Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of automatic binding machines, in particular to a binding machine with automatic wire feed and a wire feed control method based on an electrical signal. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
[0002] The binding machine is a device for wrapping, fastening, and tensioning an object by bending a binding wire. As described in patent CN 111706084 A, the binding machine includes a curve-forming section (i.e., a rounding mechanism), a twisting unit (i.e., a wire winding assembly), and other structures.
[0003] Binding machines on the market require manual feeding of the binding wire to the wire feed inlet between two meshed wire feed wheels. The binding wire is then conveyed to the wire guide mechanism by the movement of the wire feed wheels. The wire guide mechanism guides the binding wire to the binding mechanism to complete the binding process. Because the two wire feed wheels of the automatic binding machine are tightly meshed, it is very difficult to manually feed the binding wire directly to the wire guide mechanism via the wire feed wheels. Therefore, one scheme involves holding the binding wire by hand, with its ends conveyed to the lower section between two gears for butting. Then, by pressing the trigger of the binding machine, the electrical control system in the binding machine controls the rotation of the driving gear to drive the feeding of the binding wire, thus achieving the feeding effect.
[0004] Because the rotation speed of the drive gear is high in normal working conditions, this scheme is prone to causing rapid feed of the binding wire, injuring the operator's hands. It is impossible to control the feed amount, thus causing excessive feed, resulting in wire loss during the first binding, or insufficient feed, resulting in a failed first binding. According to another scheme, as described in patent CN201680043004.5, the feed gear set as the driven gear may be a tension pulley or the like, and the tension pulley can be pushed away from the feed gear set at a shorter distance than the driving gear by a target pushing force. This involves separating the two wire feed gears by manually operating the mechanical structure, so that the operator can easily feed the binding wire to the wire guide mechanism through the passage formed after the wire feed gears are separated. However, in this system, the operator must press with one hand to apply a pressing force and hold the wire with the other hand for feeding, resulting in deficiencies in the complex operation. Moreover, the manual wire feed has low efficiency and low feed amount control accuracy, so it is likely to result in waste of consumables. SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0019] To help those skilled in the art better understand the solutions of the present invention, the technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely in conjunction with the drawings according to the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. Embodiment 1
[0020] In Fig. 1 is Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic wire-feed binding machine based on an electrical signal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The automatic wire-feed binding machine comprises a wire guide mechanism 1, a driven wire-feed wheel 2, a driving wire-feed wheel 3, a wire-feed nozzle 4, a spool 6 for providing binding wire 5, a wire-feed motor 7, and a processor 8. The wire-feed motor 7 is controlled by the processor 8 to drive the driving wire-feed wheel 3 to rotate. conductive portions are provided on at least one of the driving wire feed wheel 3 and the driven wire feed wheel 2 and on the wire feed nozzle 4; the automatic wire feed binding machine is provided with a wire feed control circuit, the wire feed control circuit comprising a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and a first output terminal, the first output terminal being connected to the processor 8, wherein short-circuiting between the first input terminal and the second input terminal triggers the first output terminal to output a first electrical signal; the conductive portion of the wire feed nozzle 4 is connected to the first input terminal; the conductive portion of any one of the driving wire feed wheel 3 and the driven wire feed wheel 2 is connected to the second input terminal.
[0021] According to the embodiment of the present invention, the wire feed motor 7 is electrically connected to the processor 8, the output end of the wire feed motor 7 is a gear that meshes with the driving wire feed wheel 3, and the wire feed motor 7 drives this gear to rotate the driving wire feed wheel 3, as shown in Fig. 1 is shown.
[0022] According to the embodiment of the present invention, by utilizing the short-circuiting of the binding wire between the conductive portions of the wire feed nozzle and the wire feed wheel caused by the binding wire, the control circuit is triggered to output an electrical signal, so that the processor controls the driving wire feed wheel to feed the wire according to the electrical signal. It is possible to automatically detect whether the position of the binding wire arrives at the wire feed nozzle. When it arrives, the wire feeding operation is automatically executed. Consequently, the accuracy and efficiency of determining whether the binding wire is at the wire feed home position can be improved, and automatic wire feeding can be realized.Compared with directly manually feeding the wire or opening the wire feed wheel by pressing a button and then manually feeding the wire, the efficiency and safety of the wire feeding of the binding machine can be improved.
[0023] According to an optional embodiment, the wire feed control circuit further comprises a third input terminal and a second output terminal, wherein the second output terminal is connected to the processor 8 and short-circuiting between the second input terminal and the third input terminal triggers the second output terminal to output a second electrical signal; the wire guide mechanism 1 is provided with a conductive portion and this conductive portion is connected to the third input terminal. According to this optional embodiment, upon receiving the second electrical signal, the processor 8 controls the driving wire feed wheel 3 to stop the advance of the binding wire 5.
[0024] According to this optional embodiment, the binding wire arrives at the wire guide mechanism, causing short-circuiting between the conductive portions of the wire guide mechanism and the wire feed nozzle to trigger the control circuit to output an electrical signal, so that the processor stops the feed of the wire by the driving wire feed wheel according to this electrical signal, whereby it can be determined whether the binding wire arrives at the wire guide mechanism. Consequently, the accuracy and efficiency of determining whether the binding wire arrives at the wire guide mechanism are improved, and it is advantageous to further complete the automatic wire feed process, improving the efficiency of the automatic wire feed.
[0025] According to yet another optional embodiment, in the wire feed control circuit, one of the first input terminal, the second input terminal, and the third input terminal is connected to a first electrode, while the other two thereof are connected to a second electrode; wherein the polarity of the first electrode is opposite to that of the second electrode.
[0026] According to this optional embodiment, for example, Fig. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the wire feed control circuit. In this wire feed control circuit JP1, 1 denotes the first input terminal, 2 denotes the second input terminal, and 3 denotes the third input terminal. This circuit further includes a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a resistor R4, a capacitor C1, a capacitor C2, a Zener diode DZ1, a Zener diode DZ2, a power source, and a ground terminal. The first input terminal is connected to the ground terminal and is connected to the first output terminal via the capacitor C1 and is also connected to the second output terminal via the capacitor C2; the second input terminal is connected to the power source via the resistor R2 and is connected to the first output terminal via the resistor R4; and the third input terminal is connected to the power source via the resistor R1 and is connected to the second output terminal via the resistor R3.
[0027] According to yet another optional embodiment, the first electrical signal and / or the second electrical signal are manifested in a TTL level-hopping mode.
[0028] According to yet another optional implementation, the automatic wire feed binding machine further comprises a switch 9, a spool hatch cover 10 and a wire feed and binding switching circuit as shown in Fig. 3 is shown, where the wire feed and bond switching circuit comprises a fourth input terminal, a fifth input terminal and a third output terminal, wherein the third output terminal is connected to the processor 8 and short-circuiting between the fourth input terminal and the fifth input terminal triggers the third output terminal to output a third electrical signal; the opening or closing of the coil hatch cover 10 causes the switch 9 to be turned on or off, and both ends of the switch 9 are connected to the fourth input terminal and the fifth input terminal, respectively.
[0029] Optionally, the wire feeding and binding switching circuit may comprise a first resistor, a second resistor, a first capacitor, a power source, and a ground terminal, wherein the first input terminal is connected to one end of the first resistor; the other end of the first resistor is connected to the power source and is connected to the third output terminal via the second resistor; and the second input terminal is connected to the ground terminal and is connected to the third output terminal via the first capacitor.
[0030] According to this optional embodiment, for example, Fig. 4 is a wire feed and tie switching circuit. In the wire feed and tie switching circuit JP1, 1 denotes the fourth input terminal and 2 denotes the fifth input terminal. This circuit further includes a resistor R5, a resistor R6, a capacitor C3, a power source, and a ground terminal. The fourth input terminal is connected to one end of the resistor R5; the other end of the resistor R5 is connected to the power source and is connected to the third output terminal (hatch cover) via the resistor R6; and the fifth input terminal is connected to the ground terminal and is connected to the third output terminal via the capacitor C3. When the fourth input terminal and the fifth input terminal are short-circuited in this circuit, this circuit outputs a third electrical signal. This third electrical signal is used to: perform an automatic wire feeding operation when the spool hatch cover is open to avoid hand injuries during tying due to excessive wire drawing speed (the rotation speed of the wire feed wheel during tying is higher than during automatic wire feeding); whereas, when the spool hatch cover is closed, the automatic wire feeding operation is not performed and only a tying operation is performed to reduce the situation of wire feeding being triggered due to poor contact between the tying wire and the wire feed wheel or the wire guide mechanism.
[0031] According to this optional embodiment, the switch is triggered by opening or closing the spool hatch cover to be turned off or on, and the short-circuiting of two input terminals in the wire feeding and binding switching circuit is controlled by turning the switch on or off, so that an electrical signal used for control can be output and the situations of hurting hands and false triggering of the wire feeding can be reduced.
[0032] According to yet another optional embodiment, the switch 9 is a push-button switch or a pressure-sensing switch. The switch 9 is arranged on the spool hatch cover 10 or on a portion of the binding machine that is not part of the spool hatch cover. The trigger end of the switch 9 is pressed by the closing of the spool hatch cover 10.
[0033] According to this optional embodiment, the switch is triggered to be turned on or off by opening or closing the coil hatch cover, so that it is advantageous to subsequently output an electrical signal used for control by turning the switch off or on.
[0034] According to yet another optional embodiment, as in Fig. 3, the spool hatch cover 10 is a hinged-type hatch cover, the hatch cover including a locking member 101, the locking member 101 being located away from a hinge portion 102 of the spool hatch cover; the hinge portion 102 of the spool hatch cover being hinged to the portion of the binding machine not belonging to the spool hatch cover; and the switch 9 being located adjacent to the locking member 101.
[0035] According to this optional embodiment, the switch is arranged adjacent to the locking element. Because the locking element is located away from the hinge portion, the force exerted by users on the locking element area when closing the coil hatch cover is greater than the force exerted on other areas, thus reducing the risk of poor switch contact and improving the accuracy of the subsequent electrical signal output.
[0036] According to yet another optional embodiment, the switch 9 is a photoelectric one-way light switch comprising a light emitter and a light receiver, wherein the light emitter is arranged on the surface of the spool hatch cover or a portion of the binding machine not belonging to the spool hatch cover, while the light receiver is arranged at a position where it is aligned with the light emitter when the spool hatch cover is closed; or, the switch 9 is arranged to have a first contact embedded in the spool hatch cover and a second contact embedded in the binding machine, the first contact coming into contact with the second contact when the spool hatch cover is closed; the first contact being electrically connected to the first input terminal; and the second contact being electrically connected to the second input terminal.
[0037] According to yet another optional embodiment, the third electrical signal is manifested in a TTL level-hopping mode.
[0038] According to yet another optional embodiment, the binding wire moving distance between the conductive portion of any of the driving wire feed wheel 3 and the driven wire feed wheel 2 and the conductive portion of the wire feed nozzle 4 is configured to be 2 to 15 mm; and / or the binding wire moving distance between the conductive portion of any one of the driving wire feed wheel 3 and the driven wire feed wheel 2 and the conductive portion of the wire guide mechanism 1 is configured to be 2 to 10 mm.
[0039] According to general physics, when the wire diameter is constant and the wire length is longer, the wire resistance is higher. According to this optional embodiment, by restricting the binding wire's movement distance within a reasonable and small range, it is advantageous to limit the resistance of the binding wire during short-circuiting within a small resistance range, thereby reducing the situation where short-circuiting cannot be achieved due to excessive resistance and improving the stability of achieving short-circuiting by the binding wire.
[0040] According to yet another optional embodiment, the binding machine further comprises a rounding mechanism 11 (comprising a rounding plate 111 and a guide 112), a wire winding assembly 12, a wire winding motor 13 for driving the rotation of the wire winding assembly 12, and a printed circuit board 14 for controlling the operation of the wire winding motor 13, as shown in Fig. 1, wherein the rounding mechanism 11, the wire winding assembly 12 and the wire winding motor 13 are located on the same axis, wherein The printed circuit board 14 is arranged in a direction parallel to the axis and is located below the wire winding motor 13. The printed circuit board 14 has an extension section that extends to the rear end of the wire winding motor 13. The printed circuit board 14 includes a communication component, a positioning component, and a control component. The control component is arranged on the surface of the printed circuit board 14 facing the wire winding motor 13, with both the communication component and the positioning component being arranged on the rear surface of the extension section facing away from the wire winding motor 13.
[0041] According to this optional embodiment, the printed circuit board is arranged below the motor because hot air is generated around the motor when it is running, and the hot air naturally rises, so the heat transfer of the hot air generated by the motor to the printed circuit board can be reduced. By disposing the communication component and the positioning component on the back surface of the printed circuit board, the hot air can be further insulated, the radiation can be kept away from the motor, and the influence of electromagnetic interference on the components can be reduced.
[0042] Optionally, the communication component may comprise at least one of a WIFI component, a 4G component, an RF component, and a Bluetooth component, wherein the positioning component may comprise at least one of a GPS component, a Beidou component, a Galileo component, and a GLONASS component.
[0043] According to yet another optional embodiment, the binding machine further comprises a box 15 for preventing moisture and dust, as shown in Fig. 1, wherein the printed circuit board 14 is arranged in the box 15.
[0044] According to yet another optional embodiment, the binding machine further comprises an antenna 16, as shown in Fig. 5. A cavity is formed between the rear end of the wire winding motor 13 and the inner wall of the casing of the binding machine; the antenna 16 is arranged on the inner wall of the casing corresponding to the cavity; and an outgoing line of the communication component is connected to the antenna 16.
[0045] According to this optional embodiment, by providing the antenna on the inner wall of the shell corresponding to the cavity so as to be away from the wire wound motor, the electromagnetic interference of the motor can be reduced, and the communication quality of the antenna can be improved.
[0046] According to yet another optional embodiment, the surface of the printed circuit board 14 facing the wire wound motor 13 is covered with a sealing adhesive.
[0047] According to this optional embodiment, the sealing adhesive is a liquid adhesive. After being applied for a period of time, the liquid adhesive changes to a solid state, thus preventing moisture and dust. Optionally, the sealing adhesive can also be a material with thermal conductivity.
[0048] According to yet another optional embodiment, a ground layer is arranged on the rear surface of the printed circuit board 14 facing away from the wire wound motor 13, the ground layer being copper-plated.
[0049] According to this optional embodiment, by plating the printed circuit board with copper and grounding it, the effect of isolating the direct radiation of the electromagnetic field can be realized.
[0050] Optional is, as in Fig. 5, a clamping slot 17 is formed inside the casing of the binding machine, wherein the box of the circuit board 14 is detachably embedded in the clamping slot 17.
[0051] In Fig. 6 is Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a wire feed control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The wire feed control method includes the following: S101, upon receiving the first electrical signal, the processor controls the driving wire feed wheel to rotate at a predetermined rotational speed for a predetermined number of revolutions to advance the binding wire contacting the meshing location between the driving wire feed wheel and the driven wire feed wheel toward the wire guide mechanism by a predetermined feed amount.
[0052] According to the embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined rotation speed is configured to be insufficient to injure the hands in the process of advancing the binding wire.
[0053] According to the embodiment of the present invention, by receiving the first electrical signal designated as a signal for starting the wire feed, the accuracy and efficiency of determining the wire feed start timing can be improved. The processor is triggered by the electrical signal to control the drive wheel to rotate a predetermined number of revolutions to realize the control of the wire feed amount. Compared with the manual wire feed in the prior art, the efficiency and accuracy of the wire feed of the binding machine can be improved. By setting the predetermined rotation speed so that it is insufficient to injure the hands, the situation of hand injuries due to the high rotation speed of the drive wheel of the existing binding machine can be reduced.
[0054] According to an optional embodiment, the method may further comprise: Upon receiving the second electrical signal, the processor controls the driving wire feed wheel to stop the advance of the binding wire.
[0055] According to this optional embodiment, by receiving the second electrical signal designated as a signal to stop the advancement of the binding wire, the accuracy and efficiency of determining the timing to stop the advancement of the binding wire can be improved.
[0056] According to yet another optional embodiment, the method may further comprise: upon receipt of the third electrical signal, the processor performs the operation of driving the wire feed wheel to rotate at the predetermined rotational speed for the predetermined number of revolutions if the first electrical signal is received; wherein, If the third electrical signal is not received, the processor does not receive the first electrical signal.
[0057] According to this optional embodiment, by receiving the third electrical signal, which is designated as a prerequisite for entering the automatic wire feeding procedure, the automatic wire feeding operation is not performed without receiving the third electrical signal, so that the situations of hand injury (if the user mistakenly touches the trigger when opening the spool hatch cover because the feeding speed of the binding wire is very high, the user's hands are easily injured due to the rapid movement of the binding wire when the user's hands come close to the binding wire) and triggering of the wire feeding due to poor contact of the binding wire can be reduced, and the safety of the binding machine can be improved. Embodiment 2
[0058] According to this embodiment, which is based on Embodiment 1, the automatic wire-feed binding machine according to Embodiment 1, which is based on an electrical signal, is modified to be based on an optical signal. The wire-feed motor 7 is controlled by the processor 8 to drive the driving wire-feed wheel 3 to rotate, wherein a first photosensitive component is provided in an inner passage of the wire feed nozzle 4, and the output end of the first photosensitive component is electrically connected to the processor 8 and outputs a first signal to the processor 8 by detecting a light change caused by the binding wire 5 passing through the wire feed nozzle 4.
[0059] According to the embodiment of the present invention, the photosensitive component is provided to determine the triggering of a signal when the binding wire passes through the wire feed nozzle, so that the processor controls the driving wire feed wheel to feed the wire according to this signal, whereby it can be automatically detected whether the binding wire arrives at the wire feed nozzle. When the binding wire arrives at the wire feed nozzle, the wire feed operation is automatically executed. Consequently, the accuracy and efficiency of determining whether the binding wire is at the wire feed home position can be improved, whereby automatic wire feed can be realized.Compared with directly manually feeding the wire or opening the wire feed wheel by pressing a button and then manually feeding the wire, the efficiency and safety of the wire feeding of the binding machine can be improved.
[0060] According to an optional embodiment, the first photosensitive component is a slot-type photoelectric sensor or a one-way photoelectric sensor having a light emitter and a light receiver arranged separately on both sides of the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle; or the first light-sensitive component is a reflector-type photoelectric switch, the light emitter and the light receiver of the reflector-type photoelectric switch are arranged on the same side of the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle, and the reflector is arranged at a position in the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle opposite the light emitter and the light receiver; or the first light-sensitive component is a diffuse reflection photoelectric switch; or the first photosensitive component is a brightness sensor, wherein the photosensitive end of the brightness sensor faces the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle and outputs the first signal based on the brightness change caused by the binding wire passing through the wire feed nozzle.
[0061] According to yet another optional embodiment, the interior of the wire feed nozzle has a hollow structure, wherein an inner passage extending from the top side to the bottom side is formed inside the wire feed nozzle; the cross-sectional area of the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle gradually decreases in the horizontal direction from the bottom side to the top side; and the first photosensitive component is arranged at the top side of the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle.
[0062] In Fig. 7, for example, shows a wire feed nozzle, and Fig. Figure 8 is a sectional view of this wire feed nozzle, with the first photosensitive component located on top of the wire feed nozzle. When the first photosensitive component is a photoelectric one-way light sensor, 18 in Fig. 8 denotes the light emitter, while 19 denotes the light receiver.
[0063] The binding wire enters from the bottom of the inner passage of the wire feed nozzle. Because the interior of the wire feed nozzle is narrower near the top, the binding wire is only fixed when it is located at the top of the wire feed nozzle. According to this optional embodiment, by arranging the first photosensitive component at the top of the wire feed nozzle, the accuracy of determining the wire feed start time can be further improved.
[0064] According to yet another optional embodiment, the wire feed nozzle is arranged adjacent to an edge of the spool hatch cover, the shortest distance between the wire feed nozzle and this edge being 1 to 5 cm.
[0065] Out of Fig. 3, it can be seen that the closer an object is to the edge of the coil hatch cover, the greater the illumination intensity experienced by it. According to this optional embodiment, by arranging the wire feed nozzle adjacent to the edge of the coil hatch cover, the brightness change caused by the binding wire passing through the area where the photosensitive component is located becomes greater when the coil hatch cover is opened, which is advantageous for improving the accuracy and efficiency of determining whether the binding wire is at the target position.
[0066] According to a further optional embodiment, the automatic wire feed binding machine further comprises a wire guide mechanism; wherein a second photosensitive component is provided in an internal passage of the wire guide mechanism, the output end of the second photosensitive component being connected to the processor and outputting a second signal to the processor by detecting a brightness change caused by the binding wire passing through the wire guide mechanism.
[0067] According to this optional embodiment, upon receiving the second signal, the processor 8 controls the driving wire feed wheel 3 to stop the advance of the binding wire 5.
[0068] According to this optional embodiment, the photosensitive component is provided to determine the triggering of a signal when the binding wire enters the wire guide mechanism, so that the processor stops the driving wire feed wheel to advance the wire according to this signal, whereby it can be automatically detected whether the binding wire enters the wire guide mechanism. Consequently, the accuracy and efficiency of determining whether the binding wire enters the wire guide mechanism can be improved, and it is advantageous to further complete the automatic wire feed process, whereby the efficiency of the automatic wire feed can be improved.
[0069] According to yet another optional embodiment, the wire guide mechanism has a tubular structure, wherein the second photosensitive component is arranged at the top or bottom of the inner passage of the wire guide mechanism.
[0070] In Fig. 9 shows a wire guide mechanism, and Fig. Figure 10 is a sectional view of this wire guide mechanism, with the second photosensitive component arranged, for example, at the bottom of the wire guide mechanism. When the second photosensitive component is a photoelectric one-way light sensor, 20 in Figure 10 denotes Fig. 10 denotes the light emitter, while 21 denotes the light receiver.
[0071] According to this optional embodiment, by disposing the photosensitive component of the wire guide mechanism at the bottom thereof, it is advantageous to determine the timing at which the binding wire just enters the wire guide mechanism than to determine the timing to stop the feeding of the wire by the driving wire feed wheel, whereby the accuracy and efficiency of determining the timing to stop the feeding of the wire by the driving wire feed wheel can be improved.
