Description

[0001] Commercially available tubular odor traps for washbasins are designed in several parts to make them accessible for cleaning.

[0002] Leaks often occur at the screw connections of multi-part joints, resulting in unsightly incrustations and making cleaning more difficult.

[0003] The design of these multi-part tubular odor traps is severely limited by the necessary screw connections.

[0004] For these reasons, only cup-shaped odor traps are available on the market, although the flushing effect of tubular odor traps is much better.

[3] Tubular odor trap with length compensation screw connection according to one of the preceding claims characterized by that all components of this drainage system can be made of any metallic or non-metallic material.
