Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening arrangement for a motor vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle, in particular a truck.

[0002] Motor vehicles, particularly commercial vehicles, especially trucks, typically comprise multiple motor vehicle components, such as a chassis, a running gear, particularly with a spring-damper device and / or with a chassis control arm, a passenger compartment, and / or a drive energy storage device. At least two of these motor vehicle components, such as the chassis and the running gear, are fastened to one another. The running gear is typically movably mounted, particularly with springs and dampers, to the chassis by means of a fastening arrangement. It is necessary for the fastening arrangement to be relatively rigid in order to absorb the forces that occur, particularly dynamic forces, particularly those caused by vibrations during travel. The fastening arrangement usually has several attachment points so that the vehicle component to be fastened, in this case the chassis, is mounted with sufficient stability. One or more chassis control arms can be attached to each attachment point, supporting the chassis in at least one spatial direction. This results in a structure that is complex and time-consuming to manufacture and assemble. The structure is usually pre-assembled in a first step and then attached to the chassis in a second step, which can lead to high costs. This usually requires the use of relatively cost-intensive processes, such as welding and / or the production of fitted connections.

[0003] The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a fastening arrangement for a motor vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle, in particular a truck, wherein the disadvantages mentioned are reduced, preferably do not occur.

[0004] The object is achieved by providing the present technical teaching, in particular the teaching of the independent claims as well as the preferred embodiments disclosed in the dependent claims and the description.

[0005] The object is achieved in particular by providing a fastening arrangement for a motor vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle, in particular a truck, for fastening a first motor vehicle component to a second motor vehicle component. The fastening arrangement comprises the first motor vehicle component, the second motor vehicle component, a bearing element, in particular a hollow bearing element with a central axis, a stiffening element, and a fastening element. The bearing element is designed to support the second motor vehicle component, in particular pivotably, in particular pivotably about the central axis, wherein the second motor vehicle component, in the fastened state, is supported on the bearing element, in particular pivotably, in particular pivotably about the central axis. The stiffening element has two support sections configured to bear against the bearing element on two opposite sides of the bearing element along the central axis, and against the second motor vehicle component on two opposite sides of the second motor vehicle component along the central axis. The fastening element extends through the stiffening element, in particular twice, and through the bearing element, in particular once, and engages the first motor vehicle component. The fastening element fastens the second motor vehicle component, the stiffening element, and the bearing element to the first motor vehicle component.

[0006] Advantageously, the fastening arrangement has relatively few individual parts, which are particularly easy to manufacture. The simple design makes it possible to fasten the individual parts together with a single fastening element. This can reduce both manufacturing and assembly costs. Likewise, the use of cost-intensive processes such as welding and the production of fitted connections can be dispensed with. Advantageously, pre-assembly of the fastening arrangement can be dispensed with, as assembly and fastening take place in a single step. The stiffening element can advantageously increase the strength of the fastening arrangement. In particular, the complexity of the fastening arrangement can be reduced, as fewer individual parts are required to absorb the forces occurring.

[0007] In one embodiment, the two support sections are arranged parallel to each other. In particular, the two support sections are designed and / or arranged to be congruent in some areas.

[0008] In particular, the stiffening element is configured to support the bearing element and the second motor vehicle component, particularly transversely to the center axis, relative to the first motor vehicle component. The forces that occur are thus advantageously transmitted not only from the fastening element but also from the stiffening element to the first motor vehicle component.

[0009] According to a further development of the invention, the bearing element is designed as a cylindrical sleeve. In particular, a cost-effective standard cylinder sleeve available from specialist retailers can be advantageously used.

[0010] According to a further development of the invention, the fastening element is designed as a screw element, in particular as a screw bolt, in particular as a screw. This advantageously enables particularly simple assembly of the fastening arrangement. In particular, the fastening arrangement can be disassembled with relatively little effort by loosening the screw element. Likewise, the fastening arrangement can be assembled with relatively little effort by screwing in the screw element.

[0011] According to a further development of the invention, the first motor vehicle component has a fastening flange that has a flat contact surface for the stiffening element, in particular for the contact of the stiffening element. The second motor vehicle component can thus advantageously be positioned and subsequently fastened to the first motor vehicle component with particular precision, in particular within predetermined tolerances.

[0012] In one embodiment, the fastening flange is formed integrally with the first motor vehicle component. In particular, the contact surface is a surface of the first motor vehicle component. This leads to a further reduction in the number of individual parts.

[0013] In one embodiment, the first motor vehicle component has a threaded bore for the fastening element, in particular the screw element, in particular the screw bolt, in particular the screw. In particular, the threaded bore is provided for screwing in the screw element, in particular the screw bolt, in particular the screw.

[0014] According to a further development of the invention, the stiffening element has at least one connecting section connecting the two support sections. In one embodiment, the stiffening element has two connecting sections. In particular, the two connecting sections are connected to one another. In particular, the two connecting sections are arranged transversely, in particular at right angles to one another. Advantageously, the strength of the stiffening element and thus of the fastening arrangement is further increased. In particular, mechanical distortion of the stiffening element is reduced, in particular avoided, by means of the at least one connecting section.

[0015] Alternatively or additionally, it is provided that the stiffening element comprises a material selected from a group consisting of: a forged material, a steel material, an aluminum material, and a fiber-reinforced plastic.

[0016] In one embodiment, the stiffening element comprises a bent, in particular folded, in particular pivotally bent sheet metal, in particular a steel sheet or aluminum sheet, or is designed as a bent, in particular folded sheet metal, in particular a steel sheet or aluminum sheet. In one embodiment, the stiffening element is formed from a single piece of sheet metal. Advantageously, the stiffening element can be manufactured particularly simply and cost-effectively by first punching out a sheet metal blank, which is then bent, in particular folded, to form the stiffening element.

[0017] In one embodiment, one of the two support sections has two sheet metal layers, particularly along the central axis. This is particularly the case when the stiffening element has two connecting sections.

[0018] If the stiffening element comprises a forged material, in particular is formed from a forged material, and in particular was produced by a forging process, the wall thickness of the stiffening element can advantageously be reduced compared to a non-forged stiffening element. This is possible in particular due to a structural change resulting from the forging process and the associated increased strength of the stiffening element.

[0019] According to a further development of the invention, the two support sections and the at least one connecting section are arranged relative to one another in such a way that the stiffening element is box-shaped in some areas. The box-shaped stiffening element is particularly easy to manufacture using a bending process.

[0020] In one embodiment, the stiffening element is designed as a box that is open on one or more sides. In particular, the two support sections and the at least one connecting section are arranged on other, non-open, in particular closed sides of the box. In particular, a section selected from the two support sections and the at least one connecting section forms a closed side of the box. In one embodiment, exactly three sides of the box are closed and three sides are open. In another embodiment, exactly four sides of the box are closed and two sides are open. It is possible for edges of the box to have a radius, in particular a bending radius. It is also possible for corners of the box to be open, in particular for no sheet metal material to be present at the corners of the box.

[0021] According to a further development of the invention, a damping element, in particular for damping the second motor vehicle component, can be arranged, in particular is arranged, between the second motor vehicle component and the stiffening element. In particular, the damping element is arranged between the second motor vehicle component and the two support sections. Vibrations occurring are advantageously damped by means of the damping element.

[0022] According to a further development of the invention, the second motor vehicle component is a chassis component of the motor vehicle. In one embodiment, the chassis component is a chassis control arm strut, in particular a wishbone strut of the motor vehicle.

[0023] In particular, the stiffening element supports the chassis component—when the fastening arrangement is installed as intended in a motor vehicle—in and against the direction of travel of the motor vehicle. Advantageously, the chassis component can be attached to the motor vehicle particularly securely. In particular, the chassis component is attached to the motor vehicle using relatively few individual parts.

[0024] According to a further development of the invention, the chassis component, in particular the chassis control arm strut, in particular the wishbone strut, is mounted on the bearing element by means of an end bore, in particular with a chassis control arm eyelet of the chassis control arm strut, in particular with a wishbone eyelet of the wishbone strut. This advantageously leads to a relatively cost-effective assembly of the chassis control arm strut, since the fastening element can be simply inserted through the bearing element arranged in the chassis control arm eyelet and fastened to the first motor vehicle component.

[0025] According to a further development of the invention, the first motor vehicle component is selected from a group consisting of: a housing of a drive energy storage device of the motor vehicle, a chassis of the motor vehicle, and a driver's cab of the motor vehicle. The fastening arrangement can advantageously be used in various fastening scenarios, each of which realizes the aforementioned advantages.
