Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a connection system for the mechanical and electrical coupling of a component, such as a module or a blanking cover, to a device, such as a luminaire or a luminaire control unit. This connection system has a device-side base and a component-side plug, wherein the plug is formed complementarily to the base, and wherein the connection system couples the component to the device. Furthermore, a device with such a base of a connection system is specified, as is a component with such a plug of a connection system. Likewise, a device system with such a device and such a component, which are mechanically and electrically coupled to one another by means of a proposed connection system, is proposed.
[0002] Such previously known connection systems for the mechanical and electrical coupling of a component to a device, where the mechanical coupling is achieved by means of a bayonet lock, have the particular disadvantage that they can be separated from one another particularly easily without tools. While this can certainly be advantageous in terms of particularly simple installation of such a component to a device, it does pose the risk that device systems with such a connection system, particularly those located in public spaces, could be disconnected by unauthorized persons. One such conventional connection system is created, for example, with the Zhaga standard, by means of which electrical components, and in particular lights, can be coupled particularly easily to a correspondingly complementary base of a device. In public space applications, such as along sidewalks, in parks or on building walls, or even in sports facilities, the corresponding components are usually arranged within an area that is particularly easily accessible by people using the conventional connection system. This creates the risk that the components can be easily separated from the respective device (since no tools are required). This not only impairs the functionality of the respective device but also exposes the now-open connection point of the connection system to external environmental factors, which promotes further damage to the device.
[0003] The Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 show the basic functionality of an exemplary known connection system 1100. Here, a device-side socket 1110 interacts with a component-side plug 1130 both electrically via the complementary electrical contacts 1111 and mechanically via the bayonet lock 1112 formed complementarily in the socket and the plug. For this purpose, the plug 1130 is first plugged onto the socket 1110 M1 and then rotated M2, whereby the socket and the plug are anchored to each other. In the illustration of the Fig. 8, the component-side connector 1130 is arranged integrated within a blind cover 1310 as component 1300. The Fig. 9 again shows, by way of example, how a known device-side socket 1110 of a known connection system 1100 is coupled to the device. The socket 1100 is inserted from an outside into a through-opening 1219 and secured from an inside of the device by means of a fastening system, for example, a locking disc and a threaded nut. Thus, the known connection system can, in principle, be attached to any surface of a device 1200. The socket 1110 is, in turn, electrically coupled to components of the device 1200, such that a plug 1130 connected to the socket 1110 is also electrically coupled to the device. This ensures that the connected component 1300 can be controlled by the device 1200.
[0004] However, this known connection system has the disadvantage that the component can easily be removed from the device by turning it in reverse and pulling it off the base of the device.
[0005] The invention is therefore based on the object of providing an improved connection system by means of which a component on a device which has once been mechanically and electrically coupled cannot be easily removed.
[0006] This object is achieved according to the invention with the subject matter mentioned in the independent claim.
[0007] In combination with a device or a component, a device system is also specified whose components cannot be easily separated from one another.
[0008] According to the invention, a connection system is provided for the mechanical and electrical coupling of a component, such as a module or a blanking cover, to a device, such as a luminaire or a luminaire control unit. The connection system comprises a device-side base and a component-side plug, wherein the plug is formed complementarily to the base. The connection system couples the component to the device, wherein the mechanical coupling is achieved by means of a bayonet lock, wherein the plug is plugged onto the base and anchored thereto by rotation. Furthermore, the base and the plug have complementarily formed electrical contacts which are connected to one another when the plug and the base are coupled. In addition, the invention provides that the connection system has an integrated securing mechanism for securing the coupling of the component to the device, wherein the securing mechanism is designed to fix an orientation of the plug relative to the socket in the coupled state of the plug and the socket.
[0009] The resulting connection system ensures that the connection between a component and a device cannot be easily broken, especially by unauthorized third parties, such as vandals or thieves, because the connection system's locking mechanism prevents movement of the component relative to the device in the opposite direction of the coupling, i.e., in the direction of decoupling. Specifically, this prevents unauthorized persons from breaking the electrical and mechanical connection between the component and the device, established via the electrical contacts and the bayonet lock.In addition to protecting the component from theft, this also prevents the device's electrical contacts from becoming exposed when the component is removed. This prevents external factors such as moisture, humidity, and / or dust from affecting the device's base and potentially damaging it and the device itself. This increases the operational reliability of the device system, comprising a device, connection system, and component, and reduces the risk of maintenance and repair.
[0010] Optionally, the security mechanism can be activated and deactivated. This simplifies maintenance of the device system because the reversible coupling of the component to the device via the connection system means that defective components can be easily replaced by an authorized user who is aware of the deactivation feature, and new components can be recoupled. However, it is particularly preferred that the security mechanism cannot be easily deactivated, meaning that the coupling can only be removed using special means, such as special tools. This ensures that only authorized users, such as the manufacturer, installer, owner and / or proprietor of the device, component, device system or lighting system, are able to do so thanks to the appropriately designed security mechanism.Optionally, the locking mechanism can also be deactivated when the plug and socket are connected. This makes the connection via the connection system reversible.
[0011] Optionally, according to a first specific embodiment, the securing mechanism comprises a locking element and a latching region, wherein the securing mechanism can be activated when the plug and the socket are coupled, and wherein the securing mechanism is deactivated in an adjustment position of the locking element and activated in a blocking position of the locking element. In this case, it is provided that in the blocking position, the locking element interacts with the latching region and fixes the orientation of the plug relative to the socket through positive locking. In the adjustment position, however, the locking element is decoupled from the latching region, and the orientation of the plug relative to the socket can be changed. With this locking mechanism, the component and the device can be coupled via the connection system using the familiar plug-in and rotational movement. The additional movement of the locking element from the adjustable position to the locked position prevents reversal of the plug-in and rotational movement, as the orientation of the plug relative to the socket is fixed by the locking element, thus preventing rotation of the plug, and thus the component. Only in the adjusted position of the locking mechanism is it possible to detach the component from the device without causing damage.
[0012] Optionally, according to a first embodiment of the first special version, the locking element is arranged on the device side in and / or on the base, and the latching area is arranged on the component side in and / or on the plug. In the locked position, the locking element engages in the latching area and fixes the orientation of the plug relative to the base. This design makes the securing mechanism particularly advantageous, as it is implemented directly on the connection system. Preferably, it is provided in particular that the locking element can only be moved from the adjustment position to the locked position from a side of the base located inside the device, and vice versa. By arranging the operating option for the locking element inside the device, i.e. in particular on the underside of the base oron an inside of the housing of the device, operation by unauthorized third parties is additionally prevented or at least made extremely difficult, since this mechanism is preferably not visible from the outside and the first hurdle to overcome is opening the housing. Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the locking element is rod-shaped and here has, for example, a bolt, a pin, or a screw, and wherein more preferably the locking area has a recess and / or an indentation. With this design, the locking element and the locking area are particularly simple but effective, and thus cost-effective but still robust. In particular, it can preferably be provided that the locking element has a plurality of bolts, pins and / or screws, so that a force acting on the locking element, for example in the event of an attempted theft or vandalism, is distributed over a plurality of locking components, which further increases the robustness of the locking element and thus of the connection system.
[0013] Optionally, according to a second embodiment of the first specific embodiment, the locking element is arranged either on the component side in and / or on the plug or on the device side in and / or on the base, and the latching region is arranged correspondingly complementarily on the device side in and / or on the base or on the component side in and / or on the plug. Furthermore, it is provided that the locking element is ferromagnetic and is preferably designed like a spring element and in this case has, for example, a spring, wherein the latching region in turn preferably has a recess and / or an indentation. The locking element is designed such that it automatically assumes the locked position upon complete coupling of the plug and the base, wherein the locking element latches into the latching region and fixes the orientation of the plug relative to the base.Furthermore, it is provided that the locking element can be moved from the locked position to the adjustable position by means of an external magnetic element which has a permanent magnet and which interacts with the ferromagnetic locking element. This ensures that the coupling of the component to the device takes place automatically and is therefore particularly simple and effective. The user of the connection system therefore does not have to perform any additional steps beyond the familiar plug-on and rotating movement. In its locked position, the locking element prevents the plug, and thus the component, from twisting relative to the socket or the device. Furthermore, the coupling is only reversible using a special tool, the external magnetic element, so that the component cannot be easily separated from the device and therefore only without knowledge of the special design and additionally not without the special tool.
[0014] Optionally, according to a second special embodiment, the securing mechanism has a component-side magnetic element which is arranged on and / or in the plug, wherein the securing mechanism has a device-side magnetic element which is arranged on and / or in the base, and wherein, when the plug and the base are coupled, the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element are magnetically coupled to one another, wherein the orientation of the plug relative to the base is fixed by frictional engagement. Due to this coupling by means of a magnetic field, the user does not need to perform any additional work step apart from performing the familiar plugging and rotating movement. This ensures that the coupling of the component to the device takes place automatically and is therefore particularly simple and effective. The magnetic coupling between the device-side and component-side magnetic elements prevents the component from being removed from the device base. This further increases protection against vandalism and theft.
[0015] Optionally, with regard to the second special embodiment, the electrical contacts of the connector are ferromagnetic and are part of the component-side magnetic element; and / or the device-side magnetic element comprises a permanent magnet. This creates a particularly simple but efficient implementation of the respective magnetic elements.
[0016] Optionally, with regard to the second special embodiment, it is provided that the magnetic coupling of the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element can be neutralized, and thereby the orientation of the plug relative to the socket can be changed. Thus, with this special design, the locking mechanism can be deactivated and the coupling between the device and the component is made reversible. This simplifies the maintenance of the device system or the component and / or device, since the reversible coupling of the component to the device by means of the connection system means that defective components can be easily replaced by an authorized user who has knowledge of this special design and / or a special tool for neutralizing the magnetic coupling between the device-side and component-side magnetic elements, and new components can be recoupled.
[0017] Optionally, according to a first and second configuration of the second specific embodiment, the magnetic coupling between the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element can be neutralized by means of a further magnetic element in the vicinity of the device-side magnetic element. This creates an effective means for the authorized user to break the coupling by means of the further magnetic element, whereby this is only possible with knowledge of the further magnetic element.
[0018] According to the first design of the second special embodiment, if the magnetic coupling between the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element can be neutralized by means of another magnetic element in the vicinity of the device-side magnetic element, the additional magnetic element is an external magnetic element comprising a permanent magnet. Thus, an authorized user with knowledge and the special tool can remove (or at least significantly weaken) the coupling of the connection system between the component and the device and thus separate it. This further increases protection against vandalism and theft.
[0019] According to the second design of the second special embodiment, if the magnetic coupling between the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element can be neutralized by means of a further magnetic element in the vicinity of the device-side magnetic element, the further magnetic element is an electromagnet that is arranged on and / or in the base or on and / or in the device and can preferably be activated and deactivated by a controller of the device. Thus, the authorized user does not require a special tool for direct interaction with the connection system in order to cancel or at least significantly weaken the coupling between the component and the device, but rather knowledge of and access to control the electromagnet. This further increases protection against vandalism and theft.
[0020] Optionally, according to a third embodiment of the second special version, the magnetic coupling of the device-side magnetic element and the component-side magnetic element can be neutralized by means of a variable spacing of the device-side magnetic element relative to the component-side magnetic element. This provides a particularly simple implementation by means of which the magnetic effect between the device-side and component-side magnetic elements can be weakened or eliminated, so that the component can be decoupled from the device. The variable spacing can be realized, for example, by means of a linear motor within the device, which is preferably controlled by the controller, or also, for example, by a push button that can be actuated by the authorized user, thus leading to a direct displacement of the device-side magnetic element.
[0021] Optionally, the plug and socket can be designed according to an industrial standard for mechanical and electrical interfaces, with the plug and socket preferably being designed according to the Zhaga standard. This allows for particularly advantageous usability of the connection system thus created, and thus of the components and devices created. This allows existing devices to be adapted particularly flexibly to changing requirements and can also be continuously supplied with new, further developed components – which is already a general advantage of a connection system for (modular) components to a device.
[0022] Furthermore, a device is proposed which comprises a socket according to an implementation of a connection system presented herein. Furthermore, the device comprises a housing, wherein the socket is arranged on a surface of the housing, and wherein the device comprises a controller. The device thus created is thus capable of coupling to a correspondingly designed component by means of the connection system.
[0023] Optionally, the device can be a luminaire—in particular, an indoor building luminaire or an outdoor building luminaire, a street or path luminaire (such as a lantern or bollard light), or a sports facility luminaire, such as a floodlight or hall lighting—or a luminaire control unit for controlling such a luminaire. The devices thus formed particularly benefit from the special connection system, as these devices are particularly frequently subject to vandalism and theft, as the devices and thus also the components mounted on them are often located within direct reach of unauthorized third parties.
[0024] Furthermore, a component is proposed which has a plug according to an implementation of a connection system presented herein. The component can be designed in particular as a blank cover or a module, in particular a lighting module, a loudspeaker module, a display module, a sensor module, and / or a communication module. In the case of a lighting module, this preferably has an emergency light, an escape route light, an ambient light, a spotlight, and / or a spotlight. In the case of a sensor module, this preferably has a brightness sensor, a presence sensor, a temperature sensor, and / or an air data sensor. In the case of a communication module, this preferably has a communication unit for communication between the device and another device, for example a control unit for the device, and is preferably designed for wireless communication. The component created in this way is thus capable of being coupled to a correspondingly designed device by means of the connection system.
[0025] Furthermore, a device system is proposed, which comprises a device and a component, as well as a connection system, wherein the component is mechanically and electrically coupled to the device by means of the connection system. This device system is therefore particularly advantageous because it optimally utilizes the connection system and thus retains its advantages.
[0026] Optionally, the device housing can have a feed area for an external magnetic element, which can be used to deactivate the connection system's securing mechanism. This simplifies the process for an authorized user, as they now have a dedicated feed area to neutralize the coupling between the component and the device using a special tool. The feed area can be located on the inside of the device or its housing, or on the outside of the device or its housing. The feed area is particularly advantageous when the surface of the device's housing is metallic, and in particular, ferromagnetic. This makes it possible, for example, for the magnetic effect of the external magnetic element on the magnetic coupling between the device-side and component-side magnetic elements to be greatly improved by a feed area made of a non-ferromagnetic material (e.g. plastic).
[0027] Alternatively or additionally, the base and / or the device can be provided with an electromagnet, wherein the electromagnet can be activated and deactivated by means of the controller, and the locking mechanism of the connection system can be deactivated by means of the electromagnet. This allows for particularly simple operation of the additional magnetic element, whereby the authorized user only has to activate the electromagnet to weaken or neutralize the magnetic coupling between the device-side and component-side magnetic elements.
[0028] Optionally, the device system can comprise at least two components, and the device can comprise multiple sockets, each of which is coupled to a socket of the device's respective connection system. This allows a wide variety of components or even several identical components to be coupled to a device, making various additional functions available to the device. This allows existing devices to be adapted particularly flexibly to changing requirements and can also be continuously supplied with new, further developed components.
[0029] Furthermore, a lighting system is provided, wherein the lighting system comprises at least the following: • at least a first device system, wherein the device is a luminaire to which a communication module is coupled as a component via the connection system; • a second device system according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the device is a lighting control device, to which a communication module is coupled as a component via the connection system; wherein the communication module of the first device system and the communication module of the second device system are configured for mutual communication, wherein the lighting control device controls the at least one light. Like the device system, the lighting system thus created benefits from the additional security of the connection system.
[0030] Optionally, the communication module of the second device system can be mounted on an easily accessible surface of the luminaire control unit's housing. With this connection system, modules can generally be mounted on prominent external surfaces of devices without fear of theft or vandalism, as the connection system's security system prevents this.
[0031] Optionally, the communication module of the first device system and the communication module of the second device system are configured for wireless communication. Communication modules particularly benefit from being mounted on an external surface, as this minimizes the number of walls between the transmitter and receiver, thus enabling particularly efficient signal transmission.
[0032] Furthermore, it is also conceivable that various designs presented here and their embodiments of the connection system or the device system can be combined with each other.
[0033] The invention is explained in more detail below using various embodiments and their configurations with reference to the drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a schematic sketch representation of a device system with a component and a device as well as an exemplary embodiment of a connection system according to the invention for the mechanical and electrical coupling of the component to the device; Fig. 2 a schematic sketch representation of an exemplary embodiment of a lighting system according to the invention with two luminaires and a luminaire control device; Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b schematic sketch representations of exemplary embodiments of a device system according to the invention with an exemplary embodiment of a connection system with a securing mechanism having a locking element and a residual area; Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b schematic sketch representations of exemplary embodiments of a device system according to the invention with a connection system having a different securing mechanism with a locking element and a latching area; Fig. 5a, Fig. 5b schematic sketch representations of exemplary embodiments of a device system according to the invention with a connection system whose safety mechanism has a component-side and a device-side magnetic element, Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b, Fig. 6c schematic sketch representations of exemplary embodiments of a device system according to the invention with a connection system whose securing mechanism has a component-side and a device-side magnetic element as well as an electromagnet, Fig. 7 a schematic sketch representation of an exemplary embodiment of a connection system known from the prior art, Fig. 8 a schematic sketch representation of an exemplary embodiment of a socket of a known connection system known from the prior art.
[0034] The Fig. 1 shows a schematic structure of a connection system 100 for the mechanical and electrical coupling of a component 300 to a device 200, wherein the connection system 100 has a device-side socket 110 and a component-side plug 130. The plug 130 is formed complementarily to the socket 110, wherein the connection system 100 couples the component 300 to the device 200. This coupling is initially achieved by plugging the plug 130 onto the socket 110 in a closing movement M1, wherein, as previously explained with regard to already known connection systems 1100, a rotary movement M2 can also be provided, by means of which a bayonet lock 112 is created between the components. Such a connection system 1100, with an unsecured mechanical and electrical coupling, is realized, for example, with the already known Zhaga standard, whereby, as before with regard to the already known connection system 1100 from the Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, this connection system 1100 has a bayonet lock 1112 for mechanical coupling.
[0035] In the Fig. 1, which shows an exemplary schematic representation of an embodiment of the connection system 100 according to the invention, the securing mechanism 170 is not illustrated, but rather only the functionality of the coupling between device 200 and component 300 by means of the connection system 100. It can be seen here that the base 110 of the connection system 100 is mounted on the device 200 and is not only mechanically coupled to the device 200, but is also electrically coupled to components of the device 200. In this case, it is provided in particular that an internal communication K iwith internal electrical components, such as a controller 270, so that the component 300 coupled to the device 200 via the connection system 100 can communicate with these internal electrical components of the device 200 and can both transmit data to the device 200 and execute commands from the device 200. It is further provided that the device 200 adapts its own operating behavior based on the data of the component 300, which is made available to the device 200 via the connection system 100. For example, it can be provided that the controller 270 changes a light output of a light element 290 of the device 200, for example, switches it on and / or off, or changes the light brightness or light temperature or light color. This can also be done by means of internal communication K ibetween the individual electrical components of the device. The device can be, for example, a luminaire 201 or a device box for the control electronics of the lighting or luminaire 201, which is also referred to below as the luminaire control unit 202.
[0036] The Fig. Figure 2 shows various usage scenarios for such a connection system 100, wherein by means of this connection system 100, various components 300, such as a module 320 or a blanking cover 310, can be coupled to different versions of devices 200, such as a luminaire 201 via a luminaire control unit 202. It is also conceivable that several components 300 are coupled to a single device 200, wherein for each coupling, a device-side socket 110 is connected to a respective component-side connector 130. As shown in Fig. As indicated in Figure 2, various types of devices 200 are conceivable for this purpose. In addition to luminaires 201 for street lighting, or luminaires 201 for path or pathway lighting, device boxes for control devices of luminaire devices, i.e., so-called luminaire control devices 202, are also conceivable. In addition to such bollard lights or lanterns, indoor / outdoor building luminaires or similar lighting devices, for example, for sports facilities (such as floodlight systems), and / or ground-level control devices 202 for such luminaires 201, are also conceivable.
[0037] Generally speaking, the connection system 100 according to the invention is particularly useful where a connection between a component 300 and a device 100 could previously be easily separated, since the positioning of the components is particularly easily accessible to unauthorized persons. In particular, for modules 320 that require arrangement on the exterior of the device 200, for example, for sensor modules 321, such as brightness modules or presence detection modules, an external arrangement, and thus particularly easy accessibility, is already predetermined by the application itself. While, for example, communication modules 322 could previously be arranged inside the device 200, thus making it difficult to access the connection system 100 and thus to solve the coupling of the two components, this has a negative impact on the functionality of the respective module 320, since an additional factor for disrupting communication was present, particularly due to the housing of the respective devices.
[0038] By means of the connection system 100 according to the invention, with a respective integrated securing mechanism 170 for securing the coupling of the component 300 to the device 200, a particularly flexible yet secure coupling between the device 200 and the component 300 is achieved. In this case, the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 is fixed by means of the securing mechanism 170 when the plug 130 and the socket 110 are coupled. This ensures that the mechanical and electrical coupling, which is realized by the electrical contacts 111 of the socket 110 and the plug 130, as well as the bayonet lock 112, is secured, so that unauthorized third parties, such as passers-by, cannot easily disconnect the connection system 100 or disconnect the component 300 and the device 200.This ensures, in particular, that device systems 10 created by a connection system 100 according to the invention, each comprising a device 200 and a component 300 coupled to one another by means of a connection system 100, are improved in terms of their operational reliability and maintenance effort, since the connection of the components of the device system 10 is more securely secured. This also ensures that the respective components of the device system 10 can communicate smoothly by means of the connection system 100, and in particular, internal communication K. i between a respective component 300 and the device 200. Likewise, interference-free communication between one device 200 and another device 200, also known as external communication K e referred to, must be ensured.
[0039] For example, in scenarios in which a luminaire control device 202 has a communication module 322 which is designed to communicate with a corresponding communication module 322 of a luminaire 201, interference-free external communication K eThis is particularly true because corresponding communication modules 322 can now be positioned on the surfaces of the respective devices 200 without having to fear that the coupling of the respective component 300 to the respective device 200 of the connection system 100 will be destroyed by unauthorized third parties. This implementation not only prevents or at least greatly impedes the unauthorized removal of a component 300, but also prevents the negative consequences of such removal, such as, in particular, exposing the open contact of the socket 110 of a device 210 to external influences such as dust, moisture, and / or wetness.
[0040] The Fig. 3a to 6c show different exemplary implementations of an integrated security mechanism for securing the coupling of component 300 to device 200. Each of these embodiments of the connection system 100 is designed to fix an orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 in the coupled state of these components. This provides theft and vandalism protection in a connection system 100 to prevent unwanted and unauthorized uncoupling of a component 300 from a device 200.
[0041] The Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 4a and Fig. 4 show exemplary implementations of an integrated securing mechanism 170, which prevents the decoupling of a connection system 100 between component 300 and device 200 by means of a form fit. Fig. 5a, Fig. 5b, Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b and Fig. 6c shows different exemplary embodiments of a connection system 100 with an integrated securing mechanism 170, wherein the securing mechanism 170 prevents decoupling of the connection system 100 between component 300 and device 200 by means of a frictional connection.
[0042] In the exemplary embodiment of the Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 4a and Fig. 4b, the securing mechanism 170 has a locking element 180 and a latching area 190. The securing mechanism 170 can be activated in the coupled state of the plug and the socket 110, wherein in the coupled state of the plug 130 and the socket 110 in an adjustment position P V of the locking element 180, the safety mechanism 170 is deactivated and in a locking position P S of the locking element 180, 181, 182, the safety mechanism 170 is activated. In the locking position P Sof the locking element 180, this interacts with the locking area 190 and thus fixes the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 by means of a form fit. In the adjustment position P V In contrast, the locking element 180 is decoupled from the locking area 190 and the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 is changeable, so the coupling can be released here.
[0043] In the exemplary embodiments shown, it is provided in each case that a securing mechanism 170 activated in the coupled state of the plug 130 and the socket 110 can also be deactivated, and in particular can be revisibly deactivated, so that the securing mechanism 170 can be activated and deactivated as often as desired, and thus the connection system 100 is designed to be particularly flexible.
[0044] The Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b show a specific exemplary embodiment of the connection mechanism 100, wherein the locking element 180 is arranged on the device side in the socket 110 and the locking region 190 is arranged on the component side in the plug 130. In the present case, the locking element 180 is formed rod-like and has a bolt 181 or a pin 181 in the embodiment shown. Fig. 3b and Fig. As can be seen in Figure 3a, the locking element 180 in the embodiment shown even has two bolts or pins 181. As a result, the force acting on the locking element 180 in the event of an (unauthorized) unlocking attempt when the securing mechanism 170 is activated is distributed across several components of the locking element 180, specifically across several bolts, pins, or screws 181, thereby making the securing mechanism 170 particularly stable. On the component side, the locking area 190 has a corresponding recess or indentation 191, 192, which is designed to receive the locking element 180. In the locked position P SThe locking element 180 engages the locking area 190 and thus fixes the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110. In a locking movement M3, the locking element 180 is inserted into the locking area 190 and thus prevents an inverse rotational movement M2 from being performed to release the bayonet lock 112. This also prevents the component 300 from being separated from the device 200 by an inverse, i.e., reverse, withdrawal movement M1.
[0045] In the embodiment shown, the Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b, it is provided that the locking element 180 can only be moved from the adjustment position P from one side of the base 110 located inside the device 200. V into the locking position P S can be brought, whereby this also applies to the reverse case of the transition from the locking position P S into the adjustment position P Vis valid. This ensures that disconnecting the connection system 100, i.e., decoupling the component 300 from the device 200, is only possible if the respective user has access to the interior of the device 200, thus creating a further hurdle that prevents unauthorized and unintentional removal of the component 300.
[0046] As an alternative to the Fig. 3a and Fig. In the embodiment of the securing mechanism 170 shown in Figure 3b, it can also be provided that a locking element 180 is arranged on the device side of the socket 110, and thus is not necessarily positioned directly in the socket 110. The same applies analogously to the locking area 190, which is then arranged on the component side of the connector 130.
[0047] It is also conceivable that the locking element 180 is arranged in and / or on the connector 130, and the corresponding locking area 190 is arranged on the device side in and / or on the base 110. However, this specific embodiment requires an additional fixing element to secure the locking element 180, which in this embodiment is arranged on the component side. All versions of these specific configurations of the locking element 180 are based on the principle already explained above.
[0048] The Fig. 4a and Fig. 4b show an alternative embodiment of the locking element 180, wherein the locking element 180 is arranged either on the component side in and / or on the plug 130 or on the device side in and / or on the base 110, and the locking area 190 is arranged correspondingly complementarily on the device side in and / or on the base 110 or on the component side in and / or on the plug 130. This general design is shown in the sketch of Fig. 4a is shown schematically, where in the Fig. 4b shows a sketchy exemplary implementation of the locking element 180 on the component side in or on the connector 130. The locking region 190 is arranged in a correspondingly complementary manner on the device side in or on the base 110. In this exemplary implementation, it is provided that the locking element 180 is ferromagnetic and, moreover, is preferably formed like a spring element.
[0049] In concrete terms, Fig. 4b, the locking element 180 has a ferromagnetic spring 182. The device-side locking area 190 has a recess or indentation 191, 192. The spring 182 as the locking element 180 is designed such that it automatically assumes the locking position P when the plug 130 and the base 110 are coupled. S , wherein the locking element 180 (i.e., the spring 182) engages in the locking area 190 and fixes the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110. This prevents the plug 130 from twisting relative to the socket 110.
[0050] Due to the ferromagnetic design of the locking element 180 (i.e. the spring 182), the locking element 180 is moved from the locking position P by means of an external magnetic element 420, which has a permanent magnet and thus interacts with the ferromagnetic locking element 180 when appropriately positioned on the connection system 100. S into the adjustment position P V In this way, the locking element 180 or the spring spring 182 can be moved from its locking position P in a simple and flexible manner by an approach movement M4 of the external magnetic element 420 to the connection system 100. S into the adjustment position P VThis implementation also prevents a simple separation of the connection system 100, i.e., a decoupling of the component 300 from the device 200. At the same time, however, a particularly simple assembly of the component 300 to the device 200 via the connection system 100 is realized, since no additional active process step is necessary to couple these two elements. Only the approach of an external magnetic element 420 by means of a corresponding approach movement M4 is required for decoupling in order to release the established securing by the securing mechanism 170 and thus cancel the coupling.
[0051] It is also conceivable that the locking element in this design is implemented on the device side and the corresponding locking area on the component side.
[0052] A further advantage of the alternative to implementing the securing mechanism 170 as mechanical pin elements, as in Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b, is that this provides better sealing of the system against moisture and humidity, since a locking element 180 penetrating the base is no longer necessary, and corresponding openings in the base 110 and in the housing 200 can be avoided. This is particularly true with regard to the further exemplary embodiments of the Fig. 5a to 6c valid.
[0053] The Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b show a first exemplary implementation of the connection system 100 with a securing mechanism 170 realized by force closure. The special design of the Fig. 5b shows a specially designed device system 10 or a specially designed device 200, which has a special property for influencing the securing mechanism 170 of the connection system 100.
[0054] In the Fig. In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 5a, it is now provided that the securing mechanism 170 has a component-side magnetic element 140, which is arranged on and / or in the plug 130, and wherein the securing mechanism 170 has a device-side magnetic element 120, which is arranged on and / or in the base 110. In this case, when the plug 130 and the base 110 are coupled, the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140 are magnetically coupled to one another, wherein the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the base 110 is fixed by frictional engagement. In particular, it can be provided that the electrical contacts 111 of the plug 130 are ferromagnetic and are part of the component-side magnetic element 140. The device-side magnetic element 120 can have a permanent magnet.
[0055] In the sketchy representation of the Fig. 5a, it should now be assumed that the implementation shown shows a device-side magnetic element 120 with a permanent magnet, and a component-side magnetic element 140 with ferromagnetic electrical contacts 111 of the connector 130. When the component 300 is coupled to the device 200 by means of the connection system 100, the component-side magnetic element 140 interacts with the device-side magnetic element 120 upon execution of the movement M1 and movement M2. This magnetic coupling prevents an inverse movement of the component 300 relative to the device 200, which would lead to the decoupling of the connection system 100, i.e., to the separation of the component 300 from the device 200. In particular, this magnetic force between the two magnetic elements prevents an inverse rotational movement M2 and subsequently an inverse movement M1 from being performed.
[0056] In the implementation of the connection system 100 or the device system 10 of the Fig. 5a, it is provided that the securing mechanism 170 is activatable and deactivatable, wherein the securing mechanism 170 is activated per se upon coupling of the base 110 with the plug 130 by the magnetic elements 120, 140. In the implementation of the Fig. 5a, it is further provided that this coupling is designed to be reversible by means of the connection system 100, i.e., that a plug 130 coupled to the socket 110 can be separated from it again. This requires that the securing mechanism 170 can be deactivated, i.e., the magnetic effect between the two magnetic elements (i.e., the component-side magnetic element 140 and the device-side magnetic element 120) can be neutralized. Fig. 5a, it is proposed to guide an external magnetic element 420 in a movement M5 in the direction of the connection system 100, so that the external magnetic element 420 is located in the immediate vicinity of the connection system 100, and thus in the immediate vicinity of the device system 10. This external magnetic element 420 ideally has a permanent magnet that has a magnetic field that interacts with the component-side magnetic element 140 and the device-side magnetic element 120, and is designed in particular such that the magnetic effect of the two magnetic elements 120, 140 on each other is canceled or neutralized, or at least weakened such that the frictional fixing of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 generated by these two magnetic elements 120, 140 is canceled.By bringing the external magnetic element 420 in movement M5, it is thus possible for the plug 130 to first be rotated in an inverse rotational movement M2 and then to be removed from the socket 110 in an inverse movement M1.
[0057] The implementation in Fig. Figure 5b shows the same technical principle of the connection system 100 as before with regard to Fig. 5a, wherein the device system 10 or the device 200 is specifically designed to simplify the deactivation of the connection system 100, i.e., the possibility of decoupling the component 300 from the device 200. It is provided that the housing 210 of the device 200 has a feed area 218 for an external magnetic element 420, by means of which the securing mechanism 170 of the connection system 100 can be deactivated. By means of the created feed area 118, the approach movement M5 of the Fig. 5a, and therefore results in an approach movement M6, by means of which the external magnetic element 420 is introduced into the feed area 118. This further improves the magnetic influence of the external magnetic element 420 on the magnetic coupling of the two magnetic elements 120, 140, so that the decoupling of the connection system 100, i.e., the separation of the component 300 from the device 200, is now simplified. This feed area is particularly advantageous in embodiments in which the housing 210 itself is made of metal, or even ferromagnetic, since this further improves the effect of the external magnetic element 420.
[0058] A corresponding realization of the housing 210 of the device 200 is also possible with regard to the Fig. 4a and Fig. 4b known implementation of the connection system or the device system 10 is conceivable.
[0059] In the exemplary implementations of the Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b and Fig. 6c again shows a connection system 100 whose securing mechanism 170 has both a component-side magnetic element 140 and a device-side magnetic element 120. The component-side magnetic element 140 is again arranged on and / or in the plug 130, and the device-side magnetic element 120 is arranged on and / or in the socket 110. In the coupled state of the plug 130 and the socket 110, the two electrical elements 120 and 140 are again magnetically coupled to one another, with the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 being fixed by frictional engagement.
[0060] In the embodiments shown, for example, it can be provided that the electrical contacts 111 of the plug 130 are ferromagnetic and are part of the component-side magnetic element 140. Furthermore, it can be provided that the device-side magnetic element 120 comprises a permanent magnet.
[0061] As previously with regard to the other exemplary implementation of the Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b, it is also provided here that the magnetic coupling of the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140 can be neutralized, and the orientation of the plug 130 relative to the socket 110 can be changed, so that the component 300 can be detached from the device 200 by the connection system 100 designed in this way. Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b and Fig. In the embodiments shown in Figure 6c, it is specifically provided that the magnetic coupling of the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140 is neutralized in the vicinity of the device-side magnetic element 120 by means of a further magnetic element 220, which can be neutralized by an electromagnet 220 arranged on and / or in the base 110 or on and / or in the device 200. The connection system 100 designed in this way, or the device 200 designed in this way, or the device system 10 designed in this way, is thereby particularly flexible, since the magnetic coupling between the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140 can be severed by means of its own electromagnet 220. It is provided that the controller 270 of the device 200 can control the electromagnet 220, and in particular can activate and deactivate it.This also ensures that the connection system 100 can be coupled and uncoupled particularly easily and flexibly, while at the same time decoupling or separating the device system 10, i.e. removing the component 300 from the device 200, is effectively prevented, since for this purpose the electromagnet 220 must first be controlled accordingly in order to enable the coupling of the connection system 100 between the component 300 and the device 200 to be released.
[0062] In particular, it can be provided that the device also has an interface for external communication K e by means of which the controller 270 can receive or send control signals. This allows internal communication K to be established by externally controlling the device 200 or the controller 270. ibetween the controller 270 and the electromagnet 220, thereby releasing the coupling of the connection system 100. In a special embodiment, it can be provided in particular that the interface for external communication K e by means of a corresponding component 300, i.e. in particular by means of a communication module 322.
[0063] The Fig. 6b shows a further development of the implementation of the Fig. 6a, wherein a further socket 110 is provided on the device 200, which is designed for coupling with a corresponding plug 130. In this respect, the Fig. The device system shown in Figure 6b comprises a device 200 with two components 300, each of which is coupled to the device 200 by means of an embodiment of the connection system 100.
[0064] In the special design of the Fig. 6b, it is provided that a single device-side magnetic element 120 is provided, which is used equally by both connection systems 100. When implementing the device-side magnetic element 120 by means of a permanent magnet, it can be provided in particular that the two sockets 110 of the device 200 are spatially close to each other. Furthermore, with regard to the implementation of the Fig. 6b, a single electromagnet 220 is provided to neutralize the magnetic effect of the device-side magnetic element 120 if necessary, wherein neutralization in the sense of the present disclosure can in particular mean that a correspondingly large, oppositely polarized or oppositely oriented magnetic field is generated. Here, too, the electromagnet 220 is controlled by means of an internal communication K icontrolled by a controller 270. As before, it is also conceivable that the controller 270 is controlled by an external device, wherein the control commands are transmitted via an external communication interface, such as an external communication module 322.
[0065] The implementation of the Fig. 6c also builds on the idea of Fig. 6a and the idea of Fig. 6b, wherein a device 200 is again provided with two sockets 110, so that two preferably different components 300 can be coupled to the device 200 via the respective connection systems 100. However, in this specific implementation, it is provided that each connection system 100 of the device system 10 has its own device-side magnetic element 120. Likewise, it is provided that each device-side magnetic element 120 has its own electromagnet 220, which is connected by internal communication Ki can be controlled accordingly by a controller 270. Preferably, the controller 270 can control the individual electromagnets 220 of the device system 10 individually, so that deactivation of the security system 170 of a respective connection system 100 or neutralization of the magnetic coupling between the respective device-side magnetic element 120 and the respective component-side magnetic element 140 can be carried out flexibly and individually. This creates a particularly flexible design of the device system 10 or the connection system 100.
[0066] Furthermore, an alternative embodiment of the connection system 100 or the device system 10 is conceivable in which the neutralization of the magnetic coupling of the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140 is implemented by means of a variable spacing of the device-side magnetic element 120 relative to the component-side magnetic element 140. This particularly concerns the embodiments of the Fig. 5a, Fig. 5b, Fig. 6a, Fig. 6b and Fig.6c, wherein, as an alternative to the additional magnetic element 220, 420, i.e., the electromagnet 220 or the external magnetic element 420, a corresponding displacement mechanism can be provided on the device side, which, when actuated, increases the distance between the device-side magnetic element 120 and the component-side magnetic element 140. By increasing the distance, the force acting on the two internal magnetic elements 120, 140 decreases, so that the magnetic coupling is thereby neutralized or at least sufficiently weakened. This can be realized, for example, by an adjustment motor controlled by a controller 270, or by a corresponding push button arranged on the device or on the base 110 and causing a direct mechanical displacement of the device-side magnetic element 120.However, this special version of the connection system 100 is not shown in the figures.

[0070] The component 300 can in turn be designed as a blank cover 310 or as a module 320. [0072] Various embodiments of the connection system 100 and the securing mechanism 170 have been presented herein.
