AI Technical Summary
Existing transport methods for Christmas trees risk scratching car paint, soiling interior surfaces, and pose safety hazards due to unstable loading and potential injury from the tree during transport.
A transport device comprising a main load carrier, trailer coupling lock, quiver, fixing rod, and safety belt is designed to securely hold the tree, preventing damage and contamination while ensuring safety during transport.
The device provides safe and clean transport by preventing scratches, soiling, and reducing the risk of injury, improving loading and unloading for users, especially those with mobility limitations.

Abstract
Description
The Wacht / Firtree transport device for a car serves as a transport accessory which can be mounted on a standard car hitch to transport a Wacht / Firtree. The transport device for the car trailer coupling comprises the following features: it has onemain load carriers,- trailer coupling lock,a holder,a fixing rod, anda securing belt (lashing belt). The Bowden / Taughen tree is placed with its stump in the holder in the space between the car and the transport device. By means of the main load carrier which is inclined away slightly from the car, the tree is automatically braced against the main load carrier. And lies in the fixing rod. A commercial lashing strap then forms with the fixing stand a continuous tree reinforcement and tree fixing with the transport device.A coupling lock for fastening the transport device on the trailer coupling, as well as a lashing strap for securing the tree, is prior art.Problem:1) Transport damage: car paint / scratched plastic parts 2) Impurities: upholstery, carpets 3) Transport safety: slipping of the load in the car interior, dropping from the car roofWhen transporting an average commonly used soft-festoon / pine tree (max, height 2.5 m) with the car, there is the risk that scratches in the car paint can occur during transport on the car roof. The transport in the car interior can lead to contamination of the car seats, trunk carpets. Furthermore, safe transport on the car roof and in the car interior is usually not provided. For the car roof as well as in the interior, suitable holding devices are missing which can fasten the tree in a movement-free manner. The tree can slide and move around, and thus pose a risk to persons. In the event of an accident involving a passerby, the pine tree on the roof can lead to increased injuries to the passerby.A further benefit, in addition to the avoidance of things (scratches) and possibly damage to persons (tree flies through the interior of the car), is the increase in loading and unloading quality, for example for smaller persons who cannot lift a pine tree as easily onto the roof of the car.The invention resides in the essence of the combination, in the design, of the individual components, 1 to 5 (see the drawing). This arrangement, in sum, allows safe and clean Wheatstone / pine tree transport usage. According to the current state of research, this design is new to transport this type of use of a Christmas / firtree on a car coupling. This transport device can be purchased as an accessory, independently of the car make, via the common distribution channels.
Claims
