Abstract
Description
[0001] Today's wind turbines are harmful to nature, very expensive, and have many disadvantages. They pose a major burden on nature due to the non-recyclability of the rotor blades. They also pose a major health risk to people living nearby and cause species mortality.
[0002] The “multi-story WKA-e with differently sized generators” consists of WKA-s mounted one above the other up to a height of 300 meters, ALL of which produce electricity independently and independently of one another.
[0003] The machine housings (26) are mounted on the steel plates (29). The SIMPLE WIND FAN WHEELS (1) are made to rotate by the wind up to a height of 300 meters. The wind fan wheels (1) turn the axles (2), which are guided through and secured in covers (3) and support plates (9). The axles (2) are guided by ball bearings (5) in the support structure (6), and by the ball bearings (10) in the disk (18) and steel plates (29), up to the angular gears (28). The axles (2) are held in place via the support structure (6) and steel plates (29) by double-direction thrust bearings (4).
[0004] The wind fan blades (8) are attached to covers (3), support plates (9), and support tubes (7). To ensure that the wind fan wheels (1) always rotate in the desired direction, wind direction control structures (11) are installed. The wind direction control structures (11) consist of support tubes (12), ball bearings (14), gear wheels (13), drives (15), and rollers (17). To ensure that the wind direction control structures (11) always rotate in the wind direction, via the gear wheels (13) and drives (15), wind direction measuring devices (16) are installed, which control the drives (15). The wind direction control structures (11) guide the wind in a concentrated and bundled manner around the wind fan wheels (1) and end in a reducer (31), which increases the final wind speed.
[0005] To load all blades (8) from the wind fan wheels (1), wind direction control structures (11) are necessary.
[0006] For a system up to 300 meters high, we can install up to 19 independently operating turbines. As the installation height increases, so does the wind speed. By increasing the wind speed, we can install different sized wind turbine rotors, wind control structures, and higher-performance generators. The height of the system can be determined by the operator.
[0007] The size of the wind turbine impellers (1) depends on the size of the generators (27), i.e., on the required torque. A huge advantage of multi-story wind turbines with different-sized generators is that with the large number of generators (27), high performance can be achieved.
[0008] By turning every second wind direction control (11) around the horizontal axis (X) by 180 degrees, we achieve that every second wind fan wheel (1) rotates in the opposite direction.
[0009] This leads to the generation of opposing forces, which is advantageous for the static design of the scaffold (22). The rotating wind fan wheels (1) rotate the axles (2), which rotate the angle gears (28). The gears (28) drive the (0.5-2 MW) variable-speed inverter generators (27), which produce electricity.
[0010] The wind fan wheel (1) is mounted on the hard disk (18) with the bracket (6). Bird protection grids (30) are mounted on the bracket (6) and on the subsequent wind fan wheels (1).
[0011] The hard disk (18) is supported by a framework (22) made of aluminum tubes anchored in concrete foundations (23).
[0012] The complex also includes an elevator (24). “THE MULTI-STORY WIND TURBINE WITH DIFFERENT SIZED GENERATORS” CAN ALSO BE CONSTRUCTED ON A FIXED FLOATING PLATFORM, or OPERATED AS AN OFFSHORE WIND TURBINE. ADVANTAGES OF THE “MULTI-STORY WKAs”. - The systems do not require high, heavy concrete towers. - The systems can take advantage of high altitude winds. - The systems are lighter, cheaper, and environmentally friendly. - The plants do not require 3,500 ton foundations. - The systems weigh less than 7,000 tons. - The systems must be manufactured DIRECTLY at the installation site. - ONE system CAN REPLACE several current systems. - The plants CAN ALWAYS produce electricity. - Wind turbines installed in the systems produce electricity independently and independently of one another. - The plants do NOT cause species mortality,
Claims
[1] The “MULTI-STORY WKA-E with different sized generators” consist of up to 19 wind turbines mounted one above the other, up to a height of 300 meters, which all produce electricity independently and independently of each other. [2] The “multi-story wind turbines” are powered by simple wind fan wheels (1). [3] In order to always rotate the wind fan wheels (1) in the desired direction, wind direction control structures (11) are installed. The wind direction control structures (11) consist of support tubes (12), ball bearings (14), gear wheels (13), drives (15), and rollers (17). In order to always rotate the wind direction control structures (11) in the wind direction, via the gear wheels (13) and drives (15), wind direction measuring devices (16) are installed, which control the drives (15). [4] The wind direction control structures (11) guide and concentrate the wind around the wind fan wheels (1), and end in a reducer (31), which increases the final speed of the wind. [5] To load ALL BLADES (8) from the wind fan wheels (1), are necessary wind control structures (11). [6] The size of the wind fan wheels (1) depends on the size of the generators (27), i.e. on the required torque. [7] The wind speed changes with the installation height, so we can install different sized wind fan wheels, wind control structures, and generators with higher power. [8] By rotating every second wind direction control structure (11) around the horizontal axis (X) by 180 degrees, we achieve that every second wind fan wheel (1) rotates in the opposite direction. This leads to the generation of opposing forces, which is beneficial for the static design of the scaffold (22). [9] The “IMPROVED multi-story wind turbine” can also be built on a permanently anchored floating platform or operated as an OFFSHORE wind turbine. [10] The “IMPROVED multi-story wind turbines” utilize the high-altitude wind and REPLACE several of today’s turbines. [11] The “IMPROVED multi-story WKA” is to be manufactured directly on the installation site.
