Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a dosing device (or doser), in particular for powders, especially detergents and washing agents, especially those intended for dishwashers and washing machines, and a method for refilling the powders and dosing. background
[0002] Powdered dishwasher detergents are widely known and used in many ways. They are sold to consumers in large packages. However, using them is quite cumbersome. Most users store the large package in a cupboard near the dishwasher. To fill the dishwasher, the cupboard has to be opened, and the bag carried out to the dishwasher. At the latest when opening the package, your hands will come into contact with the detergent. To transfer the powder into the designated compartment, you can use an ordinary spoon, which you can store in the detergent box. However, you then have to remove the spoon from the powder, resulting in even more contact. In trying to maneuver the powder into the compartment with a spoon, a considerable amount of powder usually spills, soiling the kitchen and the dishwasher. Now the spoon has to be put back in the package, the package closed, and put back in the cupboard. Since your hands are now dirty, you have to wash them. All of this takes a lot of time and is inconvenient for the user. Furthermore, such a large amount of dish soap, exposed to air, clumps up after a short time because the powder easily absorbs moisture from the air and other sources.
[0003] Some of the problems associated with powdered dishwashing liquid are solved by so-called tabs, which are cuboid-shaped, compressed powder. Using these tabs saves steps and makes dishwashing more convenient compared to powder. However, the cupboard still needs to be opened and the tabs removed from their packaging. Then the plastic wrapper has to be removed and thrown in the trash, and the tab placed in the dispenser. Hands have again come into direct contact with dish soap and therefore need to be washed. This process is also inconvenient for the user. Furthermore, the tabs are overdosed for most uses. The full amount is not always necessary. This unnecessarily burdens the environment, and the customer pays an unnecessarily high price. The plastic wrappers themselves also contribute to environmental pollution.
[0004] Also known are tablets that, instead of a removable outer wrapper, have a coating that dissolves upon contact with water. The advantage of this is that the user is spared further steps (opening, emptying the trash, and washing their hands). However, the coating is made from petroleum and therefore harms the environment even during its production. Overdosing is also a problem here. This unnecessarily burdens the environment, and the customer pays an unnecessarily high price.
[0005] Washing machine detergents exhibit similar problems. Liquid detergents are harmful to the environment and difficult to dose.
[0006] Furthermore, there are powdered laundry detergents sold in large packages. However, storage and use can quickly become inconvenient for the user. Moreover, such a large, unprotected quantity of detergent clumps together after a short time, as the powder readily absorbs moisture from the air and other sources.
[0007] Also common are detergent tablets, which are filled with liquid detergent and encased in a coating that dissolves upon contact with water. This coating is made of plastic, which is harmful to the environment, and the detergent is often overdosed. This means that the full amount of detergent is often not needed for the wash cycle. As a result, the environment is unnecessarily burdened, and the customer pays an unnecessarily high price. Summary
[0008] One of the objectives of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages and deficiencies of the prior art.
[0009] The present disclosure provides a dosing device (doser) for the flexible dosing of powders. The dosing device is advantageously designed so that it can be operated with one or two hands. Thus, it can be moved by hand, for example, without much effort from its resting place (e.g., a cupboard) to the point of dosing (e.g., a dishwasher or washing machine).
[0010] In other words, according to one aspect, a manual, particularly handheld, dosing device for a storage medium, such as a detergent or cleaning agent, especially in liquid or powder form, is provided, wherein the dosing device includes a dosing mechanism. Furthermore, the dosing device can comprise a storage area containing at least part of the storage medium, a dispensing chute for the storage medium, and a dosing mechanism, wherein the dosing mechanism is arranged between the storage area and the dispensing chute. This allows for easy and precise dosing.
[0011] The dosing mechanism is advantageously designed to release a defined quantity of supply medium into the dispensing chute within a confirmation cycle, with the supply area and the dispensing chute never communicating directly during the actuation cycle. This enables precise dosing. Preferably, the supply medium is released into the dispensing chute by gravity. In this case, the dosing device requires no additional energy source. Similarly, the supply medium can also be advantageously introduced into the dosing mechanism by gravity.
[0012] Preferably, at least one cutting element and one opening element are provided in the storage area, which cooperate to open a storage package placed in the storage area. This allows the use of closed storage packages made of, for example, paper.
[0013] The cutting element can be arranged essentially in a circular pattern, with the resulting circle being interrupted by the opening element. This allows the packaging to be freed from its outer covering at a single point near the opening element.
[0014] The dosing mechanism can have at least two parallel chambers, which in a first position communicate with the storage area at one end and in a second position communicate with the dispensing chute at the other end, opposite the first end, with the first position, the second position, and finally the first position again being assumed during an actuation cycle. The two-chamber system disclosed here achieves an increase (here, a doubling with approximately equal-sized chambers) of the charge with the same stroke (the distance that must be traveled from the first to the second position in one actuation cycle).
[0015] Furthermore, in the first position, the feed material is advantageously introduced into the chambers, and in the second position, the chambers release the feed material into the dispensing chute. In both cases, the feed material moves due to gravity.
[0016] The metering mechanism can advantageously include a return element that counteracts the movement from the first to the second position. The return element can, for example, comprise one or more springs.
[0017] The reset element can be partially housed within one of the combs. This allows the reset element to be longer.
[0018] The external dimensions of the dosing device can advantageously be chosen such that it is essentially elongated, i.e., smaller in two dimensions (width and height) by more than approximately 30, 50, or 70 percent than in another dimension (length). The term elongated, in its most general sense, means L greater than B and L greater than H (i.e., L > H and L > B).
[0019] The powder can be dispensed advantageously by pressing a button, or alternatively by other actions. The button, which can be used to dispense the powder, can be advantageously positioned on / in the dispensing device in such a way that it can be easily reached with one or more fingers of the human hand(s) while holding the dispensing device, in order to operate it as comfortably as possible.
[0020] In one embodiment, return devices or elements, such as compression or tension springs, or springs of any other type, can advantageously ensure that the button returns to its position before the first actuation of the button, so that it can be actuated again.
[0021] The dispensing mechanism can advantageously be designed such that, at no point during button operation, there is a position between the button and the rest of the dispensing mechanism in which the contents of the powder reservoir (storage area), preferably powder (storage medium), are more or less continuously conveyed from the powder reservoir to the dispensing point. This is advantageous because it guarantees a consistent dispensed quantity with each full button operation (operating cycle: first position, second position, first position), allowing the user to rely on the number of button operation cycles to estimate the dispensed quantity.
[0022] The amount of powder dispensed during such an actuation cycle can advantageously be smaller than the average amount required for the application, so that even in cases where less than average powder is needed, an appropriate amount can be dispensed. If more powder is required than is dispensed with a single press of the button, the button must be pressed multiple times.
[0023] The powder storage area, the place where most of the powder is located until it is dispensed, can advantageously be located above the button so that the powder supply is automatic (by gravity) and without additional mechanics and / or interaction when the device is in a vertical orientation.
[0024] The powder storage area can advantageously consist mainly of a lid and at least one housing part, which together form a closed interior space, also to protect the contents, preferably powder, from moisture and other external influences.
[0025] The dosing device can be advantageously combined with a wall mount for more convenient and faster use.
[0026] This can be advantageously attached to surfaces such as walls and / or cabinet doors. The dispensing device could then be conveniently temporarily attached to the wall bracket.
[0027] The wall mount can also be advantageously designed in such a way that any powder that may escape is prevented from escaping or from coming into contact with other objects or the floor.
[0028] To simplify the refilling of the dosing device with powder for the user, an embodiment can include parts that make it possible to use magazines, i.e., pre-made packages, preferably filled with powder, or even more preferably with dishwashing liquid and washing detergent, especially those intended for dishwashers and washing machines, with as little effort as possible for the user to fill the powder reservoir of the dosing device.
[0029] In one embodiment, the walls or parts of the magazine that separate the contents, preferably powder, of the magazine from the external environment can be made of a thin material.
[0030] For this thin material, a paper-like material, paper, or cardboard with a thickness between 0.025 mm and 5 mm would be suitable. In one embodiment, a pointed and / or sharp part (cutting element), a spike, can be located within the metering device, advantageously above the point in the metering device where the contents enter the metering mechanism, or on a separate device. This spike penetrates the magazine completely or partially at several points, but at least at one, so that the contents, preferably powder, can be dispensed and the powder chamber filled without the user having to manually penetrate the magazine.
[0031] Advantageously, the contents of the magazine, preferably powder, are prevented from escaping to unwanted areas, objects not directly involved, or, for example, the ground, in the immediate vicinity of the point of penetration.
[0032] The spike can also advantageously be attached or shaped in such a way that the contents of the magazine, preferably powder, are not held back too much by the spike, so that the contents have the opportunity to reach the point of the metering device where the contents to be dispensed enter the metering mechanism.
[0033] Hard plastics are suitable materials for the majority of the dispensing device. In particular, materials such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymers (ABS) or polylactic acid (PLA) are appropriate. If a dispensing spike and / or one or more spring elements are used, metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or tinplate are advantageous for these parts.
[0034] The present disclosure also provides a metering device with the functionality that makes it easier for the user to open interchangeable magazines, advantageously filled with powder, with little contact with the contents and little effort, or to penetrate the magazines or the walls / enclosure of the magazines in such a way that the contents can partially or completely leave the magazine and pass into the powder storage and / or the metering mechanism.
[0035] In one embodiment, the walls or parts of the magazine that separate the contents, preferably powder, from the external environment can be made of a thin material. For this thin material, a paper-like material, paper, or cardboard with a thickness between 0.025 mm and 5 mm would be suitable.
[0036] A method for simplified refilling of the powder chamber is also provided, comprising the following steps: (A) providing at least one metering device with an empty powder chamber and without a magazine, (B) loosening and removing the cover, which together with at least one housing part forms a closed interior, (C) providing one or more advantageously filled magazines, (D) inserting the magazine into the opening created by removing the cover from the housing part(s), thereby opening or fully or partially penetrating the magazine in at least one way, allowing the contents, advantageously powder, to pass into the powder chamber and / or the metering mechanism, (E) replacing the cover to close the opening created by removing the cover from the housing part(s).so that the contents of the magazine and / or the magazine itself cannot leave the dispensing device until the user intends it to.
[0037] Alternatively, at least one magazine could be included from the outset and / or already installed in the dispensing device. Alternatively, the magazine could contain several different contents to allow for the simultaneous refilling of a dispensing device capable of multiple contents. It should also be noted that this process (B to E) can be advantageously repeated should the magazine become empty or its contents depleted.
[0038] According to one embodiment, a manual dosing device is provided, designed as an attachment that can be coupled to a storage pack. This extends the storage area of the dosing device, which is then very short and small, or largely comprises the storage pack itself.
[0039] The dosing device can comprise at least a first component and a second component that are rotatable relative to each other about an axis of rotation.
[0040] The first component can have a chamber, or preferably a plurality of uniform chambers, extending away from and along the axis of rotation and arranged uniformly around the axis of rotation.
[0041] The dosing device can have a sealing plane, e.g., a sealing plate, configured to seal a first selection of chambers from the storage area or the storage pack. In particular, in one position, all chambers except for a second selection of chambers can be sealed from the storage area. The second selection can comprise one, preferably two, and particularly advantageously four chambers. The sealing plane can have recesses through which the supply medium can pass from the storage area to this second selection of chambers. Thus, in a (first) position, for example, one, preferably two, and advantageously four chambers can always communicate with the storage area, i.e., be filled with the supply medium. Particularly advantageously, two pairs of adjacent chambers, the pairs being radially opposite each other, can always be filled simultaneously through the recesses of the sealing plane.
[0042] The second component can include locking elements designed to selectively close a third selection of chambers from a dispensing chute. In one configuration, the second and third selection of chambers can consist of, for example, two pairs of chambers arranged side by side, with the pairs advantageously positioned radially opposite each other. Accordingly, two identical locking elements would be provided radially opposite each other, each of which closes two adjacent chambers towards the dispensing chute. In an even more advantageous embodiment, the locking elements can each separate three adjacent chambers—namely, a first, a second, and a third chamber—from the dispensing chute. Advantageously, in the direction of rotation, the first and second chambers can then communicate with the storage area, i.e., be filled, while the third chamber is closed to both the storage area and the dispensing chute.Only when a further action is performed (e.g., a 30° turn) is the third chamber opened towards the dispensing chute. The second chamber is then sealed in both directions, while the first chamber can continue to be filled (i.e., it continues to communicate with the storage area). Another chamber adjacent to the first is also filled. This redundancy is very advantageous for preventing or compensating for errors.
[0043] A locking element can be longer in the direction of rotation (i.e., in the direction of rotation around the axis of rotation) than a recess in the locking plane. This keeps the chamber closed to the output chute for a longer period. This is also advantageous with regard to error tolerance.
[0044] In one embodiment, one, two, four, six, eight, ten, or particularly advantageously twelve identical chambers can be provided. These chambers can all extend radially away from and along the axis of rotation and be arranged uniformly around the axis of rotation. One, two, four, six, eight, ten, or advantageously twelve identical chambers can be provided, opening towards the locking plane and the axis of rotation, and being selectively closed and released by the locking elements and the locking plane.
[0045] At least one of the chambers, in particular two radially opposite chambers, advantageously two pairs of adjacent chambers that are radially opposite each other, can communicate with the storage area and not with an output chute in a first position, communicate neither with the storage area nor with the output chute in a second position, and communicate only with the output chute in a third position.
[0046] In the case of radially opposite pairs of chambers, in a second position it is advantageous that one chamber of each pair does not communicate with the storage area and not with an output chute, and in a third position this one chamber can communicate with the output chute but not with the storage area.
[0047] In an advantageous embodiment, in a first position, two adjacent combs (i.e., a total of 4 chambers) can communicate with the storage area, meaning these four chambers are filled. The comb pairs can advantageously be radially opposite each other.
[0048] The metering device can be designed such that during an actuation cycle it changes from a first position to a second position, or from a second position to a third position, or from a third position to a first position, so that one or more locking elements and the locking plane are arranged according to the position in such a way that they release or lock the respective combs according to the position.
[0049] During an actuation cycle, the first component can be rotated relative to the second component by a predetermined angle, in particular by 30°, around the axis of rotation, so that a change of position occurs in a rotation by the predetermined angle.
[0050] The locking plane or locking plate with the recesses and the locking elements can be firmly connected to the second component, so that the first component with the combs rotates relative to the locking plane and the locking elements.
[0051] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, the dosing device can advantageously be supplied with storage medium by a storage pack made of, for example, cardboard or paper. According to this aspect, the storage area can therefore be supplemented and / or essentially constituted by a separate storage pack. The storage area of the dosing device is then simply very small / short.
[0052] Advantageously, the dosing device can be designed in such a way that it cannot be used without a suitable supply pack.
[0053] Advantageously, the dosing device or the storage pack can be designed in such a way that the storage pack becomes unusable after a single use (when the entire contents of the storage pack have been dispensed). This prevents competitors from refilling the storage pack.
[0054] Furthermore, in the first position, the supply material is advantageously introduced into the chambers; in the second position, the supply material is either not introduced into the respective chambers or is released into the dispensing chute; and in the third position, the chambers release the supply material into the dispensing chute. In both cases, the supply material moves due to gravity.
[0055] The metering mechanism can advantageously have a detent element which enables actuation in correct rotational steps between the at least two components and with respect to the first, second and third position.
[0056] The locking element can, for example, comprise one or more plastic parts. Advantageously, the locking element can only allow rotation in one direction, while blocking the other direction.
[0057] The external dimensions of the dispensing device with the attached storage pack can advantageously be chosen such that it is essentially elongated, i.e., smaller in two dimensions (width and height) by more than approximately 30, 50, or 70 percent than in another dimension (length). The term elongated, in its most general sense, means L greater than B and L greater than H (i.e., L > H and L > B).
[0058] The distribution of the stock can advantageously occur during the rotation of at least one part, but alternatively also during other actions.
[0059] The metering mechanism can advantageously be designed such that at no point during actuation or rotation is there a position between the comb and the rest of the metering mechanism in which the contents of the powder storage (storage area), advantageously powder (storage medium), are more or less continuously conveyed from the powder storage to the dispensing point.
[0060] This is advantageous because it allows an equal output quantity to be dispensed with each actuation (change from one position to the next), or with the rotation of the chambers.
[0061] The amount of powder dispensed during such an actuation can advantageously be smaller than the average amount required for the application, so that even in cases where less than the average amount of powder is needed, an appropriate quantity can still be dispensed. If more powder is required than in a single actuation, the dosing device is actuated multiple times.
[0062] The powder magazine (storage area), i.e., the place where the majority of the powder is located until it is dispensed, can advantageously be located above the combs so that the supply of powder occurs automatically (by gravity) and without additional mechanics and / or interaction when oriented vertically.
[0063] The powder storage area can advantageously consist mainly of a removable cardboard or paper part, which together with parts of the dosing device inside forms a closed interior space, also to protect the contents, preferably powder, from moisture and other external influences.
[0064] For easier and faster use, the dosing device can be advantageously combined with a wall mount. This can be conveniently attached to surfaces such as walls and / or cabinet doors.
[0065] The dispensing device could then be advantageously attached temporarily to the wall bracket. Furthermore, the wall bracket could be advantageously designed in such a way as to prevent any escaping powder from leaking out or coming into contact with other objects or the floor.
[0066] To simplify the process of refilling the dosing device with supply material (e.g., powder) for the user, it can be designed in such a way that it is possible to use magazines, i.e., pre-made packages, advantageously with powder, and even more advantageously with dishwashing liquid and washing liquid, especially those intended for dishwashers and washing machines, with as little effort as possible for the user to supply the dosing device with supply material.
[0067] In one embodiment, the walls or parts of the magazine or storage container that separate the contents, preferably powder, from the external environment can be made of a thin material. For this thin material, a paper-like material, paper, or cardboard with a thickness between 0.025 mm and 7 mm would be suitable.
[0068] In one embodiment, the dispensing device can be attached to the refill pack, which is advantageously already opened. Advantageously, the refill pack is held in the dispensing device in such a way that it is securely in place and does not detach from the dispensing device during normal use.
[0069] Hard plastics are suitable materials for the majority of the dispensing device. In particular, materials such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymers (ABS) or polylactic acid (PLA) are appropriate.
[0070] The present disclosure also provides a dosing device with the functionality that makes it easier for the user to use interchangeable, advantageously powder-filled storage packs or magazines with minimal contact with the contents and minimal effort to enable dosing of the contents.
[0071] In one embodiment, the walls or parts of the storage container or magazine that separate the contents, preferably powder, from the external environment can be made of a thin material. For this thin material, a paper-like material, paper, or cardboard with a thickness between 0.025 mm and 7 mm would be suitable.
[0072] A simplified replenishment procedure is also provided, comprising the following steps: (A) Providing at least one dosing device, (B) Providing one or more filled stock packs or magazines, (C) Opening at least one magazine / stock pack, in the form of removing a lid / cover of the stock pack, (D) Place the dosing device onto the opening of the storage pack. The storage medium can flow from the storage pack / magazine into the dosing device through the opening.
[0073] Alternatively, at least one magazine could be supplied from the beginning and / or already be attached to the dosing device.
[0074] Alternatively, the magazine can also contain several different contents to allow for the simultaneous refilling of a dispensing device capable of delivering multiple contents. It should also be noted that this process (B to D) can be advantageously repeated should the magazine become empty or its contents exhausted.
[0075] The dispensing chute of the dosing device can advantageously be very short (with respect to the dispensing direction of the supply medium) in relation to the length of the doser. In particular, the dispensing chute can be shorter than 10 mm and advantageously less than 5 mm. Brief description of the characters

[0087] Fig. Figure 11 is a simplified perspective view of possible individual parts of an embodiment of a dosing device 2, in which the lid has been hidden and the parts have been cut open longitudinally in the middle to provide a better view. Fig. Figure 12 is a simplified perspective view of possible individual parts of an embodiment of a dosing device 2, in which the lid has been hidden and the main housing part has been cut open longitudinally in the middle to provide a better view; in addition, a simplified embodiment of a magazine 69 according to aspects of the present disclosure is shown.
[0088] Fig. Figure 13 shows a section of a simplified perspective view of parts of possible individual components of an embodiment, which have been cut open in the middle along their longitudinal direction. These are the main components of a possible dispensing mechanism, wherein the dispensing button is half-actuated or has traveled half the distance of a full actuation (or half of a half actuation cycle) between the first and second positions, which leads to an output.
[0089] Fig. Figure 14 shows a section of a simplified perspective view of parts of possible individual components of an embodiment, which have been cut open in the middle along their longitudinal direction; these are the main components of a possible dispensing mechanism, wherein the dispensing button is fully actuated (i.e., in the second position) or has traveled the entire path of a complete actuation which leads to an output.
[0090] In general, the figures show a manual dosing device 2 (28) for a storage medium, in particular for a detergent or cleaning agent, especially in liquid or powder form, wherein the dosing device 2 (28) comprises: a storage area 78 in which the storage medium is located, a dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) for the storage medium and a dosing mechanism which is arranged between the storage area 78 and the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87), and wherein the dosing mechanism is designed such that it releases a defined quantity of storage medium into the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) within a confirmation cycle, wherein the storage area 78 and the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) are not in direct communication at any point during the actuation cycle.
[0091] In storage area 78, at least one cutting element 15 (61;70) and one opening element 67 (23) can be provided, which cooperate to open a storage pack (69) to be placed in storage area 78.
[0092] The cutting element 15 (61;70) is here essentially arranged in a circular fashion, the resulting circuit or circle being interrupted by the opening element 67 (23).
[0093] The metering mechanism can have two parallel combs (57;64;81;90) which in a first position communicate with a first end with the storage area 78 and in a second position communicate with a second end opposite the first end with the output chute 40; 55, 66, whereby during an actuation cycle the first position, the second position and finally the first position again are assumed.
[0094] In this embodiment, the metering mechanism has a return element 21 that counteracts the actuation from the first to the second position.
[0095] The reset element 21 is partially housed in one of the chambers (57;64;81;90).
[0096] The figures thus show simplified representations of a dispensing device 2 (28) according to aspects of the present disclosure, which is attached to a suitable holder 1 (27; 30; 34). In one embodiment of the dispensing device 2, the forces between the magnets 11 of the dispensing device 2 (28) and the magnets 31 of the embodiment of the holder 1 (27; 30; 34) hold the device in place until the dispensing device 2 (28) is released by a force greater than the attractive forces between the magnets 11 and 31. The holder 1 (27; 30; 34) is designed to be attached to more or less flat surfaces, such as walls or the inside or outside of cabinets, by means of the double-sided adhesive strips 35 of the holder 1 (27; 30; 34).To prevent the holder from protruding too much from the surface to which it is attached due to the double-sided adhesive strips 35 of the holder 1 (27;30;34), the holder 1 (27;30;34) has a recess 33 in it. Fig. Figure 1 shows, among other things, how a metering device 2 (28) is mounted below the holder 1 (27;30;34). However, the metering device 2 (28) and the holder 1 (27;30;34) can also be advantageously mounted differently. This is shown in Figure 1. Fig. Figure 4 shows the dispensing device 28 (2) located above the holder 27 (1;30;34). A recess 32 is provided in the holder 1 (27) such that the dispensing device 2 (28) is flush with the side on which the magnets 11 of the dispensing device 2 (28) are advantageously attached, meaning there are more or less no gaps between the dispensing device 2 (28) and the holder 1 (27). The dispensing device 2 (28) is advantageously inserted approximately 15 mm into the holder 1 (27;30;34). An embodiment of the dispensing device 2 (28) is advantageously more or less cylindrical, with a diameter between 2.5 cm and 15 cm, among other reasons so that the dispensing device 2 (28) fits more or less well into an average human hand. To further improve the grip and the holding feel, advantageous knurling 6 (12) is provided on the main housing part 13 (18;65) and the dosing button 3 (19;54;73).
[0097] Especially the Fig. Figure 12 shows a simplified perspective view of possible individual parts of an embodiment of a metering device 2 (28), in which the lid 14 has been omitted and the main housing part 18 has been cut open longitudinally in the middle to provide a better view. A simplified embodiment of a magazine 69 according to aspects of the present disclosure is also shown. To fill the powder reservoir (78), the more or less enclosed interior space between funnel element 16 (63; 76; 80), main housing part 13 (18; 65) and lid 4 (7; 14; 49), with contents, advantageously powder in an embodiment, the powder can be manually poured in by the user through the opening that is created when the lid 4 (7; 14; 49) is loosened and removed from the main housing part 13 (18; 65). However, since this is cumbersome for the user, the main housing part 13 (18;65) includes, among other things, a stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70), a
[0098] Spike 15 (61;70) and four positioning rails 42 (68;74) are installed. To fill the powder chamber (78) with a magazine, it is inserted from above into the main housing part 13 (18;65) through the opening created when the cover 4 (7;14;49) is loosened and removed from the main housing part 13 (18;65). After a few advantageous centimeters, it advantageously encounters the four positioning rails 42 (68;74), which advantageously position the magazine 69 more or less centrally in the main housing part 13 (18;65), or position it so that the magazine 69 is placed more or less centrally above the spike 15 (61;70), or position it so that the magazine 69 corresponds as closely as possible to the contours of the spike 15 (61;70) without having too much contact area with the magazine 69, thus minimizing friction or other interfering factors. After a further advantageous distance of several centimeters, the underside of the magazine, which is advantageously made of thin, approximatelyThe magazine consists of paper 0.1 mm thick, or thicker, or thinner, and is positioned on the spike 15 (61;70). Due to its pointed projections (in the upper region of the spike 15 (61;70)) and the force exerted on the magazine by the user's hand, the underside of the magazine 69 is penetrated to a greater or lesser extent by the spike 15 (61;70), advantageously creating a more or less round cutout in the underside of the magazine 69. The cutout should more or less follow the contours of the magazine 69, which may advantageously be round. It is important that the cutout is not completely circular, but rather has a more or less small interruption. This interruption is important to prevent the otherwise complete cutout from becoming uncontrolled in the powder chamber (78) or the metering mechanism, which consists, among other things, of metering knob 3 (19;54;73), funnel element 16 (63;76;80), main housing part 13 (18;65), and compression springs 21 (53;79) for metering knob 3 (19;54;73), as it would obstruct the metering process or the dispensing of the contents, preferably the powder. A further disadvantage would be that the user might have to remove the complete cutout individually after removing the magazine 69. Due to the interruption in the more or less circular cutout, the cutout remains more or less fixed to the magazine 69, thus more or less following the movements of the magazine 69.To prevent the cutout from interfering with the dispensing process, the interruption of the cutout comes into contact with the magazine folding element 67 (23) after a further downward movement of the magazine 69. This element is shaped and attached to the stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70) such that, with further downward movement of the magazine 69 and sufficient force being applied to the magazine, preferably by the user's hand, the cutout is folded more or less upwards or thus to the side, close to the walls of the main housing part 13 (18;65) (since the cutout of the magazine 69 is advantageously pulled downwards over the magazine folding element 67 (23) or in the direction of the funnel element 16 (63;76;80) and is thereby folded).Once the magazine 69 is fully inserted, meaning it is flush with the top of the main housing part 13 (18;65) and more or less touches the bottom of the funnel element 16 (63;76;80), the cutout is folded more or less completely, i.e., by approximately 90 degrees upwards or to the side, close to the walls of the main housing part 13 (18;65). This prevents any interference with the cutout during the dispensing process, and the user can remove the magazine 69 as a whole, advantageously without its contents, from the dispensing device 2 (28). To complete the process, the cover 4 (7;14;49) is then placed back onto the main housing part 13 (18;65) with some pressure from above. With the magazine 69 fully inserted, the end plate 77 of the magazine 69 rests completely on the lip 43 that supports the magazine 69.When the cover 4 (7;14;49) is fitted, it presses down on the lip 43 of the magazine 69 with the support elements 47 and the stiffening and support elements 48, thus securing the lip 43 and virtually eliminating any gap between the magazine 69 and / or the lip 43 of the magazine 69. This is important because the contents of the magazine 69 and the powder chamber (78) should not get between the magazine 69 and the cover 4 (7;14;49) during normal use, so that it does not interfere, for example, when loosening and removing the cover 4 (7;14;49) from the main housing part 13 (18;65). Once the contents of the magazine are more or less depleted, the magazine 69 or its contents should be replaced, or the powder chamber (78) should be refilled to ensure continued metering. The procedure is the same as for the initial magazine insertion; however, after loosening and removing the cover 4 (7;14;49) from the main housing part 13 (18;65), the magazine 69 must first be removed. For this purpose, the hinged retaining piece 75 on the magazine 69 can be folded upwards (advantageously to approximately 90 degrees) to provide a better grip on the magazine 69. It is then moved straight upwards out of the main housing part 13 (18;65) and preferably disposed of. Once the opening is more or less complete, the contents of the magazine, preferably powder, flow into the powder chamber (78) and thus onto the funnel element 16 (63;76;80). In order to minimize disruption to the flow of the contents by the stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70), recesses 25 are provided on the stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70), through which the contents can flow / move more or less undisturbed towards the funnel element 16 (63;76;80).The funnel element 16 (63;76;80) also has recesses 50 for attaching the stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70). The funnel element 16 (63;76;80) advantageously concentrates the flow of contents into the outlets 59 of the funnel element 16 (63;76;80), which transition into the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the unactuated metering button 3 (19;54;73). This advantageously fills the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the unactuated metering button 3 (19;54;73) more or less with powder. The powder, orThe contents of the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the unactivated dispensing button 3 (19;54;73) are more or less prevented by the running and sealing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) from entering the projections 38 (39;58;83;88) of the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) and thus from entering the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87), since there is more or less no space and therefore no possibility for the contents to pass through between the running and sealing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) and the underside of the dispensing button 3 (19;54;73). Fig. Figure 13 shows, among other things, that the dosing button 3 (19;54;73) is partially depressed. This means it is halfway through the full dosing range that would result in the dispensing of a suitable amount of powder. The dosing button 3 (19;54;73) could advantageously have been depressed by a thumb and / or another finger. It is important that in this design a position exists between metering knob 3 (19;54;73), funnel element 16 (63;76;80) and main housing part 13 (18;65) or the running and closing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) in which there is more or less neither a partial / complete release of the contents of the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the metering knob 3 (19;54;73) nor an additional flow of contents of the powder chamber (78), advantageously powder, occurs. This ensures that, at virtually no time, there is a more or less continuous flow of contents, preferably powder, from the powder reservoir (78) and / or the funnel element 16 (63;76;80) into the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the metering knob 3 (19;54;73), thus into the ports 38 (39;58;83;88) of the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87), and thus into the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) and thus into the surrounding environment. This would result in a more or less significant or uncontrollable quantity of metered contents. However, a more or less constant quantity of metered contents is desired, which does not fluctuate depending on the dosage. This allows the user to decide, depending on the required / desired amount of dispensed content, whether to press the button 1, 2, 3 or even more times, and to rely on the fact that the amount of dispensed content is more or less proportional to the number of complete presses of the dispensing button 3 (19;54;73) and independent of the speed of the press. Fig. Figure 14 shows, among other things, how the metering button 3 (19;54;73) is fully actuated. That is, it has more or less completed the full range of motion of a complete actuation, which advantageously leads to the dispensing of a suitable amount of powder. The metering button 3 (19;54;73) can advantageously be actuated by a thumb and / or another finger. The advantageously more or less filled recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the metering button 3 (19;54;73) thus more or less align with the projections 38 (39;58;83;88) of the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87), resulting in a more or less optimal dispensing of the contents. An inflow of contents from the powder storage (78) and / or the funnel element 16 (63;76;80) is further blocked in order to keep the metered quantity more or less constant. The contents now flow, partly due to gravity, from the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the dispensing knob 3 (19;54;73) into the projections 38 (39;58;83;88) of the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87), and thus into the dispensing chute 10 (40;55;66;82;87) and thus into the surrounding area. The dispensing process is now complete, and the pressure, advantageously applied by a thumb and / or another finger, can be released. The compression springs 21 (53;79) for the dispensing knob 3 (19;54;73) advantageously exert a force in the opposite direction to the initial actuation, thereby pushing the dispensing knob 3 (19;54;73) back into its initial position. The movement of the dosing button 3 (19;54;73) is controlled, among other things, by the locking elements 20 (72) for the dosing button 3 (19;54;73), which come into contact with the recesses for locking elements 37 in the main housing part 13 (18;65).The contents of the powder reservoir (78) can now flow, among other ways, via the funnel element 16 (63;76;80) into the recesses 57 (64;81;90) in the metering knob 3 (19;54;73). The metering device is now ready for re-actuation or metering, and the metering process is complete. The front ends of the compression springs 21 (53;79) for the metering knob 3 (19;54;73) are advantageously located in corresponding recesses 52 in the metering knob 3 (19;54;73). The ends on the other side are advantageously located in corresponding recesses 44 in the main housing part 13 (18;65).
[0099] If individual and / or multiple parts of the advantageously used powder or other contents become jammed between the metering button 3 (19;54;73) and the main housing part 13 (18;65) or the running and sealing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65), the metering button 3 (19;54;73) can jam, meaning that actuation and / or retraction of the metering button 3 (19;54;73) is more or less difficult. To minimize this problem, the contact area of the metering button 3 (19;54;73) with the main housing part 13 (18;65) or the running and sealing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) can advantageously be reduced to the minimum necessary. The more or less thin walls of the dosing button 3 (19;54;73) advantageously move on the main housing part 13 (18;65) respectively. The running and locking surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) have a very small minimum distance to the main housing part 13 (18;65) and thus ensure the desired functionality. More or less the remaining contact surfaces of the metering button 3 (19;54;73) with the main housing part 13 (18;65) and the running and locking surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65) have been removed and replaced by lower recesses 60 on the metering button 3 (19;54;73). These recesses 60 have a significantly greater distance to the main housing part 13 (18;65) or the running and closing surfaces 45 (56;84;89) of the main housing part 13 (18;65), which advantageously makes jamming less likely.
[0100] The lid 4 (7;14;49) has recesses 46 for locking elements into which the locking elements 5 (17) can hook / engage, thereby securing the lid 4 (7;14;49) to the
[0101] The main housing part 13 (18;65) is held / fastened. The locking elements 5 (17) can advantageously be pressed more or less inwards by one or more fingers, since the material is stretchable or naturally somewhat flexible, thereby disengaging / unlocking the locking elements 5 (17) from the recesses 46 for locking elements, so that the cover 4 (7;14;49) is more or less no longer held / fastened to the main housing part 13 (18;65), so that it can advantageously be detached and removed from the main housing part 13 (18;65) by one or more hands or fingers.
[0102] Hard plastics are suitable materials for the majority of the dispensing device, the stand 22 (62;71) for the spike 15 (61;70), the main housing part 13 (18;65), the dispensing button 3 (19;54;73), the funnel element 16 (63;76;80), the lid 4 (7;14;49) and the holder 1 (27;30;34). In particular, materials such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymers (ABS) or polylactic acid (PLA) are suitable.
[0103] Metals such as steel, aluminum, or tinplate are advantageous for the spike 15 (61;70) and the compression springs 21 (53;79) for the metering button 3 (19;54;73). Neodymium is among the recommended materials for the magnets 11 of the metering device 2 (28) and the magnets 31 of the embodiment of the holder 1 (27;30;34).

[0117] In general, the figures show a universal dispenser (dispensing device) 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) for a storage medium, in particular in liquid or powder form, wherein the dispensing mechanism is designed such that it releases a defined quantity of storage medium into the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) within one actuation cycle, wherein the storage area 108 and the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) are not in direct communication at any point during the actuation cycle.
[0118] The dispensing chute 100, 130, 155 of the dosing device can advantageously be very short (with respect to the dispensing direction of the supply medium) in relation to the length L of the dispenser. In particular, the dispensing chute can be shorter than 10 mm and advantageously smaller than 5 mm.
[0119] The refill pack 145, consisting of refill pack main part 103 (110; 112; 147) and refill pack lid 104, can advantageously be made of cardboard or paper, among other materials. The refill pack 145, filled with a storage medium, in particular in liquid or powder form, can be opened by removing the refill pack lid 104. To prepare the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) for dispensing, it can be attached vertically to the refill pack main part 103 (110; 112; 147). This step is particularly useful in Fig. Figure 18 shows that since the diameter of the refill pack clamping rim 109 advantageously corresponds more or less to that of the refill pack receptacle 150 of the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) and the clamping blocks 97 engage more or less in the more or less deformable material of the refill pack clamping rim 109, the refill pack main part 103 (110; 112; 147) is advantageously more or less firmly connected to the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) after being attached.
[0120] If the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) is now advantageously aligned with the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) more or less downwards, the storage medium flows advantageously more or less onto the funnel incline 96 due to the force of gravity.
[0121] The chamber release recesses (recesses) 116 (117) advantageously allow the storage medium to move from the funnel incline 96 or the refill pack main part 103 (110; 112; 147) into two advantageously empty chambers 95 (124; 126; 152). The advantageously 12 chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) are arranged circularly and taper towards the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) at a central angle. In order for the storage medium to escape more or less well from the chambers 95 (124;126;152) towards the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) as soon as they are released, the chambers 95 (124;126;152) are advantageously rounded at the rear and the side walls each run more or less parallel to or wide towards the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155), but advantageously not narrower in the direction of the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155).The remaining chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) are locked at the top, as the locking plane (locking plate) 151 advantageously rests more or less directly on them. The supply medium cannot escape into the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) via the currently filled chambers 95 (124; 126; 152), as the locking elements 115 (119) close the chambers. To dispense the supply medium as needed, the main housing part (second component) 93 (102; 114; 120) can be rotated against the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157). The correct direction of rotation is determined by the detent element 123 (129; 146; 156). Advantageously, the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157) can be rotated clockwise when viewed from below.Upon rotation of 30° in the correct direction, the two initially filled chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) are closed at the top by the sealing plane (closing plate) 151, and in the direction of the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) by the locking elements 115 (119). Thus, in the current position, virtually no new supply medium can flow into or out of the two chambers 95 (124; 126; 152). Upon further rotation of 30° in the correct direction, the two filled chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) are closed at the top by the sealing plane (closing plate) 151, but no longer by the locking elements 115 (119) in the direction of the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155). In the current position, no new supply can flow into the two chambers 95 (124;126;152), but it can escape towards the output shaft 100 (130; 155).The described process is repeated with each newly filled chamber 95 (124;126;152).
[0122] In simplified terms, it can be determined using combs 95 (124;126;152) in Fig. 23 can be well described: - Chambers a and b: open upwards through chamber release recesses (recesses) 116 (117), closed towards the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) by a locking element (locking element) 115 (119). New supply material can thus enter, but cannot exit towards the dispensing chutes 100 (130; 155). - Chamber c: closed at the top by chamber release recesses (recesses) 116 (117), and closed to the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) by a locking element (locking element) 115 (119). Thus, no storage medium can enter or exit. A direct flow from storage area 108 to dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) is therefore prevented, ensuring a constant dispensing quantity. - Chambers e and f: closed at the top by chamber release recesses (recesses) 116 (117), open to the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155) by a locking element (locking element) 115 (119). Thus, no supply can enter, but it can exit. The chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) therefore empty themselves due to gravity, and a certain quantity of supply is dispensed via the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155).
[0123] The described processes take place simultaneously in the remaining 6 chambers 95 (124;126;152), resulting in a larger output quantity with a smaller individual capacity of the chambers 95 (124;126;152) and smaller rotation per output.
[0124] For convenient dispensing of supplies, it is advantageous to maintain the rotation steps of 30° resulting from twelve chambers 95 (124;126;152).
[0125] To simplify operation for the user, a locking mechanism is advantageously provided. This advantageously consists of a locking element 123 (129; 146; 156) which is advantageously fixedly connected to the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157) by a vertical connecting element 125, and locking notches 113 (118) on the main housing part (second component) 93 (102; 114; 120), which are arranged radially in 30° increments. The locking element gripping teeth 134 advantageously engage in the locking notches 113 (118). Contrary to the intended direction of rotation, the locking notches 113 (118) and the locking element gripping teeth 134 are essentially angular in design to prevent rotation. In the direction of the correct direction of rotation, the detent notches 113 (118) and the detent element gripping teeth 134 are designed to be rounded so as not to prevent rotation. When sufficient rotational force is applied in the correct direction, the detent spring elements 135 yield, allowing the detent gripping teeth 134 to move towards the center out of the detent notches 113 (118). After the initial significant resistance, rotation is met with considerably less resistance, encouraging the user to continue turning. Once the intended rotation of 30° is reached, the detent gripping teeth 134 snap back into the detent notches 113 (118), again significantly restricting rotation. This rapid engagement also advantageously produces a sound. The user thus receives clear haptic and audible feedback confirming that a 30° rotation has been completed.
[0126] To ensure the correct functioning of the locking element 123 (129; 146; 156) even if some of the potentially powdery storage material gets into the gaps of the locking element 123 (129; 146; 156), the locking element spring elements 135 are notched at their ends. To increase stability at these points, locking element stiffening ribs 133 are advantageously attached, which are advantageously flat enough to push any powdery storage material that may be present in the gaps out of the way.
[0127] When a powdered storage medium is dispensed, its particle size can cause it to become trapped between the partitions of the combs 95 (124; 126; 152) and the locking elements 115 (119). This can deform the locking elements 115 (119) due to their thin walls, or cause them to be pushed towards the center. To counteract this, locking elements 99 (132; 154) are attached to the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157). The lower ends of the locking elements 115 (119) rest against the locking elements 99 (132; 154), thus preventing them from deforming towards the center. The shape of the locking elements 99 (132; 154), which repeats in 30° increments, is chosen so that the supply medium flowing from the combs 95 (124;126;152) is blocked as little as possible. The locking elements 99 (132; 154) are designed to be lowest at the centers of the chambers 95 (124;126;152), while they are designed to be highest between the chambers 95 (124;126;152).
[0128] When a more or less powdery storage medium is dispensed, it can become jammed to a greater or lesser degree between the upper ends of the partition walls of chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) and the edge where the chamber release recesses (recesses) 116 (117) end. This can significantly impede rotation. To counteract this, a non-straight contour was chosen for the affected edges. Instead, a tapered contour was selected. The tapered rotational resistance reducers 121 reduce the resulting resistance that opposes the rotation of the main housing part (second component) 93 (102; 114; 120) against the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157).
[0129] The main housing part (second component) 93 (102; 114; 120), as well as the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157), are advantageously designed so that they can each be manufactured as a single piece by plastic injection molding. To save costs, including those associated with the necessary tooling, undercuts in the components were avoided. Both components are held together by a connecting screw 92.
[0130] Advantageously, the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) can be temporarily attached to a wide variety of surfaces, particularly walls and cabinets, using a wall bracket 136 (141; 148). The wall bracket 136 (141; 148) advantageously has adhesive strips 142 on its back, which allow it to be held in place on the respective surfaces. Depending on the orientation of the wall bracket 136 (141; 148), the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) can be inserted vertically into the wall bracket 136 (141; 148) from either below or above. The universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) is held in place by connecting hooks 138 attached to the wall bracket 136 (141; 148), which engage with the holder ribs 127 (153). They engage in the holder slots 98 of the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157).When sufficient force is applied, parallel to the insertion direction, the locking elements 139 (142) spring the connecting hooks 138 inwards, allowing the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) to be inserted. To remove the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) from the wall bracket 136 (141; 148) as needed, both locking elements 139 (142) must be actuated simultaneously. The connecting hooks 138 thus engage from the retaining ribs 127 (153) of the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157), allowing the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) to be removed.
[0131] To simplify the process of hooking the wall bracket 136 (141; 148) into place, it is equipped with orientation elements 137. These elements, being taller than the connecting hooks 138, engage in the retaining slots 98 of the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157) in front of the connecting hooks 138. Their pronounced rounding at the ends facilitates engagement with the retaining slots 98. This ensures that the main housing part (first component) 94 (101; 122; 128; 157) is in the correct position so that the connecting hooks 138 can reach the retaining slots 98.
[0132] If the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) is fastened by the connecting hooks 138, it is laterally stabilized by radially arranged reinforcing elements 140.
[0133] The entire wall bracket 136 (141; 148) is advantageously designed so that it can be manufactured as a single piece by plastic injection molding. To save costs, including those associated with the necessary tooling, undercuts in the components were avoided.
[0134] Because the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) can only be removed from the wall bracket 136 (141; 148) if both locking elements 139 (142) are actuated simultaneously, it is more difficult for younger children to access the universal dispenser 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) and thus the storage medium that is harmful to them.
[0135] The locking elements 115 (119) advantageously assume a slightly greater angle than the minimum required 60° necessary to close two chambers 95 (124; 126; 152) in the direction of the dispensing chute 100 (130; 155). This is advantageous because, even with slightly different rotation periods (for example, 32° instead of 30°), the correct function is still maintained and no powder can escape from the next chambers 95 (124; 126; 152), which should remain closed until the next actuation.
[0136] The locking elements 115, 119 can therefore (cf. Fig.21) Separate three adjacent chambers, namely a first, a second, and a third chamber, from the dispensing chute. Advantageously, in the direction of rotation, the first and second chambers can communicate with the storage area and thus be filled, while the third chamber is closed to both the storage area and the dispensing chute. Only when a further action is performed (e.g., a 30° rotation) is the third chamber opened to the dispensing chute.
[0137] In summary, a manual dosing device 91 (144; 107; 111; 149) is provided here, designed as an attachment that can be coupled to a storage pack (refill pack). This extends the storage area of the dosing device, which is otherwise very short and small, or largely forms it with the storage pack (refill pack).
[0138] The dosing device can comprise at least a first component 122, 128 and a second component 114, 120, which are rotatable relative to each other about an axis of rotation.
[0139] The first component 122, 128 can have a plurality of uniform chambers 95, 124, 126, 152 which extend radially r away from the axis of rotation R and along the axis of rotation R and are arranged uniformly around the axis of rotation R.
[0140] The dosing device can have a sealing plane, e.g., a sealing plate 151, configured to seal a first selection of chambers from the storage area or the storage pack. In particular, in one position, all chambers except for a second selection of chambers can be sealed. The second selection can comprise one or preferably two, advantageously two pairs of chambers. The sealing plane 151 can have recesses through which the storage medium can pass from the storage area to a second selection of chambers. Thus, in one position, for example, one or two, or two pairs of chambers can always communicate with the storage area, i.e., be filled with storage medium.
[0141] The second component 114, 120 can have locking elements (closing elements) 115, 119 configured to selectively close a third selection of chambers from a dispensing chute 155. In one position, the second and third selection of chambers can, for example, each consist of two adjacent pairs, with two pairs advantageously being radially opposite each other. Accordingly, two identical locking elements would then be provided radially opposite each other. In a further advantageous embodiment, the locking elements 115, 119 can each separate three adjacent chambers, namely a first, a second, and a third chamber, from the dispensing chute. In the direction of rotation, the first and second chambers can then advantageously communicate with the storage area, i.e., be filled, and the third chamber is closed to both the storage area and the dispensing chute. Only when further actuation (e.g.,(A rotation of 30°) takes place, and the third chamber opens towards the output chute.
[0142] In one embodiment, one, two, four, six, eight, ten, or advantageously twelve identical combs 95, 124, 126, 152 can be provided. These can all extend radially r away from the axis of rotation R and along the axis of rotation R and be arranged uniformly around the axis of rotation. One, two, four, six, eight, ten, or advantageously twelve identical combs 95, 124, 126, 152 can be provided, which open towards the locking plane and the axis of rotation and are selectively closed and released by the locking elements and the locking plane.
[0143] In a plurality of chambers, particularly twelve chambers, at least one of the chambers, particularly two radially opposite chambers, and especially advantageously two pairs of radially opposite chambers, can communicate with the storage area in a first position and not with an output chute. In a second position, one chamber of each pair can communicate neither with the storage area nor with an output chute 155, and in a third position, one chamber of each pair can communicate with the output chute 155 but not with the storage area. In one embodiment, therefore, in the third position only one chamber of each pair of chambers can communicate with the output chute.
[0144] The metering device can be further designed so that during an actuation cycle it changes from a first position to a second position or from a second position to a third position or from a third to a first position, such that one or more locking elements 115, 119 and the locking plane 151 are each arranged according to their position in such a way that they release or lock the respective combs according to their position.
[0145] During an actuation cycle, the first component 122, 128 can be rotated relative to the second component 114, 120 by a predetermined angle, in particular by 30°, about the axis of rotation R, so that a change of position occurs in a rotation by the predetermined angle.
