Detailed description of the implementation examples
[0016] It is based on the Fig. 1 to 9, which show a preferred embodiment of the inventive coating tool with an easily replaceable blade. It comprises a main body 10, a blade 20, and two side covers 30.
[0017] The main body 10 has a grip portion 11, a contact portion 12, a protruding plate 13, and two engagement recesses 14. The contact portion 12 has a first side edge 12a and a second side edge 12b, with the grip portion 11 and the protruding plate 13 being arranged on the top and bottom sides of the first side edge 12a of the contact portion 12, respectively, and a locking groove 15 formed between the contact portion 12 and the protruding plate 13. The two engagement recesses 14 are each formed in the form of a recess on two end surfaces of the main body 10, with each engagement recess 14 having a first engagement portion 141.
[0018] Here, the opening of the locking groove 15 faces the second side edge 12b of the contact section 12, with a limiting body 151 arranged at the opening. The limiting body 151 can be a long strip or a plurality of projections and protrudes from the top of the locking groove 15.
[0019] It will be Fig. 2. In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the grip portion 11 is arcuate, and the two lateral surfaces connecting the upper and lower surfaces of the grip portion 11 are provided with a concave recess P, the upper surface of the grip portion 11 being larger than the lower surface. In this way, the outer curvatures of the recesses P can be adjusted to suit the user's finger grip, making the grip portion 11 easy to grasp. Furthermore, with regard to the structural design of the present embodiment, the main body 10 has a hollow structure, with the two engagement recesses 14 continuously connected to each other and each consisting of a plurality of concave holes, in order to save manufacturing material with respect to the main body 10 and reduce the weight of the main body 10.
[0020] The blade 20 includes a blade portion 21 and a combination portion 22 connected to the blade portion 21. The combination portion 22 of the blade 20 is detachably disposed in the locking groove 15 of the main body 10. The combination portion 22 is provided with a plurality of positioning portions 221 engageable with the restriction body 151 of the locking groove 15, so that the blade 20 is restricted by the restriction body 151 so that it cannot be moved along a second direction A2, and thus the blade 20 is firmly combined with the locking groove 15. Here, the plurality of positioning portions 221 are formed by punching, so that the positioning portions 221 protrude from the lower surface to the upper surface of the combination portion 22, which has the effect of being easy to process and mold.
[0021] It is based on the Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. In the assembly of the present invention, the blade 20 may be inserted into the locking groove 15 along a second direction A2, or the blade 20 may be inserted into the locking groove 15 along a first direction A1 (the longitudinal direction of the locking groove 15, where the first direction A1 crosses the second direction A2). However, regardless of the assembly method, after insertion, the blade 20 is blocked by the restriction body 151 and cannot be moved in the second direction A2 and can only be released from the locking groove 15 along the first direction A1.
[0022] It is based on the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The blade section 21 can be used for leveling walls or floors. An included angle θ exists between the combination section 22 and the blade section 21, wherein the included angle θ is in the range of 150° to 170° (preferably 160°), so that when the combination section 22 is combined with the locking groove 15, the blade blade 20 can rest against the contact section 12.
[0023] The two side covers 30 are each combined with the corresponding engagement recesses 14 of the main body 10 to prevent the blade 20 from disengaging from the locking groove 15 along the first direction A1. Each side cover 30 has a second engagement portion 301 and a plurality of positioning bodies 302, each second engagement portion 301 being adapted to engage with the first engagement portion 141 of the corresponding engagement recess 14, and each positioning body 302 protruding into the corresponding engagement recess 14 to achieve a positive fit. Alternatively, the edge of each positioning body 302 abuts the inner peripheral surface of the corresponding engagement recess 14, allowing the two side covers 30 to be combined with the two end surfaces of the main body 10.For example, the first engagement portion 141 is a cylindrical through-hole (or recess) extending through the main body 10, and the second engagement portion 301 is a cylindrical projection. When each side cover 30 is combined with the corresponding engagement recess 14, the cylindrical projection (the second engagement portion 301) engages with the cylindrical through-hole (the first engagement portion 141) to achieve a positive fit, thus preventing the side covers 30 from easily detaching from the main body 10.
[0024] It is worth noting that, although the configuration of the second engaging portion 301 and the positioning bodies 302 of each side cover 30 firmly combines the side covers 30 with the corresponding engaging recesses 14, their disassembly and assembly are relatively difficult, causing inconvenience when disassembling and assembling the blade 20. Therefore, to solve this problem, in the present embodiment, one of the side covers 30 further includes a first cover body 31 and a second cover body 32. The second engaging portion 301 and the positioning bodies 302 are disposed on the first cover body 31, and the second cover body 32 is detachably disposed on one side of the first cover body 31 and is aligned with the locking groove 15 to cover one side of the locking groove 15, thereby preventing the blade 20 from sliding along the first direction A1.
[0025] In this way, when the blade 20 has to be disassembled, only the second cover body 32 has to be disassembled from the first cover body 31, so that one side of the locking groove 15 is exposed without having to remove the first cover body 31, and thus the blade 20 can be released from the locking groove 15 along the first direction A1 (see Fig. 7).
[0026] To facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the second cover body 32, an engagement structure is arranged between the first cover body 31 and the second cover body 32. As shown in the Fig. As shown in Figures 8 to 10, the engagement structure comprises a mounting recess 40 and an engagement part 50, wherein the mounting recess 40 is provided with at least one limiting portion 41, and the engagement part 50 serves to be inserted into the mounting recess 40 and can be engaged with the limiting portion 41. In the present embodiment, the mounting recess 40 is provided on the underside of the first cover body 31, wherein the engagement part 50 is arranged on the upper side of the second cover body 32 and can be inserted into the mounting recess 40 along a third direction A3 (the third direction A3 crosses the first direction A1).
[0027] More specifically, the mounting recess 40 further includes a channel 42, wherein the limiting portion 41 is a recess and is connected to the rear end of the channel 42. The engaging part 50 includes a pair of extension arms 51 and a pair of engaging projections 52, wherein the two extension arms 51 are made of elastically deformable material and are arranged at a distance from each other, one end of each extension arm 51 is connected to the top of the second cover body 32, and the other end extends in the direction away from the second cover body 32 and is connected to the corresponding engaging projection 52.Here, the two engagement projections 52 each protrude from the outer surfaces of the corresponding extension arms 51, wherein the outer diameter formed by the pair of engagement projections 52 corresponds to the maximum width of the engagement part 50, and the maximum width of the engagement part 50 is larger than the inner diameter of the channel 42, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In other possible embodiments, the engagement part 50 can also be a combination of springs and balls, which can also achieve elastic deformation and engagement effects.
[0028] When the engaging member 50 is inserted into the channel 42, the two engaging projections 52 are pressed by the inner wall of the channel 42, thereby pressing the two extension arms 51, causing the two extension arms 51 to elastically deform and approach each other to form a compressed state. After the engaging member 50 is fully inserted into the channel 42, the engaging projections 52 are engaged with the restricting portion 41, thereby releasing the pair of extension arms 51 and returning to the original state.
[0029] Furthermore, the second cover body 32 is provided with a depressing portion 321. In the present embodiment, the depressing portion 321 is formed in the shape of a recess on the top and front end surface of the second cover body 32. After the second cover body 32 is combined with the first cover body 31, the depressing portion 321 forms a groove between the first cover body 31 and the second cover body 32. Therefore, to separate the second cover body 32 from the first cover body 31, the user only needs to pull the depressing portion 321 with their fingers, but the present invention is not limited to this. In other possible embodiments, the depressing portion 321 may also protrude from the front end surface of the second cover body 32.
[0030] As in Fig. 10, the outer side of each engagement projection 52 is further provided with a first inclined guide surface 521 and a second inclined guide surface 522 connected thereto, the first inclined guide surface 521 serving to guide the engagement part 50 when it is inserted into the channel 42, and the second inclined guide surface 522 serving to guide the engagement part 50 to separate it from the limiting portion 41 of the mounting recess 40.
[0031] It is based on the Fig. 11 to 13, which show a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the first embodiment is that the engaging part 50 has a hook portion 53, wherein the channel 42 is formed in the form of a recess on the inner surface of the first cover body 31 and is continuously connected to one side of the first cover body 31, wherein the engaging part 50 is inserted into the mounting recess 40 along the second direction A2, whereby, after the engaging part 50 has been fully inserted into the channel 42, the hook portion 53 is snapped into the limiting portion 41.
[0032] It will be Fig.14, which shows a third embodiment of the coating tool according to the invention with an easily replaceable blade. The difference from the above embodiment is that the at least one side cover 30 is provided with a hanging portion 303, wherein the hanging portion 303 protrudes from the outer surface of the side cover 30 to facilitate storage of the coating tool according to the invention without taking up space. For example, the hanging portion 303 can be arranged on the outer surface of the first cover body 31 to achieve the hanging function without interfering with the removal of the second cover body 32.
[0033] From the above description, it can be seen that in the present invention, the blade 20 can be removed or replaced by detaching the second cover body 32, thereby solving the problem of cumbersome disassembly and assembly of the blade in conventional structures. Furthermore, since the mounting direction of the second cover body 32 is different from the direction in which the side covers 30 are mounted on the main body 10, the second cover body does not have to withstand the force when suspending the coating tool. Therefore, disassembly and assembly can be achieved by simple snap-in.
