Description

[0001] Bags and sacks for food storage in the usual manufacturing process are made of disposable plastic, paper or coarse mesh fabric.

[0002] These conventional garbage bags cannot be reused permanently because they tear very quickly. This results in countless single-use plastic being thrown away.

[0003] Opening bags and sacks to remove loose food, such as seeds in a bakery, can quickly introduce pests into the bags and sacks. This poses a major hygiene risk.

[0004] To remedy this, I've developed a reusable bag made of dense fabric for storing food. This eliminates the need to dispose of numerous single-use plastic bags and prevents pests from settling in.

[0005] The invention defined in claim 1 is based on the problem that disposable plastic garbage bags can only be used for short-term purposes and must then be disposed of.

[0006] This problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1.

[0007] My invention ensures that the bags can be used repeatedly and are durable. This bag is a flat bag with a closure. For the closure, a snap fastener is sewn onto the side of the bag in the upper third (c).

[0008] A further embodiment of my invention is described in claim 2. This bag has a different cut due to the bottom fold (b).

[0009] The bag is manufactured in different liter sizes. The side seams (a) are welded and not sewn.

[0010] The material is made of polyester coated with polyurethane.

[0011] The bag is new, as there has never been a reusable bag invented to prevent food contamination during storage. The most important new technical feature is the use of polyurethane-coated polyester and the availability of various liter sizes for various storage containers.

[0012] The bag can be used commercially, both in retail and for personal use, such as in the bakery or pet food industry. List of reference symbols a weld seam b bottom fold c Snap buckle closure
