No. 10,305,262 B2SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONPROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTIONGenerally, as in the switchgear of Patent Document 1, the control chamber is provided on the upper side of the circuit breaker chamber, and in the case where a circuit breaker is provided, a space on the lower side of the circuit breaker chamber is used as a space for maintenance, so that wires can be easily fed into the control chamber. However, the space is limited in the case where circuit breakers are provided at multiple stages as in Patent Document 2, so that a problem is caused in that wiring workability deteriorates. In addition, the circuit breaker chamber and a maintenance chamber on the bottom of the circuit breaker chamber are provided with doors, and covers for preventing discharge of a high temperature and high pressure gas due to a (light) leakage inside when a fault occurs inside the case are provided near the doors and the case. Therefore, in the case where circuit breakers are provided on multiple stages while narrowing the space on the bottom of the circuit breaker, presence of the covers also significantly reduces workability. The present disclosure has been made to solve the above problem, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a switchgear that can ensure workability for wiring a control chamber even in the case where circuit breaker chambers are provided on multiple stages.SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEMSThe object is achieved by a switchgear assembly according to claim 1.EFFECT OF THE INVENTIONIn the switchgear according to the present disclosure, of the circuit breaker chambers on multiple stages, the circuit breaker chamber on the lower stage is provided with the frame-like cover that covers between the door provided on the front side of the circuit breaker chamber on the lower stage and the circuit breaker chamber, and at least a part of the cover different from the upper side portion is detachable. Thus, workability for wiring to the control chambers can be secured despite presence of the cover.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS[FIG. 1 ] FIG. 1 is a side view showing the structure of a switchgear according to an embodiment 1.[FIG. 2 ] FIG. 2 illustrates a structural view of a circuit breaker chamber at a lower stage of the switchgear according to Embodiment 1 in a state in which parts of a cover other than an upper side portion are removed.[FIG. 3] FIG. 3 shows a state in which the cover in FIG. 2 is attached.[FIG. 4] FIG. 4 illustrates a structural view of a cover left side portion of the switchgear according to Embodiment 1.[FIG. 5 ] FIG. 5 illustrates a structural view of a right cover side portion of the switchgear according to Embodiment 1.[FIG. 6 ] FIG. 6 illustrates a structural view of a front side part of a lower cover side portion of the switchgear according to Embodiment 1.[FIG. 7 ] FIG. 7 illustrates a structural view of a rear side part of the lower cover side portion of the switchgear according to Embodiment 1.[FIG. 8 ] FIG. 8 shows an attachment process of the front side part of the cover lower side portion shown in FIG. 6 and the rear side part of the cover lower side portion shown in FIG. 7.[FIG. 9] FIG. 9 is a partially sectional view showing a state in which the lower cover side portion is fixed in the switchgear according to Embodiment 1.[FIG. 10 ] FIG. 10 is a side view showing the structure of a switchgear according to an embodiment 2.DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTSHereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 5, (a) is a front view, (b) is a side view as seen in a direction A in (a), and (c) is a sectional view as seen in a direction B in (a). As can be seen from the sectional view (c), the right cover side portion 130 is also formed by bending a flat plate, and has, along the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, a body portion 131 to be attached to the front side of the circuit breaker chamber 20 aand a protrusion portion 132 protruding from the body portion 131 toward the door side.FIGS. 6 to 8 show the structure of the cover lower side portion 140. The cover lower side portion 140 is formed of two pieces. FIG. 6 shows a front side part of the cover lower side portion 140. In FIG. 6, (a) represents a perspective view as seen from the upper side, (b) represents a plan view, and (c) represents a front view in which a direction A is a viewing direction of (b). Further, (d) is a sectional view as seen in a direction B in (c). As can be seen from the sectional view (d), the front side part of the lower cover side portion 140 is also formed by bending a flat plate, and has, along the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, a body portion 141 to be attached to the front side of the circuit breaker chamber 20 aand a protrusion portion 142 protruding from the body portion 141 toward the door side.FIG. 7 shows a rear side part of the cover lower side portion 140. In FIG. 7, (a) represents a perspective view as seen from the upper side, (b) represents a plan view, and (c) represents a front view. The side portions are bent toward the circuit breaker chamber 20 aside. FIG. 8 shows an assembling method for the front side part and the rear side part of the cover lower side portion 140. A rear surface portion 143 constituting the rear side member is fixed to the rear surface of the body portion 141 constituting the front side member by being fixed with rivets or the like so as to be integrated as a body portion, for example. Note that the rear face portion 143 is longer downward than the body portion 141 for the purpose of attaching the cover lower side portion 140 to be described later. The body portions of the cover left side portion 120, the cover right side portion 130, and the cover lower side portion 140 described in FIGS. 4 to 8 when attached in FIG. 3 are shown by hatching with lines extending from upper left to lower right, and the protrusion portions thereof are shown by hatching with lines extending from upper left to lower right. Thus, the protrusion portions protrude toward the front side of the housing 10 together with the cover upper side portion 110.FIG. 9 illustrates a side cross-sectional view of the switchgear, showing a part where the lower cover side portion 140 is attached. The door 11 has an inner frame portion 11 balong the inner peripheries opposite to a front face portion 11 a, and the inner frame portion 11 bcomes in contact with the case 10 or the cover when the door 11 is closed. On the rear surface of the front surface portion 11 aof the door 11, parts such as a door lever are provided between the rear surface and the inner frame portion 11 b(see FIG. 2 ). The bottom 21 is fixed to a bottom part so as to be separated from the front side of the housing 10, and the lower cover side portion 140 is fixed with its rear face portion 143 inserted into a gap between the bottom 21 and the front side of the housing 10. The body portion 141 is disposed to be mounted on an upper part of the front surface portion of the housing 10, and the protrusion portion 142 protrudes over the door inner frame portion 11 bto protrude toward the door front surface portion 11 a. In the lower cover side portion 140, for example, the central part of the body portion 141 and both side bending parts of the body portion 141 are detachably attached to the circuit breaker chamber 20 aby screws or the like. The lower cover side portion protrusion portion 142 covers between the door 11 and the circuit breaker chamber 20 asuch that when a (light) arc occurs due to a fault in the circuit breaker chamber, high temperature and high pressure gas will collide with the protrusion portion 142. Therefore, the high temperature and high pressure gas does not directly leak between the door 11 and the circuit breaker chamber 20 aand is not discharged until the high temperature and high pressure gas passes around the protrusion portion 142.It has been shown above that because of the structure in FIG. 9, when an arc occurs due to a fault in the circuit breaker chamber, the lower cover side portion 140 prevents a high temperature, high pressure gas from leaking directly between the door 11 and the circuit breaker chamber 20 a. Meanwhile, the left cover side portion 120 and the right cover side portion 130 also have the same function. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, while the body portion 121 of the cover left side portion 120 is fixed in the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, the protrusion portion 122 protrudes toward the door front surface portion 11 aside so as to cross over the front surface of the housing 10 and the door inner frame portion 11 b. Therefore, when an arc occurs due to a fault in the circuit breaker chamber, a high temperature and high pressure gas does not leak directly between the door 11 and the circuit breaker chamber 20a. In addition, while the body portion 131 of the right cover side portion 130 is fixed in the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, the protrusion portion 132 protrudes toward the front door face portion 11 aso as to cross over the front face of the housing 10 and the door inner frame portion 11 b. Therefore, when an arc occurs due to a fault in the circuit breaker chamber, a high temperature and high pressure gas does not leak directly between the door 11 and the circuit breaker chamber 20a.In the example shown in FIG. 3, the cover is configured such that the cover left side portion 120, the cover right side portion 130, and the cover lower side portion 140 different from the cover upper side portion 110 are all separable. However, the cover may be configured such that each of the side portions other than the cover upper side portion 110 is separable. For example, spaces 22 in the case 10 are shown in FIG. 2, i.e., there are wiring spaces on both sides between the case 10 and each circuit breaker chamber 20 a, 20 b, and there are also spaces on the lower side of the floor 21. In addition, if the cover lower side portion 140 is separable, because there are extra spaces on the lower side of the bottom 21 compared to the side surface parts, wiring on the lower side is simplified, so that wires can be routed to both side surface parts. Then, by pushing up the wires, wiring to the upper side can be performed. Because there are extra spaces on the lower side of the floor 21 compared to the side surface parts, workability is improved if at least the cover lower side portion 140 is separable and either the cover left side portion 120 or the cover right side portion 130 is separable. This means that it is only necessary that two adjacent side portions other than the upper side portion are separable. As described above, in the present embodiment 1, the circuit breaker chambers 20 a, 20 bare provided on two stages, the circuit breaker chamber 20 ais provided on the lower stage with the frame-like cover covering between the door 11 provided on the front side of the circuit breaker chamber 20 aon the lower stage and the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, and at least a part of the cover different from the cover upper side portion 110 is detachable. Therefore, by separating the separable cover at the time of wiring, workability for wiring the control chambers 50 a, 50 bcan be secured. The example in which the cover lower side portion 140 is formed of two components has been shown, but the cover lower side portion 140 could be formed of one component. In this case, the cover lower side portion 140 may be formed by bending both side portions of the body portion 141 on the front side of the cover lower side portion 140 like the rear face portion 143.Embodiment 2Hereinafter, a switchgear according to an embodiment 2 will be described with reference to FIG. 10.FIG. 10 is a front view showing the structure of the switchgear according to Embodiment 2. A difference from Embodiment 1 is that a common device for performing open / close control for the circuit breakers 2 a, 2 bor both respective devices are accommodated in the control chamber 50 so that one control chamber is provided. Also, in such a configuration, as in Embodiment 1, the circuit breaker chambers 20 a, 20 bon two stages, the circuit breaker chamber 20 aon the lower stage is provided with the frame-like cover covering between the door 11 provided on the front side of the circuit breaker chamber 20 aon the lower stage and the circuit breaker chamber 20 a, and at least a part of the cover different from the cover upper side portion 110 is configured to be detachable. Thus, by separating the detachable cover at the time of wiring, workability of wiring of the control chamber 50 can be secured. The example in which the circuit breaker chambers are provided on two stages was shown in Embodiments 1 and 2, but the circuit breaker chambers could be provided on three or more stages. In this case, at least one cover for the circuit breaker chamber at the lowermost stage is configured to be detachable. Covers for the other stages could also be separable.Although the disclosure is described above with respect to various exemplary embodiments and implementations, it should be understood that various features, aspects, and functionality described in one or more of the individual embodiments are not limited in applicability to the specific embodiment in which they are described, but instead may be applied to one or more of the embodiments of the disclosure alone or in various combinations. It is therefore to be understood that numerous modifications that have not been shown by way of example may be devised without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. For example, at least one of the inventory sub-components could be modified, added, or eliminated. At least one of the constituent components mentioned in at least one of the preferred embodiments could be selected and combined with the constituent components mentioned in another preferred embodiment.DESCRIPTION OF THE REFERENCE NUMERALS1 Switchgear 2 a, 2 b Circuit breaker 3 Cable 4 Bus 10 Housing 11 Door 11 aFront surface portion 11 b Innerer frame portion 20 a, 20 b Circuit breaker chamber 21 Floor 22 Space 30 Cable chamber 40 Bus chamber 50, 50 a, 50 bControl chamber 51 Wire 110 Upper cover side portion 120 Left cover side portion 121 Body portion 122 Protrusion portion 130 Right cover side portion 131 Body portion 132 Protrusion portion 140 Lower cover side portion 141 Body portion 142 Protrusion portion 143 Rear surface portion
