Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a motor vehicle having an air guiding device according to the preamble of claim 1.Air guiding devices for influencing an air flow flowing around the motor vehicle are known. Air guiding devices are thus used in the rear region of a body of the motor vehicle and in the front region of the body. These may be, for example, so-called front spoilers, which can realize a defined air flow in the front region of the vehicle body. The front region in the sense of the present invention is in particular the region of the vehicle body which is located in front of a front axle of the vehicle body. For example, flow guidance units, also called air guiding elements, are known in this area, which are designed to influence the flow around the wheels arranged in the front area. It is known, for example, to arrange air guiding elements on an underbody of the vehicle body or close to an underbody of the vehicle body in front of the wheel in the direction of travel in order to bring about a corresponding output. With the aid of these air guiding elements, it is possible, for example, to reduce an air resistance coefficient and a fuel consumption dependent on the air resistance coefficient. The laid-open specification DE 10 2020 103 137 A1 discloses an air guiding device in the form of a front diffuser arrangement for a motor vehicle. It consists of an air guide surface and an adjustable air separation element connected thereto. This air break-off element is fastened in a front wheel housing of a body of the motor vehicle and can be adjusted in height and locked. Its surface generates a dynamic negative pressure depending on the speed, the effect of which on the aerodynamics is to be influenced by the air separation element. The laid-open specification DE 10 2017 103 890 A1 describes a flap which can be arranged in various regions of a diffuser of a body of the motor vehicle. When the flap is extended, flow separation is achieved in the diffuser, which is intended to lead to less output in the region of the diffuser. When the flap is retracted, on the other hand, an output is generated on a front axle of a chassis connected to the vehicle body. The flap can be continuously pivoted into various end and intermediate positions. From the laid-open specification WO 2014 / 044 490 A1, a system for the active control of an output force generated by a motor vehicle is known. For this purpose, a flap is attached to an underside of a body of the motor vehicle, which flap can be pivoted continuously during a journey and can thus be extended. The published patent application DE 20 2016 100 395 U1 can be taken from a front spoiler which can be mechanically raised or lowered in several steps. The air dam is adjustable by an adjustment device which has a helical spring in the form of a torsion spring which responds to a signal from a sensor and rapidly pulls the air dam out of its current use position. The laid-open specification DE 102 35 702 A1 likewise discloses a spring-loaded air guide device in the form of a front spoiler of a body of a motor vehicle, which can be extended and retracted by means of a drive. The object of the present invention is to specify an improved motor vehicle having an air guiding device. The object is achieved according to the invention by a motor vehicle having an air guiding device with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments with expedient and non-trivial developments of the invention are specified in the respective dependent claims.A motor vehicle according to the invention having an air guiding device, wherein the air guiding device is arranged in a region of a front wheel housing of a body of the motor vehicle, has, for each front wheel housing, an air guiding element of the air guiding device which can be adjusted independently of the air guiding element of the other front wheel housing and is configured so as to be adjustable along a vertical axis of the body of the body. According to the invention, for setting depending on the driving situation, the air guiding element can be adjusted with the aid of an adjusting device of the air guiding device by a linear movement between a retracted position and a fully extended position. In other words, this means that the air guiding element is adjustable between the retracted and the fully extended position as a function of a corresponding driving situation by a linear, thus continuously variable, movement. The advantage is to be seen in the fact that with the aid of the linear movement, which is preferably a translatory movement, the air guiding element can be pushed out of its position. This results in a substantial difference from, for example, a rotational movement which corresponds to a folding movement of the air guiding element, because with the aid of the in particular translatory movement during the adjustment of the air guiding element, possible turbulences between the air guiding element and a wheel accommodated in the front wheel housing can be reduced. If the adjusting device is designed to be spring-loaded, having at least one spring element, it is possible to bring about a self-regulating or a quasi-semi-self-regulating air guiding element. In particular, if the adjusting device has spring-coupled kinematics, the spring element can advantageously be used to initiate a restoring force acting on the air guiding element. If the air guiding element is pressed into the retracted position with the aid of the adjusting device when it makes contact with the roadway, and is pressed into an extended position after the contact with the roadway, the body of the motor vehicle is protected from being placed on the roadway. This protects in particular from damage to the air guiding element due to the contact. The configuration of the adjusting device with a sensor leads to the substantial advantage that the air guiding element can be displaced even before contact of the air guiding element with the roadway, so that the contact is not established, provided that the sensor detects an object or the like on the roadway.Further advantages, features and details of the invention are evident from the following description of preferred exemplary embodiments and with reference to the drawing. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description and the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures can be used not only in the respectively specified combination but also in other combinations or alone without departing from the scope of the invention. Identical or functionally identical elements are assigned identical reference numerals. For reasons of clarity, it is possible that the elements are not provided with their reference numerals in all figures, but without losing their assignment. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a perspective illustration of a motor vehicle having an air guiding device according to the prior art, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective semi-basic illustration of a motor vehicle according to the invention with an air guiding device.A motor vehicle 1 designed according to the prior art with an air guiding device 2 is designed as shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 1 shows a front wheel housing 4 formed in a front region 3 of a body 17 of the motor vehicle 1 in a detail comprising the air-guiding device 2. The air guiding device 2 has an air guiding element 5, which is designed in the front region 3 to bring about an optimum contact pressure of the motor vehicle 1 on a roadway during operation of the motor vehicle 1. The body 17 has two front wheel boxes 4, each front wheel box 4 having an air guiding element 5 of the air guiding device 2 which can be adjusted independently of the air guiding element 5 of the other front wheel box 4. In other words, this means that at least two air guiding elements 5 formed separately from one another are formed, which can be moved independently of one another. The air guiding element 5 is mounted on the front wheel housing 4 with the aid of two fastening elements 6, wherein a tear-off edge 7 of the air guiding element 5 is arranged facing the roadway.A simple adjustment of the air guiding element 5 along a vertical axis of the vehicle body 17 is possible, since the fastening elements 6 each engage in an opening 8 formed in the air guiding element 5 in the form of an elongated hole opening, wherein a desired position of the air guiding element 5 can be set by releasing the fastening elements 6 and displacing the air guiding element 5 along an opening axis 9 of the opening 8 and can be secured by manually locking the fastening elements 6. This means that a change in the position of the air guiding element 5, thus a displacement of the air guiding element 5, is possible only when the motor vehicle 1 is at a standstill. By way of example, a first position option A 1 and a second position option A 2 for receiving the fastening element 6 and thus for further possible positioning of the air guiding element 5 are drawn in.Both position options A 1, A 2 are distinguished in that the air guiding element 5 is positioned further away from the roadway. The displacement of the air guiding element 5 is secured by a guide unit 10 which has at least two guide rails 11 which form a lateral delimitation for the air guiding element 5. The guide rails 11 are designed to extend along the opening axis 9, thus in a manner oriented the same way as the opening axis 9.For more flexible positioning of the air guiding element 5, a motor vehicle 1 according to the invention is configured as illustrated in FIG. 2. In order that the air guiding element 5 can be adjusted as a function of a corresponding driving situation, thus as a function of the driving situation, in particular during a driving operation of the motor vehicle 1, the air guiding device 2 has an adjusting device 12 with the aid of which the air guiding element 5 can be adjusted between a retracted position and a fully extended position by a linear, thus continuously variable movement. The retracted position is understood to mean the position in which the air guiding element 5 with its tear-off edge 7 is not producing any and only insignificantly producing output in comparison with a motor vehicle 1 without the air guiding device 2. This position can also be referred to as "low-force" or "LD".The fully extended position, which can also be referred to as "high-down force" or "HP", is understood to mean the position of the air guiding element 5 in which the air guiding element 5 is positioned extended at most in the direction of the roadway. Between the retracted position and the fully extended position, the air guiding element 5 is to be adjusted into numerous further extended positions. The adjusting device 12 is spring-loaded. In other words, this means that the air guiding element 5 can be moved with the aid of at least one spring element 13. In the present exemplary embodiment, two spring elements 13 are provided, which are fixedly connected at one end to the air guiding element 5, and at the other end are fixedly connected to a kinematic mechanism 14, which is thus designed as a spring-coupled kinematic mechanism 14. The spring elements 13 can be connected to the air guiding element 5 and to the kinematic mechanism 14 in a materially bonded and / or form-fit and / or force-fit manner. The two spring elements 13 are each fastened in a lateral end region 15 of the air guiding element 5, such that a secured movement of the air guiding element 5 and avoidance of tilting of the air guiding element 5 during its translatory movement can be brought about. In the present exemplary embodiment, the spring elements 13 are designed in the form of helical springs. The kinematic mechanism 11 is movable with the aid of an actuator 16. The actuator 16 is designed in the form of a non-self-locking actuator, so that the air guiding element 5 can be moved reliably into the retracted position. The actuator 16 could be connected, for example, to a regulating and control system of the motor vehicle 1, so that the air guiding element 5 can be positioned as a function of a speed of the motor vehicle 1 in order to produce a correspondingly optimum output. The kinematic system 11 can be designed, for example, in the form of a so-called four-joint kinematic system or in the form of a so-called two-stroke.The adjusting device 12 is designed such that the air guiding element 5 is pressed into the retracted position with the aid of the adjusting device 12 when it makes contact with the roadway and is pressed back into an extended position after it makes contact with the roadway. Contact with the roadway is naturally also to be understood as any contact with an object lying on the roadway or a curb. The air guiding element 5 is thus protected against being placed on the roadway. The extended position can be the fully extended position, provided this is desired at the current operating time of the motor vehicle 1.To avoid contact, the adjusting device 12 could comprise a sensor, not shown in detail, which can determine a distance between the air guiding element 5 and the roadway, so that the air guiding element 5 can be retracted already before the contact. Each of the air guiding elements 5 has its own adjusting device 12 which, however, could be controlled jointly with the aid of the actuator 16. In the present exemplary embodiment, each adjusting device 12 has an actuator 16. Although the actuator 16 is preferably designed as a non-self-locking actuator, it can preferably realize a locking of the air guiding element 5 in any position. The possible movement of the air guiding element 5 along the vertical axis of the vehicle body is illustrated with the aid of a movement arrow B. In other words, it can be said that the air guiding element 5 is displaced upwards, thus in the direction facing away from the roadway, in the event of a possible collision.List of reference characters1 Motor vehicle 2 Air guiding device 3 Front region 4 Front wheel box 5 Air guiding element 6 Fastening element 7 Tear-off edge 8 Opening 9 Opening axis 10 Guide unit 11 Guide rail 12 Adjusting device 13 Spring element 14 Kinematic mechanism 15 End region 16 Actuator 17 Body A 1 First position possibility A 2 Second position possibility B Movement arrowReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
