Spacer (1) for providing a distance (2) between a lining (3) and an insulating material (4) in order to ensure a circulation space (5) between the insulating material (4) and the lining (3), comprising a fastening element (6) and a spacer body (7), wherein the fastening element (6) is configured to be attached to the insulating material (4) in such a way that the spacer body (7) is held on the insulating material (4) and ensures the distance (2) between the insulating material (4) and a lining (3).
