Above all, the solvents remaining in the steel cord, since they remain inside the steel cord, are difficult to clean in subsequent drying processes, continue to corrode the inner steel cord. The wire rope inspection apparatus provided in this embodiment uses oil brush gun to clean the oil spots on the wire rope, and assumes dry cleaning that can effectively solve the above two technical problems. Moreover, this embodiment uses oil brush pliers to clean the wire rope. The oil brush gun may completely cover the wire rope, so that the entire outer surface of the wire rope may be thoroughly cleaned. There is no interference between the oil brush gun and the wire rope, and there is no blind spot for cleaning. After the sensing data is transmitted to the analysis and control system, an image deconvolution diagram may also be formed to record the data within the wire rope. Comprehensive analysis is performed by using the built-in control system hardware and the high performance analysis, computation and research and discovery software of the system. Since the control system synchronously receives information from the high-precision encoder of the traveling mechanism of the wire rope 100, the specific position of the failure point of the wire rope 100 is accurately positioned to perform comprehensive comparative analysis of the same point at different timings. The force and damage mechanism of wire rope 100 is very complex. Therefore, the method of using the wire rope inspection apparatus provided in this embodiment is as follows. Initial detection is performed with the wire rope inspection apparatus after re-installing the wire rope 100, and the basic data of the new wire rope 100 is recorded under tension and without tension, mainly including the diameter, the twisting distance, and the initial surface defects (if any) of the wire rope 100 under tension and without tension. After the steel cord 100 is used for a certain period of time, the state of the steel cord 100 is regularly detected with the steel cord inspection device. The system summarizes the inspection results with previous historical data such as cable diameter and twist pitch at the same issue point, compares and analyzes the same location, and systematically analyzes the associated adjacent location data to determine if it meets the scrap standard. Point-to-point comparison is made via the development of errors in key error locations, as well as systematic research and prediction of development trends to accurately emphasize the hidden hazard points of the steel cord 100 and facilitate key examinations. Many inspection operations are performed throughout the life cycle of wire rope 100. The present invention transmits real-time inspection data of the inner and outer parts of wire rope 100 to the control system, and the built-in program of the control system will record, summarize, and sum comprehensive analyses according to the time axis. The trend of the development of damage to the wire rope 100 is comprehensively analyzed and predicted, provisional analysis opinions are proposed for the causes of abnormal situations, so that management personnel can further analyze and correct them by comparing them.As the sensing data accumulates, the built-in program of the control system can deeply analyze the acquired data information, such as the determination of broken wire development within the 6D and 30D ranges, the total number of broken wires in each steel wire, the corresponding analysis of the concentrated and frequently used location of broken wires, and an analysis diagram is automatically formed to analyze the causes of scrapping and damage to wire rope 100, and provide direct data support to determine whether wire rope 100 meets scrapping standards. Even based on the initial twisting distance and the rope diameter, if the rope diameter and the twisting distance change to some extent, it can be determined that there are defects such as broken strands in the rope, and this requires scrapping and replacement. The present invention not only inspects the surface of the wire rope, but also detects the inner state of the wire rope by methods such as strong or weak magnetic detection.
