Abstract
Description
[0001] Relaxation closure is a closure device for closing openings on textile and or textile-like and or tarpaulins and or tarpaulin-like and or foils and or foil-like and or leather and or leather-like materials ( Fig. 1, Fig. 1). It is made from one or more bars ( Fig. 1, Fig. 2) which are flexible and elastic and return to their original shape after deformation: e.g. glass fibre composite rods, carbon fibre composite rods, bamboo rods, wooden rods, other pure materials and composites with described properties and the material to be sealed and, if necessary, other materials which serve to attach the rods to the material to be sealed (e.g. adhesives).
[0002] To produce the closure device, one or more rods are attached to the edge of an opening in the material to be closed, e.g. in tabs provided for this purpose, by gluing, forming one or more folds on the material to be closed (which in turn can be closed by sewing, gluing, etc.), other direct and indirect connections ( Fig. 2). The bars thus attached are fixed at the beginning and end of the opening ( Fig. 3, Fig. 3).
[0003] All edges of an opening can be provided with closure devices. If closure devices are attached to the material to be closed on both sides of the opening, they are arranged parallel to each other at the edges of the opening and fixed to each other at the beginning and end of the opening ( Fig. 3). If the opening is to be used, the closure devices, including the material to be closed, are bent apart. The closure devices can be deformed independently of one another in different directions, ideally away from the opening, and not all of the closure devices mounted on an opening need to be used to create the opening. The opening is closed again by the rods returning to their original shape ( Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6).
[0004] The closure device can be manufactured directly with / on the material to be closed and rods or fastenings can be manufactured from suitable materials for the rods as described above and thus the entire closure device can be subsequently connected to the material to be closed ( Fig. 7).
[0005] To increase closure security, conventional fastening methods can be used, such as buttons of all kinds with the necessary attachments, Velcro fasteners with the necessary attachments, zippers with the necessary attachments, hooks, eyelets with the necessary attachments, buckles of various types with the necessary attachments, magnets with the necessary attachments, etc., all state of the art. These primarily serve to hold and fix the fastening devices in position when the opening is closed. They can be attached to the material to be closed, the fastening devices for the rods, and / or to the rods themselves ( Fig. 8, Fig. 4).
[0006] Devices that assist in opening the closure devices (against the tension of the rod), e.g. handles, pull tabs, straps, etc., can be attached to the material to be closed, the fastening devices for the rods and / or to the rods themselves. These devices can be combined with the devices for closure security ( Fig. 9, Fig. 5).
[0007] The closure devices can be designed in such a way that closure properties are supported, e.g. by folds, material overlaps, etc. ( Fig. 10).
[0008] The edges of the closure devices can be padded to increase user comfort: folds can be lined on the inside with appropriate materials (e.g. felt) ( Fig. 11, Fig. 6), for example, to make the procedure more comfortable and to fit snugly against the edge of the opening, if necessary.
[0009] Multiple folds can be created containing rods, cushioning material, or both to achieve the desired closure quality ( Fig. 11). Claims
[1] Closure device for openable closure for materials with the same or similar properties as textile materials, films or leather, characterized by that, to produce the closure, one or more closure devices are manufactured with flexible / elastic rod(s) which return to their original shape after deformation / tension and are connected directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned materials. [2] Locking device for openable closure according to claim 1), characterized by that to open the closure the elastic / flexible rod(s) are deformed (bent) / tensioned and when relaxed the opening is closed again. [3] Locking device for openable closure according to claims 1) and 2), characterized by that a closure device can be provided on one or more sides of an opening in the material to be closed. [4] Locking device for openable closure according to claims 1), 2) and 3), characterized by that when using several locking devices, the individual locking devices do not all have to be operated to open them and do not have to be deformed in exactly opposite directions to open the material. [5] Locking device for openable closure according to claims 1), 2), 3) and 4), characterized by that rods according to claim 1) can be connected directly to the material to be sealed, the closure device is manufactured directly on or with the material to be sealed, whereby auxiliary structures such as tabs or similar can be used. Or the closure device is manufactured with rod(s) and suitable materials and then connected to the material to be sealed. [6] Locking device for openable closure according to claims 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5), characterized by A closure device can be designed to support closure properties (folds, overlaps, etc.). Furthermore, several additional closure / securing mechanisms can be attached to the closure device (e.g., buttons with corresponding suspensions, state of the art). The closure device can be designed to increase user comfort, for example, by mounting handles or tabs that support / simplify the operation of the closure. Furthermore, padding can be provided on the closure device.
