Description

The present invention relates to a computer-assisted method for creating a charge stop plan for the operation of an electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicle on a round section. The invention further relates to a charge stop planning system for carrying out the method. In electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicles, the charging times for charging the electrical energy store, in particular in the form of a high-voltage battery, are generally significantly longer than refueling in conventional motor vehicles having an internal combustion engine. In racing operation on a round track, this results in disadvantages for electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicles compared to conventional motor vehicles. The problem also consists in particular in the fact that the charge management or charge stop planning is generally carried out by the driver of the motor vehicle according to the best state of knowledge thereof. This has the consequence that, as a rule, no optimum charging strategy or charging stop planning is carried out by the driver of the motor vehicle with regard to performance optimization in the sense of as few charging stops and / or as few charging times as possible. The problem is in particular that the driver of the motor vehicle often cannot assess how the consumption of electrical energy of the motor vehicle fails during operation of the motor vehicle on the track. In addition, the retrievable power is frequently dependent on the state of charge of the traction battery. For example, at low states of charge (SOC), a reduction in performance may occur, for example for reasons of component protection. Furthermore, there is the problem that the driver frequently does not consider bringing the battery into an optimum temperature range before the charge stop, in order to enable charging as quickly as possible, such that additional time losses occur during charging, since the traction battery cannot be charged with the highest possible charging power on account of the high temperature, or it takes a certain time until the battery has reached the optimum temperature range for charging.A large number of methods or electric vehicles are known from the prior art, which are intended to bring about an optimization of the motor vehicle or an optimization of the operation of the motor vehicle during a race track operation. For example, DE 10 2021 127 837 B3 relates to an electric vehicle which has an activatable race track mode for a race track operation. Furthermore, DE 10 2020 103 342 A1 discloses a method or a system for controlling the energy consumption in a track operation. DE 10 2018 123 708 B3 discloses a method for activating a driving function as a function of the location of the motor vehicle. When locating the motor vehicle in the region of a track, a corresponding driving function is automatically activated. A method is likewise known from DE 10 2013 215 519 A1, which activates a sport operating mode on the basis of the location of the motor vehicle. None of the aforementioned documents deals with charge stop management or charge stop planning on a round section. It is an object of the present invention to specify a novel method for charge stop planning and to specify a corresponding charge stop planning system for a motor vehicle. These objects are achieved by the subject matters of the independent claims. Advantageous further developments are the subject of the dependent claims. The method is a computer-assisted or computer-implemented method for creating a charge stop plan for the operation of an electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicle on a round section, wherein a predefined variable total distance or a predefined variable number of rounds or a predefined variable time, for example in the form of a 24-hour race, is to be completed on the round section with a stationary charging station being provided on the round section for charging a traction battery of the electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicle, wherein a charge stop has to be carried out at the charging station for charging the traction battery. The computer-implemented method for creating a charge stop plan for operating an electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicle on a round section, wherein a stationary charging station for charging a traction battery of the electrically or partially electrically driven motor vehicle is provided on the round section, comprises at least the following steps: a) receiving data relating to a total distance to be completed with the motor vehicle on the round section or to a number of rounds to be completed with the motor vehicle or to a time to be completed with the motor vehicle on the round section, for example 24 hours during a 24-hour race, b) receiving data relating to the current position of the motor vehicle on the round section, c) determining the remaining distance to be completed or the remaining rounds to be completed or the remaining time to be completed, d) Receiving data relating to the current state of charge of the traction battery, e) Determining an expected consumption of electrical energy in the circuit of the motor vehicle, f) Generating the charge stop plan, wherein the charge stop plan relates to the future charge stops to be carried out at the charging station, wherein the necessary charge stops at the charging station are determined as a function of the position of the charging station in the circuit, the current position of the motor vehicle in the circuit, the remaining distance to be solved or the remaining circuits to be solved or the remaining time to be solved, the current state of charge of the traction battery and the expected consumption of electrical energy in the circuit. The aforementioned method has the advantage that an optimum charge stop planning for the operation of the motor vehicle is generated, wherein this charge stop planning is created in a computer-aided manner by taking into account the aforementioned parameters, such as the total distance to be completed or the number of rounds to be completed or the time to be completed on the round section, the current state of charge and the anticipated consumption. It is therefore no longer necessary for the driver to make a charge stop planning subjectively or to drive more or less arbitrarily to the charging station. The further advantage is that the driver can focus optimally on driving along the round section, since the charge stop planning can be generated with computer assistance and made available to the driver in a suitable form. For example, an indication of an pending charge stop can be made in the form of a visual display. It is also conceivable for the driver to be alerted acoustically to a waiting planned charge stop. The indication can also be made optically and acoustically. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the computer-assisted method is a self-learning method, in particular the system learns based on the driving style of the driver to optimize the charge stop planning to the corresponding driving style, in particular on the basis of an anticipated consumption. Furthermore, it is quite conceivable that in the computer-assisted method and its execution, an artificial intelligence or algorithms of an artificial intelligence are used. The data relating to the current position of the motor vehicle on the round road can be provided, for example, by a GPS module of the motor vehicle and transmitted to the corresponding computing unit for carrying out the method. The data relating to the current state of charge of the traction battery can be provided, for example, by a vehicle-internal battery controller. The anticipated energy consumption is preferably determined based on the actual energy consumption of the motor vehicle during operation of the motor vehicle on the round trip. During operation of the motor vehicle on the round section, the average energy consumption per round is preferably determined and used for determining, in particular for calculating, the future charge stops. In a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the charge stop planning is carried out in such a way that an optimization of one or more of the following target parameters is achieved:minimizing the charging time over the remaining distance to be processed or the remaining rounds to be processed or the remaining time to be processed, minimizing the sum of the travel time and the charging time over the remaining distance to be completed or the remaining rounds to be completed, minimizing the charging time over the remaining distance to be solved or the remaining rounds to be solved or the remaining time to be solved while maintaining a minimum state of charge of the traction battery, minimizing the sum of the driving time and the charging time over the remaining distance to be completed or the remaining rounds to be completed while observing a state-of-charge-dependent power reduction, maximizing a distance traveled by the motor vehicle on the round path over the remaining time to be completed. It is quite conceivable that the driver of the motor vehicle can select one or more of the aforementioned target parameters before the operation of the motor vehicle or during the operation of the motor vehicle on the round trip route. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the computer-assisted method is used during operation of the motor vehicle during a race.In a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that a number of predetermined round routes with data relating to a route profile of the respective round route is stored in a database, wherein the data of the corresponding round route are retrieved from the database and an initial charge stop planning is carried out on the basis of technical data of the motor vehicle, the route profile, the distance to be completed or the rounds to be completed or the time to be completed and taking into account the initial charge state of the traction battery of the motor vehicle at the beginning of operation on the round route. This configuration has the advantage that a charge stop planning is already provided for the driver of the motor vehicle initially, thus before the start of driving along the route, and the driver or his team therefore does not start with an uncertainty in the operation of the motor vehicle on the route. This is to be regarded as advantageous in particular during running operation of the motor vehicle. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the driver of the motor vehicle is displayed on a display of the motor vehicle whether the driver of the motor vehicle is driving in conformity with the provided charge stop planning, that is to say whether the driver is in the range of the planned consumption of electrical energy and / or the corresponding lap times are driving. With regard to the charge stop planning, it is quite conceivable that the existing charge stop planning is initially maintained during operation of the motor vehicle, even if a charge stop planning that is better or more optimal with regard to the performance or the target parameters is made possible, wherein the driver of the motor vehicle then receives an indication during operation of the motor vehicle that a more optimal charge stop planning is possible. The driver of the motor vehicle can then select whether to assume this more optimal charge stop planning. This configuration enables the driver to actively decide whether to maintain the existing (initial) charge stop plan or to exchange it for a new charge stop plan. This allows the driver of the motor vehicle to react to any racing situations. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if an actual consumption of electrical energy in the motor vehicle is determined during the operation of the motor vehicle, wherein the initial charge stop planning is continuously adapted during the operation of the motor vehicle on the circuit based on the actual consumption of electrical energy. A live up calculation therefore takes place quasi on the basis of the current energy consumption, the state of charge and any further relevant parameters, such as the battery temperature. This configuration has the advantage that the charge stop planning is adapted to the personal driving style of the driver on the round trip.It is considered to be particularly advantageous if consumption data of different motor vehicles are stored in a database for different routes and the consumption data corresponding to the motor vehicle and the route are retrieved from the database for the initial charge stop planning. Preferably, these data are also correlated with further parameters, such as weather data, for example. This configuration has the advantage that the most optimum data possible is used for the initial charge stop planning. It is quite conceivable that the consumption data are recorded fleet data of the corresponding motor vehicle type. In this context, it is considered to be particularly advantageous if, if appropriate with the driver's approval, the corresponding data for consumption of the motor vehicle during operation of the motor vehicle on the circuit are transmitted to the database for expanding and / or supplementing the database for the corresponding circuit and the corresponding motor vehicle. The charge stop planning system according to the invention comprises a computing unit, wherein the computing unit is configured to execute the computer-implemented method according to the invention or one of the advantageous embodiments of the method. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charge stop planning system is a component of the motor vehicle. However, this is not necessarily the case. It is also quite conceivable for the charge stop planning system to be an application which is executed on a vehicle-external terminal, for example a mobile terminal, in particular a smartphone. It is quite conceivable that the corresponding data are transmitted from the mobile terminal to a front end of the motor vehicle. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charge stop planning system is configured to actuate a display of a combination instrument and / or of a multimedia system of the motor vehicle in such a way that information relating to the charging stop or stops at hand is displayed on the display, wherein this information relates to the rounds still to be completed or to the distance still to be completed and / or to the anticipated time up to the respective charge stop and / or to the anticipated charging time at the respective charge stop. The multimedia system can be, for example, a multimedia system with a navigation device. It is quite conceivable that the navigation device is configured to infer the route on which the motor vehicle is operated on the basis of geographical data and to automatically load corresponding data on the route. It is quite conceivable that the navigation device is configured to load the corresponding data from a backend not installed in the motor vehicle. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charge stop planning system has an input device for inputting the data relating to the round section, the distance or the rounds to be completed or the time to be completed on the round section and other parameters, for example parameters relating to the motor vehicle. It is quite conceivable that the relevant data of the motor vehicle are automatically loaded from a memory of the motor vehicle. The data of the motor vehicle can relate, for example, to the motor vehicle type, the state of charge, the engineization, chassis and further parameters, which influence the performance and the consumption of the motor vehicle on the corresponding round section. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charge stop planning system is configured to actuate a display of a cluster instrument and / or of a multimedia system of the motor vehicle in such a way that, when a charge stop is carried out, information relating to the charge stop is displayed on the display, wherein the information relates to the time duration until the end of the charging process and / or to the charging power. The term "charging time" is understood in the present case to mean, in particular, the time duration required by the motor vehicle to charge the traction battery to the desired charge level at the stationary charging station. However, it is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charging time additionally includes the time duration for starting the charging station from the round section and for starting up the round section from the charging station. It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the charge stop planning system is configured to adjust a temperature of the traction battery by actuating control devices of the motor vehicle in the event of an imminent charge stop in order to optimize one or more of the target parameters, in particular to optimize the time duration for charging the traction battery at the charging station. In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the motor vehicle has one or more measurement devices which are configured to acquire data relating to energy consumption and / or data relating to the lap times during operation of the motor vehicle, wherein the computing unit is configured to estimate the prospective lap times and / or the prospective energy consumption of the motor vehicle for the remaining distance to be completed or the remaining laps to be completed or the remaining time to be completed on the basis of these data.In a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the charge stop planning system is configured to effect a temporary power limitation of an electric drive unit by actuating a motor controller in the event of a charge stop pending for the purpose of adaptively adjusting a temperature of the traction battery to a desired charge temperature. By means of this adaptive adjustment of the battery temperature, which could also be referred to as "intelligent derating", one or more of the target parameters can be optimized. In the following figures, the invention is explained in more detail on the basis of an exemplary embodiment, without being restricted to this. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a round section in a schematic illustration, FIG. 2 shows a flow diagram of an embodiment of the method according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows a display of a motor vehicle in the region of a central console during operation of the motor vehicle on the track, FIG. 4 shows a partial area of the motor vehicle in the area of a combination instrument during operation of the motor vehicle on the race track.FIG. 1 shows a round section 1 in a schematic illustration. Furthermore, a motor vehicle 2 is shown which is operated on the round section 1. The motor vehicle 2 is a purely electric motor vehicle 2, thus a motor vehicle 2 which has only one or more electric drive units. These drive assemblies are supplied with electrical energy via a high-voltage battery, which serves as a traction battery.A stationary charging station 3 for charging the traction battery of the motor vehicle 2 is located on the round track 1. The traction battery of the motor vehicle 2 has a capacity that is not sufficient to operate the motor vehicle 2 over the total distance on the round section 1 without one or more charge stops at the charging station 3. Therefore, the motor vehicle 2 must perform a charge stop at the charging station 3 at least once during the race. For this purpose, it is necessary for the motor vehicle 2 to enter a box gate 4 in which the charging station 3 is located. In order to operate the motor vehicle 2 as optimally as possible during the race on the round track 1, it is necessary to perform a charge stop planning, wherein this charge stop planning is carried out in such a way that an optimization of one or more of the following target parameters is achieved:minimizing the charging time over the remaining distance to be completed, minimizing the sum of the travel time and the charging time over the remaining rounds to be completed, minimizing the charging time over the remaining rounds to be completed while maintaining a minimum state of charge of the traction battery, minimizing the sum of travel time and charging time over the remaining rounds to be completed while observing a charge-state-dependent power reduction. The charge stop planning is generated in a computer-assisted manner, wherein the future charge stops are planned depending on the position of the charging station 3 on the round section 1, the remaining rounds to be completed, the current state of charge of the traction battery and an anticipated consumption of electrical energy of the motor vehicle 2 on the round section 1.An advantageous embodiment of this method is shown in the diagram of FIG. 2. In a first step 5, the race parameters are defined, these race parameters relating to the predefined number of rounds to be completed. The racing parameters can, however, also relate to the total distance to be completed or the time to be completed on the round track, as is the case, for example, with a 24-hour racing. This data can be input to a charge stop planning system of the motor vehicle 2 via an input device. For example, a navigation device with a touch display can serve as the input device. In order to carry out the charge stop planning, data relating to the corresponding round section 1 are also retrieved from a database 6 external to the motor vehicle, wherein these data can relate, for example, to the section profile of the round section 1. Based on the technical data of the motor vehicle 2, which can relate, for example, to an average consumption of the motor vehicle 2 for a specific route profile, the route profile and the rounds to be completed, an initial charge stop planning is then carried out by the charge stop planning system, taking into account the initial state of charge of the traction battery of the motor vehicle 2 at the beginning of the operation of the motor vehicle 2 on the round route 1. This corresponds to step 7 in FIG. 2 Basically, it is also conceivable that corresponding consumption data for the motor vehicle 2 are stored directly in the database 6 on the specific round section 1 and are called up for the initial charge stop planning.Subsequently, the motor vehicle 2 is operated on the circuit 1. This corresponds to step 8 in the diagram in FIG. 2 During operation of the motor vehicle 2, data are collected, these data relating to the consumption of the motor vehicle 2 on the round section 1. These data are used to continuously adapt the initial charge stop planning during the operation of the motor vehicle 2 on the round section 1. Accordingly, the initial charge stop schedule of step 7 is steadily adjusted based on the data collected in step 9.In the case of the charge stop planning system of the motor vehicle 2, it is provided that the charge stop planning system is configured to actuate a display of a multimedia system of the motor vehicle 2 in such a way that information relating to the charging stop or stops at hand is displayed on the display 10, as is illustrated in FIG. 3. The display 10 is located in the area of a center console of the motor vehicle 2. in a left area of the display 10 the round section 1, the current position of the motor vehicle 2 and the position of the charging station 3 are displayed in the form of a map. In a right area, a diagram related to the charge stop planning is found. In this area, it is graphically displayed how many rounds still have to be completed up to the next charge stop, in the present case three rounds ("3 rounds (laps)"). Furthermore, the anticipated charging time is displayed at the charging station 3, in the present case 15 minutes ("+15 min"). Furthermore, the rounds still to be completed are displayed, in the present case eight rounds ("8 rounds (laps)"). In addition, the rounds still to be completed after the imminent charge stop are also displayed, namely five rounds ("5 rounds (laps)").FIG. 4 shows a combination instrument 11 of the motor vehicle 2, wherein information relating to the charge stop planning is displayed in a right-hand round display 12 of three round displays 12 of the combination instrument 11. In this case, it is indicated how many rounds have been completed between the two last charge stops, in the present case eight rounds ("last run (load stint): 8 rounds (laps)"). Furthermore, it is indicated how many rounds have been completed since the last charge stop, in the present case four rounds ("current run (current paint): 4 rounds (laps)"). In addition, it is indicated in how many rounds the next charge stop is pending, in the present case in three rounds ("next stop (next stop): 3 rounds (laps)"). In addition, it is indicated how long the next charging process will likely last, in the present case 14 minutes ("anticipated stop (predicted stop): 14 min"). In addition to the display for the rounds up to the next charge stop, additional information is provided as to whether the consumption of electrical energy is in the plan, i.e. is in conformity with the initial charge stop plan. In the present case, a downwardly pointing triangle indicates that the consumption is above the initial charge stop planning, so that the motor vehicle 2 can only cover a smaller number of rounds until the next charge stop than was initially planned.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
