Description

Field of technology:

[0001] The invention relates to the field of dental care and oral hygiene, which is carried out by brushing teeth using the designed electric toothbrush. Current state of the art:

[0002] Currently, electric toothbrushes are designed to provide the cleaning action solely through a single brush, which doesn't ensure thorough interdental cleaning. Tooth cleaning must be supplemented with dental floss. Essence of the invention:

[0003] The electric toothbrush features two rotating brushes that rotate counter-clockwise. The brushes are cylindrical, with parallel axes of rotation. The brush bristles have good access to clean the interdental spaces. The brushes are driven by an electric motor via a mechanical gear. Overview of the images on the drawings:

[0004] The electric toothbrush is shown in three axonometric views and in one 3D view. Fig. ............................................ Side view of the brush Fig. ............................................. Front view of the brush Fig. ............................................. Floor plan of the brush Fig. .............................................. Axonometric view Examples of the realization of the invention:

[0005] The device according to Fig. consists of rotary toothbrushes 1 mounted on shafts 2. The shafts are driven via a gear 3 by an electric motor located in the handle 5.

[0006] The subject of the invention is therefore an electric toothbrush, as shown in Figure 3, used for human oral hygiene. The electric toothbrush has two rotating brushes (1) that ensure the cleaning of the teeth and interdental spaces. The brushes are driven by shafts (2) and rotate around their axes in opposite directions. They are powered by an electric motor located in the handle (5).

Claims

[1] Electric toothbrush characterized by that it uses two rotating brushes as cleaning agents. [2] Electric toothbrush according to claim 1, characterized by that the brushes rotate around their axes against each other and thus perform counter-rotations. [3] Electric toothbrush according to claim 2, characterized by that the axes of the brushes run parallel. [4] Electric toothbrush according to the preceding claims, characterized by that the position of the rotating brushes allows access to clean the spaces between the teeth.
