Abstract

A socket S is presented with a hinged cover K with a central piece Z surrounded by a design frame D and an insert E fixed to a support ring T for connection to a power supply unit, whereby the hinged cover K is connected to a rotary axis. It is particularly advantageous that the insert E has at least two screw domes SD, wherein a lower part A having two screw openings Ö and defining the design frame D, with two receptacles L1, L2 for the axis of rotation, as well as an upper part B for covering the screw domes SD with two holding elements H1, H2 corresponding to the two receptacles L1, L2, are fixed to the screw domes SD by means of screws, so that the lower part A and the upper part B locked thereto define the axis of rotation of the hinged lid K.

Description

The invention relates to a socket with a hinged cover with a central piece surrounded by a design frame and an insert fixed to a support ring for connection to an energy supply unit, wherein the hinged cover is connected to a rotation axis.Such sockets with a hinged cover are known, for example, from www.jung-group.com / de-DE / SCHUKO socket hinged cover / alpine whites / LS-1520-BFKL-WWW and are used in particular in the outer area for protection against moisture. The problem with such sockets having a hinged lid is that the design frame is regularly latched via latching elements of an intermediate lid, so that, on the one hand, unlatching is associated with the risk of damage and, on the other hand, latching sometimes only leads to suboptimal results when holding the design frame, so that undesirable effects, such as shaking or rattling of the design frame, in particular when closing the hinged lid, can occur.DE 10 2015 104 833 B3 discloses a socket with a hinged cover, which has a lower part and an upper part, wherein an axis of rotation of the cover is fixed only by the lower part.EP 1 610 422 A1 discloses an illuminated socket without a hinged cover which is particularly simple to install and enables the simple replacement of defective components.Socket with a hinged lidThe invention relates to a socket with a hinged cover with a central piece surrounded by a design frame and an insert fixed to a support ring for connection to an energy supply unit, wherein the hinged cover is connected to a rotation axis.Such sockets with a hinged cover are known, for example, from www.jung-group.com / de-DE / SCHUKO socket-hinged cover pin white / LS-1520-BFKL-WWW and are used in particular in the outer region for protection against moisture. The problem with such sockets having a hinged lid is that the design frame is regularly latched via latching elements of an intermediate lid, so that, on the one hand, unlatching is associated with the risk of damage and, on the other hand, latching sometimes only leads to suboptimal results when holding the design frame, so that undesirable effects, such as shaking or rattling of the design frame, in particular when closing the hinged lid, can occur.Proceeding from this discussed prior art, the object of the invention is therefore to create a socket with a hinged cover, wherein shaking or rattling of the design frame is effectively avoided in a manner which is not significant from a design point of view and dismantling of the socket is made possible without the risk of damage. This object is achieved by a socket whose use has at least two screw domes, wherein both a lower part having two screw openings and defining the design frame and having two receptacles for the axis of rotation and an upper part for covering the screw domes is fixed to the screw domes by means of screws with two retaining elements corresponding to the two receptacles, so that the lower part and the upper part latched thereto define the axis of rotation of the hinged lid.The core idea of the invention consists, on the one hand, in that at least two screw domes are provided in the insert in the socket according to the invention. These screw domes offer the possibility of securing a screw connection to the insert for establishing a lower part which has two screw openings and which fixes the design frame. The lower part has two receptacles for an axis of rotation for opening the hinged lid. Furthermore, such a socket has an upper part for covering the screw domes (and thus also the screw heads). This upper part comprises two retaining elements for the axis of rotation corresponding to the two receptacles and is latched to the lower part, so that the upper part and the lower part fix the axis of rotation of the hinged lid. The upper part has openings, so that a plug can enter the insert for electrical contacting. The socket according to the invention thus creates a reversible and long-lived dismantling solution in a manner which is not critical from the design point of view, on the one hand, and prevents the design frame from shaking, clapping and / or causing noise, on the other hand.In a particularly preferred embodiment according to the invention, the hinged lid comprises a rubber seal which at least partially surrounds it. This achieves the protection class IP 44 in a simple and cost-effective manner. In a particularly preferred embodiment according to the invention, the lower part has a rectangular outer contour, wherein the screw openings are arranged substantially diagonally opposite. This ensures a uniform contact pressure of the frame in the direction of the wall with a minimum number of screws to be used.According to an embodiment according to the invention which is particularly simple to install, the lower part has an inner contour which is placed in engagement with an outer contour of the central piece. This ensures that the lower part can be placed on the central piece during assembly, so that it does not have to be held fast when the upper part is placed on. This engagement also prevents a rotational degree of freedom parallel to the wall plane, so that an effective or play-free fixing of the design frame is achieved even with already two screws. In a further embodiment according to the invention, the hinged lid is acted upon by a restoring force, in particular a spring force. The invention is described below with reference to the attached figures on the basis of an exemplary embodiment. The following are shown: FIG. 1 : a perspective exploded view of an embodiment of the socket according to the invention with hinged cover, FIG. 2 : shows a representation of the socket according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 in an assembled state in a perspective (left) or frontal (right) view.In the various figures, identical parts are always provided with the same reference numerals and are therefore generally also designated or mentioned only once in each case. The socket S according to the invention, which is illustrated in perspective in an exploded view in FIG. 1 and has a hinged cover K, comprises, in addition to a design frame D, a central piece Z and an insert E, which is fixed to a supporting ring T, for connection to an energy supply unit, wherein the hinged cover K is connected to a rotational axis (not illustrated). In a convenient manner, the additional effort is accepted according to the invention in that the insert E has at least two screw domes SD, wherein both a lower part A having two screw openings O and defining the design frame D and an upper part B for covering the screw domes SD having two retaining elements H 1, H 2 corresponding to the two receptacles L 1, L 2 are fixed to the screw domes SD by means of screws. In this way, in addition to securing the design frame D without play and which is not significant in terms of design, it is also achieved that the lower part A and the upper part B latched therewith secure the axis of rotation of the hinged lid K.The design-wise non-noticeable fixing of the design frame D is shown in an assembled state in perspective (left) and frontal (right) views in FIG. 2.List of reference charactersA Lower part B Upper part D Design frame E Insert I Inner contour K Hinged cover H 1, H 2 Retaining elements L 1, L 2 Receptacle E Screw openings R Outer contour S Socket SD Screw dome T Support ring Z Central piece
