Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a light strip system lighting module with a radiation-transmissive profile strip having integral lens bodies, which profile strip has a plurality of centering and fastening extensions arranged distributed in its longitudinal extent, wherein a strip-shaped wiring carrier with a plurality of light-emitting elements has recesses or apertures complementary to the centering and / or fastening extensions and forms a sandwich structure with the profile strip, according to the preamble of claim 1.DE 10 2020 115 009 B4 discloses a function carrier for the construction of light band systems. The function carrier there should consist of few parts and be able to be produced cost-effectively. Moreover, under all operating circumstances and operating conditions, a clear association between the respective lighting means and the associated optical unit must be ensured. The functional support thus realized for constructing light strip systems comprises a plurality of profiled bodies which can be arranged in a row on one another and each have a component receiving space which is bounded on the one hand laterally by two parallel limbs having longitudinal grooves and on the other hand by a limb connecting portion. In order to maintain the inherent rigidity of the functional carrier, a profile strip is provided with a multiplicity of pin-like stops which are oriented substantially vertically and are also oriented vertically and are arranged distributed in its longitudinal extent, a strip-shaped wiring carrier having a multiplicity of light-emitting elements having latching recesses which are complementary to the latching hooks.A latching process using the latching hooks and the latching recesses forms a sandwich structure of profile strip and wiring carrier, wherein the wiring carrier rests on the stops and the latching hooks, with latching noses present in each case, engage behind the rear side of the wiring carrier in the region of the latching recesses. The result is a mechanical structure which can be used as a complete structural unit in a profiled body construction which is matched on the dimensional side, in particular can be snapped in or clipped in. Furthermore, centering pins extend from the profile strip in the direction of the wiring carrier, which centering pins enter into matching centering recesses in the wiring carrier. A slightly off-center position ensures security against replacement and assembly errors are avoided. It has been found that the functional support of the prior art according to DE 10 2020 115 009 B4 already exhibits considerable advantages over previously known technical solutions. However, in order to ensure the stability of the unit consisting of the wiring carrier and the profile strip, either the profile strip itself has to be of very massive design or a particularly robust wiring carrier has to be used. The use of foil-like, strip-like wiring carriers has thus far not been possible.A further problem is the necessary dissipation of thermal energy which arises as waste heat during the operation of a corresponding luminaire.A high thermal load on the lighting means leads to a shorter service life, but also to a possible discoloration of the profile strip provided with integral lenses. From the above it is therefore the object of the invention to specify a further developed light band system lighting module which, as a component which is technically simple to produce, has a very high inherent rigidity and at the same time ensures a heat sink during the operation of corresponding lighting means. The module to be created should then be usable or able to be combined in the usual manner into corresponding luminaire bodies, in particular profile luminaire bodies, for forming light strip systems. The object of the invention is achieved by a light band system lighting module with a radiation-transmissive profile strip having integral lens bodies according to the combination of features according to claim 1, wherein the dependent claims comprise at least practical embodiments. The light strip system lighting module thus starts from a radiation-transmissive profile strip having integral lens bodies, preferably consisting of a plastic material, which has a plurality of centering and / or fastening extensions arranged distributed in its longitudinal extension.Furthermore, a strip-shaped wiring carrier known per se, in particular a foil-shaped wiring carrier, is provided, which accommodates a multiplicity of light-emitting elements. The wiring carrier has recesses or apertures complementary to the centering and / or fastening extensions and forms a sandwich structure with the profile strip or can be joined with the profile strip to form a sandwich structure.According to the invention, a support strip, in particular a metallic support strip, which increases the inherent rigidity and has an essentially U-shaped cross section, comprising lateral legs and a region connecting the legs is provided. This carrier strip is connected to the sandwich structure of profile strip and wiring carrier in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner. The carrier strip has first recesses in the region connecting the lateral U-legs for receiving portions of the centering and / or fastening extensions.Furthermore, the carrier strip comprises second recesses in the region connecting the lateral U-legs for fixing the wiring carrier, wherein complementary noses or projections are formed on the wiring carrier in this respect, which engage or dip into the second recesses. In a first embodiment, fastening projections with a rectangular cross section and an insertion bevel are formed on the profile strip.Below the region of the insertion bevel, a latching window is formed in the respective fastening extension. For this embodiment, the carrier strip has, in the region connecting the lateral U-legs, formations, in particular inclination ends, which, in the course of the connection to the sandwich structure, enter into the respective latching window or can be pressed into the respective latching window. In a second embodiment of the invention, thermally deformable fastening extensions, in particular in pin or bolt form, are provided or formed on the profile strip, which extend into the first recesses of the carrier strip during the connection to the sandwich structure. For the production of a connection, a rivet-like head can be formed on the respective fastening extension above the carrier strip by applying corresponding thermal energy. The corresponding upper end of the respective fastening extension is thus thermally deformed, so that the aforementioned head extends over a part of the surface of the carrier strip, so that after cooling, the desired force or form fit for the final module formation occurs. On its surface facing the wiring carrier, the profile strip has a number of lens-like formations or mounts, which are formed and arranged in a manner complementary to the light-emitting elements and into which the light-emitting elements at least partially enter. The profile strip, which can likewise be U-shaped in cross section, is wider than the wiring carrier. The light-transmissive profile strip, in its configuration as a sandwich structure with the wiring carrier and the carrier strip, can be inserted in a luminaire body known per se in a manner flush with the front or partially laterally enclosing it, in order to form a light band system. The design of the module achieved with the measures according to the invention described makes possible significantly longer modules, in particular with regard to the high inherent rigidity, which is a considerable advantage in the realization of light strip systems in relatively large premises, since the internal interconnection outlay can be reduced.Due to the fact that the preferably metallic carrier strip rests with its front side directly on the rear side of the wiring carrier and makes thermal contact therewith, an optimum heat source-heat sink configuration results. The preferred U-profile of the support strip not only increases the stiffness of the strip itself, but also improves the effect of the support strip as a heat sink. The explained snap-in connection of metallic tongues or notches in recesses or the fusible rivet connection represents a substantial technological simplification, so that a largely automated production of the modules becomes possible. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and to figures. The following are shown here: FIGS. 1 to 6 are different views of a first embodiment of the invention in connection with the sandwich structure with the carrier strip; FIGS. 7 to 11 show a second embodiment of the connection of sandwich structure to carrier strip, wherein during the connection process (arrow representation), i.e. the movement of the carrier strip to the already present sandwich structure, an independent latching takes place using depressions in the carrier strip, and FIGS. 12 to 15 show representations of a third embodiment which resorts to a fusion-rivet connection of selected bolt-like or pin-like extensions of the profile strip. It is common to all the exemplary embodiments that firstly a profile strip 1 is used as the starting point, which profile strip has integral lens bodies. The profile strip can have a substantially U-shaped cross section, as shown in the figures. The lens bodies 2 are an integral component of the profiled strip 1, which is preferably produced by plastic injection molding. From the rear side of the profile strip 1 a plurality of centering and / or fastening extensions 3 extends, the specific embodiments of which will be explained in more detail with respect to the respective exemplary embodiments.Furthermore, a strip-shaped wiring carrier 4 is provided which comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements 5 on its surface directed toward the lens bodies 2.As can be seen, for example, from FIG. 6, the wiring carrier 4 also has recesses or recesses for the centering and / or fastening extensions 3.The profile strip 1 now accommodates the wiring carrier 4, the required inherent rigidity being achieved by the use of a carrier strip 6.The carrier strip 6 preferably has a substantially U-shaped cross section, comprising lateral legs and a region connecting the legs. From the overview of FIGS. 1 to 3 according to the first exemplary embodiment, it can be seen by the person skilled in the art how the force-fit and form-fit connection process between carrier strip 6 and the sandwich structure of profile strip 1 and wiring carrier 4 is configured. It can be seen in particular from the illustration according to FIG. 6 relating to the first exemplary embodiment that the carrier strip 6 has first recesses 7 in the region connecting the lateral U-limbs for receiving portions of the centring or fastening extensions.Furthermore, second recesses 8 are provided in the carrier strip 6, which serve for fixing the wiring carrier 4, wherein projections 8 complementary in this respect are formed on the wiring carrier 4.According to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the fastening extensions 3 on the profile strip 1 have a substantially rectangular cross section with an insertion bevel 9.Below the respective insertion bevel 9, a latching window 10 is formed in the respective fastening extension 3.In the first exemplary embodiment, the carrier strip 6 has in its region connecting the U-legs two notches, forming a pair, which are movable in the direction of the surface of the carrier strip 6 by exerting a compressive force (see FIG. 4 ) due to the elasticity of the material of the carrier strip 6.As a result of this movement of the hook-shaped notches 11, they enter the corresponding latching window 10 (see FIGS. 3 and 5 ), so that the desired force-fit and form-fit connection is produced below the light band system lighting module.A configuration comparable to that described above is also assumed in the second exemplary embodiment according to the second embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 7 to 11.In contrast to the first embodiment, there are significantly smaller notches, that is to say notches 12 which are realized obliquely upwards in the direction of the U-limb. These are therefore notches 12 which lead to a latching process into the corresponding latching windows 10 solely by the compressive force on the carrier strip 6 in the direction of the already present composite according to FIG. 8, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11.In the third exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 12 to 15, a comparable initial configuration is present of profile strip 1 with lens bodies 2 and wiring carriers 4 with corresponding LEDs 5.In this exemplary embodiment, however, the carrier strip 6 does not have any notches, in particular no spring-elastic notches, in the region connecting into the U-legs.Rather, only hole-like apertures (see FIGS. 14 and 15 ) are made in the carrier strip 6, which apertures receive the fastening extensions 3, which in this case are pin-shaped or bolt-shaped.Fastening extensions 30 of greater diameter in particular are thermally deformed after an arrangement of the sandwich structure with carrier strips 6 according to FIG. 13.A rivet-like head 13 is formed here (see FIG. 15 ).Preferably, rivet-like heads 13 are formed in pairs with respect to a corresponding pair of fastening extensions 30.It is within the meaning of the invention to combine the different methods of force-fit and form-fit connection according to the first to third exemplary embodiments or the first to second embodiments with one another if this is desired. All embodiments allow for the purpose of recycling to separate the individual components, i.e. the profile strip, the wiring carrier and the carrier strip.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
