Abstract
An acoustic device (10) comprises: a loudspeaker unit (30) which generates sound by vibrating a diaphragm (44); and a housing (12) which accommodates the loudspeaker unit (30), the housing (12) comprising an inner cover (50) which covers the diaphragm (44) from an outside and in which a plurality of inner through-holes (50A) are formed in a radial arrangement, and an outer cover (52) which covers the inner cover (50) from an outside and in which a plurality of outer through-holes (22, 24, 26) are formed in a radial arrangement at locations different from the inner through-holes (50A) in plan view.
