Abstract

In a container (1) designed to hold loose parts, particularly bulk materials, a receiving space (24) is divided into two sub-spaces (25, 26) by a partition wall (23). Individually controllable base plates (21, 22) enable separate emptying of the individual sub-spaces (25, 26). The container (1) is particularly versatile, even in confined spaces.

Description

[0001] The invention relates to a container for receiving loose parts, in particular bulk material, with vertical side walls, with a bottom closing off the side walls at the bottom to delimit a receiving space closed at the bottom, with an optionally closable or releasable removal opening in the bottom.

[0002] Such a container is known from DE 10 2018 132 820 A1 and has a base plate mounted on a side wall. The base plate is connected to the side wall via a locking device. The base plate closes a removal opening located in the base.

[0003] However, in confined spaces, it is desirable that the container be particularly flexible in its use. Separating different recyclable materials and waste is particularly necessary during building demolition work. Using multiple containers for each type of recyclable material or waste is often impractical within buildings.

[0004] The invention is based on the problem of developing a container of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be used in a particularly versatile manner even in confined spaces.

[0005] This problem is solved according to the invention in that two removal openings are arranged in the floor and in that a partition wall for dividing the receiving space into two sub-spaces is connected to the side walls and the floor and in that a removal opening is arranged on each side of the partition wall.

[0006] This design allows the container to be used for two different bulk materials. Thanks to the invention, the number of containers required for different recyclable materials and waste can be halved. Furthermore, the container can be emptied either way, even in confined spaces, since the container only needs to be accessible through half its dimensions. This makes the container according to the invention particularly versatile.

[0007] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container is particularly simple in design if the base has two pivotally mounted base plates, and if the base plates each open or close a removal opening. In the simplest case, the base consists of the two base plates.

[0008] According to another advantageous development of the invention, pivoting of the floor panels in the center can be easily achieved if bearings for the floor panels are arranged between the floor and the side walls.

[0009] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the two compartments of the container can be used independently of each other if the base plates can be controlled individually. This allows one or the other compartment to be opened as desired, allowing one or the other compartment to be emptied. This design is particularly important when different bulk materials are to be collected and processed separately.

[0010] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container can be used either with one receiving space or with two partial spaces if the partition wall is detachably held on the side walls.

[0011] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the assembly and disassembly of the partition wall is particularly simple if two opposite side walls each have a guide for inserting the partition wall and if the guides are open on the side facing away from the floor.

[0012] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container can be used in a particularly versatile manner if at least one of the side walls has two doors and if one door is assigned to each of the sub-chambers.

[0013] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container can be approached from each side by a forklift truck if the floor has two receptacles on each side for inserting the forks of a forklift truck.

[0014] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container's versatility is further enhanced if each of the side walls has two upward-facing brackets on its outer side for inserting the forks of a forklift. Since the brackets are arranged on the outer side of the side walls, several containers can be stacked, with the brackets of the lower container preventing the upper container from slipping.

[0015] According to another advantageous development of the invention, it contributes to the further securing of containers stacked on top of one another if the side walls have swivel hooks on their outer sides and if the swivel hooks are designed in a size and position in which they can be connected to brackets of a container located underneath.

[0016] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the container has particularly high stability when the side walls, the base plates, and the brackets are connected to frame parts. Preferably, the frame parts form a closed frame.

[0017] The invention permits numerous embodiments. To further clarify its basic principle, one of them is shown in the drawing and is described below. This shows in Fig. 1 a side view of a container, Fig. 2 a front view of the container Fig. 1, Fig. 3 the container Fig. 2 when emptying, Fig. 4 greatly enlarged a locking device of a base plate of the container from Fig. 1.

[0018] Fig. 1 shows a side view of a container 1 for holding bulk material with four vertical side walls 2 - 5 and a bottom 6. At the bottom 6, the container has two bow-shaped receptacles 7, 8 for inserting forks of a forklift truck (not shown). Fig. 2 in a frontal view offset by 90° from the side view, the base 6 has additional receptacles 9, 10 for inserting the forks of the forklift. These receptacles 7 - 10 are accessible from each side of the container 1. Likewise, each of the side walls 2 - 5 has upwardly directed brackets 11 - 14 on its outer sides. The container 1 can also be gripped from each side with the forks of the forklift at the brackets 11 - 14.

[0019] Fig. Figure 2 shows that at least one of the side walls 2 has two doors 15, 16, each with a locking device 17, 18. The locking devices 17, 18 lock the doors 15, 16 individually relative to a frame part 19, 20 arranged on the base 6 and the upper area.

[0020] Dash-dotted lines are in Fig. 1 shows another container 1' stacked on top of the container 1. This additional container 1' is constructed in the same way as the first container 1. Schematically, Fig. 1 swivel hooks 48, 49 are shown, which are designed for positive connection with brackets 11 - 14 of a container 1, 1' located underneath.

[0021] Fig. 3 shows the container 1 from Fig. 2 with open doors 16, 17 and two open base plates 21, 22. Arranged within the container 1 is a partition wall 23 for dividing a receiving space 24 for bulk material into two sub-spaces 25, 26. The open doors 16, 17 and base plates 21, 22 each expose independent removal openings 44-47 of the container. The partition wall 23 is inserted into an upwardly open guide 27 and can be easily pulled out upwards to combine the two sub-spaces 25, 26 into the common receiving space 24. The doors 16, 17 and the floor panels 21, 22 close the compartments 25, 26 individually and each have locking devices 28-31 that can be operated with one hand. The floor panels 21, 22 have bearings 32, 33 on the frame part 19 of the floor 6. The doors 15, 16 have bearings 34, 35 on a lateral frame part 34, 35.

[0022] Fig.4 shows an enlarged view of one of the locking devices 30 of the base plates 21. The locking device 30 has a rod 38 arranged perpendicular to the plane of the drawing with hooks 39 fastened thereto in a rotationally fixed manner. A manually operable lever 40 is fastened to the rod 38 in a rotationally fixed manner and is secured to a securing pin 41 with a cotter pin 42. The rod 38 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 21. A bolt 43 opposite the hook 39 is fastened to the frame part 19 of the base. With the base plate 21 closed, after loosening the cotter pin 42, the rod 38 can be pivoted by hand via the lever 40 and thus the hook 39 can be pivoted in or out behind the bolt 43 in a form-fitting manner.
