Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a heating device, in particular a heating device for heating buildings.

[0002] Document DE 20 2021 100 929 U1 describes a heating device for heating buildings, comprising a combustion chamber and a sliding door that can be displaced along a vertical direction of the heating device. The sliding door has a frame that is mounted so that it can be displaced along the vertical direction, and an at least partially translucent pane that is pivotally connected to the frame about a first axis of rotation, the first axis of rotation running perpendicular to the vertical direction. In a first vertical end position of the frame, the pane can be positioned in a first pivot position in which the pane closes one side of the combustion chamber, with an inner side of the pane facing the combustion chamber. In the first vertical end position of the frame, the pane can be positioned in a second pivot position in which the inner side of the pane is accessible from outside the heating device. The frame is movable together with the disc into a second vertical position when the disc is in the first pivoting position, wherein the combustion chamber is accessible from outside the heating device via the first side of the combustion chamber when the frame is in the second vertical end position.

[0003] By pivoting the pane into the second pivoting position, access to the inside of the pane for cleaning is possible, but may only be limited.

[0004] It is an object of the present invention to enable improved accessibility of the interior of a combustion chamber device of a heating device.

[0005] This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claim. Advantageous further developments and preferred embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

[0006] The invention is based on the idea of designing a combustion chamber device in a raised vertical position so as to be displaceable along a horizontal direction of the heating device, wherein the movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction is blocked when the combustion chamber device is in a lowered vertical position.

[0007] According to the invention, a heating device is specified, in particular a heating device for heating buildings. The heating device has a combustion chamber device that is displaceable between a first horizontal end position and a second horizontal end position along a horizontal direction of the heating device. The combustion chamber device has a first side wall that closes a combustion chamber of the heating device in the first horizontal end position. In the first horizontal end position, the combustion chamber device is movable along a vertical direction of the heating device from a lowered vertical position to a raised vertical position. The heating device has a fixed component that blocks movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction when the combustion chamber device is in the first horizontal end position and the lowered position. The blockage can be released by moving the combustion chamber device from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position.

[0008] When positioned as intended in a room or used as intended, the vertical direction of the heater is specifically the vertical direction of the room. In other words, when used as intended, the vertical direction runs parallel to the force of gravity. The vertical direction can be oriented along the force of gravity or opposite to it. The horizontal direction of the heater is perpendicular to the vertical direction of the heater.

[0009] The first horizontal end position corresponds in particular to a closed or retracted state of the combustion chamber device. The second horizontal end position corresponds in particular to an open or extended state of the combustion chamber device. In the closed state of the combustion chamber device, a combustion chamber of the heating device is delimited laterally, i.e. perpendicular to the vertical direction, in a first lateral direction by the first side wall. The first lateral direction can be the horizontal direction of the heating device, along which the combustion chamber device is displaceable, but this is not necessarily the case.

[0010] In the closed state of the combustion chamber device, the combustion chamber is likewise delimited, for example, along a second lateral direction opposite to the first lateral direction, along a third lateral direction perpendicular to the first lateral direction and to the vertical direction, and along a fourth lateral direction opposite to the third lateral direction, in each case by a corresponding further side wall of the combustion chamber device or by another, in particular immovable, wall of the heating device. Along the two directions parallel to the vertical direction, the combustion chamber is delimited, for example, by further, in particular immovable, walls of the heating device.

[0011] If the combustion chamber device is in the first horizontal end position, i.e. in the closed state, it can be moved to the second horizontal end position, i.e. into the open state, only when it is brought into the raised vertical position, otherwise this is prevented by the fixed component.

[0012] The fixed component can be considered fixed in the sense that it does not move with the combustion chamber device during movement of the combustion chamber device from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position or vice versa. In particular, the fixed component does not move with the combustion chamber device during movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction.

[0013] The fixed component can, for example, be a frame that extends at least partially around the combustion chamber device or a cover plate that extends at least partially around the combustion chamber device or the like. If the combustion chamber device is in the lowered vertical position, for example, a lower edge of the combustion chamber device is at a lower level than an upper edge of the fixed component, so that the movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction is blocked. If the combustion chamber device is in the raised vertical position, for example, the lower edge of the combustion chamber device is at a higher level than the upper edge of the fixed component, so that the blocking is removed.

[0014] In the heating device according to the invention, the surfaces of the side walls of the combustion chamber device facing the combustion chamber, in particular the first side wall, are particularly easily accessible from the outside, for example for cleaning. By blocking the movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction, accidental opening of the combustion chamber device can be prevented.

[0015] According to at least one embodiment, a combustion chamber rear wall of the heating device, a combustion chamber floor of the heating device and a combustion chamber ceiling of the heating device together with the combustion chamber device in the first horizontal end position form a, in particular closed, interior space which represents the combustion chamber.

[0016] In the heating device according to the invention, the surfaces of the three side walls of the combustion chamber device facing the combustion chamber are particularly easily accessible from the outside, for example for cleaning.

[0017] For example, the combustion chamber device has a second side wall and a third side wall, which are oriented in particular parallel to one another and each perpendicular to the first side wall. For example, the second side wall and the third side wall are arranged on opposite sides of the combustion chamber device.

[0018] The first side wall is, for example, parallel to the combustion chamber rear wall. For example, the first side wall, the second side wall, and the third side wall are each perpendicular to the combustion chamber floor and the combustion chamber ceiling. The combustion chamber floor and the combustion chamber ceiling are, for example, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the combustion chamber rear wall, as well as perpendicular to the vertical direction. The combustion chamber rear wall is, for example, perpendicular to the horizontal direction along which the combustion chamber device is displaceable.

[0019] According to at least one embodiment, a lower edge of the combustion chamber device is movable by the movement of the combustion chamber device from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position over an upper end, in particular the upper edge, of the fixed component, so that in the raised vertical position there is a vertical gap between the lower edge of the combustion chamber device and the upper end of the fixed component.

[0020] This makes it possible to avoid mechanical contact between the combustion chamber device and the fixed component during the movement of the combustion chamber device along the horizontal direction, which could, for example, lead to damage to the combustion chamber device or the fixed component.

[0021] The gap can be a few millimeters or centimeters, for example it can be in the range [1.5 mm, 2 cm] or in the range [2 mm, 1 cm].

[0022] For example, the fixed component has a plate and a top edge of the plate corresponds to the top edge of the fixed component.

[0023] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device comprises a lifting device which can be actuated, in particular manually actuated, in order to move the combustion chamber device in the first horizontal end position along the vertical direction from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position.

[0024] In particular, the lifting device can also be operated to move the combustion chamber device from the raised vertical position to the lowered vertical position.

[0025] The lifting device may, for example, comprise one or more handles attached to the combustion chamber device, by which a user can grasp and lift the combustion chamber device, as well as a locking device that can prevent the combustion chamber device from lowering back into the lowered vertical position. If the locking device is unlocked or released, the combustion chamber device can be returned to the lowered vertical position.

[0026] This allows a particularly simple lifting device to be realized.

[0027] According to at least one embodiment, the lifting device comprises a handling component for actuating the lifting device, which is rotatably mounted, in particular rotatable about a rotation axis, on a countercomponent of the heating device. The lifting device comprises a lever arm which is fastened to the handling component, in particular immovably, and which is configured and arranged to be brought into mechanical contact with the combustion chamber device by rotating the handling component, in particular about the rotation axis, in a first rotational direction for transmitting a force directed upwards in the vertical direction, in particular to the combustion chamber device.

[0028] This makes manual lifting of the combustion chamber device easy and requires little effort.

[0029] The rotation of the handling component in the first rotational direction corresponds in particular to the actuation of the handling component to move the combustion chamber device in the first horizontal end position along the vertical direction from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position. For example, a rotation of the handling component in a second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction corresponds to the actuation of the handling component to move the combustion chamber device in the first horizontal end position from the raised vertical position to the lowered vertical position.

[0030] The counter component can, for example, be another fixed component of the heating device, such as a frame part or the like, or even a part of the fixed component. The counter component does not move with the combustion chamber device when the combustion chamber device moves from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position. For example, the counter component also does not move with the combustion chamber device when the combustion chamber device moves along the horizontal direction.

[0031] In particular, the handling component can be rotated in the first rotational direction until mechanical contact with the combustor device is established and then further rotated in the first rotational direction to raise the combustor device to the raised vertical position.

[0032] If the combustion chamber device is in the raised vertical position, it can be secured there, for example, by a locking device on the heating device. It is also possible for the lifting device to be self-locking, so that in the raised vertical position, the handling component cannot rotate automatically in the second direction of rotation.

[0033] The fact that the lever arm can exert a force directed upwards in the vertical direction on the combustion chamber device can be understood in particular to mean that a force that the lever arm can exert on the combustion chamber device has a component in the vertical direction upwards. In other words, shear forces or the like are not excluded.

[0034] According to at least one embodiment, the lever arm has a sliding element or a rolling element at an end of the lever arm facing away from the handling component, on which the combustion chamber device rests in the raised vertical position.

[0035] In other words, the handling component can be rotated in the first rotational direction during a first phase until mechanical contact of the sliding or rolling element with the combustion chamber device is established, and then rotated further in the first rotational direction in a second phase to raise the combustion chamber device to the raised vertical position. During the second phase, the sliding element slides along the combustion chamber device, or the rolling element rolls along the combustion chamber device.

[0036] This allows for even lifting without tilting or the like.

[0037] For example, the rolling element may comprise a roller and a rolling bearing, in particular a ball bearing, by means of which the roller is attached to the lever arm.

[0038] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device comprises a stop component which is fastened to the counter component in such a way that it limits a rotational movement of the handling component in the second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction.

[0039] This allows for a secure adjustment of the lowered vertical position. In particular, the combustion chamber device is in the lowered vertical position when the rotational movement of the handling component in the second rotational direction is limited or blocked by the stop component.

[0040] According to at least one embodiment, the combustion chamber device has a combustion chamber frame, wherein in particular the first side wall, and optionally the further side walls, in particular the second side wall and the third side wall, of the combustion chamber device are fastened to the combustion chamber frame.

[0041] A movement of the combustion chamber device from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position or vice versa corresponds in particular to a corresponding movement of the combustion chamber frame.

[0042] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device has a vertically displaceable frame to which the combustion chamber frame is attached in a horizontally displaceable manner.

[0043] For example, the combustion chamber device in the first horizontal end position can be displaceable together with the vertically displaceable frame into an upper vertical end position.

[0044] The upper vertical end position is not necessarily equal to the raised position. In particular, the raised vertical position lies between the lowered vertical position and the upper vertical end position. The lowered vertical position may correspond to a lower vertical end position.

[0045] This means that the combustion chamber floor in particular can be easily accessed, for example for refilling fuel.

[0046] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device comprises at least one telescopic rail, with which the combustion chamber frame is horizontally displaceably attached to the vertically displaceable frame. In particular, the vertically displaceable frame moves upward along the vertical direction when the combustion chamber device moves from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position.

[0047] In this way, the combination of horizontal and vertical mobility of the combustion chamber device can be realized in a simple manner.

[0048] According to at least one embodiment, the first side wall comprises a pane, in particular a glass pane. If appropriate, this may also apply to the other side walls of the combustion chamber device, in particular to the second side wall and / or the third side wall.

[0049] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device is designed as a fireplace insert or tiled stove or as a fireplace stove.

[0050] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device is designed for the combustion of solid fuels, for example for the combustion of wood or wood products, such as wood pellets or wood briquettes, or for the combustion of fossil fuels, such as coal, coke or anthracite coal.

[0051] According to at least one embodiment, the heating device is designed as a fireplace insert or as a tiled stove or as a fireplace stove.

[0052] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to specific embodiments and associated schematic drawings. In the figures, identical or functionally equivalent elements may be provided with the same reference numerals. The description of identical or functionally equivalent elements may not necessarily be repeated for different figures.

[0053] The figures show: Fig. 1 a schematic perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a heating device according to the invention in the closed state; Fig. 2 a schematic perspective view of the heating device from Fig. 1 in an open state; Fig. 3 a schematic side view of the heating device from Fig. 1; and Fig. 4 a schematic detailed representation of the heating device from Fig. 1.

[0054] Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a heating device 1 according to the invention in the closed state. Fig. 2 shows the heating device 1 in the open state. Fig. Figure 3 shows a corresponding side view in the closed state. For purely exemplary purposes, the heating device 1 is shown as a fireplace insert.

[0055] The heating device 1 has a combustion chamber device 15 which can be moved between a first horizontal end position, as shown in Fig. 1, and a second horizontal end position as shown in Fig. 2, is displaceable along a horizontal direction of the heating device 1. The combustion chamber device 15 has a first side wall 6a, which closes a combustion chamber 5 of the heating device 1 in the first horizontal end position.

[0056] The combustion chamber device 15 is in the first horizontal end position along a vertical direction of the heating device 1 from a lowered vertical position, as in the situation of Fig. 1 is present, into a raised vertical position, as in the situation of Fig. 3 is present, is movable.

[0057] The heating device 1 has a fixed component 3, for example, a plate extending around the combustion chamber device 15, which blocks movement of the combustion chamber device 15 along the horizontal direction when the combustion chamber device 15 is in the first horizontal end position and the lowered position. The blocking can be removed by moving the combustion chamber device 15 from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position, as shown in Fig. 3 shown.

[0058] For example, the combustion chamber device 15 can have three side walls 6a, 6b, 6c, which, together with a combustion chamber rear wall 20, laterally delimit or define the combustion chamber when the combustion chamber device 15 is in the first horizontal end position. The side walls 6a, 6b, 6c of the combustion chamber device 15 can, for example, be attached to a combustion chamber frame 19 of the combustion chamber device 15. The combustion chamber frame 19 can, for example, be attached to a further frame 7 in a horizontally displaceable manner via one or more telescopic rails 10.

[0059] The additional frame 7 is, in particular, vertically displaceable, so that the combustion chamber device 15 can be moved from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position or vice versa. In some embodiments, the vertical displaceability of the additional frame 7 is limited to the range from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position. In other embodiments, this is not the case, so that the combustion chamber device 15, together with the additional frame 7, can also be moved upwards beyond the raised vertical position, in particular into the interior of a housing 2 of the heating device. The additional frame 7 can, for example, be attached to the housing with sliding guides 11.

[0060] The heating device 1 has, in some embodiments, a frame element 17 which runs at least on the side of the disc 6a outside the combustion chamber device 15 and in the closed state in particular at a lower end of the combustion chamber device 15 and is designed, for example, as a hollow profile, so that a channel 8 is formed in the interior of the frame element 17, as in Fig. 3. The channel 8 can be closed or partially closed at the top, for example, by the fixed component 3. The fixed component 3 can function, for example, as a cover plate.

[0061] A lower edge of the combustion chamber device 15, in particular of the combustion chamber frame 19, is movable, for example, by the movement of the combustion chamber device 15 from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position over an upper end of the fixed component 3. In particular, in the raised vertical position, a vertical gap is present between the lower edge of the combustion chamber device 15 and the upper end of the fixed component 3, as shown in Fig. 3 shown.

[0062] For example, the heating device 1 comprises a lifting device which can be actuated to move the combustion chamber device 15 in the first horizontal end position along the vertical direction from the lowered vertical position to the raised vertical position. For example, the lifting device has a handling component 4 for actuating the lifting device, which is attached to a counter component of the heating device 1, for example to the housing 2, so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis 12, and a lever arm 13 which is fastened to the handling component 4 and which is designed and arranged to be brought into mechanical contact with the combustion chamber device 15 by rotating the handling component 4 in a first direction of rotation in order to transmit a force directed upwards along the vertical direction and to raise the combustion chamber device 15 upon further rotation and thus to bring it from the lowered vertical position into the raised vertical position.

[0063] The lifting device is exemplary in Fig. 3 and in Fig.4. The actuating element 4 can, for example, be designed as a plate which, in a neutral position corresponding to the lowered vertical position, is integrated into the fixed component 3, i.e. in particular, is flush with the upper edge of the fixed component.

[0064] For example, the lever arm 13 can have a rolling element 9, 14 at an end facing away from the handling component 4, for example a roller 9 rotatably attached to an axle 14 by means of a ball bearing, on which roller the combustion chamber device 15 rests in the raised vertical position.

[0065] For example, a stop component 18 can be provided, which is attached to the counter component in such a way that it limits a rotational movement of the handling component 4 in a second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction. The stop component 18 can, for example, be attached to the fixed component 3. For example, the stop component 18 can be located in the channel 8.

[0066] To open the combustion chamber device 15, the handling component 4 is rotated so that the combustion chamber device 15 is raised. In the open state, a horizontal movement of the combustion chamber device 15 forwards and backwards is thus enabled without touching the fixed component 2. The roller attached to the handling component 4 enables almost frictionless sliding. In the lowered vertical position, the combustion chamber device 15 can, for example, dip into the channel 8. For example, a tension spring 16 can be provided between the handling component 4 and the bottom of the channel in order to support the handling component 4 with the required force in both vertical positions.
