suitable structure to be created which allows high currents and thus high power. It is also expedient if, for charging the battery, the first charging contactor and the second charging contactor are closed, wherein the first main contactor, the second main contactor, the third main contactor and the fourth main contactor are open. A good drive arrangement can thus be realized. It is also advantageous if, for charging the battery, the first charging contactor and the second charging contactor are closed, wherein the first main contactor, the second main contactor are enabled for heating by means of the first inverter. The other main contactors are open. Heating can nevertheless be realized during charging. This can increase the Cy and prevent a separate cooling medium heater. It is likewise advantageous if a fluid, in particular a cooling medium, can flow through at least the first inverter, so that the fluid is heated during operation of the first inverter. The object of the method is achieved with the features of claim 10.An exemplary embodiment according to the invention relates to a method for operating a high-voltage device, wherein during charging of the battery at least the first inverter is flowed through by a fluid, in particular a cooling medium, such that the fluid is heated during operation of the first inverter. The invention is explained in detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram for explaining the invention.FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of an exemplary embodiment of a high-voltage device 1 having a rechargeable battery 2 and having a charging connection 3.The charging connection 3 is connected to the battery 2 via an electrical line connection 5.In the electrical line connection 5, a first charging contactor 6 and a second charging contactor 7 are connected in order to connect or disconnect the charging connection 3 to the battery 2, depending on the switching situation of the two charging contactors 6, 7. If the charging contactors 6, 7 are closed, the charging connection 3 is connected to the battery 2 and the battery 2 can be charged via a charging network by means of the charging column 4. When the charging contactors 6, 7 are opened, the battery 2 is disconnected from the charging port 3. Charging of the battery 2 is then not possible.Furthermore, a number of electric drives 8, 9, 10 and auxiliary consumers 11 are provided. In this case, the secondary consumers 11 and at least one drive 8 can be connected to the battery 2 and to the charging connection 3 in a switchable manner via a first main contactor 12 and a second main contactor 13.At least one second drive 9 can also be connected to the battery 2 and to the charging connection 3 in a switchable manner via a third main contactor 14 and a fourth main contactor 15. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two drives 9, 10 are interconnected via the main contactors 14, 15.In this case, a first inverter 16 is assigned to the first drive 8 and / or the secondary consumers 11. In this case, the first inverter 16 can be connected and disconnected via the first main contactor 12 and / or the second main contactor 13.Furthermore, a second inverter 17 and / or a third inverter 18 is or are assigned to the second drive 9 and / or a third drive 10. In this case, the second inverter 17 and / or the third inverter 18 can be switched on and off via the third main contactor 14 and / or the fourth main contactor 15.According to the representation of the exemplary embodiment, the secondary consumers 11 and the first drive 8 are connected in parallel. The second drive 9 and the third drive 10 are also connected in parallel. Depending on the number of drives 8, 9, 10, this can also be configured differently. For charging the battery 2, the first charging contactor 6 and the second charging contactor 7 are closed, wherein the first main contactor 12, the second main contactor 13, the third main contactor 14 and the fourth main contactor 15 are open. The drives 8, 9, 10 and the auxiliary consumers 11 are then switched off by the battery 2 and by the charging column 4 of the charging network. When the first charging contactor 6 and the second charging contactor 7 are closed to charge the battery 2, it is possible that the first main contactor 12 and the second main contactor 13 are closed to heat by the first inverter 16.At least the first inverter 16 can be flown through by a fluid, in particular a cooling medium, so that the fluid is heated during operation of the first inverter 16.List of reference characters1 High-voltage device 2 Battery 3 Charging connection 4 Charging column 5 Line connection 6 Charging contactor 7 Charging contactor 8 Drive 9 Drive 10 Drive 11 Secondary consumer 12 Main contactor 13 Main contactor 14 Main contactor 15 Main contactor 16 Inverter 17 Inverter 18 Inverter
