The method is as follows: 1) establishing a coordinate system according to the position of a predicted point of the sensitive area, and determining the position of a non-point source pollution source and coordinates of the predicted point; 2) determining the surface source height of the pollution source; determining the wind speed at a discharge site according to the surface source height; 4) determining diffusion parameters; 5) establishing a diffusion model, and inversely calculating emission source intensity of the pollutant according to the concentration of the pollutant at a monitoring point; 6) positively calculating the concentration of the pollutant at the predicted point according to the emission source intensity, and superimposing environmental background value to obtain the actual concentration value of the predicted point; and 7) comparing the positively-calculated concentration, obtained in the step 6), of the pollutant at the predicted point and a environmental standard to judge whether the concentration of the pollutant exceeds the standard. The concentration of the pollutant can be in real time monitored by means of an air automatic monitoring station built in the periphery of an industrial park. By setting up of the pollutant diffusion model, a calculation scheme for the concentration of the pollutant in the sensitive area can be formed, and diffusion of the pollutant in the industrial park can be forecasted and warned when emission source intensity is unknown.

Variable fertilization control system and method

The invention relates to the field of an automatic control system. The invention uses a variable fertilization control system which comprises a singlechip used for receiving external storage information, input information, feedback information and communication information and outputting control information and display information after internal arithmetic processing, and the control information is the control towards the fertilizer quantity of a fertilizing machine. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a to-be-studied columnar joint rock mass area in an engineering field, and cutting in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of column bodies to obtain column body sections in the area; obtaining sketches of a plurality of irregularly polygonal joints in the corresponding area; scaling the sketches according to the similarity ratio of (10:1)-(25:1) to generate corresponding moulds, generating column body models by adopting a material which has physical-mechanical properties similar to those of the prototypes, and gluing the column body models to form a cubic model; and curing the cubic model, then cutting and polishing the cubic model to obtain a sample with a standard size, and finally performing a physical-mechanical experiment on a joint rock mass on an indoor experimental instrument. According to the preparation method of the experimental model, the similar model is prepared for indoor experiments under the actual conditions of the field and on the premise of following a similarity principle, the difficulty of an in-situ experiment is solved, the authenticity is kept, an experiment result can be provided as a basis for engineering calculation and study, a high practical value and good economic benefits are achieved, an extra experimental instrument design is not needed, and the experimental cost is low.
