Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a hydraulic plug connection.

[0002] Building technology devices such as heat pumps, hot water tanks, instantaneous water heaters, etc. typically contain a multitude of hydraulic connections and hydraulic lines. These connections and lines must be easily and safely connected to one another.

[0003] It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydraulic plug connection which enables a simple and secure connection.

[0004] This object is achieved by a hydraulic plug connection according to claim 1.

[0005] Thus, a hydraulic plug-in connection for two hydraulic pipes is provided, which can connect a metal pipe to a metal pipe, a metal pipe to a plastic pipe, and two plastic pipes alike. A first pipe (metal or plastic) has a first end with a flare, and a second pipe (metal or plastic) can be inserted into the first end. The second pipe in each case has at least one bead or projection and a sealing seat for a sealing ring, for example in the form of an O-ring. The first and second pipes are held by a clamp. The clamp in each case has first and second arms, wherein the first arms are arranged behind the flare and the second arms hold a flare or bead on the second pipe.

[0006] The first tube can be designed as a metal tube (e.g., copper or stainless steel). The metal tube has a wall and a clear diameter. At a first end of the tube (which is to be connected to a second tube), there is a flare that is thicker or larger than the wall of the tube. Optionally, the flare can be achieved by means of a double bead.

[0007] The second tube, which can also be a metal tube, has a double bead with a sealing seat between it at the first end, which is to be connected to the first end of the first tube. When inserted, the sealing ring then rests against the sealing seat and a first end of the first tube.

[0008] Alternatively, the second tube can be designed as a plastic tube with a clear diameter and a wall thickness. A double bead can be formed at the first end with a sealing seat between them for the sealing ring. The first end of the plastic tube is inserted into the first end of the metal tube, and the clamp is placed around the respective first ends to secure the connection.

[0009] The first tube can also be designed as a plastic tube with a wall thickness and a clear diameter, as well as a first end with a flare. The flare can correspond to the wall thickness.

[0010] Furthermore, the first tube can be designed as a plastic tube and the second tube as a metal tube. The clamp can be used to hold the first ends of the first and second tubes together.

[0011] The first and second pipes have essentially the same cross-sectional areas or approximately the same inside diameter. The inside diameter of the first pipe therefore has the same dimension or approximately the same size as the inside diameter of the second pipe. This means that no pressure loss is generated in particular by the transition between the first pipe and the second pipe when a fluid or heating water flows through, in particular regardless of the material the first and / or second pipes are made of or what possible different wall thicknesses the first and / or second pipes have. In the area of the transition, the radii are enlarged and form the connection without constricting the cross-section.

[0012] Further embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.

[0013] Advantages and embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Fig. 1A to 1D show different views of a hydraulic connector, Fig. 2A to 2D show different views of another hydraulic connector, Fig. 3A to 3D show different views of another hydraulic connector, Fig. 4A to 4D show different views of another hydraulic connector, Fig. 5A to 5E each show a representation of a multifunctional bracket and various connection options, and Fig. 6A to 6E show different views of a multi-function angle as a female connector.

[0014] The invention relates to a hydraulic pipe plug connection in which a first and a second hydraulic pipe are plugged into one another and held in place by a clamp. The first hydraulic pipe and the second hydraulic pipe can each be formed as a metal pipe or a plastic pipe.

[0015] Fig. 1A to 1D show different views of a hydraulic connector. In Fig. Figure 1A shows a perspective view of a first and second tube 100, 200, which are pluggable into one another, as well as a retaining clip 300. The second tube 200 is inserted with its first end 210 into a first end 110 of the first tube 100, and the clip 300 is inserted over the respective first ends to hold the plug-in connection of the two tubes.

[0016] The clamp 300 has first and second ends 310, 320, a central portion 330, first arms 340, second arms 350, and an aperture or recess 380, 390 between the first and second arms 340, 350. The first and second arms 340, 350 are curved. The recesses or apertures 380, 390 have a thickness 301.

[0017] Fig. Figure 1B shows a schematic sectional view of the plug connection of the first and second tubes 100, 200. The first and second tubes are in the example of Fig. 1 are each designed as metal tubes, e.g., copper or stainless steel tubes. The first tube 100 has a wall 101 and a clear diameter 102, as well as a first end 110. The first end 110 optionally has a first and second section 111, 112, as well as a widened portion 120. The widened portion 120 has a thickness (in the longitudinal direction of the tube) and can optionally be designed in the form of a double bead. The width or thickness of the widened portion 120 is thus greater than the wall thickness of the wall 101 of the first tube.

[0018] The second tube 200 can also be configured as a metal tube (copper or stainless steel). The second tube 200 has a wall 201, a clear diameter 202, and a first end 210. The first end 110 of the first tube 100 and the first end 210 of the second tube 200 are to be inserted into one another.

[0019] The first end 210 has a first, second, third, fourth, and fifth section. A sealing seat 214 of a seal 10 is provided between the fifth and fourth sections, which may be configured as a curvature.

[0020] Fig. Figure 1C shows a schematic representation of the first and second tubes, which are inserted into each other and secured with the clamp.

[0021] The first hydraulic pipe is therefore designed as a metal pipe and the second hydraulic pipe is also designed as a metal pipe.

[0022] Fig. 2A to 2D show different views of another hydraulic connector. Fig. 2A shows a first tube 100 as a metal tube and a plastic tube 400 (as a second tube), which are to be inserted into each other and secured with the clamp 300. The first tube (metal tube) in Fig. 2B corresponds to the first pipe (metal pipe) from Fig. 1B. The plastic tube 400 has a wall 410 and a clear diameter 420, as well as a first end 410. At the first end 410, two beads 411, 413 are provided with a sealing seat 412 for a sealing ring 10 therebetween. The first end 410 of the tube 400 is inserted into the first end 110 of the first tube, and this plug-in connection is secured by means of the clamp 300. A first arm 430 of the clamp rests against the widened portion 120. A second arm 250 of the clamp can rest against the first bead 411 of the plastic tube 400.

[0023] The first hydraulic pipe is made of metal and the second hydraulic pipe is made of plastic.

[0024] Fig. 3A to 3D show different views of another hydraulic connector. In the example of Fig. 3A to 3D, both pipes are designed as plastic pipes. A plastic pipe 500 has a wall 501, a clear diameter 502, and a first end 510 with a first, second, and third section 511, 512, 513. Furthermore, a widened portion 514 is provided at the first end 510. The widened portion 514 has a thickness corresponding to the wall thickness of the wall 501. The further pipe to be connected to this pipe corresponds to the pipe 400 of Fig. 2.

[0025] A first arm of the clamp rests against the flare 514 and a second arm of the clamp rests against the first bead 401 to secure the two tubes.

[0026] The first hydraulic pipe is therefore designed as a plastic pipe and the second hydraulic pipe is designed as a plastic pipe.

[0027] Fig. 4A to 4D show different views of another hydraulic connector. Fig. 4A, a plastic pipe 500 is inserted into a metal pipe 200. The plastic pipe 500 corresponds to the plastic pipe 500 of Fig. 3 and the metal tube 200 corresponds to the metal tube 200 of Fig. 1.

[0028] The first hydraulic pipe is made of plastic and the second hydraulic pipe is made of metal.

[0029] Fig. 5A to 5E each show a representation of a multifunctional bracket and various connection options. Fig. Figure 5A shows a male connection of a multifunction angle. The multifunction angle 20 has a first and second hydraulic plug connection 21, 22 and two plug connections 23, 24. In Fig. 5B shows a plug 30 which can close a connection of the multifunctional bracket. In Fig. 5c shows a hose connector 40 with a first and second end 41, 42 and a circumferential projection 43. In Fig. 5D shows a transition module 50 having a first and second end 51, 52. In Fig. 5E shows a threaded adapter 60 having a first and second end 61, 62.

[0030] The inner diameter of the angle of Fig. 5A is essentially the same size throughout (e.g., DIN25). The elbow 20 has two plug-in connectors 23, 24, which can accommodate sensors (temperature, pressure, flow). This allows a measuring sensor to be implemented in the elbow, and the required measurements can be taken directly inside the elbow 20. For temperature measurements, arranging the temperature sensor in one of the plug-in connectors 23 or 24 is advantageous, as the angle causes the water to mix. Since two plug-in connectors 23, 24 are provided for the sensors, both the temperature and the pressure can be measured essentially at the same location.

[0031] In particular, a hydraulic connection angle with various system connections is provided.

[0032] Fig. Figures 6A to 6E each show a representation of a multifunctional bracket and various connection options. Fig. Figure 6A shows a female connector of a multifunction bracket. The multifunction bracket 70 has a first and second hydraulic connector 71, 72 and two sensor connectors 73, 74. Fig. 6B shows a cap 35 which can close a connection of the multifunctional bracket. In Fig. 6c shows a hose connector 45 with a first and second end 45a, 45b. In Fig. 6D shows a transition module 50 with a first and second end 51, 52. In Fig. 6E shows a threaded adapter 65 having first and second ends 65a, 65b.

[0033] The inner diameter of the angle of Fig.6A is essentially the same size throughout (e.g., DIN25). The elbow 70 has two plug-in connectors 73, 74, which can accommodate sensors (temperature, pressure, flow). This allows a measuring sensor to be implemented in the elbow, and the required measurements can be taken directly inside the elbow 70. For temperature measurements, arranging the temperature sensor in one of the plug-in connectors 73 or 74 is advantageous, as the angle causes the water to mix. Since two plug-in connectors 73, 74 are provided for the sensors, both the temperature and the pressure can be measured essentially at the same location.

[0034] In particular, a hydraulic connection angle with various system connections is provided.
