Abstract
A method for the thermal insulation of a wall (220), in particular of a recreational vehicle, is proposed, comprising: providing an interior lining (200) for the inside of a vehicle wall (220), wherein a partial area of a spatial contour of the interior lining (200) is adapted to a spatial contour of the inside of the vehicle wall (220); coating at least a part of a back surface (202) of the interior lining (200) and / or at least a part of the inside of the vehicle wall (220) with a foam (210), wherein the coating is carried out by applying the foam in a flowable state, the foam being formed in particular from two components; and mounting the interior lining (200) on the inside of the vehicle wall (220), wherein in particular a gap between at least a partial surface of the back surface of the interior lining (202) and the inside of the vehicle wall (220) is completely filled with the foam (210).
