[0002] In various facilities, such as retirement homes, nursing homes, workplaces, or hospitals, the cleaning of work clothes or residents' laundry must be ensured. This need often cannot be met within the facility itself due to space and cost constraints, which is why the laundry is usually cleaned in large-scale laundries.

It goes without saying that the same problem exists for other facilities or for laundries in cities where various people wash their personal laundry.
