Description

The invention relates to an adapter device for covering an intermediate space between a shaft and a rigid in the vertical direction, to a system having a rigid, a shaft and such an adapter device, and to an adapter set having at least two such adapter devices.Regalens are used for dewatering surfaces. They are typically installed underground in the ground and can receive therein large volumes of surface water which can then drain into the ground. It is known to integrate vertical shafts into drainage boxes which extend as far as the surface in order, for example, to install smart solution devices, pump stations or sediment systems in the shafts in a protected and easily accessible manner or to provide a direct maintenance access through the shaft. In order that no foreign bodies, for example from the above-lying part of the floor, pass between the shaft and the drainage trench, the cross sections of such shafts are typically adapted to the geometry of the drainage trench. The production, the transport to the installation site and the installation on site of such specially prepared shafts is complicated and complicated. It is therefore the object of the present invention to facilitate the integration of shafts into drainage containers. In particular, the manufacturing, transport and assembly effort for the integration of shafts into drainage boxes is to be reduced. This object is achieved by an adapter device according to claim 1, a system according to claim 13 and an adapter set according to claim 18.Specifically, the object is achieved according to the invention by an adapter device for covering an intermediate space between a shaft and a rim in the vertical direction. The adapter device has a cutout for receiving the shaft, which is adapted at least in sections to the outer periphery of the shaft. The adapter device has a support surface which is arranged on a side opposite the cutout and is designed to interact with the rim in a force-fitting manner in the vertical direction. The invention is thus based on the idea of specifying an adapter device which, in the assembled state, covers the entire intermediate space between a shaft and a rim in the vertical direction, in particular completely, and thus substantially prevents foreign bodies, for example from the part of the floor lying above, from entering the intermediate space. In this way, any desired shafts can be used, so that a special preparation of the shafts is no longer necessary. This significantly reduces the manufacturing, transport and assembly effort. In particular, the adapter device according to the invention enables the use of shafts of standard sizes which are known and available over the entire surface. This allows the production, transport and assembly effort to be further reduced. The adapter device according to the invention has further advantages. Since the cutout is adapted to the cross section of the shaft, additional means for covering a gap between the adapter device and the shaft can advantageously be dispensed with. The smaller number of components further reduces the assembly and production costs. The support surface enables a particularly simple mounting of the adapter device on the rim, since for this purpose only the support surface has to be brought into contact with the rim. Due to the cutout and the bearing surface, the adapter device additionally has a constructionally relatively simple structure. The adapter device according to the invention is designed to cover an intermediate space between a shaft and a rim in the vertical direction. Specifically, the adapter device is used to cover a space between a vertical duct of standard sizes, such as DN800, DN1000 or DN1200, and a modular drainage trench comprising block-shaped drainage trench elements. The adapter device can also be used to cover spaces between other wells and drainage tubes. It is also possible to use the concept according to the invention generally in connection with covering intermediate spaces.Preferred embodiments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims. It is advantageous if the adapter device has two connecting means for connection to at least one further adapter device, wherein the cutout is arranged between the connecting means. The connecting means make it possible to join the adapter device to at least one further, in particular identical, adapter device to form a modular adapter unit. In this case, in the connected state, the adapter devices each cover a part of the entire intermediate space between the shaft and the rim, such that the adapter unit covers the entire intermediate space, in particular completely. The connecting means advantageously extends the application spectrum of the adapter device. In addition, a smaller structural size of the adapter device is made possible, as a result of which the production and transport are advantageously facilitated. The assembly is also facilitated, since the adapter device can be connected directly to at least one further adapter device at the assembly location, as required, and can also be separated from the latter again.Preferably, the connecting means form two counterparts of a form-fitting connection, in particular a plug connection. The form-fit connection forms a particularly simple and efficient connection, which further reduces the manufacturing and assembly effort. For a particularly simple assembly, the connecting means preferably form two mutually different counterparts, so that it is possible to see at a glance which counterparts are to be connected to one another. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adapter device is designed to be planar, in particular plate-shaped. In other words, the adapter device thus has a height which is many times less than the extent of the adapter device transversely to the height direction. Due to this saving of material in the height direction, the adapter device advantageously has a reduced weight and a reduced overall size. The reduced overall size also has the advantage that more adapter devices, for example stacked, can be transported with the same load volume. The planar shape also reduces the impairment of the drainage trench top side by the adapter device, so that, for example, the application of a further layer, for example covering layer, to the drainage trench is facilitated. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the cutout is formed in the shape of a circular arc. As a result, the adapter direction is advantageously adapted to use with shafts of standard sizes, which typically have a round cross section. For a large support surface, it is advantageous if the support surface encloses the cutout at least in sections, in particular on one side. As a result, the force, for example the weight force of the part of the base lying above, which acts on the adapter device from above, is introduced into the drainage trench over a larger area. This improves the force distribution and increases the stability of the adapter device. To cover a corner region of the rim, it is advantageous if the bearing surface forms an angle, in particular a right angle. In this way, the use of the adapter device with modular drainage trench elements, which comprise block-shaped drainage trench elements, for example, is also facilitated.Preferably, a fixing element is formed on an underside of the adapter device, which is adapted to interact with the rigid shell in a positive-locking manner in a horizontal direction. As a result of the positive fit, the fixing element fixes the adapter device with respect to the rim in a horizontal direction, so that slipping of the adapter device with respect to the rim in this direction during assembly and operation is prevented. The fixing element also facilitates assembly in that it advantageously specifies the position of the adapter device on the rigid sleeve and acts as a guide rail during positioning. In order to further improve the fixing of the adapter device relative to the drainage trench, it is advantageous if the adapter device has two fixing elements which are adapted to interact with the drainage trench in a form-fitting manner in two directions facing away from one another, in particular perpendicular to one another. This prevents the adapter device from slipping with respect to the rim in two horizontal directions which are remote from one another. In addition, such fixing elements facilitate positioning of the adapter device in a corner region of the rim by being adapted to the side walls of the rim in this corner region. For increased stability of the adapter device, it is advantageous if at least one reinforcing rib is formed on the underside. Such a reinforcing rib increases the stability of the adapter device with respect to a force, for example weight force of the overlying part of the base, which acts on the adapter device from above. The reinforcing rib can also be connected to at least one fixing element, so that it advantageously further increases the stability of the adapter device by absorbing and dissipating forces acting on a fixing element. The adapter device preferably has an upper side which is of flat design. In this way, the impairment of the drainage trench top side by the adapter device can be further reduced, in order to facilitate, for example, the application of a further layer, for example covering layer, to the drainage trench with the adapter device. For simple production and reduced weight, the adapter device is preferably formed from a plastic, in particular polyethylene.Within the scope of the invention, a system with a rigid, a shaft and at least one adapter device described above is also specified. The shaft is arranged in the cutout of the adapter device in such a way that a distance between the adapter device and the shaft is minimal, wherein the support surface cooperates in a force-fitting manner with the rigid sleeve in the vertical direction. With regard to the effect and advantages of the system according to the invention, reference is made to the explanations relating to the adapter device. The adapter device is thus disclosed and claimed both as part of the system and per se, i.e. independently of the system. In a preferred embodiment, the system comprises at least two, in particular four, adapter devices which are connected to one another in such a way that they enclose the shaft at least in sections. The adapter devices thus form a modular adapter unit in the connected state, wherein the adapter devices each cover a part of the entire intermediate space between the shaft and the rigid in the vertical direction and together enclose the shaft with their cut-outs at least in sections, so that the adapter unit covers the entire intermediate space, in particular completely. This modular construction advantageously extends the application spectrum of the system. In addition, the size of the individual adapter device is reduced, as a result of which the production and transport are advantageously facilitated. Assembly is also facilitated, since the adapter devices can be connected to one another and separated from one another directly at the assembly location, as required. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the adapter devices are of identical design. This reduces the complexity of the adapter devices and thus of the system, thereby reducing the manufacturing and transport outlay. Moreover, this reduces the assembly effort because the adapter devices can be used equivalently in different alignments with respect to one another. For a high stability of the system, it is preferred that the shaft is formed from concrete and / or has a round cross section. In this way, the use of standardized shafts is also facilitated, which are typically formed from concrete and have a round cross section. It is preferred that the drainage trench is formed from plastic and / or is formed from block-shaped drainage trench elements. A rigid sleeve made of plastic is advantageously easy to produce and has a low weight, as a result of which the transport and assembly effort is reduced. By a modular construction of block-shaped drain trench elements, the manufacturing, transport and assembly effort can be further reduced.A further, subordinate aspect of the invention relates to an adapter set having at least two, in particular four, identically designed adapter devices described above. The adapter devices can be connected to one another by the connecting means in such a way that the cut-outs together form a shape which is adapted at least in sections to the outer periphery of the shaft. With regard to the effect and advantages of the adapter set according to the invention, reference is made to the explanations relating to the adapter device and the system. The adapter device is thus disclosed and claimed both as part of the adapter set and taken on its own, i.e. independently of the adapter set.The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the appended schematic drawings. Shown therein are: FIG. 1 shows a bottom view of an adapter device according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 is a top view of a system according to an embodiment of the invention; FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the system of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 shows a detailed view of the cross section from FIG. 3 ; and FIG. 5 shows a top view of systems according to four exemplary embodiments of the invention. The attached figures show an adapter device 10 for covering an intermediate space 40 between a shaft 20 and a rim 30 in the vertical direction according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention. The adapter device 10 is shown as such (FIG. 1 ) as well as as as part of systems according to embodiments of the invention (FIGS. 2 to 5 ).FIG. 1 shows a bottom view of the adapter device 10. the adapter device has an upper side 14 (not shown) and a lower side 15, wherein the upper side 14 is shown in FIG. 1.The adapter device 10 has a cutout 11 for receiving the shaft 20. Specifically, the cutout 11 forms a hole whose geometry is designed to receive the shaft 20 (not shown), i.e. to arrange it therein. The cutout 11 is adapted to the outer periphery of the shaft 20. Specifically, the cutout 11 has a shape that makes it possible to arrange the shaft 20 in the cutout 11 such that a substantially uniform distance is established between the adapter device 10 and the shaft 20 that is minimal. The cutout 11 can also have a different shape, as long as such a small distance between the adapter device 10 and the shaft 20 is adjustable that entry of foreign bodies from above, for example from the part of the base 50 (not shown) lying above, into the intermediate space 40 (not shown) is substantially prevented. The adapter device 10 has a support surface 12 which is arranged on a side opposite the cutout 11. The support surface 12 is designed to cooperate with the rim 30 (not shown) in a force-fitting manner in the vertical direction. The support surface 12 thus serves for supporting the adapter device 10 on the drainage trench 30, in particular on a drainage trench top side (see FIGS. 2 to 5 ), so that the adapter device 10 substantially prevents foreign bodies from entering the intermediate space 40 from above, for example from the part of the floor 50 lying above, wherein the force thereby acting on the adapter device 10, for example the weight force of the part of the floor lying above, is conducted through the support surface 12 into the drainage trench 30.The adapter device 10 has two connecting means 13 for connection to at least one further adapter device 10, wherein the cutout 11 is arranged between the connecting means 13. Specifically, the adapter device has two ends 18 at which the connecting means 13 are formed, the cutout 11 being arranged between the ends 18. The connecting means 13 thus encompass the cutout 11, so that a shaft 20 arranged in the cutout 11 is at least partially surrounded along its outer circumference by connecting the adapter device 10 to at least one further adapter device 10. The adapter device can also have more than two connecting means 13.The connecting means 13 form two counterparts of a form-fit connection. Specifically, the connecting means 13 form two counterparts of a plug connection. The counterparts of the adapter device 10 have geometries which differ from one another and are adapted to engage one another or to be inserted one inside the other in a puzzle-like manner in order to produce a positive connection. The connecting means 13 can also be designed differently. The adapter device 10 is configured in a planar manner. Specifically, the adapter device 10 is plate-shaped. The adapter device 10 thus has a height which is many times less than the extent of the adapter device 10 transversely to the height direction. The adapter device 10 can also have other geometries, for example a block-shaped geometry. The cutout 11 is formed in the shape of a circular arc. Specifically, the cutout 11 has the shape of a quarter circle. The cutout 11 can also be formed differently, for example in a straight, angular or wavy manner. The support surface 12 encloses the cutout 11 on one side. The support surface 12 is substantially continuous. The support surface 12 can also surround the cutout 11 differently, for example in sections, two-sided, multi-sided or completely. The support surface 12 forms a substantially right angle. Specifically, the support surface 12 comprises two elongate, cuboidal surfaces which are arranged perpendicularly to one another and are connected to one another at in each case one longitudinal end. The respective other longitudinal end forms the two ends 18 of the adapter device 10.The adapter device 10 has two fixing elements 16 which are formed on the underside 15 of the adapter device 10. The fixing elements 16 are adapted to cooperate in a positive-locking manner with the rigid shell 30 in a horizontal direction. The adapter device can also have only one fixing element or more than two fixing elements. The fixing elements 16 are adapted to cooperate in a form-fitting manner with the rigid shell 30 in two directions facing away from each other, specifically perpendicular to each other. Other arrangements of the fixing elements 16 with respect to one another are possible, as long as they can respectively interact with the rigid 30 in a positive-locking manner in the horizontal direction. The fixing elements 16 are substantially identical. In other words, the fixing elements 16 have a substantially identical geometry. They can also be designed differently. To form a positive connection with the drainage trench 30, the fixing elements 16 each have a positive connection surface. Specifically, the fixing elements 16 each comprise a rib protruding from the underside 16 with a side wall which has the form-fit surface. The rib is substantially rectilinear and is arranged in such a way that the side wall, and thus the form-fitting surface, is perpendicular to the underside 16.The fixing elements 16 delimit the bearing surface 12 in sections in the direction of the cutout 11.The adapter device 10 has two reinforcing ribs 17 which are formed on the underside 15. The adapter device 10 can also have one reinforcing rib 17 or more than two reinforcing ribs 17.A first reinforcing rib 17 connects the fixing elements 16 to one another, wherein a second reinforcing rib 17 extends between the fixing elements 16 in the direction of the cutout 11. The reinforcing ribs 17 are formed in a straight line. Other arrangements and geometries of the reinforcing ribs 17 are possible. The upper side 14 of the adapter device 10 is substantially flat. Specifically, the upper side 14 is substantially free of installations, so that the drainage trench upper side 32 is substantially unaffected by the adapter device 10 in the mounted state. The adapter device 10 is formed from a plastic. Specifically, it is made of polyethylene. The adapter device 10 can also be formed from other materials, for example from metal. The adapter device 10 is substantially mirror-symmetrical, wherein the plane of reflection extends in the height direction of the adapter device 10 and in this way divides the adapter device 10 into two halves. The geometry of the adapter device 10 corresponds substantially to a quarter of an annular plate with a circular inner contour and a square outer contour, wherein the connecting means 13 is formed at the ends of the quarter ring.FIG. 2 shows a top view of a system according to an embodiment of the invention. The system comprises the rigid 30, the shaft 20 and four adapter devices 10.The four adapter devices 10 each correspond substantially to the adapter device 10 from FIG. 1. The system shown therefore comprises four adapter devices 10 of substantially identical design. The system can also comprise less than four adapter devices 10, for example one adapter device 10 or two adapter devices 10, or more than four adapter devices. The shaft 20 is arranged in the cutout 11 of the adapter device 10 in such a way that a distance between the adapter device 10 and the shaft 20 is formed which is minimal. Specifically, the distance between adapter device 10 and shaft 20 is so small that an ingress of foreign bodies from, for example from the above-lying part of base 50, into intermediate space 40 is substantially prevented.Since the cutout 11 is adapted to the outer circumference of the shaft 20, the distance between the adapter device 10 and the shaft 20 is formed substantially uniformly, i.e. substantially identically large. The support surface 12 cooperates in a force-fitting manner in the vertical direction with the rim 30. Specifically, the adapter device 10 rests with the support surface 12 (not shown) on the upper face 32 of the drainage trench and in this way prevents foreign bodies from entering the intermediate space 40 (not shown) from above, for example from the part of the base 50 (not shown) lying above, wherein the force acting on the adapter device 10 in this case is conducted through the support surface 12 into the drainage trench 30.The adapter devices 10 are connected to one another in such a way that they completely enclose the shaft 20. The cutouts 11 of the adapter devices 10 together form a shape which is matched to the outer circumference of the shaft 20. Specifically, the adapter devices 10 thus surround the shaft 20 along its outer circumference with their cut-outs 11, wherein the distance between the adapter devices 10 and the shaft 20 is minimal. The adapter devices 10 can also enclose the shaft 20 only in sections, for example along a quarter, half or three quarters of its outer circumference, as long as an ingress of foreign bodies into the intermediate space 40 from above, for example from the part of the base 50 lying above, is prevented. The shaft 20 has a round cross section. Other cross-sectional shapes, for example rectangular or oval, are possible. The drainage trench 30 comprises block-shaped drainage trench elements 31, wherein a hole is formed between the drainage trench elements 31, in which the shaft 20 is arranged. Due to the block-shaped geometry of the drainage trench elements 31, the hole has a substantially cuboidal cross section. Specifically, the cross section of the hole in the rimole 30 is substantially square. The intermediate space 40 is formed between the substantially round shaft 20 and the block-shaped drain elements 31. The intermediate space 40 thus has an annular cross-sectional geometry with an essentially cuboidal, specifically square, outer contour and an essentially circular inner contour. The intermediate space 40 surrounds the shaft 20 in this way. the four adapter devices connected to one another are arranged above the intermediate space 40, so that the intermediate space 40 is substantially completely covered. The shaft 20 is formed of concrete. The shaft 20 can also be formed from another material, for example plastic or brick-lined.The rigid 30 is made of plastic. The rigid sleeve 30 can also be formed from another material.FIG. 3 shows a cross section through the system according to FIG. 2 along a longitudinal axis of the shaft 20.The drainage trench 30 is arranged underground. The rimole 30 delimits an overlying part of the floor 50 from an underlying part of the floor 50.The drainage trench 30 comprises two drainage trench layers which are arranged one above the other and are each formed by a plurality of drainage trench elements 31 arranged next to one another. The drainage trench layers thus each have a height which substantially corresponds to the height of the drainage trench elements 31. The width and / or length of the drain trench layers, on the other hand, is many times greater than the width and / or length of the drain trench elements. A first lower drainage trench layer is arranged on the drainage trench base. A second upper drain layer is disposed on the first lower layer.Between a plurality of, specifically six, drainage trench elements 31 the hole is formed in which the shaft 20 is arranged. The hole extends from the drainage trench bottom 33 through both drainage trench layers as far as the drainage trench top side 32.The chute 20 is arranged vertically. Another, for example inclined, orientation of the shaft 20 is possible as long as the shaft has a horizontal outer periphery. The shaft 20 is arranged on the underlying floor at the level of the drainage trench floor 33 and extends from the drainage trench floor 33 through the drainage trench 30 and the overlying floor 50 to the surface 51.The hole in the drainage trench 30 forms, with the shaft 20 arranged therein, the intermediate space 40 between the shaft 20 and the drainage trench 30, It becomes clear that the adapter device 10, which is arranged on the drainage trench top 32 and encloses the shaft 20 in the circumferential direction, substantially completely covers the intermediate space 40 in the vertical direction, such that entry of foreign bodies from above, for example from the part of the base 50 lying above, into the intermediate space 40 is substantially prevented. The planar, specifically plate-shaped, geometry of the adapter device 10 can be seen well. Due to the flat top side 14 of the adapter device 10, the drainage trench top side 32 is substantially not impaired by the adapter device 10. As a result, the drainage trench top side 32 is substantially free of installations, such that a covering layer 34, which is arranged on the drainage trench top side 32, has a substantially planar geometry.FIG. 4 shows a detailed view of the cross section from FIG. 3.It can be clearly seen therein that the cutout 11 of the adapter device 10 is adapted to the outer periphery of the shaft 20, wherein the distance between the adapter device 10 and the shaft 20 is minimal. Specifically, the distance is selected to be so small that an ingress of foreign bodies from above, for example from the part of the floor lying above, into the intermediate space 40 is substantially prevented. The support surface 12 of the adapter device 10, which cooperates in a force-fitting manner in the vertical direction with the drainage trench 30, specifically with a drainage trench element 31, becomes clear. In addition, a fixing element 16 appears which is formed on the underside 15 of the adapter device 10 and cooperates in a positive-locking manner in a horizontal direction with the drainage trench 30, specifically with a drainage trench element 31.The adapter device 10 has an outer contour, the upper edge 19 of which is rounded, so that the impairment of the drainage trench top side 32 by the adapter device 10 is further reduced.FIG. 5 shows a top view of systems according to four exemplary embodiments of the invention. Specifically, four systems S 1, S 2, S 3, S 4 are shown, system S 1 corresponding substantially to the system from FIG. 2.In contrast to the system S 1, in the systems S 2, S 3, S 4, the rigid 30 does not completely enclose the shaft 20 in the circumferential direction, but only in sections. The shaft 20 is therefore exposed along a part of its outer periphery. The intermediate space 40 between the shaft 20 and the rim 30 thus has a cross-sectional geometry which, in contrast to the system S 1, does not form a complete ring but only a part of a ring.In the system S 2, the rimole 30 encloses the shaft 20 along three quarters of its outer circumference. The shaft 20 is therefore exposed along a quarter of its outer circumference. In contrast to the system S 1, the system S 2 comprises only three adapter devices 10 which are connected to one another to form a three-quarter ring and are arranged on the rim 20 in such a way that they substantially completely cover the intermediate space 40.The system S 3 is characterized in that the rigid 30 encloses the shaft 20 along half of its outer circumference, so that the shaft 20 is exposed along the other half of its outer circumference. In contrast to the system S 1, the system S 3 comprises only two adapter devices 10 which are connected to one another to form a half ring and are arranged on the rim 20 in such a way that they substantially completely cover the intermediate space 40.The rim 30 of the system S 4 encloses the shaft 20 along one quarter of its outer circumference, wherein the shaft 20 is exposed along three quarters of its outer circumference. In contrast to the system S 1, the system S 4 comprises only one adapter devices 10, which are arranged on the rim 20 in such a way that they substantially completely cover the intermediate space 40.The systems S 1, S 2, S 3, S 4 shown illustrate that the adapter devices 10 can enclose the shaft both completely (see system S 1) and only in sections, for example along one quarter (see system S 4), half (see system S 3) or three quarters (see system S 2) of its outer circumference.List of reference characters10 Adapter device 11 Cutout 12 Contact surface 13 Connecting means 14 Upper side 15 Lower side 16 Fixing element 17 Reinforcing rib 18 End 19 Edge 20 Shaft 30 Drainage trench 31 Drainage trench elements 32 Drainage trench upper side 33 Drainage trench base 34 Covering layer 40 Intermediate space 50 Base 51 Surface
