Abstract
Description
Technical field:
[0001] This invention is used in vehicles that operate with tires to prevent tire explosions and protect other road users from serious accidents. State of the art
[0002] Currently available tire models feature a uniform pressure system, where air loss due to a burst tire often leads to sudden loss of control of the vehicle. Although technologies exist that rely on reinforced tire walls or emergency systems (e.g., run-flat tires), these do not provide adequate protection against gradual or complete pressure loss. This poses a significant risk to road safety, especially at higher speeds and with heavy vehicles. Problem being solved:
[0003] Tire blowouts while driving at high speeds often lead to serious accidents. The sudden loss of pressure caused by a blown tire can cause the vehicle to skid and quickly affect its balance. Solution of the invention:
[0004] To prevent the rapid and significant loss of balance that would occur in the event of a tire blowout, the idea was born to divide the tire into several chambers. This should ensure even pressure distribution, even if one chamber is damaged. Detailed description of the invention:
[0005] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the tire is divided into several chambers separated by horizontal and vertical walls. These partitions are robust and prevent the air pressure in the chambers from escaping, even if one chamber is damaged. 1. Main tube / main chamber (1 in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in Fig. 2): The main hose / main chamber carries the air into the chambers and connects the main chamber with the secondary chambers. 2. Secondary chambers and one-way valves : Each secondary chamber (2 in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 in Fig. 2) is equipped with a one-way valve (1 in Fig. 2), which only allows air flow from the main chamber to the secondary chamber. If one chamber is damaged, the other chambers do not lose air pressure, helping the driver keep the vehicle stable. Advantages of the invention: • Greater safety: The multi-chamber design reduces the risk of sudden vehicle loss due to a tire blowout. • More performance: The tire remains stable even if a chamber is damaged, improving vehicle performance in dangerous situations. • Less fuel consumption: The even air distribution reduces wear and rolling resistance, which optimizes fuel consumption. Variation and applications:
[0006] Manufacturers can apply this technology not only to new tires but also incorporate the walls into existing tires without harming the environment. This flexible solution enables broader application across different vehicle types. Conclusion:
[0007] The innovative chamber structure and one-way valve technology offer an efficient and safe solution to the problem of tire explosions. Fig. 1 and Fig. The designs shown in Figure 2 illustrate the functionality and advantages of this invention for different types of vehicles.
Claims
[1] (Main claim) A tyre for vehicles, comprising: • a main chamber (2) and at least one secondary chamber, • horizontal and vertical walls (see Fig. 1 , Fig. 2), which divide the tire into several chambers, • a one-way valve (see Fig. 2 (1)), which controls the air flow between the main chamber and the secondary chambers and prevents air from flowing back if a secondary chamber is damaged. [2] The tire of claim 1, wherein the main chamber is designed to contain a primary air reservoir and the secondary chambers are connected to the main chamber via a flexible connection system to ensure even distribution of air pressure in all chambers. [3] The tire of claim 1, wherein the one-way valve is configured to allow air flow into the secondary chambers only when the air pressure in the main chamber exceeds a predetermined threshold, and to prevent air loss from the secondary chambers if a secondary chamber is damaged. [4] The tire according to claim 1, wherein the walls (see Fig. 1, Fig. 2) that separate the chambers are made of a durable material that can withstand the mechanical stresses typically encountered during vehicle operation and ensures the stability of the tire in the event of damage. [5] The tire of claim 1, wherein the one-way valve is positioned at a location that minimizes the risk of air leakage and is made of materials that are resistant to abrasion caused by internal pressure and external environmental influences. [6] The tire of claim 1, wherein the flexible design of the tire allows the tire to be manufactured both as a new tire and to be retrofitted to existing tires to provide an efficient solution for reducing the risk of rapid air loss in the event of tire damage. [7] The tire of claim 1, wherein the secondary chambers are sized and arranged to optimize the overall performance of the tire, including reducing wear, improving fuel efficiency, and increasing the safety of the vehicle during operation. [8] The tire of claim 1, wherein the secondary chambers are strategically placed so that if one chamber fails, air pressure is maintained in the remaining chambers, thereby preventing rapid deflation and loss of vehicle control. [9] The tire of claim 1, wherein the chambers are interconnected to allow pressure distribution to improve vehicle stability in the event of a tire blowout and increase safety. [10] The tire of claim 1, wherein the materials used for the chambers, walls and valves are selected to optimize tire performance under various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold and humidity.
