Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of mine cleaning, in particular to a geotechnical shovel for easy maintenance. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] Coal mines on the surface in mining flat disc drilling and blasting, usually using hydraulic submersible drilling rigs, flat discs for drilling rig operation often exist more rock, floating soil, etc., whose thickness can reach 20cm ~ 30cm. In the process of drilling rigs, it is very easy to cause hole collapse. The problems with the current operation method include: when the drilling rig starts working, due to the rock fragments and floating soil on the surface of the flat disc, it is very easy to generate dust when drilling the surface, which affects the health of the operators; during the operation of the drilling rig, due to the rock fragments and floating soil on the surface of the flat disc, the drilled material is easy to fall into the drill holes, which affects the drilling efficiency of the drilling rig;At the end of the drilling process, the drilled mass with the rock and floating soil piles up on the surface of the flat disk, which is easy to lead to the collapse of the borehole; After the drilling work of the drilling rig, often the next day or even several days before loading and blasting, it is easy to accidentally touch the drilling of debris material and the surface of the flat disk of the rock, floating soil formed a large number of piles, the piles of material touch into the drill holes, so that the depth of the hole is less than the design depth, affecting the efficiency of blasting.;

[0003] Considering the above problems, the current solution is to use bulldozers to clean and level the drilling area and the non-drilling area of the flat discs in advance for drilling rig operation, without making any distinction. This solution has the following problems: The drilling rig location is widely dispersed, so the bulldozer needs to be mobilized frequently for leveling work. Because the leveling area of the bulldozer is larger, the fuel consumption cost is higher and the leveling time is longer, which seriously affects the organization of the drilling rig; After the flat disc is leveled by the bulldozer, there is less rock and floating soil around the drill holes, whereas filling the drill holes by manual loading usually requires the use of rock and floating soil around the drill holes, so the loading efficiency is greatly reduced. [0023] As in the Fig. 1 to 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a geotechnical bucket for easy maintenance is developed which includes a ground pushing assembly 100 comprising a ground bucket element 101, a ground pushing element 102 and a ground turning element 103, wherein the ground pushing element 102 is cooperatively mounted on the bottom of the ground bucket element 101 and the ground turning element 103 is movably mounted on the inside of the ground bucket element 101.

[0024] The soil bucket element 101 has the shape of an existing bulldozer bucket, and its material can be carbon structural steel or wear-resistant alloy steel, which should meet the rigidity of the bulldozer and wear resistance requirements. The soil pressure element 102 is mounted at the lower end of the interior of the soil bucket element 101 and can slide up and down within the soil bucket element 101 for a short distance. Furthermore, the soil turning element 103 is rotatably mounted inside the soil bucket element 101 and can also move up and down.It is located above the soil pressure element 102 and facing away from the opening side of the soil scoop element 101, so that the rock and soil, when scooped into the soil scoop element 101, gradually pushes towards the soil turning element 103 and is finally turned over and crushed by the soil turning element 103 and finally piles up flat inside the soil turning element 103.

[0025] It should be explained that at this time, the ground bucket member 101 is installed in front of the mobile platform of the drilling rig, with the drill head body of the drilling rig in front, and that the ground bucket member 101 can be connected to the mobile platform by a rotating and lifting method to facilitate the angle adjustment of the ground bucket member 101.

[0026] The cleaning assembly 200 includes a bucket bottom slider 201, an upper scraper plate 202, and a vibrating plate 203, wherein the bucket bottom slider 201 is movably mounted on an inner wall of the bucket bottom of the bucket bottom member 101, the upper scraper plate 202 is movably mounted on the upper side of the bucket bottom member 102, and the vibrating plate 203 is mounted within the inner wall of the bucket bottom member 101 and is in contact with the bucket bottom turning member 103.

[0027] At this time, the bucket bottom pusher 201 is embedded in the interior of the bucket element 101 when not in use, and at this time, the soil pressure member 102 is attached to the bucket bottom of the bucket element 101. When it needs to be used, it moves toward the opening of the bucket element 101 and lifts the soil pressure member 102 upward to remove stubborn rock and soil adhering to the lower inner wall of the bucket element 101.

[0028] Furthermore, the upper scraper plate 202 is driven by the bucket bottom slide 201 when the bucket bottom slide 201 is in motion to clean the rock and soil above the ground pressure element 102.

[0029] Furthermore, the vibrating plate 203 is influenced by the soil turning element 103 and can rotate at a smaller angle within the soil bucket element 101, thereby impacting the inner wall of the soil bucket element 101 and shaking off the rock and soil from the inner wall of the soil bucket element 101 by vibration.

[0030] The drive assembly 300 includes a first drive member 301, a second drive member 302, and a third drive member 303. The first drive member 301 and the second drive member 302 are mounted outside the bottom bucket member 101, and the output shaft of the first drive member 301 is connected to the bucket bottom slide 201, the third drive member 303 is mounted on the output shaft of the second drive member 302, and the output shaft of the third drive member 303 is connected to the bottom turning member 103.

[0031] The first drive element 301 is mounted symmetrically outside the floor turning element 101 and preferably has a hydraulic motor whose output shaft rotates to move the floor turning element 201 on the underside of the floor turning element 101 using a threaded rod. The second drive element 302 and the third drive element 303 are both equipped with servomotors. The second drive element 302 drives the floor turning element 103 to move up and down, and the third drive element 303 controls the floor turning element 103 to rotate forward and backward. Embodiment 2

[0032] As in the Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 7, there is a second embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the first embodiment in the following ways: The bottom blade member 101 is composed of a blade base plate 101a, a leak-proof side plate 101b, and a stack baffle plate 101c. The leak-proof side plate 101b is symmetrically attached to the upper ends of the blade base plate 101a, and the stack baffle plate 101c is attached to one side of the upper surface of the blade base plate 101a and is tightly closed at the end and the beginning with the leak-proof side plate 101b.

[0033] The stacking impact plate 101c forms an angle of more than 90° and less than 120° with the bucket bottom plate 101a and forms a filling space for storing soil with the leak-proof side plates 101b on both sides.

[0034] The blade bottom plate 101a is provided with equally spaced bottom leak holes 101a-1 on the side of the blade bottom plate 101a facing away from the stack impact plate 101c, and blade teeth 101a-2 are formed between the bottom leak holes 101a-1.

[0035] During operation, the bucket teeth 101a-2 encounter rock and soil with larger particles, which are crushed into rock and soil with smaller particles by their gravity or by the mobile platform pressing the bucket teeth 101a-2 downward. These rock and soil particles penetrate the soil bucket element 101 from the soil leak holes 101a-1, further lift the soil pressure element 102, and are finally held by the soil pressure element 102 and the soil bucket element 101. When the soil bucket element 101 is filled with rock and soil, these rock and soil press down on the soil pressure element 102, crushing the rock and soil between the soil pressure element 102 and the soil bucket element 101.

[0036] The stack impact plate 101c is provided with an embedding slot 101c-1 and a receiving slot 101c-2 on the side near the blade bottom plate 101a, and an inclined guide plate 101c-3 is formed between the embedding slot 101c-1 and the receiving slot 101c-2, which is symmetrically provided with a sliding hole 101c-3a.

The first sliding post 101b-5a is wrapped with a second spring T2.

[0039] During use, the first spring T1 and the second spring T2 press the ground pressure member 102 against the bottom of the ground scoop member 101, and the first sliding post 101b-5a ensures smooth movement of the ground pressure member 102. The ground pressure member 102 is symmetrically provided with a movable groove 102a, the ground pressure member 102 is symmetrically connected to a fixing plate 102b and a seal housing 102c at both ends of the ground pressure member 102, the fixing plate 102b and the seal housing 102c are fixed with a second sliding post 102d between them, and the second sliding post 102d is connected to a third spring T3 outside the housing.

[0040] A third sliding post 102e is also vertically connected to the ground pressure member 102 within the seal housing 102c. The third sliding post 102e can be slidably inserted into the first projection block 101b-4, and the first spring T1 can be placed in the seal housing 102c and connected to the ground pressure member 102. The second sliding post 102d and the first sliding post 101b-5a are distributed at the four corners of the ground pressure member 102, which can ensure that the ground pressure member 102 moves straight up and down, and the seal housing 102c can protect the third spring T3 from impact with rock and soil.

[0041] At the bottom of the bottom pressure member 102, there is a bottom grinding block 102f which can be inserted into the bottom leakage hole 101a-1, and there are docking plates 102g which are fixedly connected to the ends of the bottom pressure member 102 near the seal housing 102c, which is slidably connected to the outside of the first sliding post 101b-5a and whose top is connected to the second spring T2.

[0042] The soil grinding block 102f and the bucket teeth 101a-2 are conical in shape and can scoop up rock and soil from multiple directions with their tip parts, and due to the unique structure, the rock and soil can be crushed quickly.

[0043] The floor turning element 103 includes a hollow rotary tube 103a, an oscillating tilting plate 103b, and a rotating shaft 103c. [0044] Therein, the third driving element 303 drives the hollow rotary tube 103a to rotate through the rotating shaft 103c, and the water feed pump 103c-2 on the other side is connected to an external water pipe to supply water to the hollow rotary tube 103a, and when the inside of the blade element 101 needs to be cleaned, only the water feed pump 103c-2 needs to be turned on, and at this time, the water flow is sprayed out from the water outlet hole 103a-1.

[0045] In addition, the hollow rotary tube 103a rotates under the drive of the third drive element 303, and the water flow then takes the form of a rotating spray to clean the inner wall of the bottom scoop element 101.

[0046] When the soil simply needs to be unloaded or shoveled, it is sufficient to rotate the soil turning element 103 forward and backward, whereby the oscillating tilting plate 103b turns over the rock and soil to level it.

[0055] In addition, the engaging block 201a-1 moves forward with the forward movement, the first inclined surface X1 pushes the ground pressure member 102 upward, interposes transversely between the ground pressure member 102 and the bucket bottom plate 101a, and slowly moves forward, and the engaging block 201a-1 moves to be inserted into the moving groove 102a, and finally collides with the follower insert block 202c, thereby further pushing the follower insert block 202c forward.

[0056] In addition, the upper scraper plate 202 moves forward to scrape off the rock and soil dust adhering to the surface of the ground pressure member 102, which is gradually stored in the scraper groove 202a to prevent the dust from being scattered indiscriminately.

[0057] During this operation, the personnel simultaneously activates the second drive element 302, the third drive element 303 and the water feed pump 103c-2, whereby the floor turning element 103 rotates and moves up and down.

[0058] When it moves to the lowest end, the hollow rotary tube 103a pushes the lower pressure plate 203b downward, and the lower pressure plate 203b drives the dither plate 203a to rotate at a smaller angle, and with the upward movement of the bottom turning member 103, the dither plate 203a rotates back into the receiving slot 101c-2.

[0059] During this process, the vibration plate 203a constantly impacts the stack impact plate 101c, the vibration of the stack impact plate 101c is transmitted to the entire bottom bucket member 101, and the dust on the inner wall of the bottom bucket member 101 is shaken up to the bucket bottom plate 101a or above the bottom pressure member 102 and pushed out of the bottom bucket member 101 by the bucket bottom pusher 201 and the upper scraper plate 202.

[0060] The remaining structure is the same as in Embodiment 2.
