Abstract

A bushing comprises a bushing body. The bushing body essentially surrounds an axis and has a surrounding inner surface and a surrounding outer surface oriented opposite the surrounding inner surface. The surrounding inner surface of the bushing body has an internal structure with a plurality of inner radial projections and a plurality of inner radial depressions. The inner radial projections and the inner radial depressions are arranged alternately along the axis. The inner radial projections together form an inner contact surface.
